Zusammenfassung Folgende Verbindungen wurden ausgehend von 5-Amino-3,4-diphenylthieno[2,3-c]pyridazin-6-carboxamid (1) synthetisiert: 8,9-Diphenylpyridazino[4,3:4,5]thieno[3,2-d]-1,2,3-triazin-4(3H)-on (2), 3-substituierte 8,9-Diphenylpyridazino[4,3:4,5]thieno[3,2-d]-1,2,3-triazin-4(3H)-one (3a–c), 3,4-Diphenylpyrimido[4,5:4,5]thieno[2,3-c]pyridazin-8[7H]-on (4), 8-Chlor-3,4-diphenylpyrimido[4,5:4,5]thieno[2,3-c]pyridazin (5), 8-substituierte 3,4-Diphenylpyrimido[4,5:4,5]thieno[2,3-c]pyridazine (6a–h) und 7-substituierte 3,4-Diphenylpyrimido[4,5:4,5]thieno[2,3-c]pyridazin-8(7H)-one (7a–c).相似文献

Summary A facile synthesis of 8-substituted pyrimido[4,5:4,5]thieno[2,3-c]pyridazines (6a–i) has been accomplished. The sequence involves the ring closure of a heterocyclic aminonitrile precursor (3) after reaction with (dichloromethylene)-dimethylammonium chloride.

The interaction of six nonionic surfactants -[4-(1,1,3,3-tetra-methylbutyl)phenyl]--hydroxypoly(oxy-1,2-ethanediyl) with hydroxypropyl--cyclodextrin (HPCD) and dimethyl--cyclodextrin (DIMEB) was studied by reversed-phase thin-layer chromatography in the presence and absence of sodium chloride. Each surfactant formed complexes with both cyclodextrin derivatives; however, the strength of interaction varied considerably. DIMEB formed more stable inclusion complexes with the surfactants than did HPCD. A longer ethyleneoxide chain decreased the strength of interaction, whereas sodium chloride exerted a negligible impact. Principal component analysis indicated that both the hydrophobicity and the specific hydrophobic surface are of the surfactant influenced the complex formation indicating the hydrophobic character of the interaction.Dedicated to Professor József Szejtli. 相似文献

The — complexes of metal tetraphenylporphinates with benzene, toluene, and xylenes were characterized by means of thermogravimetry. The ability of metalloporphyrins to form — complexes with certain -donor molecules depends largely on the -acceptor capacity of the macroheterocycle, and on the peculiarities of the metal—porphyrin coordinative linkage. The condensation of aminals of -dimethylaminoacrolein and 5-dimethylaminopenta-2,4-dienal with cyclic and acyclic 1,2-, 1,3-, 1,4-, 1,5-, and 1,6-diketones was studied. The formation and transformations of blue silver (
max 700 nm) during -irradiation of a weakly alkaline (pH 9) aqueous solution containing AgClO4, polyacrylic acid (PAA), and isopropanol were studied. We believe that blue silver is a linear silver cluster stabilized on a polymeric molecule. During radiation-chemical reduction the cluster is transformed into new clusters (
max = 365 and 460 nm). When all of the Ag+ ions present in the solution have been reduced, clusters coalesce and a new phase,i.e., colloidal silver particles, forms. Significant - interaction is found in the complexes of (S, S)-dimethylpyridino-18-crown-6 with (R)- and (S)-[-(1-naphthyl)ethyl]ammonium perchlorate. This finding is supported by the1H NOESY NMR spectral technique, greater chemical shift changes of aromatic protons in both host and guest molecules upon complexation, and by molecular mechanics calculations. Because of the flexibility of the ligand, the tripod hydrogen bonding causes13C relaxation times of all periphery carbons to decrease without significant selectivity. Rotational energy barrier calculations of the methyl groups of the complexed ligand also show that the (S, S)-host-(R)-guest is the more stable complex. 相似文献

The Dinitrone 2,2-diphenyl-3,3-bi-3H-indole-1,1-dioxide acts as a demethylating and dehydrogenating agent. Die Wechselwirkung des Dinitrons mit Elektronen-Acceptoren und Elektronen-Donatoren geht wegen der Selbstassoziation zwischen den Dinitron-Molekülen ohne die dazwischenliegende Bildung eines Charge-Transfer-Komplexes vor sich; das wird auch von Röntgenstrukturuntersuchungen gestützt. Die Kristallstruktur wurde mit direkten Methoden ermittelt:a=9.967 (2),b=19.817 (3),c=10.875 (2) Å; =111.2 (2)°. P21/n. Summary Phenylsulfonylacetophenones1 react with a mixture of elemental sulfur and malononitrile to yield the corresponding 2-amino-4-aryl-5-phenylsulfonylthiophene-3-carbonitriles2. Compound2a could be annelated to the corresponding thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine and thieno[2,3-c]-pyrazole derivatives3 and5 upon reaction with nitrogen nucleophiles (cyanamide and hydroxylamine hydrochloride), respectively. The applicability and synthetic potency of5 to develop a facile convenient route to the polyfunctionally substituted thieno[2,3:3,4]pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines8, 14, 17, 20, and21 is reported. Chemical and spectroscopic evidences for the structures of the new compounds are presented.

Zusammenfassung Die Phenylsulfonylacetophenone1 reagieren mit einem Gemisch aus elementarem Schwefel und Malonsäurenitril zu den entsprechenden 2-Amino-4-aryl-5-phenylsulfonylthiophen-3-carbonitrilen2. Durch Umsetzung mit Stickstoffnucleophilen wie Cyanamid und Hydroxylaminhydrochlorid konnten aus Verbindung2a die entsprechenden Thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin- und Thieno[2,3-c]pyrazolderivate erhalten werden. Das synthetische Potential und die Anwendbarkeit von5 zur Synthese polyfunktionell substituierter Thieno[2,3:3,4]pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (8,14,17,20,21) werden beschrieben. The photo-oxidation reaction of phenothiazine has been studied in the presence of-cyclodextrin (-CD) and 2-hydroxypropyl-cyclodextrin (HP -CD). The influence of these organized media on the formation of the oxidation photoproduct upon UV irradiation has been investigated. Phenothiazine forms an inclusion complex with the cyclodextrins. The stoichiometry and formation constant of the complex formed with 2-hydroxypropyl -CD have been calculated using the changes of the fluorescence emission signal and of the absorbance of the drug upon inclusion. An increase of the fluorescence intensity of the photogenerated product is attained when it becomes included inside the cyclodextrin cavity. 相似文献

X shows that in the asymptotic case (n) ,opt does not tend to zero, as it follows from the empirically established correlations, but has a finite, non-zero value. It is shown that the energy gap of odd polymethines is the same as that of the even polymethines - the polyenes (E
2 eV). The substituents (X N, O, B) are responsible for the appearance of levels in the gap. These, depending on the substituent character, are vacant (X B) or occupied (X N, O). The transition from or to such a level determines the longest wavelength optical transition energy of polymethines. 相似文献
