报道了1-(2-苯并咪唑)-3-[4-(苯基偶氮)苯基]-三氮烯(PIPAPT)的合成及与镉(Ⅱ)的显色反应。在非离子表面活性剂OP存在下,于pH 11.0 Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲体系中,试剂与镉(Ⅱ)形成4∶1的橘红色配合物,其最大吸收波长位于523 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.19×105L.mol-1.cm-1。镉质量浓度在0~0.7μg/mL范围内符合比尔定律。方法可用于水中微量镉的测定。  相似文献

报道了显色剂1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(2-吡嗪)-三氮烯化合物的合成及其与镉(Ⅱ)的显色反应。在非离子表面活性剂Triton X-100存在下,pH 10.5的Na2B4O7-NaOH的缓冲介质中,该试剂能与镉(Ⅱ)与发生显色反应,形成摩尔比为4∶1的黄棕色配合物,配合物在波长453 nm处有最大吸收峰,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为6.90×104L.mol-1.cm-1,镉(Ⅱ)质量浓度在0~0.56μg/mL范围内遵守比尔定律。用拟定方法测不同废水中的镉(Ⅱ)。  相似文献

The suitability of 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(4-carboxyphenyl)porphine as a complexing agent for the on-line preconcentration of cadmium using an anion exchanger (Amberlite IRA-904) in a microcolumn has been tested. Various parameters which affect complex formation and its sorption, as well as elution into the nebulizer of flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS), were optimized. A 5 x 10(-4) mol 1(-1) reagent was on-line mixed with an aqueous sample solution and flowed through the microcolumn for 2 min. The sorbed complexes were then eluted with 2 mol 1(-1) of nitric acid into the nebulizer of FAAS. A good precision (2.1% RSD for 40 microg 1(-1) cadmium) and a high enrichment factor (36) with a detection limit (3sigma) of 1.4 microg 1(-1) were obtained. The achieved analytical results for a standard reference material (SRM 1643d) were in good agreement with the certified values.  相似文献

The difluoromethylcadmium and zinc reagents have been prepared in DMF via direct insertion of Cd0 into the carbon halogen bond of CF2HY (Y = Br, I). These reagents are stable at 65-75 °C and exhibit prolonged stability and activity at room temperature. Metathesis of the difluoromethylcadmium reagents with Cu(I)X (X = Br, Cl) at −55 °C rapidly produces difluoromethylcopper. The copper reagent is significantly less stable than the cadmium or zinc reagent and rapidly decomposes at room temperature. The difluoromethylcadmium and copper reagents exhibit good reactivity with allylic halides, propargylic derivatives and 1-iodoalkynes to provide good yields of the corresponding difluoromethylalkenes, difluoromethylallenes and difluoromethyl-2-alkynes. Alkylation is successful only with reactive alkyl halides. Generally, the difluoromethylcopper reagent is more reactive than the difluoromethylcadmium reagent and generally exhibits higher regioselectivity in reactions that can occur by either α- or γ-attack.  相似文献

The synthesis, characteristics and applications of 2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-5,7-diphenyl-4H+-1, 3,4-thiadiazolo[3,2-α]pyridinium chloride (TDZP) as a reagent for the formation of ion-pair complexes is described. Tetrachlorothatllate(III) can be extracted into isoamyl acetate as an ion-pair with TDZP. Thallium can be determined spectrophotometrically and fluorimetrically in the range 1–25 and 0.1–2 μg of thallium per 5 ml of organic layer, respectively. The molar absorptivity is 3.9 × 104 l mol-1 cm-1. The quantum efficiency of the reagent is 0.42. The method is applicable to the determination of thallium in sphalerites and zinc or cadmium concentrates.  相似文献

The reaction between cadmium and 2-(5-chloro-2-pyridylazo)-5-dimethylaminophenol (5-Cl DMPAP) in aqueous alcohol media at pH 8.8-10.7 results in an intense violet colour which is stable for at least 8 hr. The composition is 2:1 reagent:metal and the formation constant (5.29 +/- 0.01) x 10(18). Beer's law is obeyed up to 1.34 ppm of cadmium at 550 nm. The optimal concentration range (Ringbom) is between 0.16 and 0.72 ppm. The apparent molar absorptivity at 550 nm is (1.20 +/- 0.01) x 10(5) l.mole(-1). cm(-1), making the sensitivity one of the highest known. The interference due to copper(III), iron(III), cobalt(II), nickel(II), gold(III), zinc(II) and manganese(II) can be suppressed.  相似文献

