Available experimental data on the exclusive pd→pnp reaction at 585 MeV show a narrow peak in the proton–neutron final-state interaction region. It was supposed previously, on the basis of a phenomenological analysis of the shape of this peak, that the final spin-singlet pn state provided about one third of the observed cross section. By comparing the absolute value of the measured cross section with that of pd elastic scattering using the Fäldt–Wilkin extrapolation theorem, it is shown here that the pd→pnp data can be explained mainly by the spin-triplet final state with a singlet admixture of a few percent. The smallness of the singlet contribution is compatible with existing pN→pNπ data and the one-pion exchange mechanism of the pd→pnp reaction. 相似文献

By using a new reaction model for light nuclei, the double-differential cross section of total outgoing neutron with LUNF code for n+^16O reactions at En=14.1 MeV and 18 MeV have been calculated and analyzed. In this paper the opened reaction channels, which have contribution to emitting the neutrons, are listed in detail. To improve the fitting results the direct inelastic scattering mechanism is involved. The calculating results agree fairly well with the experimental data at E,~ = 14.1 MeV and the deviation from calculated results and experimental data in low energy region at En= 18 MeV has been analyzed. Since the possibility of 5He has been affirmed theoretically [J.S. Zhang, Sci. Chin. G 47 (2004) 137], so 5He emission from n+ ^16O reaction is taken into account, which plays an important role at the region of the outgoing neutron energy εn〈3 MeV in total outgoing neutron energy-angular spectrum. The calculated results indicate that the pre-equilibrium mechanism dominates the whole reaction processes, and the recoil effect in light nuclear reactions is essentially important. 相似文献

The results of measurements of the differential cross section for elastic deuteron–proton scattering at the energy of 700 MeV per nucleon that were performed at the internal target station of the nuclotron at the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR, Dubna) are presented. These data were obtained at angles in the range between 70? and 120? in the c.m. frame. The angular dependence obtained in this way is compared with world-averaged data at similar energies and with the results of theoretical calculations performed within the relativistic theory of multiple scattering. 相似文献

Abstract By using a new reaction model for light nuclei, the double-differential cross section of n ^14N reactions at En=14.2 MeV has been analyzed. In the case of n ^14N reactions, the reaction mechanism is very complex, there are over one hundred opened partial reaction channels even at incident energy En=14.2 MeV. In this paper the opened reaction channels are listed in detail. With LUNF code the model calculation is performed to analyze the doubledifferential cross sections of total outgoing neutron. The calculated results agree fairly with the experimental data. The results indicate that the pre-equilibrium mechanism dominates the whole reaction processes, and the recoil egect in light nuclear reactions is essentially important. 5He emission has been considered, but it is only a small contribution to thedouble-differential cross section at incident energy En=14.2 MeV. 相似文献

A new light nuclear reaction model has been developed and the double-differential measurements of lp shell nuclei have been analyzed successfully. Now, the application of this model is expanded to 19F of the 2s-ld shell nucleus. The double-differential cross section of total outgoing neutron for n +^19F reactions at En=14.2 MeV has been calculated and analyzed, which agrees fairly well with the experimental measurements. In this paper, the contributions from different reaction channels to the double-differential cross sections have been analyzed in detail. The calculations indicate that this light nudear reaction model is also able to be used for the 2s-ld shell nucleus so long as the related level scheme couM be provided sufficiently. 相似文献

Cross sections for (n, nα) reactions induced by 14.7 ± 0.3 MeV neutrons on 51V, 92Mo, 115In, 165Ho and 176Yb have been measured by the activation technique using radiochemical separations and high resolution γ-ray spectroscopy or low-level β−counting. A brief summary of the activation data reported in the literature is given and a tentative trend in the data is suggested. The contribution of the (n, nα) process generally amounts to between 10 and 15% of the (n, α) cross section; in some cases, however, it is as low as 0.5%. The summed (n, α) and (n, nα) reaction cross sections obtained by the activation technique are generally in agreement with those deduced from emitted α-particle characterisation as well as mass spectrometry. Detailed Hauser-Feshbach calculations show that the statistical model can describe the (n, nα) cross section only with partial success. 相似文献

4He-p collisions at two values of4He momenta-8·6 GeV/c and 13·6 GeV/c — have been studied using the one-metre JINR hydrogen bubble chamber. Total, elastic and topological cross sections have been measured. The results are in agreement with other published data. In our previous inclusive experiment on 2H(p, p)pn at 247?MeV, the measured cross section at forward angles is about twice larger than 3N calculation with ?Ц? 3NF. The breakup reaction cross sections were measured for the reaction of^6He at 25 MeV/nucleon from ^9Be target with intensity of 10^5 pps. By fitting the energy spectra of breakup α particles with Gaussian functions, the angular distribution of differential cross sections in the laboratory system has been extracted and compared with the Serber model calculations. The good agreement between the calculation and the experimental data favours a dominant configuration of the ^4He core plus valence neutrons for the structure of^6He. 相似文献

12C+4He fusion reaction at E cm = 0.3 MeV is one of the main reaction in 4He-burning in stars, and is very important in nuclear synthesis. However the fusion cross section has not been determined yet in spite of 40 years efforts in the world. Recently we succeeded in the measurement at 1.5 MeV. We have a plan to make direct measurement of the total fusion cross section down to 0.7 MeV at Kyushu University Tandem accelerator Laboratory (KUTL), and to determine the cross section at 0.3 MeV by extrapolation. 相似文献

A set of general expressions for photoionization cross sections of atoms or molecules embedded in a medium and a dielectric influence function are derived based on Maxwell's equations and the Beer-Lambert's law in this work. The applications are performed for the photoionization process of solid gold both in the Clausius-Mossotti (virtual cavity) model and the Glauber-Lewenstein (real cavity) model firstly. The results show that the present theoretical expressions of photoionization cross section can be used to describe the photoionization process of atoms in condensed matter properly. 相似文献

Mathematical modeling of the population dynamics is performed for states of a three-level system (atom) with a V-type configuration transforming a light pulse. It is assumed that the excited eigenstates of the atom are degenerate and coupled by coherent interaction, one of the states being radiating (radiative), while the other state is nonradiating (??dark??). The population dynamics of atomic states is described on the basis of numerical solutions of equations for the matrix elements of the density operator. The dependence of the efficiency of population of the atomic dark state from the values of the parameters of an irradiation pulse and from the ratio of the period of population oscillations of excited atomic states (caused by their coherent interaction) to the lifetime of the atomic radiating state is determined. Typical examples of the time dependence of the population of states of the atom considered are presented for the cases of irradiation by a short (as compared to the lifetime of the radiating state) sinusoidal light pulse and by a long rectangular light pulse with the resonance carrier frequency. 相似文献

The effects of three-nucleon force (3NF) has been actively studied by using the nucleon–deuteron (Nd) scattering states. The differential cross sections of the elastic Nd scattering at the energy below 150 MeV can be well reproduced by incorporating 3NF in the Faddeev calculation based on modern nucleon–nucleon (NN) interactions. On the other hand, the differential cross sections of Nd elastic and inelastic scatterings at 250 MeV show large discrepancies between the data and the Faddeev calculations with 3NF. It indicates the presence of the missing features of the three nucleon system at this energy region. For the systematic study about the energy dependence of this large discrepancies, we measured the differential cross sections and the vector analyzing power A y for the 2H(p, n) inclusive breakup reaction at 170 MeV. The experiment was carried out at RCNP by detecting scattered neutrons by using the neutron detector NPOL3. The data was compared with the results of the Faddeev calculations with and without the 3NF. 相似文献
