Two diastereoselective and straightforward protocols for the high-yielding synthesis of 2,3-trans- and 2,3-cis-6-methoxy-3-substituted morpholine-2-carboxylic esters were realized in few steps, through the condensation between 5,6-diethoxy-5,6-dimethyl-1,4-dioxan-2-one and an appropriate imine, which is the key reaction to control the C2-C3 relative stereochemistry, followed by a methanolysis/ring-closure tandem reaction sequence. In particular, 2,3-trans-morpholines derive from the R*,S*-product of the acid condensation of N-functionalized alkylimines with the silylketene acetal of the above lactone, whereas 2,3-cis-morpholines derive from the R*,R*-product of basic condensation of an N-tosylimines with the lactone.  相似文献

Novozym-435 has been found to be an effective biocatalyst for the kinetic resolution of a series of racemic 2,3-allenols, affording highly optically active (S)-(-)-2,3-allenols and (R)-(+)-2,3-allenyl acetates in high yields and with excellent ee values. The reaction of 3-(n-butyl)-3,4-pentadien-2-ol (1 a) was successfully performed on a 10 g scale to afford the corresponding (S)-(-)-2,3-allenol (1 a) and (R)-(+)-2,3-allenyl acetate (2 a) in synthetically useful amounts and with high ee values. The advantages of this reaction are the ready availability of the starting materials, high stereoselectivities for both (-)-2,3-allenols and (+)-2,3-allenyl acetates, the use of a relatively high substrate concentration, and a lower catalyst loading. The resulting (S)-(-)-2,3-allenol 1 a can be converted into the corresponding chiral 2,5-dihydrofuran and the vinylic epoxide.  相似文献

Azimines VI: 1-Alkoxycarbonyl-2,3-dialkyl- and -2,3-diarylazimines Alkoxycarbonyl-nitrenes 2 – generated in situ by α-elimination from N-[(4-nitrophenyl)-sulfonyloxy]carbamates 4 – were reacted with six aliphatic and aromatic azo compounds to yield 1-alkoxycarbonyl-azimines 11 (R′ = Alkyl). Thus, (2Z)- or (2E)- 1 -alkoxycarbonyl-2,3-diisopropyl-azimines ( 8 or 9 ) were obtained stereospecifically from (E)- or (Z)-1,1′-dimethylazoethane ( 5 or 6 ) and 1-alkoxycarbonyl -2,3-(cis-1,3-cyclopentylene)-azimines ( 10 ) resulted from 2,3-diazabicyclo[2.2.1]-2-heptene ( 7 ), always using both ethoxy- and methoxycarbonyl-nitrene ( 2a and 2b ). With 2a , (E)-azobenzene ( 14 ) was converted only to a single stereoisomer of 1-ethoxycarbonyl-2,3-diphenyl-azimine ( 17 ) and both stereoisomers of azo(p-toluene) ( 15 or 16 ) reacted to give the same stereoisomer of 1-ethoxycarbonyl-2,3-di(p-tolyl)-azimine ( 18 ).  相似文献

Three novel 2-prenyl-dihydrofurochromone-type sesquiterpenoid derivatives, 2,3-dihydro-7-hydroxy-2S*,3R*-dimethyl-2-[4,8-dimethyl-3(E),7-nonadienyl]-furo[2,3-b]chromone, 2,3-dihydro-7-hydroxy-2S*,3R*-dimethyl-2-[4-methyl-5-(4-methyl-2-furyl)-3(E),7-pentenyl]-furo[2,3-b]chromone, and 2,3-dihydro-7-hydroxy-2R*,3R*-dimethyl-2-[4-methyl-5-(4-methyl-2-furyl)-3(E),7-pentenyl]-furo[2,3-b]chromone, were isolated from the roots of Ferula ferulaeoides. The structures were established by comprehensive spectral analysis. The biosynthetic pathway leading to these 2-prenyl-dihydrofurochromone-type sesquiterpenoids is proposed based on their structures.  相似文献

