The color reaction of amoxicillin with victoria blue B was studied.A novel visible spectrophotometric method for the determination of amoxicillin has been established.Under pH 8.50~10.5 condition,victoria blue B reacteds with amoxicillin to form red ion association complex.The maximum absorption wavelength was at 630nm and the apparent molar absorptivity(ε) was 2.67×10~4 L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1) and the linear ranges was 0~5.5 mg·L~(-1).Amoxicillin obey Beer's law in definite concentration range.The optimum reaction conditions and the methodological precision were studied simultaneity.The method was simple and rapid and sensitive for the determination of amoxicillin.This method has been applied to the determination of amoxicillin is in the city sell amoxicillin medicament is in point and average recovery at 98.2%~101.0%.  相似文献

A facile,rapid and sensitive spectrophotometric method was developed for the determination of carbaryl in itsformulations,water and grain(rice and wheat)samples with newly synthesised reagent.The proposed method wasbased on the alkaline hydrolysis of carbaryl pesticide and thus resulted 1-naphthol was coupled with diazotised4,4'-methylene-bis-m-nitroaniline in basic medium(pH 9)to give red colored product having λ_(max)480 nm for dia-zonium method(DM)or 1-naphthol reacts with 4,4'-methylene-bis-m-nitroaniline in the presence of oxidising agentpotassium dichromate(K_2Cr_2O_7)to give red colored product having λ_(max)510 nm for oxidation method(OM).Theformation of colored derivatives with the coupling agent is instantaneous and stable for 48 h(DM)and 32 h(OM)respectively.Beer's law was obeyed in the concentration range of 0.2—10.0 μg·mL~(-1)for DM and 0.2—0,150μg·mL~(-1)for OM.The proposed methods are sensitive,easy to operate and permitted for the determination of car-baryl with detection limits of 0.028 μg·mL~(-1)for DM and 0.024 μg·mL~(-1)for OM respectively.The experimentalresults indicate that the procedure can eliminate the fundamental interferences caused by other pesticides andnon-target ions,which made the methods more sensitive and selective.The method was applicable to the determina-tion of carbaryl residue in water and food grain samples up to μg level.  相似文献

A simple and sensitive spectroelectrochemistry method for the determination of vitamin K 3 was developed by combining electrolysis and fluoremetry. This method was based on that vitamin K 3 was reduced at a glassy carbon electrode, and its product with characteristic fluorescence at 420 nm was determined with excitation wavelength at 309 nm. Under optimized electrochemical reaction conditions and fluorescent experiment parameters, the fluores-cence intensity was proportional to the concentration of vitamin K 3 in a range from 3.50×10 ?7 to 1.05×10 ?5 mol/L with a correlation coefficient of 0.9991, and detection limit was estimated to be 7.50×10 ?8 mol/L at a signal/noise ra-tio of 3. The relative standard deviation was less than 4.3%(n=5) and the recovery was in a range of 97%―105% for the determination of vitamin K 3 in pharmaceutical preparations. The result is satisfactory for the determination of vi-tamin K 3 as comparison to that from HPLC method.  相似文献

A novel method for the determination of vitamin C(Vc) is proposed in this article. After the reaction with Folin-Ciocalteau reagent at ambient temperature, Vc solution was scanned at 750--1100 nm, and its first-order derivative spectrum were obtained from the original spectrum. The values of derivative selected at 995 nm were used for determination. It was proved that Vc could quickly react with Folin-Ciocalteau reagent within 5 min and the product was quite stable for a long time. The conditions required for this method is not very complicated, its precision and accuracy are similar to those of the iodometric titration described in Chinese Pharmacopoeia, and the limit of detection is 0.312 μg/mL. The determination of the results of vitamin C tablet, pill, and injection demonstrates that this method has wide pharmaceutical applications.  相似文献

