Rare-earth compound solid superacid SO42-/TiO2/La3+ was prepared. Its catalytic activity was examined under different synthetic conditions for the esterification of propanoic acid and n-butyl alcohol as probing reaction. The optimum conditions were also found, which were the pH=8, the depositing time was 24 h, the mass fraction of La(NO3)3 used in solid superacid was 5%, the concentration of H2SO4 was 1.25 mol/L, the soaking time in H2SO4 was 16 h and the calcining temperature was 500 °C. The ethyl oleate was synthesized from oleic acid and ethanol in the presence of SO42-/TiO2/La3+. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained which were the reaction time was 6 h, molar ratio of oleic acid to ethanol was 1:4 and the mass fraction of catalyst was 4%.  相似文献

Cs-Fe-Co-Bi-Mn-Mo复合氧化物选择性催化氧化异丁烯   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Mixed oxide catalyst Cs0.1 Fe2Co6BiMnMo12 Ox was prepared by the interprecipitation method, then the catalyst was calcined at different temperature. Selective oxidation of isobutene was carried out in a fixed-bed reactor. The results showed that the catalyst has high catalytic activity. Under the optimum reaction conditions ( n(-C4^= ) : n(O2) = 1:2-1:4, space velocity = 180h^-1, T = 360℃ ), the yield of methacmlein and methacrylic reached 80%, 8 %,respectively. The total yields of liquid products( methacrolein, methacrylic acid and acetic acid) reached about 90%.  相似文献

Mixed oxide catalyst Cs0.1Fe2Co6BiMnMo12Ox was prepared by the coprecipitation method.Selective oxidation of isobutene was carried out in a fixed-bed reactor over Cs0.1Fe2Co6BiMnMo12Ox.The results showed that the catalyst had high catalytic activity. Under the optimum reaction conditions(n(i-C4):n(O2)=1:2-1:4, space velocity=180 h^-1, T=360℃), the yields of methacrolein and methacrylic acid can reach 80% and 8%, respectively. The total yield of liquid products (methacrolein, methacrylic acid and acetic acid) can reach about 90%.  相似文献

A green heterogeneous catalyst for Heck reaction-chitosan-immobilized palladium complex was prepared.The catalyst exhibits high activity and stereoselectivity under the moderate reaction conditions.The catalyst can be separated easily from the reaction mixture and reused after washing.Under the suitable reaction conditions,the cross-coupling of iodobenzene (ArI) with acrylic acid (AA) or acrylate can be achieved 93.3% or 99% yield of trans-cinnarnic acid or trans-cinnamic ester.  相似文献

Zirconia-loaded sulfuric acid (SO24- /ZrO2) catalysts were prepared by impregnation method, molded by punch tablet machine and characterized by X-ray diffraction. SO42- /ZrO2 catalyst was used to obtain glycerol triacetate (GTA) directly from glycerin. The effect of some factors, such as different temperatures of calcination and catalysts molded or not, on the reusable times of catalysts and the yield of GTA were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were shown as follows: the reaction temperature was 403 K; the reaction time continued for 8 h; the amount of molded catalysts was 5 wt% of glycerin and the molar ratio of glycerin to acetic acid was 1 : 8. The yield of GTA was 97.93% under the optimum condition.  相似文献

4-(Succinimido)-1-butane sulfonic acid was shown to be an efficient and reusable Brnsted acid catalyst for the synthesis of pyrano[4,3-b]pyran derivatives using thermal and ultrasonic conditions. The catalyst was prepared by mixing succinimide and 1,4-butanesultone, which is simpler and safer than the preparation of succinimide sulfonic acid. This method has the advantages of high yield, clean reaction, simple methodology, and short reaction time. The catalyst can be recycled without loss of activity.  相似文献

A silica supported ionic liquid was synthesized and characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, N2 adsorption-desorption, and thermogravimetric analysis. All these techniques, especially SEM results indicated the presence of well-defined spherical particles having diameters larger than the pristine silica particles, confirming the successful immobilization of the ionic liquid. The prepared silica supported ionic liquid was used in the reductive amination of cyclohexanone under different conditions with different azeo-tropic mixtures of formic acid and triethyl amine as a hydrogen source. The catalyst showed effi-cient catalytic performance and excellent yields of N-cyclohexyl amine derivatives in the range of 58%to 84%at 30 °C. After completion of the reaction, the catalyst was easily recovered by simple filtration and reused for another five cycles without any significant impact on product yields. The obtained catalytic performance indicates that the present catalyst is green, very active, and reusable for the reductive amination of cyclohexanone.  相似文献

