研究了亚甲基蓝(methylene blue,MB)聚合物膜修饰金电极(PMB/Au)的制备及其性质,通过电化学阻抗谱图对PMB/Au进行了表征,并对抗坏血酸(ascorbic acid,AA)在PMB/Au上的电化学行为进行了研究。结果表明,PMB/Au对AA的氧化具有良好的电催化作用,使AA的过电位降低约200 mV,氧化峰电流明显增大。测得AA在PMB/Au上的电荷转移系数为0.70,催化反应速率常数为5.99×103mol-1.L.s-1。用方波伏安法(Square Wave Voltammetry,SWV)测得氧化峰电流与AA浓度在2.0×10-5~6.0×10-3mol/L范围内呈良好线性关系,检出限为1.0×10-5mol/L。将PMB/Au应用于Vc片剂和Vc注射液中AA的测定。 相似文献

The applied potential is +0.2 V vs. SCE, flow rate is 1 ml min?1 and sample volume is 30 μ1. The background electrolyte is 0.05 M phosphate, pH 7.4. Electrode pretreatment is +1.3 V vs. SCE for 40 s, followed by a pre-injection delay of 20 s. Peak current over a receding baseline is used. Linear range extends down to 0.4 μM for chloramine and 0.2 μM for hypochlorite. Sensitivities are 70 and 95 nA μM? respectively. Time per determination is less than 1.5 min. Inclusion complex of ferrocene (Fc) with beta-cyclodextrin (beta-CD) has been synthesized in ethylene glycol. It was unsolvable in water and had been successfully used to the preparation of beta-CD-Fc inclusion complex modified carbon paste electrode (CFCPE). Solid paraffin was used as the binder of the electrode. Ascorbic acid (AA) was electrocatalytically oxidized at the electrode in NH(3)-NH(4)Cl buffer (pH 10.0) with a anodic peak potential of +0.20 V (vs. SCE). The anodic current was proportional to the concentration of AA in the range 1.0x10(-3)-5.0x10(-7) mol l(-1) with the detection limit of 1.0x10(-7) mol l(-1). Using the inclusion complex as the electroactive substance greatly increased the stability and reproducibility of CFCPE than using Fc; the lifetime of the electrode can be over 1 year. Because CFCPE responds rapidly and sensitively, it has been successfully applied to the determination of AA in fruit juices. 相似文献

An application of tissue-based electrodes aimed at eliminating interferences from co-existing electroactive constituents is described. The concept is illustrated using a zucchini-containing carbon paste electrode. The presence of the enzyme ascorbic acid oxidase (AAO) in the zucchini tissue effectively eliminates contributions from ascorbic acid, thus allowing selective measurement of dopamine or norepinephrine. In comparison with analogous enzyme-based AAO electrodes, the tissue “eliminator” electrode offers high biocatalytic stability and activity and extremely low cost. The effects of various experimental variables are studied using pulse voltammetry, chronoamperometry and flow-injection amperometry. The electrode has a useful lifetime of 4 weeks. Simultaneous elimination of uric acid interferences is obtained via the co-immobilization of uricase. Oxygen background currents are eliminated in the presence of ascorbic acid. 相似文献

Electrode with optical shapes is appreciated in microfluidics. In this article, we reported a flexible poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS)-based gold electrode for ascorbic acid detection. Gold nanoparticles were chemically deposited on PDMS and the composite film was applied as working electrode. The electrode could undergo deformation and display good response performance without damage. This biosensor could give quick response to ascorbic acid (AA) (<5s) and the currents were linear with concentrations of AA in range of 0.023-7.00 mM and 30-100 mM, respectively. Limit of detection was 0.008 mM (S/N=3). This biosensor has been applied to determine ascorbic acid content in vitamin C tablets and the results were consistent with traditional iodometric method. 相似文献

The aim of the present study was the qualitative determination of the pure clarithromycin using a gold electrode in neutral electrolyte by cyclic linear sweep voltammetry. It was shown that in the range of −1.2 V to 1.0 V vs. SCE in 0.05 M NaHCO3, a gold electrode is successfully employed for the qualitative determination of clarithromycin by detection of the reproductive four anodic and one cathodic peaks. After the potentiostatic measurements at the potential values corresponded to current peaks, the bulk electrolyte was analyzed by FTIR spectroscopy to show the changes in molecular structure of clarithromycin. FTIR analysis of the bulk electrolyte after 4 h of holding the potential at −0.61 V vs. SCE (cathodic peak) showed the apparent changes in clarithromycin molecule structure: in the ester bond of the lactone and in ethers and acetal bonds. 相似文献

