Three preconcentration techniques including solid phase extraction (SPE), dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (DLLME) and stir-bar sorptive extraction (SBSE) have been optimized and compared for the analysis of six hypolipidaemic statin drugs (atorvastatin, fluvastatin, lovastatin, pravastatin, rosuvastatin and simvastatin) in wastewater and river water samples by high performance liquid chromatography coupled to quadrupole-time-of-flight mass spectrometry (HPLC/Q-TOF-MS). Parameters that affect the efficiency of the different extraction methods such as solid phase material, sample pH and elution solvent in the case of SPE; the type and volume of the extracting and dispersive solvent, pH of sample, salt addition and number of extraction steps in the case of DLLME; and the stirring time, pH of sample, sample volume and salt addition for SBSE were evaluated. SPE allowed the best recoveries for most of the analytes. Pravastatin was poorly extracted by DLLME and could not be determined. SBSE was only applicable for lovastatin and simvastatin. However, despite the limitations of having poorer recovery than SPE, DLLME and SBSE offered some advantages because they are simple, require low organic solvent volumes and present low matrix effects. DLLME required less time of analysis, and for SBSE the stir-bar was re-usable. SPE, DLLME and SBSE provided method detection limits in the range of 0.04-11.2 ng L−1, 0.10-17.0 ng L−1 for 0.52-2.00 ng L−1, respectively, in real samples. To investigate and compare their applicability, SPE, DLLME and SBSE procedures were applied to the detection of statin drugs in effluent wastewater and river samples.  相似文献

A method for simultaneous determination of seven benzodiazepines (BZPs) (flunitrazepam, clonazepam, oxazepam, lorazepam, chlordiazepoxide, nordiazepam and diazepam using N-desalkylflurazepam as internal standard) in human plasma using liquid-liquid and solid-phase extractions followed by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is described. The analytes were separated employing a LC-18 DB column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) at 35 °C under isocratic conditions using 5 mM KH2PO4 buffer solution pH 6.0:methanol:diethyl ether (55:40:5, v/v/v) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8 mL min−1. UV detection was carried out at 245 nm. Employing LLE, the best conditions were achieved with double extraction of 0.5 mL plasma using ethyl acetate and Na2HPO4 pH 9.5 for pH adjusting. Employing SPE, the best conditions were achieved with 0.5 mL plasma plus 3 mL 0.1 M borate buffer pH 9.5, which were then passed through a C18 cartridge previously conditioned, washed for 3 times with these solvents: 3 mL 0.1 M borate buffer pH 9.5, 4 mL Milli-Q water and 1 mL acetonitrile 5%, finally the BZPs elution was carried with diethyl ether:n-hexane:methanol (50:30:20). In both methods the solvent was evaporated at 40 °C under nitrogen flow. The validation parameters obtained in LLE were linearity range of 50-1200 ng mL−1 plasma (r ≥ 0.9927), limits of quantification of 50 ng mL−1 plasma, within-day and between-day CV% and E% for precision and accuracy lower than 15%, and recovery above 65% for all BZPs. In SPE, the parameter obtained were linearity range of 30-1200 ng mL−1 plasma (r ≥ 0.9900), limits of quantification of 30 ng mL−1 plasma, within-day and between-day CV% and E% for precision and accuracy lower than 15% and recovery above 55% for all BZPs. These extracting procedures followed by HPLC analysis showed their suitable applicability in order to examine one or more BZPs in human plasma. Moreover, it could be suggested that these procedures might be employed in various analytical applications, in special for toxicological/forensic analysis.  相似文献

A simple, rapid and specific HPLC method has been developed and validated for the simultaneous determination of imatinib, a tyrosine kinase inhibitor, and its major metabolite, CGP74588, in human plasma. The optimization of the HPLC procedure involved several variables, of which the influences of each was studied. After a series of preliminary-screening experiments, the composition of the mobile phase and the pH of the added buffer solution were set as the investigated variables, while the resolution between imatinib and CGP74588 peaks, the retention time and the imatinib peak width were chosen as the dependent variables. Applying D-optimal design, the optimal chromatographic conditions for the separation were defined. The method proved to show good agreement between the experimental data and predictive values throughout the studied parameter range. The optimum assay conditions were achieved with a Chromolith™ Performance RP-8e 100 mm × 4.6 mm column and a mixture of methanol/acetonitrile/triethylamine/diammonium hydrogen phosphate (pH 6.25, 0.048 mol L−1) (20:20:0.1:59.9, v/v/v/v) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 2 mL min−1 and detection wavelength of 261 nm. The run time was less than 5 min, which is much shorter than the previously optimized methods. The optimized method was validated according to FDA guidelines to confirm specificity, linearity, accuracy and precision.  相似文献