A novel heterogeneous catalyst,amorphous Cu^0 on the carbon nanofibers was developed and characte-rized by means of several characterization techniques.The prepared Cu^0 was investigated as a heterogeneous catalyst for N-arylation reaction.The results show it is an excellent catalyst with recyclability,high consistency and catalytic activity.After the catalyst was used for 5 cycles in the N-arylation reaction,amorphous Cu^0 reunited into crystalline copper nanoparticles with different particle sizes and its good heterogeneity in the catalytic system was confirmed after the catalyst recovery.  相似文献

A simple and efficient procedure for the preparation of silica-bound N-propyl triethylenetetramine sulfamic acid(SBPTETSA) by the reaction of silica-bound N-propyl triethylenetetramine(SBPTET) with chlorosulfonic acid in chloroform is described.Silica-bound N-propyl triethylenetetramine sulfamic acid was employed as a recyclable catalyst for the synthesis of 2-amino-4,6-diarylnicotinonitriles from the multi-component reaction of an acetophenone derivative,an aromatic aldehyde,malononitrile,and ammonium acetate under solvent-free conditions at 100 °C.The heterogeneous catalyst was recycled for five consecutive runs in the optimized multi-component reaction of 4-chloroacetophenone,4-chloroenzaldehyde,malononitrile,and ammonium acetate without significant loses to its catalytic activity.  相似文献

本文以聚苯乙烯为底物,发烟硫酸为磺化剂,在无溶剂和无催化剂条件下制得了磺化聚苯乙烯,对其酸度和结构性能进行了表征,并详细研究了其催化肉桂酸与正丁醇酯化反应的性能。在醇酸摩尔比为15∶1、环己烷作带水剂的条件下,分别考察了催化剂用量、回流温度、回流时间对酯化反应的影响,优化了反应条件,并在优化条件下,探究了其重复催化使用性能,结果表明,该催化剂重复使用15次,产率基本保持不变,仍可达到69.6%。该催化剂对肉桂酸与其他低级脂肪醇的酯化反应也具有良好的催化效果,是一种环境友好型具有潜在应用价值的固体酸催化剂。  相似文献

以 Na HSO4 · H2 O催化苯甲酸与甲醇的酯化反应 ,合成了苯甲酸甲酯。研究结果表明 ,Na HSO4 · H2 O具有较高的催化活性。考察了苯甲酸 /甲醇摩尔比、催化剂用量及反应时间对酯产率的影响。在优化反应条件 [n(苯甲酸 )∶n(甲醇 )∶n( Na HSO4 ·H2 O) =1∶ 2∶ 0 .2 9,回流8h]下 ,苯甲酸甲酯产率达 85.3 %。  相似文献

铁改性的Mo/ZSM-5催化剂上NO的选择性催化还原反应   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:2  
采用浸渍法制备了Mo/ZSM-5, Fe/ZSM-5和不同Fe和Mo摩尔比的Fe-Mo/ZSM-5样品, 并以氨为还原剂对其NO选择性催化还原活性以及反应条件对催化性能的影响进行了研究. 结果表明, Fe-Mo/ZSM-5样品的NOx转化率明显比单独的Mo/ZSM-5和Fe/ZSM-5的高. 当n(Fe):n(Mo)为1.5时, Fe-Mo/ZSM-5样品具有最佳催化性能, 其NOx转化率在430 ℃时达到了96%, 并且能在高空速和不同O2气浓度的条件下保持高的催化活性. 同时采用XRD和XPS技术分别对催化剂的体相结构和表面性质进行了研究, 结果表明, 当n(Fe):n(Mo)=1.5时, Fe和Mo元素之间以及与载体HZSM-5之间存在较强的相互作用, 并且其表面的Mo3d的含量最高. 这可能与其高的催化活性有关. 另外还发现, 在反应过程中Fe-Mo/ZSM-5催化剂表面的氮氧物种主要是吸附态NO, 因此可以推测NO的催化还原反应机理是, 在催化剂表面上, 吸附态NO与吸附NH3物种直接反应生成氮气, 而非经过氧化为NO2的途径.  相似文献