Simple, strip-type sensors based on 7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane-modified graphite were prepared using screen printing techniques. The electrochemical strips operated at low potentials [50 mV at pH 7.0 or 100 mV at pH 4.8 vs. Ag/AgCl (printed)] and had a sensitivity of 3.5–7.1 μA 1 mmol?1L-ascorbic acid. Determination of ascorbic acid concentration was achieved in 30 s and required samples of ca. 30 μl. The current output of the electrodes was found to be relatively insensitive to variations in pH over the range 5.0–8.5. Between 15 and 35 °C, the temperature coefficient was 2.7% °C?1. The printed electrodes were suitable for single determinations but demonstrated adequate stability for periodic re-use. The ascorbic acid concentration in the juice of fresh fruit was determined using the electrochemical printed electrodes and a commercially available enzymatic test kit. Close agreement was observed between the two methods [r=0.9997 (n=12),slope=0.9798]. The limit of detection using the printed sensor for real samples was calculated as 4mg l?1(22 μM). 相似文献

Dimercaptothiadiazole compound, 2,5-dimercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole (DMcT) forms ‘thin’ monolayers on Au electrode when it was adsorbed from methanol, ethanol or DMSO solutions while it forms ‘thick’ layers on Au electrode from an aqueous solution under identical experimental conditions. Thick DMcT layers formed from aqueous solution effectively blocks the redox reaction of couple in contrast to thin DMcT monolayers. The monolayer thickness did not vary when structurally related DMcT compounds, 5-methyl-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-thiol or 5-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-thiol was adsorbed from aqueous and non-aqueous solutions. This indicates that the presence of two thiol groups in DMcT plays a crucial role in the formation of thick and thin DMcT layers on Au electrode when it was adsorbed from aqueous and non-aqueous solutions. Methanol, ethanol, or DMSO solution of DMcT is considered as strong acid because these solvents are able to deprotonate DMcT into DMcT− and thus thin monolayers formed on Au electrode. The deprotonating ability of these solvents was further verified from the observed absorption spectrum characteristic of DMcT− species. On the other hand, an aqueous solution of DMcT is less acidic due to weak deprotonation of DMcT by water and thus DMcT forms thick layer on Au electrode. Interestingly, thin DMcT monolayers formed from non-aqueous solvents separates the voltammetric signals of uric acid and ascorbic acid while thick DMcT layers formed from aqueous solution fails to separate them. 相似文献

Tosflex, a perfluoro-anionic exchange membrane, is not studied as much as Nafion for electroanalytical applications. In this study, electrocatalytic oxidation of ascorbic acid (AA) was demonstrated using a ferricyanide-doped Tosflex-modified electrode in pH 5 phosphate buffer solution. The modified electrode showed good stability over the studied pH range of 2–12. The electrocatalytic oxidation of AA on the modified electrode follows the surface-saturation kinetics in terms of Michaelis-Menten (MM) mechanism. The analytical estimations were performed amperometrically under hydrodynamic conditions at an applied potential of 300 mV versus Ag/AgCl. A linear response was observed in the range of 0–50 μM with a regression coefficient of 0.998. 相似文献

Cyclic voltammetry was used to investigate the electrochemical behaviour of ascorbic acid at a carbon—epoxy composite electrode modified with the electron mediator cobalt phthalocyanine. The modified electrode reduced the overpotential necessary for the oxidation of the vitamin by approximately 150 mV to 0.21 V vs. The saturated calomel electrode; the process was dependent on the pH of the supporting electrolyte, but independent of ionic strength over the range studied. The relative standard deviation (r.s.d.) of the peak heights of the cyclic voltammograms was 0.81% for a 1 × 10?4 M ascorbic acid solution (n = 7). The optimum supporting electrolyte was found to be 0.05 M phosphate buffer (pH 5).Amperometry in stirred solutions was then done at an applied potential of +0.25 V. The limit of detection was 0.65 ng ml?1 and the calibration graph was linear in the range 175 ng ml?1?50 μg ml?1. The method was used to determine ascorbic acid concentrations in single- and multivitamin preparations; the recovery was 97.86% for the vitamin added to one preparation. The r.s.d. for the analyses in these samples was about 5%. For comparison, the vitamin was also determined in these tablets using LC with UV detection at 254 nm; the correlation coefficient for the levels determined was 0.9989 (p = 0.0007). 相似文献