An extraction-spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace amounts of fluconazole was described. Fluconazole was effectively extracted as a 1 : 1 ion-pair complex with bromocresole green (BCG) at pH 3.0 into chloroform, followed by spectrophotometric determination at 420 nm. Beer's law was obeyed over the range of 4-50 μg.mL^-1 of fluconazole with a detection limit of 3.7 μg.mL^-1 . The method is simple, rapid and sensitive. The procedure was applied to the determination of fluconazole in pharmaceutical preparations as well as its recovery from a blood serum sample.  相似文献

A simple kinetic spectrophotometric method was developed for the determination of ultratrace amounts of Se(IV). The method is based on the reduction of spadns by sulphide in micellar media. The reaction was monitored spectrophotometrically by measuring the decrease in the absorbance of spadns at 515 nm with a fixed-time method. The decrease in the absorbance of spadns is proportional to the concentration of Se(IV) in the range 0.5–100 ng/mL with a fixed time of 2.5–7.0 min from the initiation of the reaction. The limit of detection is 0.3 ng/mL Se(IV). The relative standard deviation for the determination of 0.02 and 0.10 μg/mL Se(IV) was 2.10 and 1.95%, respectively. A simple sensitive and economical method for the determination of labetalol hydrochloride has been proposed, based on the reaction of labetalol with sodium nitroprusside and hydroxylamine hydrochloride in sodium dihydrogen phosphate-sodium hydroxide buffer solution of pH 12. The green-blue color produced due to the formation of a nitroso derivative has been measured at 695 nm. The Beer's range was obeyed in the concentration range of 2-51 μg·mL^-1 with molar absorptivity of 0.48 × 10^4 L·mol^-1·cm^-1. Rigorous statistical analyses were performed for the validation of the method. A detailed investigation of the selectivity of the method has been done to find it to be highly selective for the determination of labetalol hydrochloride in the presence of its acidic degradation product and common excipients of formulations. The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of labetalol hydrochloride in the laboratory prepared dosage forms. Comparison of the means of the proposed procedure with a reference method using point as well as interval hypotheses showed no statistically significant difference. The developed method was extended to investigate its applicability to biological samples.  相似文献

A determination method for chlorinity in titanium sponge by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopyICP-OESwas established. The sample was fully dissolved by microwave digestion at high temperature. The spectral line of 134.724 nm was chosenand the effect of coexisting impurities of SiFe MnMgCaNiCr and main matrix was investigated. The results showed that there was no obvious interference for the determination of chlorine. A good linear relationship of chlorinity was exhibited in the range of 0-10 mg/Lr≥0.999with the standard addition recoveries of 98.7%-104% and the RSDs of 2.8%. A simple sensitive and quick assay for simultaneously determining magnolol (MOL) and honokiol (HOL) has been described based on their natural fluorescence. This method is based on the fact that synchronous fluorometry could resolve the overlapping of fluorescence spectra, which was aroused by their similar molecular structures. In this work, the synchronous spectrum, maintaining a constant difference of Aλ =10 nm between the emission and excitation wavelengths, has been selected for the determination of HOL and MOL. Under the optimum conditions, the fluorescence intensity is proportional to the concentration of MOL and HOL in solution over the range 0.075-0.7 μg/mL and 0.05-0.9 μg/mL with the detection limit of 0.029 μg/mL and 0.019 μg/mL, respectively. The method was applied to the simultaneous determination of MOL and HOL in pharmaceutical dosage with satisfactory results.  相似文献

A new method for the determination of antithrombotic activity of egg white protein hydrolysate(EWPH)was developed using amicroplate reader.Reaction was carried out at 37℃ and pH 7.2 with fibrinogen concentration 0.1%.Microplate reading wasconducted at 405 nm.Inhibition rate of EWPH on thrombin activity showed linearity(R~2=0.9971),when the inhibition rate was inthe range of 10-90%.The lower limit of detection(LLD,at 99.7%probability)and the biological limit of detection(BLD,at 99.7%probability)of the method were 10.643 and 40 mg/mL,respectively.The repeatability standard deviation(R.S.D.)was 1.08%.Thestandard deviation of the method was 0.027 AT-U.  相似文献

