Three new transition metal complexes have been synthesized with a Schiff base,3-(2-hydroxy-5-chlorophenylimino)-l,3- diphenylpropen-1-one.In all complexes Schiff base is completely deprotonated and coordinated to metal as tridentate ligand via phenolic and enolic oxygens and imine nitrogen.Thermal decomposition of the complexes has been studied by thermogravimetry. The polymer-bound Schiff base ternary manganese complexes [PS-SalPhe-Mn-L (L = Phen, Bipy and 8HQ)] have been prepared from the polymer-bound Schiff base ligand, a manganese salt and the second ligand, such as 1,10-phenanthroline (phen), 2,2‘-bipyridyl (bipy) and 8-quinolinol (8HQ). The polymer-bound Schiff base ternary manganese complexes were characterized by means of infrared spectrometry and ICPAES. The catalytic activities of the complexes have been studied in the aerobic epoxidation of long-chain linear aliphatic olefins. It is shown that 1-octene or 1-decene can be directly oxidized by molecular oxygen when catalyzed by PS-SalPhe-Mn-L(L=Phen, Bipy and 8HQ), and 1,2-epoxy alkane can be afforded in these reactions.  相似文献

通过水热方法,采用H2cpna(H2cpna=5-(2′-carboxylphenyl))和bpy(bpy=2,2′-bipyridine)与Ni(OAc)2·4H2O反应,合成了一个具有二维结构的配位聚合物[Ni(cpna)(bpy)(H2O)]n (1),并对其结构和磁性质进行了研究。结构分析结果表明该聚合物的晶体属于单斜晶系,P21/c空间群。3个镍(Ⅱ)离子、3个cpna配体、3个2,2′-bpy配体和3个配位水分子形成了一个[Ni3(cpna)3(bpy)3(H2O)3]环,这些环通过镍(Ⅱ)离子与cpna配体的配位作用形成了一个二维层状结构。层与层之间又通过π-π堆积作用形成了一个三维的配位框架。研究表明,该聚合物中相邻镍(Ⅱ)离子之间存在很弱的反铁磁相互作用。  相似文献

A new mixed-ligand nickel(Ⅱ) complex, [Ni(L)(DCA)(H2O)]·2H2O (L = C8H9N3, 2-aminomethyl-benzimidazole, DCA2- = 7-oxabicyclo[2,2,1]heptane-2,3-dicarboxylate, demethylcantharate, C8H8O5), has been synthesized and characterized. The structure of the complex was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It is of monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 7.7211(7), b = 12.0799(12), c = 19.7867(19), β = 100.390(6)°, V = 1815.2(3) nm3, Dc = 1.625 g·cm-3, Ζ = 4, F(000) = 928, R = 0.0314 and wR = 0.0822. In addition, the interaction between the complex and DNA was studied by means of fluorescence spectra and viscosity. The results indicate that the complex binds to DNA by the mode of partial intercalation with the Stern-Volmer constants Ksv of 3.81 × 104 mol·L-1.  相似文献

The pentadentate ligand 14-oxa-1,4,8,11-tetraazabicyclo[9.5.3]nonadecane (L1) has been synthesized by the high dilution cyclization of 1-oxa-4,8-diazacyclododecane ([10]aneN(2)O) (1) with 1,3-bis(alpha-chloroacetamido)propane (2) and subsequent reduction of the diamide intermediate. The structure [Ni(L1)(ClO(4))](ClO(4)) (P2(1)/c (no. 14), a = 8.608(3), b = 16.618(3), c = 14.924(4) A, beta = 91.53(3) degrees converged at R = 0.050 (R(w) = 0.046) for 307 parameters using 2702 reflections with I > 2sigma(I). For the nickel(II) complex of the (monodeprotonated) precursor diamide ligand 14-oxa-1,4,8,11-tetraazabicyclo[9.5.3]nonadecane-3,9-dione (H(2)L2), [Ni(HL2)](ClO(4)) (Pbca (no. 61), a = 15.1590(3), b = 13.235(2), c = 18.0195(6) A), the structure converged at R = 0.045 (R(w) = 0.038) for 265 parameters using 1703 reflections with I > 3sigma(I). In the reduced system, the cyclam-based ligand adopts a trans-III configuration. The [Ni(L1)(ClO(4))](2+) ion is pseudooctahedral with the Ni-O(ether) 2.094(3) A distance shorter than the Ni-O(perchlorate) 2.252(4) A. The nickel(II) and nickel(III) complexes are six-coordinate in solution. Oxidation of [Ni(L1)(OH(2))](2+) with K(2)S(2)O(8) in aqueous media yielded an axial d(7) Ni(III) species (g( perpendicular) = 2.159 and g( perpendicular) = 2.024 at 77 K). The [Ni(L1)(solv)](2+) ion in CH(3)CN showed two redox waves, Ni(II/I) (an irreversible cathodic peak, E(p,c) = -1.53 V) and Ni(III/II) (E(1/2) = 0.85 V (reversible)) vs Ag/Ag(+). The complex [Ni(HL2)](ClO(4)) displays square-planar geometry with monodeprotonation of the ligand. The ether oxygen is not coordinated. Ni-O(3) = 2.651(6) A and Ni-O(3a) = 2.451(12) A, respectively. The Ni(III/II) oxidation at E(1/2) = 0.24 V (quasi-reversible) vs Ag/Ag(+) is considerably lower than the saturated system. The kinetics of Cl(-) substitution at [Ni(L1)(solv)](3+) are pH dependent. Detachment of the ether oxygen atom is proposed, with insertion of a protonated water molecule which deprotonates at a pK(a) more acidic than in the corresponding cyclam complex. A Ni(Ⅱ) complex [Ni(bdpm)2(OAc)]2(N3)2·5H2O (bdpm = bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)-methane) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 18.630(2), b =16.6624(19), c = 19.821(2) (A), β = 90.146(2)°, V = 6152.9(12) (A)3, Z = 4, C48H8oN22Ni2O9, Mr =1226.76, Dc = 1.324 g/cm3, F(000) = 2600 andμ = 0.680 mm-1. The structure was refined to the final R = 0.0578 and wR = 0.1337 for 10848 independent reflections (Rint = 0.0311) and 6915 observed reflections (I > 2σ(Ⅰ)). The complex contains two asymmetric molecules in the cell with small difference in bond distances and bond angles. Each Ni(Ⅱ) ion is bound by four nitrogen atoms of two chelating bdpm groups in a six-membered boat conformation and two oxygen atoms from one chelating bidentate acetate group to form a distorted octahedral geometry. The complex also contains azide anion outside acting as counteranion and two crystalline water molecules to link two discrete mononuclear cations though hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