采用碾磨-活化法制备了SiO2-ZnCl2(Silzic)催化剂,并将其用于异丁烯与甲醛Prins缩合合成3-甲基-3-丁烯-1-醇(MBOH)。系统研究了温度、物料比、时间和催化剂的组成及用量对该反应的影响。结果表明,在不同的条件下,甲醛都保持着99%以上的高转化率;然而,不同的条件对MBOH的选择性和收率的影响程度不同,其中,反应温度、催化剂的酸量是影响该反应的关键因素;物料比和反应时间对MBOH的选择性和收率的影响相对较小。实验得到最佳的反应条件为,反应温度210 ℃、二氧六环8 g、三聚甲醛1.5 g、n(异丁烯)/n(三聚甲醛)=7:1、30 mg 1 mmol/g Silzic 和反应时间2 h,在此条件下MBOH的选择性和收率可分别达到93.8%和93.4%。当催化剂循环使用五次时,MBOH的收率降为85.2%,表明该催化剂具有一定的重复使用性。  相似文献

对Wang树脂进行改性,制备了高分子负载纳米钯催化剂,并将其应用于水介质中卤代芳烃与芳硼酸的Suzuki偶联反应。 以溴苯和苯硼酸的偶联反应为模型,考察了溶剂、温度、碱种类、催化剂用量对反应的影响,确定较佳的反应条件为:n(C6H5Br)∶n(C6H5B(OH)2)∶n(WRP-Pd)∶n(K2CO3)∶n(TBAB)=1.0∶1.5∶0.005∶2.0∶0.5,反应温度100℃, 反应时间4 h。 用氯代芳烃代替溴代芳烃反应时,延长反应时间,也能得到较高产率。 催化剂经过简单的过滤洗涤后,重复使用4次活性无明显降低。  相似文献

本文以共沉淀法制备了四方晶系锌锰复合氧化物ZnMn2O4纳米催化剂。采用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)测试技术对样品进行了分析表征,结果表明所合成的催化剂为粒径均匀的纳米粒子,平均粒径在20-50 nm,具有较好的分散性。实验考察了所制备的ZnMn2O4纳米催化剂对乙酸和正丁醇酯化反应的催化活性,表明ZnMn2O4对乙酸正丁酯的合成有较高的催化活性;探讨了催化剂焙烧温度、催化剂用量、酸醇摩尔比以及反应时间对酯化率的影响,确定了适宜的酯化反应条件,以焙烧温度为300 ℃制备的ZnMn2O4为催化剂,在催化剂用量为0.3%(以反应物总质量计)、酸醇摩尔比n(酸):n(醇)=1.8:1、反应时间为4 h、酯化反应温度120 ℃的条件下,酯化率可达92.53%。  相似文献

以活性炭负载硅钨酸为催化剂,乙酸和正丁醇为原料合成乙酸正丁酯.优化的反应条件如下:在冰乙酸0.253mol、正丁醇0.22mol、催化剂用量为反应物总量的1.5%(质量分数)、反应温度115℃,反应时间为90min的条件下,酯化率可达97.8%.产品纯度>98%,并且催化剂可以多次使用活性没有明显下降.  相似文献

用共沉淀法制备了Zn-Al水滑石,并用于多相催化酯交换合成碳酸二苯酯的反应.研究了不同n(Zn)/n(Al)比的水滑石及其焙烧产物等对酯交换反应的催化活性.结果表明,Zn-Al水滑石催化剂对该反应的催化活性和选择性很高,当n(Zn)/n(Al)=3时,在150~180℃,n(PhOH)/n(DMC)=2,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的1.5%,在反应时间为12h的条件下,DMC的转化率达到55.9%,DPC和MPC的收率分别为25.3%和27.0%,酯交换产物的选择性达到93.6%.利用XRD,TG-DTA和TEM等手段对催化剂进行了表征.  相似文献

丙烷选择氧化制取丙烯酸(AA)和乙酸(HAc)是氧化深度大、反应过程复杂、包含氧化脱氢和选择性氧种进入分子等多重步骤的多相催化过程. 从催化剂设计的角度看,适用于该反应的催化剂必须在较温和的条件下对烷烃具有氧化脱氢的能力. 钒磷混合氧化物(VPO)是目前少有的这类催化剂. 在影响其催化性能的众多因素中,n(P)/n(V)比是个关键参数;丙烷-氧共进料连续流动氧化反应的适宜n(P)/n(V)比为1.05~1.15[1~4]. 丙烷在VPO催化剂上的选择氧化按晶格氧氧化机制进行,适合于循环流化床提升管(CFBR)反应工艺[5]. CFBR工艺在大幅度提高原料中烃的浓度、抑制深度氧化、降低未反应原料的循环费用等诸多方面具有明显的优势[6],特别适用于丙烷等小分子烷烃的选择氧化. 在CFBR工艺中,与烷烃起反应的氧全部来自催化剂. 因此,为了提高经济效益,要求催化剂有尽可能大的可逆储氧量. 本文用脉冲反应器考察了催化剂P/V比对丙烷氧化反应性能的影响.  相似文献