A novel method for the simultaneous determination of benserazide and levodopa using capillary electrophoresis(CE)- chemiluminescence(CL)has been developed.Under the optimal conditions,the detection limits(S/N=3)were 1.85μg/mL for benserazide and 0.12μg/mL for levodopa.This method was successfully applied to the determination of benserazide and levodopa in Medopar tablet,the results showed that the detected values are in accordance with those by official methods.  相似文献

The kinetic method for the determination of phosphate microamounts was described. The developed method is based on catalytic effect of phosphate on sodium pyrogallol-5-sulphonate (PS) by dissolved oxygen. The reaction was followed spectrophotometrically by measuring the rate of change in the values of the absorbance of the oxidation product at 437 nm. The optimum reaction conditions are PS (0.44×10^-3 mol·L^-1) and HClO4 (3.6×10^-6 mol·L^-1) at 25 ℃. Following this procedure, phosphate can be determined with a linear calibration graph up to 0.23 μg·mL^-1. The interference effect of several species was also investigated and it was found that the most common cations and anions did not interfere with the determination. The developed procedure was successfully applied to the determination of phosphate in natural waters and soil.  相似文献

A novel kinetic method for determination of trace amounts of cobalt ion was proposed and validated. The method is based on adding malic acid into classical Belousov-Zhabotinskii (B-Z) oscillating chemical system to form a double substrate one. The results showed that when the concentration of cobalt ion was in the range of 5.27× 10^-8 to 5.37 × 10^-12 mol L^-1, the change of the oscillating period was directly proportional to the negative logarithm of cobalt ion concentration. The sensitivity and precision of the developed method were quite satisfactory. The limit of detection was down to 5.20 × 10^-13 mol L^-1 which was a highest sensitivity found for determination of metal ions using oscillating chemical reaction so far. Some factors influencing the determination were also examined. The method has been successfully used to determine cobalt ion in vitamin B12 injection.  相似文献

A novel method for the determination of two quinolone drugs norfloxacin (NOR) and levofloxacin (LVX) was described by capillary electrophoresis with electrochemiluminescence detection. The good relationship (r ≥ 0.9991) between peak area and concentration of analytes was established over two orders of magnitude. The limits of detection (LOD, S/N = 3) in standard solution are 4.8 × 10^-7 mol/L for NOR and 6.4 × 10^-7 mol/L for LVX, respectively. The limits of quantitation (LOQ, S/N = 10) in real human urine samples are 1.2 × 10^-6 mol/L for NOR and 1.4 × 10^-6 mol/L for LVX, respectively. The present method was successfully applied to the determination of NOR and LVX in human urine and the studv of oharmacokinetics of NOR.  相似文献

 Pitavastatin belongs to the class of coenzyme A reductase inhibitors. Very few methods of assaying pitavastatin from human plasma are available in literature. An analytical method is presented for the determination of the drug from human plasma making use of the fluorescent property of the drug. The drug is extracted from plasma using ethyl acetate under neutral condition and then analyzed by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with fluorescence detection (λEx 245 nm; λEm 420 nm). Analysis of pitavastatin was carried out on a C18 HPLC column using a gradient flow of mobile phase (0.01 mol/L monobasic potassium phosphate (pH 3.20)-acetonitrile, 63∶37, v/v). Fluorescein isothiocyanate was used as internal standard. The dynamic range of assay was 3 to 50 ng/mL. The intraday precision was less than 10% and accuracy ranged from 95.2% to 112.6%. The same for interday check was less than 12% and 92.8% to 105.1%, respectively. The drug was found to be stable under the assay conditions. The developed method is simple, precise, accurate, and stable. This indicates that it can be applied to routine analysis of this drug in human subjects where there are large numbers of samples without the need of specialized instruments like column switching.  相似文献

A kinetic spectrophotometric method with aid of chemometrics is proposed for the simultaneous determination of norfloxacin and rifampicin in mixtures. The proposed method was applied for the simultaneous determination of these two compounds in pharmaceutical formulation and human urine samples,and the results obtained are similar to those obtained by high performance liquid chromatography.  相似文献
