The wastewalter from naphthol As-E production process was treated with macroporous polymeric adsorbent DNDA-222,Naphthol As-E and 2,3-acid in the wastewater could be removed completely and the Total Organic Carbon(TOC) of the wastewater was decreased more than 98% from 1655mg/L to less than 30mg/L.The adsorbates could be desorbed completely with NaOH aqueous solution.  相似文献

Wastewater from production process of 2,3-acid was treated by adsorption using macroporous resin NDA-708.After only one-step treatment by resin adsorption,removal efficiency of three kinds of naphthalene chemicals was above 99%;removal eficiency of CODcr was above 96%.Under proper operating condition,desorptionefficiency was around 100%.The running records of the industrial facility showed that the naphthlene chemicals in desorption effluent could be reused without obvious influence on the quality of the product.  相似文献

1. INTRODUCTION Naphthol As-E is an important intermediate of organic pigment and dyestuff. It is produced by condensation of 2,3-acid (2-hydroxy-3-carboxlic -napthalene) and p-Aminochlorobenzene with wastewater discharged [1]. In this paper,the two effluents from PBA (3-phenoxy-benzaldehyde) production process were treated by polymeric adsorbent CHA-111.PBA or PBC (3-phenoxy-benzoic acid) was recovered from the wastewater in the process of neutralization.As a secondary treatment method,adsorption with CHA-111 showed better efficiency than photocatolytic decomposition and solvent extraction.The optimal technological parameters were:adsorption:current velocity:2.0BV/hr(bed volume per hour),room temperature;desorption:current velocity:2.0BV/hr(bed volume per hour),room temperature;desorption:current velocity:1.0 BV/hr,80℃,8% sodium hydroxide aqueous solutions.In conclusion,99.9% COD in the neutralizing wastewater and 98.4% COD in the hydrolysis wastewater are removed successfully.  相似文献

The treatment and resource reuse of 1,2,4-acid producing wastewater by self-mademacroporous adsorption resin ND,A-107 was studied in this paper. Optimum adsorption anddesorption process parameters were acquired by systematically study. The polymeric resin NDA-10 7indicated good adsorption & desorption of 1,2, 4-acid in the wastewater. The removal efficiency of1,2,4-acid, CODer is about 78%, 72% respectively. It is evident that this adsorption process is anefficient treatment method for 1,2,4-acid producing wastewater. At the same time, the accumulationand resource reuse of l,2, 4-acid can be realized in this process.  相似文献

The treatment of salicylic acid manufacturing wastewater by NDA-100 resin wasinvestigated. The sorption intensity of phenol was found to be strongly dependent on pH of theaqueous phase. Equilibrium adsorption data fit to both Langmuir and Freundlich models. Thecolumn adsorption showed thatthis process was suitable for the treatment of salicylic acidmanufacturing wastewater About 99.9% CODcr removal was obtained under the optimal operatingconditions. The resin could be completely regenerated with 1 BV8%(w/w) NaOH+2BV H2O, therecovery of 98.9% of the substance was reached. This process makes it possible to recover thevaluable material from the wastewater and to improve the effluent water quality.  相似文献

According to the result of the studies of the Taigu genie male-sterile wheat of the predecessor, a series of inductive inference was made at first. We used the Taigu genic malesterile wheat to make cross with rye to produce polyhaploid plant. By chromosome doubling, the dominant male-sterile gene became homozygous under artificial condition. The result of the experiment obtained shows that the expression and segregation ratio of the stamens of the haploid, amphiploid and the hybrid progenies of amphiploid plants well correspond to the inductive inference, so it confirms once again that a single dominant gene determines the male-sterility of the Taigu genic male-sterile wheat.The authors verify that the Tal gene not only can be expressed normally in common wheat's genetic background, but also can be introduced into the octoploid triticale. The first dominant genic male-sterile octoploid triticale is produced and has been used in triticale breeding program.  相似文献

During the ageing of erythrocyte membrane, the spectrin content, Na, K-ATPase activity as well as the lipid fluidity are obviously decreased. However, supplementation of a trace amount of Na_2SeO_3 in the medium could prevent the dissociation of spectrin from membrane and delay the changes of Na, K-ATPase activity and lipid fluidity. The effectiveness is proportional to Se concentration within the range of 0.1—1.0 ppm.Similar effect of supplementation of Se on the intact erythrocytes during ageing has been also observed.The protective action of Se on biomembranes is generally interpreted in terms of the activity of Se-containing glutathione peroxidase (GSHPx). However, GSHPx mainly distributes in the cytoplasma of erythrocytes, therefore it seems that the protective action of supplemented Se on the isolated erythrocyte membrane might not be related to the activity of GSHPx.  相似文献

The content of binding-Se in erythrocyte membrane may affect its structure and function. Decrease in So content will lead to a lower activity of Na, K-ATPase and lipid fluidity in ghosts, and a marked increase in Na, K-ATPase activity as well as lipid fluidity of erythrocyte membrane was observed by supplementation of low concentration of Na_2SeO_3 (0.03—0.3 ppm Se), in vitro. The partial oxidation of methane to methanol was studied. The effectof various homogeneous "sensitizers" on the oxidation of pure methane was e-valuated at 433℃ and under a pressure of 5.0MPa. The sorption behavior of N-methyl-2-thio-imidazole resin(MTIR) for Rh(Ⅲ) was investigated.The optmum sorption condition of MTIR for Rh(Ⅲ),sorption rate t1/2=84min,sorption capacity 1.37mmol Rh(Ⅲ)/g MTIR,[140.5mg Rh(Ⅲ)/g MTIR],sorption molar ratio 0.34Rh(Ⅲ)/functional group,distribution coefficient D=2.5&#215;10^3mg&#183;g^-1 were determined.The sorption selectivity of MTIR for Rh(Ⅲ)in the presence of common metal ions,Fe^3+,Co^2+,Ni^2+ and Cu^2+ was examined.Rh(Ⅲ) adsorbed on MTIR can be eluted quantitatively by using a mixed solution composed of 20% thio-urea-acetone:6mol HCl.dm^-3(1:1vol.) used as an eluent.Rh(Ⅲ) can be separated from the mixture of Rh(Ⅲ) and Fe^3+,Co^2+,Ni^2+,Cu^2+ by using D72 resin and MTIR successively.  相似文献

Water-insoluble bagasse xanthates were prepared by xanthation of alkalified celluloses by treating bagasse with chromium hydroxide reaction effluent.The removel of nickel from both test solutions and electroplating industrial wastewater samples with BX was investigated.The process was studied taking into account such parameters as pH of water,precipitation time,xanthate dosage and storage time of BX.These products wrer found to be highly efficient in removing nickel.The residual concentration of nickel after treatment can be reduced to a value of the ordor of 0.01mg&#183;l^-1.  相似文献

In this paper,effects on of six type of resins the decolorization of D-ribose zymotic fluid have been studied for the first time.The results show that resin NKA-II has the best effect.the decolorization rage of D-ribose zymotic fluid is 91% at velocity of 1.0BV/hr and 25℃,the adsorption capacity can reach up to 5.7BV.The effects of adsorption conditions as well as conditions of resinregeneration on the resin decolorization capability were also studied.  相似文献