In this study a method for the determination of low concentrations of silver in waters using solid-phase extraction with a flow injection analysis system and detection by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) was developed. Moringa oleifera seeds were used as a biosorbent material. Chemical and flow variables of the on-line preconcentration system such as sample pH and flow rate, preconcentration time, eluent concentration and sorbent mass were studied. The optimum preconcentration conditions were obtained using sample pH in the range of 6.0-8.0, preconcentration time of 4 min at a flow rate of 3.5 mL min− 1, 0.5 mol L− 1 HNO3 eluent at a flow rate of 4.5 mL min− 1 and 35 mg of sorbent mass. With the optimized conditions, the preconcentration factor, precision, detection limit and sample throughput were estimated as 35 (for preconcentration of 14 mL sample), 3.8% (5.0 μg L− 1, n = 7), 0.22 μg L− 1 and 12 samples per hour, respectively. The developed method was successfully applied to mineral water and tap water, and accuracy was assessed through analysis of a certified reference material for water (APS-1071 NIST) and recovery tests, with recovery ranging from 94 to 101%.  相似文献

An analytical procedure was developed for the determination of the total amount of sterols in the red alga Asparagopsis armata, globally determined as cholesterol, which is the major sterol contained in red algae. Samples, previously saponified with KOH were preconcentrated on DSC-18 solid phase cartridges (SPE) and eluted with dichloromethane stabilized with β-amylene. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometry was employed for selective detection at 1049 cm−1 with a baseline established between 1000 and 1079 cm−1. The results were compared to those obtained by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The concentration obtained in actual samples from alga was 3.37% (w/w) by FTIR and 3.30% (w/w) by HPLC, showing a good comparability between the two methods.  相似文献

Adsorption properties of the clay mineral montmorillonite in the potassium homoionic form (KMT) was investigated to achieve the extraction and concentration of the herbicides atrazine (AT) and propazine (PROP), as well as the main degradation products of atrazine, namely deethylatrazine (DEA), deisopropylatrazine (DIA) and hydroxyatrazine (ATOH). A batch approach was proposed, with recovery percentages for AT, PROP and DIA higher than 90% at concentrations of 0.50 and 2.50 μg L−1. For DEA and ATOH, however, low recoveries were obtained. For DEA, this fact can be explained by its low Kd with KMT, contrary to ATOH, which interacts strongly with the mineral surface, hindering the complete desorption and hence, generating low recovery percentages. The influence of pH, ionic strength and humic acid was studied, and a comparison with the C18 phase as SPE cartridges was carried out. Montmorillonite showed a similar performance to commercial cartridge for concentrations of AT, DEA and PROP, but better recoveries for DIA was obtained using the clay mineral. For ATOH the recovery was also higher on the clay mineral, although for this compound the most suitable SPE cartridge is constituted by cation exchange resin. After the concentration and elution steps, the 0.50 and 2.50 μg L−1 gave chromatographic peak areas that could be easily quantified with an analytical curve obtained in the concentration range between 7.5 and 100 μg L−1. The obtained concentration factors are suitable to allow the application of the method to the monitoring of triazine residues in drinking water.  相似文献