An automatic direct spectrophotometric method for the simultaneous determination of nitrite and nitrate by flow-injection analysis has been developed. Nitrite reacts with 3-nitroaniline in the presence of hydrochloric acid (0.96-1.8 M HCl or pH 0.5-0.7) to form a diazonium cation, which is subsequently coupled with N-(1-naphthyl)-ethylenediamine dihydrochloride to form a stable purple azo dye, the absorbance of which is measured at 535 nm. Nitrate is reduced on-line to nitrite in a copper-coated cadmium column which is then treated with azo dye reagent and the absorbance due to the sum of nitrite and nitrate is measured; nitrate is determined from the difference in absorbance values. A copper column incorporated into the reaction manifold before the copperised cadmium column not only improves the long-term accuracy, but also extends the life time of the copperised cadmium column. Various analytical parameters, such as effect of acidity (pH), flow rate, sample size, dispersion coefficient, time, temperature, reagent concentration and interfering species, were studied. The calibration graphs were rectilinear for 0.1-3.5 mug ml(-1) of NO(3) and 10 ng ml(-1)-2.2mug ml(-1) of NO(2). The method is successfully applied to some food samples (meat, flour and cheese), environmental waters (inland and surface), beer and soil samples. Up to 30 samples can be analysed per hour with a relative precision of approximately 0.1-2%.  相似文献

为建立三氮烯试剂结构与性能的关系, 我们研究了在非离子型表面活性剂TritonX-100存在下, 上述试剂亚氨基氢的酸性离解常数及镉(II)与上述试剂的显色反应。研究结果表明: (1)三氮烯试剂亚氨基氢的酸性离解常数遵循Hammett方程式, 其反应常数ρ=2.23; (2)试剂的亚氨基氢的酸性离解常数(pKa)与试剂和镉(II)显色反应的最佳酸度(pH最佳)之间的经验关系式为pH最佳=pKa-(1.70±0.20)。  相似文献

A novel host inclusion complex of cross-linking-polymeric-beta-cyclodextrin-o-vanillin furfuralhydrazone (beta-CDP-OVFH) was synthesized and characterized with IR and 1H NMR spectra to confirm its structure. The coordination reaction of the host reagent with Cd(2+) was studied and the optimum reacting conditions were observed carefully. A highly selective and sensitive spectrofluorimetric determination of trace amount of cadmium was proposed based on the reaction of Cd(2+) with beta-CDP-OVFH in ammonia water-ammonium acetate buffer medium of pH = 11.0. The molar ratio of beta-CDP-OVFH to Cd(2+) was 1:1. The maximum excitation and emission wavelengths were 393 and 494 nm, respectively. The linear range of this method was from 3.0 to 500 microg l(-1) with a detection limit of 0.80 microg l(-1). The effect of interferences in the determination of cadmium was investigated and the results showed that the host reagent had quite high capacity of identifying Cd(2+). The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of trace amount of Cd(2+) in mussel and tea samples.  相似文献

A sensitive and rapid spectrophotometric method for the determination of cadmium is described, based on the formation of a blue complex at pH 4 between the anionic iodide complex of cadmium(II) and Malachite Green; the colour is stabilized with poly(vinyl alcohol). The calibration graph for measurement at 685 nm is linear over the range 1-50 mug of cadmium per 25 ml of final solution, with a relative standard deviation of +/-1.7% for 1 mug/ml cadmium. The molar absorptivity is 6.1 x 10(4) 1.mole(-1).cm(-1). The method can be successfully adapted for FIA, the peak height being proportional to the cadmium concentration over the range 0.1-3 mug/ml; a two-channel manifold is used and an improvement in selectivity is obtained. The use of a gradient tube is demonstrated to give a good calibration for Cd(II) over the range 2 x 10(-2) -2 x 10(-6)M.  相似文献