4-(Dimethylamino)pyridine capped gold nanoparticles (DMAP-AuNPs) were synthesized in aqueous medium and then immobilized on 1,6-hexanedithiol (HDT) modified Au electrode for the selective determination of 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (DOPAC) in the presence of ascorbic acid (AA). The synthesized DMAP-AuNPs were characterized by UV-visible spectroscopy and high resolution-transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM). The HR-TEM images showed that the nanoparticles are spherical in shape with a diameter of ~12 nm. The DMAP-AuNPs immobilized on HDT modified electrode was characterized by cyclic voltammetry and impedance spectroscopy. Impedance spectra show that the electron transfer reaction was more facile at the AuNPs modified electrode when compared to bare and HDT modified Au electrodes. The application of DMAP-AuNPs modified electrode was demonstrated by selective determination of DOPAC in the presence of high concentration of AA at pH 4. Using amperometry method, 40 nM detection of each AA and DOPAC was achieved. The current response was increased linearly with increasing AA and DOPAC in the concentration range of 40×10(-9) to 10×10(-5) M and a detection limit was found to be 5.6×10(-10) M and 3.7×10(-10) M (S/N=3) for AA and DOPAC, respectively. The present modified electrode was also successfully used for the determination of 40 nM DOPAC in the presence of 2500-fold excess of common interferents such as Na(+), Mg(2+), Cu(2+), Ca(2+), NH(4)(+) urea and glucose. 相似文献

In this study, we demonstrated a novel fabrication method of three dimensional nanoporous gold thin film (NPGF) onto gold (Au) substrate using electrochemical deposition method. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) investigation reveals the formation of highly-ordered pores, approximately 30 nm in diameter and 150 nm thick. The NPGF-modified electrode shows a linear range (0.1–40 μM) for dopamine detection in the presence of ascorbic acid. The electrochemical measurements of mixtures of dopamine, ascorbic acid, and uric acid in human serum sample for real sample applications was also investigated based on differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) technique. These high sensitivity and selectivity features of the proposed NPGF biosensor offer great promise for real sample biosensor application. 相似文献

The electrochemistry of metronidazole, 1-(hydroxyethyl)-2-methyl-5-nitroimidazole, was investigated at a carbon fiber microdisk electrode in pH 9 Britton Robinson buffer. Under these conditions, the reduction of metronidazole is controlled by both mass transport to the microdisk and adsorption with an equilibrium constant of 4 × 103 mol−1 dm3 and a saturation coverage of 0.88 × 10−8 mol cm−2. The adsorption and accumulation of metronidazole on the surface of the carbon fiber allows its determination at low concentrations by square wave adsorptive stripping voltammetry. A detection limit for metronidazole of 5 × 10−7 mol dm−3 and a R.S.D. of 3.7% at 1 × 10−6 mol dm−3 (n = 4) were obtained with a two electrode system with no stirring during the accumulation step. Based on this method, a simple procedure for the determination of metronidazole in urine is described which requires no pre-treatment of the sample before analysis. 相似文献

A fast Spectrophotometric method has been developed for titanium determination in geological matrices, based on the mixture of the sample solution with an exact volume of a single chromogenic solution containing acetate buffer, ascorbic acid and 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid DHB, which forms with titanium(IV) ions a yellow complex with absorption maximum at 380 nm. The following parameters were studied: complex stability, pH effect, amount of DHB, amount of acetate buffer, obedience to Beer's law, amount of ascorbic acid and iron masking. The results demonstrated that titanium can be determined in the pH range 4.0–5.0, with a molar absorptivity of 1.43 × 104 1·mol–1 cm–1 and a limit of detection of 2.3 ng/ml. The methodology that allows analysis of 30 samples per hour. Common anions and cations do not interfere, even when present in large amounts. Iron(III) interference can be easily eliminated by reduction to iron(II) using ascorbic acid. Analytical characteristics of the proposed procedure, such as calibration sensitivity, analytical sensitivity, limit of detection and coefficient of variation, were determined. The procedure was applied for titanium determination in various standard geological matrices, with results of satisfactory accuracy and precision (RSD<1%). 相似文献

An amperometric detector with a gold nanoparticle modified carbon paste electrode (GNMCPE) was applied applied to flow injection analysis for the determination of acetaminophen. An obvious shift of the peak potential and increase of the current peak were observed for the GNMCPE in comparison to that of the bare carbon paste electrode. The experimental conditions, such as species of buffer, pH, flow rate, detection volume, injection volume, and injection time were investigated. Under the optimized conditions, the calibration curve was obtained over the concentration range of 0.1–80 mg L?1 of acetaminophen with a linear correlation coefficient of 0.9994. The detection limit (3σ) was estimated to be 0.05 mg L?1 (n?=?7). The recoveries of acetaminophen were between 98.40% and 104.1%, and the relative standard deviation varied between 1.66% and 2.74% for the different samples. This method was applied to analyze six types of tablets obtained from a local drugstore. The contents of acetaminophen were found to be 0.498, 0.323, 0.249, 0.324, 0.319 and 0.323 g of each tablet, respectively. These results are consistent with the values obtained by high performance liquid chromatography. 相似文献