A new nickel(Ⅱ) coordination compound [Ni(L2-)(2,2′-bipy)(H2O)]·2H2O (H2L=phenyliminodiacetic acid) was obtained by self-assembly of phenyliminodiacetic acid, 2,2′-bipy, and NiCl2·6H2O in the mixed solvent of water and ethanol (V∶V=1∶1). The complex was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, and X-ray crystallography analysis. The crystal is monoclinic, space group P21 /c with a=0.867 4(2) nm, b=0.907 3(1) nm, c=2.643 5(5) nm, β=91.01(1)°, V=2.080 2(4) nm3, Z=4, F(000)=992, Dc=1.520 Mg·m-3, R1=0.027 0 and wR2=0.067 5. Crystal data for 1: orthorhombic, space group Pbca with a = 11.921(4), b = 15.816(6), c = 17.076(6) (A), V=3219.7(19) (A)3, C15H17CuN3O5S, Z = 8, Mr = 414.92, Dc = 1.712 g/cm3,μ(MoKα) = 1.520 mm-1,F(000) = 1704, the final R = 0.0300 and wR = 0.0705 for 2840 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I);and crystal data for 2: monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 7.929(3), b = 17.038(5), c = 11.734(4)(A), β = 98.162(6)°, V = 1569.1 (9) (A)3, C15H16CuN2O5S, Z = 4, Mr = 399.90, Dc = 1.693 g/cm3, F(000)= 820,μ(MoKα) = 1.554 mm-1, the final R = 0.0351 and wR = 0.0848 for 2767 observed reflections (I > 2o(I)). The molecular structure of complex 1 consists of one tetra-coordinated Cu(Ⅱ) atom generating a slightly distorted square plane, and a one-dimensional chain structure is formed by intermolecular hydrogen bonds. Complex 2 consists of a diphenolic hydroxyl O-bridged binuclear copper(Ⅱ) structure. The crystal structures of complexes 1 and 2 reveal that the coordinate copper centers are bound to both nitrogen and oxygen atom donors. A new complex [Ni(phen)(mal)(H2O)2]·3H2O (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline,mal2-= malonic acid) has been synthesized by the reaction of nickel nitrate,phen and malonic acid.EA,IR spectra and X-ray single-crystal diffraction were carried out to determine the composition and crystal structure of the title complex.Crystal data:monoclinic system,space group P2/c,a =8.937(3),b = 12.163(5),c = 9.725(3)(A),β = 119.36°,C15H19N2O9Ni,Mr= 430.03,Z = 2,F(000) =446,V = 921.3 (A)3,Dc = 1.550 g/cm3,μ = 1.104 mm-1,-10≤h≤ 10,-12≤k≤ 14,-11 ≤l≤7,R =0.0261 and wR = 0.0609 for 4376 (Rint = 0.0203) independent reflections and 1631 observed ones (I> 2σ(I)).Ni(Ⅱ) exhibits an octahedral coordination geometry,with hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions stabilizing the whole structure.UV spectrum of the complex interacting with protamine DNA indicates that the title compound interacts with DNA via insertion mode with bonding constant Kb of 1.11 × 104.  相似文献