A new three-dimensional coordination polymer [Mn(2,3-pdc)(H20)]n (2,3-pdc = pyridine-2,3-dicarboxylate) 1 has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 6.4168(5), b = 10.7939(9), c = 11.1549(10) A, β = 94.733(4)°, V = 769.98(11) A3, Z = 4, Mr = 238.06, De = 2.054 g/cm3, μ(MoKa) = 1.707 mm-1, F(000) = 476, Rint = 0.0326; R = 0.0499 and wR = 0.1636 for 1564 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). X-ray diffraction analyses reveal that the title compound is a three-dimensional coordination polymer consisting of one MnⅡ center with a distorted octahedral environment arranged by four 2,3-pdc ligands and one water molecule.  相似文献

Acylpyruvic acids readily react with 2,3-diaminopyridine to form (Z)-3-acylmethylene-1H-3,4-di- hydropyrido[2,3-b]pyrazin-2-ones. 5-Aryl-2,3-dihydrofuran-2,3-diones which can be regarded as lactones derived from -enolized aroylpyruvic acids react with 2,3-diaminopyridine under mild conditions, yielding regioisomeric (Z)-2-aroylmethylene-4H-1,2-dihydropyrido[2,3-b]pyrazin-3-ones. The structure of the products and reaction chemoselectivity are discussed.  相似文献

Authentic pyrrolidine-2,3-dione has been prepared by two different routes. It is shown that the material previously reported is actually a hydrolysis product, 4-amino-2-oxobutyric acid. 1-Allyl- and 1-ethoxypyrroli-dine-2,3-dione have been prepared as N-protected pyrrolidine-2,3-diones potentially useful in synthesis.  相似文献

Oxiranes are a class of cyclic ethers formed in abundance during low‐temperature combustion of hydrocarbons and biofuels, either via chain‐propagating steps that occur from unimolecular decomposition of β‐hydroperoxyalkyl radicals (β‐?QOOH) or from reactions of H?O with alkenes. The cis‐ and trans‐isomers of 2,3‐dimethyloxirane are intermediates of n‐butane oxidation, and while rate coefficients for β‐?QOOH → 2,3‐dimethyloxirane + ?OH are reported extensively, subsequent reaction mechanisms of the cyclic ethers are not. As a result, chemical kinetics mechanisms commonly adopt simplified chemistry to describe the consumption of 2,3‐dimethyloxirane by convoluting several elementary reactions into a single step, which may introduce mechanism truncation error—uncertainty derived from missing or incomplete chemistry. The present research examines the isomer dependence of 2,3‐dimethyloxirane reaction mechanisms in support of ongoing efforts to minimize mechanism truncation error. Reaction mechanisms are inferred via the detection of products from Cl‐initiated oxidation of both cis‐2,3‐dimethyloxirane and trans‐2,3‐dimethyloxirane using multiplexed photoionization mass spectrometry (MPIMS). The experiments were conducted at 10 Torr and temperatures of 650 K and 800 K. To complement the experiments, the enthalpies of stationary points on the ?R + O2 surfaces were computed at the ccCA‐PS3 level of theory. In total, 28 barrier heights were computed on the 2,3‐dimethyloxiranylperoxy surfaces. Two notable aspects are low‐lying pathways that form resonance‐stabilized ketohydroperoxide‐type radicals caused by ?QOOH ring‐opening when the unpaired electron is localized adjacent to the ether group, and cistrans isomerization of ?R and ?QOOH radicals, via inversion, which enable reaction pathways otherwise restricted by stereochemistry. Several species were identified in the MPIMS experiments from ring opening of 2,3‐dimethyloxiranyl radicals. Neither of the two conjugate alkene isomers prototypical of ?R + O2 reactions were detected. Products were also identified from decomposition of ketohydroperoxide‐type radicals. The present work provides the first analysis of 2,3‐dimethyloxirane oxidation chemistry and reveals that consumption pathways are complex and require the expansion of submechanisms in chemical kinetics mechanisms.  相似文献

Reported herein is a protocol for the enantioselective Pd(II)-catalyzed Heck-type reaction between arylboronic acids and 2,3-dihydrofuran. The highest chemical and optical yields were obtained when a Pd(OAc)2/(R)-MeO(biphenylphosphine) or a Pd(OAc)2/(R)-(2,2'-bis(diphenylphosphino)-1,1'-binaphthyl) catalyst and a Cu(OAc)2 reoxidant were employed.  相似文献

Experimental and theoretical vibrational Raman optical activity (VROA) spectra of (2R,3R)-2,3-dimethylthiirane in the 200-1500 cm(-1) region are presented.