A new pyridylazo reagent, 5-(5-nitro-2-pyridylazo)-2,4-diaminotoluene (5-NO(2)-PADAT) has been synthesized, and found to be a good chromogenic reagent for palladium. In sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and perchloric acid palladium reacts with 5-NO(2)-PADAT to form a 1:1 chelate, exhibiting an absorption maximum at 592 nm. The apparent molar absorptivity is 1.25 x 10(5) l(-1) mol(-1) cm(-1). Beer's law was obeyed in the range 0-0.9 microg ml(-1) Pd. Relatively large amounts of co-existing elements, including all other noble metals, can be tolerated. The method is simple and rapid, with high sensitivity and good selectivity and was applied to the determination of palladium in some industrial samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

A field flow preconcentration system (FFPS) for cadmium determination in seawater is described. Seawater samples are collected and preconcentrated in situ by passing them with a peristaltic pump through a minicolumn packed with Amberlite XAD-4 impregnated with the complexing agent 1-(2-pyridylazo)-2-naphthol. Thus, cadmium is complexed, retained, and preconcentrated without the interference of the saline matrix. Minicolumns loaded with cadmium are then returned to the laboratory where they are incorporated into a flow injection system and eluted with a small volume of an ethanolic solution of hydrochloric acid into the nebuliser-burner system of a flame atomic absorption spectrometer. The optimization of FFPS design is presented, and the stability and characteristics of the Cd-loaded minicolumns are studied in detail. The detection limit for Cd in seawater based on an enrichment factor of 1059 was 3.8 ng l(-1). The precision (R.S.D.) obtained for different amounts of cadmium was in the range 4.1-6.5% at the 25-100 ng l(-1) level. Analysis of certified reference materials (SLEW-3 and NASS-5) showed good agreement with the certified value. This procedure was applied to the determination of cadmium in seawater samples from Galicia (Spain).  相似文献

本文以2-氯-4-硝基苯重氮氨基偶氮苯(CNDAA)为显色剂, 研究了镉的高灵敏显色体系及表面活性剂的作用机理。研究结果表明: 对于Cd(II)-CNDAA配合物, 非离子型、阴离子型及阴-非混合型表面活性剂对此有显著的增溶增敏作用, 并以Cd(II)-CNDAA-SF显色体系建立了光度法测定微量镉的高灵敏新方法, 并对几种测定方法进行了比较, 筛选出显色条件宽容、选择性好的体系。该体系用于铝合金样品中镉的测定, 结果满意。另外, 还提出了Cd(II)-CNDAA配合物的结构, 对表面活生剂对体系的作用作了描述, 并阐明了试剂的酸性离解常数(pK~a)与显色酸度以及方法的选择性三者之间的关系。  相似文献

A rapid flotation method for separation and enrichment of ultra trace amounts of copper(II), cadmium(II), nickel(II) and cobalt(II) ions from water samples is established. At pH 6.5 and with sodium dodecylsulfate used as a foaming reagent, Cu2+, Cd2+, Ni2+ and Co2+ were separated simultaneously with 2-aminocyclopentene-1-dithiocarboxylic acid (ACDA) added to 1 l of aqueous solution. The proposed procedure of preconcentration is applied prior to the determination of these four analytes using inductivity coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). The effects of pH, concentration of ACDA, applicability of different surfactants and foreign ions on the separation efficiency were investigated. The preconcentration factor of the method is 1000 and the detection limits of copper(II), cadmium(II), nickel(II) and cobalt(II) ions are 0.078, 0.075, 0.072 and 0.080 ng ml(-1), respectively.  相似文献

In the presence of polyvinylalcohol (PVA-124) and polyethylene glycol monooctylphenyl ether (emulsifier OP), cadmium ions(II) can form a colour ion-association complex with both Bromopyrogallol Red (BPR) and Crystal Violet (CV). In the NH(3)NH(4)Cl medium, the ion-association complex has a composition of Cd:BPR:CV = 1:1:2, and its corresponding molecular formula is [CV](2)[Cd(BPR)]. The maximum absorption of the colour complex is located at 654 nm with an apparent molar absorptivity of 1.79 x 10(5) l.mole(-1).cm(-1). Beer's law is obeyed for cadmium over the range 0-10 mug/25 ml. A highly sensitive spectrophotometric method for trace cadmium in water and zinc was developed with good precision and accuracy.