The feasibility of using sol-gel amorphous titania (TiO2) as a solid-phase sorbent for the pre-concentration of domoic acid (DA), a potent amnesic shellfish poisoning (ASP) toxin, directly from seawater was explored. The sol-gel titania material is able to adsorb DA from seawater, via the formation of ester-linkage between the carboxylic moieties of DA and the Ti-OH groups on the sorbent surface, at low pH and desorb it at high pH. The chemisorption process is not significantly interfered by the seawater matrix. The optimum pH values for the adsorption and desorption of DA were found to be pH 4 and 11, respectively. The optimal sorbent loading for the batch-type solid-phase extraction of DA was 0.67 mg-TiO2 ng-DA−1 and adsorption equilibrium was achieved in 2 h at room temperature. The desorbed DA in 500 μL of 0.1 M alkaline borate buffer can be directly derviatized by 4-fluoro-7-nitro-2,1,3-benzoxadiazole (NBD-F) in aqueous media for fluorimetric HPLC quantification. Analyte recovery, repeatability and detection limit of this titania SPE-fluorimetric HPLC determination are 89%, 6.2% and 120 pg-DA mL−1 (n = 7, P < 0.05), respectively, for a sample volume of 30 mL. This titania SPE technique should also be applicable to the pre-concentration of other polar carboxylate- and phosphonate-containing biomolecules and pharmaceuticals in complex and interfering environmental sample matrices.  相似文献

A capillary electrophoresis (CE) and a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method are described for the simultaneous determination of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA), S,S′-ethylenediaminedisuccinic acid (EDDS) and R,S-iminodisuccinic acid (IDS) complexing agents as their Fe(III) complexes in cosmetics like shower cream and foam bath. The non-biodegradable EDTA is used in combination with biodegradable analogues like EDDS and IDS in many commercial products. The HPLC method involves separation by reversed-phase ion pair chromatography on a C18 column using methanol-formate buffer (20 mM tetrabutylammonium hydrogen sulfate, 15 mM sodium formate adjusted to pH 4.0 with formic acid) (10:90, v/v) as mobile solvent at a flow rate of 0.8 mL min−1 at 24 °C using UV detection at 240 nm. The CE separation was performed in a fused silica capillary of 50 μm i.d. with the total length of 50 cm with a 10 mM MES and MOPSO (pH 5.5) at an applied voltage of −25 kV. The samples were introduced by applying a 50 mbar pressure for 2 s. Absorbances at 215 and 225 nm were monitored for the detection of the complexes. The methodology performance of the two methods was evaluated in terms of linearity, limit of detection (LOD), limit of quantitation (LOQ) and reproducibility. The LOD values obtained from HPLC are low when compared with CE. The applicability of both the methods was demonstrated for the analysis of cosmetic products such as shower cream and foam bath. The results obtained by both CE and HPLC were found to be comparable and in good agreement.  相似文献

Two methods, based on the use of capillary electrophoresis (CE) and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), respectively, were developed for the analysis of the atypical antipsychotic aripiprazole in plasma of schizophrenic patients for therapeutic drug monitoring purposes. Good analytical performances were obtained with the CE method, using uncoated fused silica capillaries and a background electrolyte composed of 50 mM phosphate buffer at pH 2.5. With 20 kV voltage, aripiprazole was detectable at 214 nm within 5 min. The second analytical method, based on HPLC with diode array detection, employed a C8 reversed-phase column and a mixture of a 12.5 mM phosphate buffer, pH 3.5, containing triethylamine and acetonitrile as the mobile phase. Aripiprazole was detected at 254 nm and a complete chromatographic run lasted about 10 min. For both analytical methods loxapine was used as the internal standard and the same plasma sample pre-treatment by means of solid-phase extraction on cyano cartridges was carried out, with extraction yield values always higher than 91.3%. Linear responses for aripiprazole were obtained between 70 and 700 ng mL−1 and precision assays (expressed as relative standard deviation values) were lower than 7.0%. After validation, both methods were successfully applied to human plasma samples drawn from schizophrenic patients undergoing therapy with Abilify® tablets. Accuracy was satisfactory, with recovery value higher than 91.0%.  相似文献

The paper presents a new HPLC method, with UV and MSn detection, for the determination of seven pesticides, including the sulfonylurea herbicides amidosulfuron, azimsulfuron, nicosulfuron, rimsulfuron, thifensulfuron methyl, tribenuron methyl, and the fungicide azoxystrobin characterised by a methoxyacrilate structure. The methodology consists of a preconcentration/SPE (solid phase extraction) step and HPLC-UV (240 nm detection wavelength)-MSn analysis. Under the optimised conditions and after a 1000/1 preconcentration factor, the limits of detection were lower than 14.5 ng L−1 for UV detection and lower than 8.1 ng L−1 for MS detection. The limits of quantification were lower than 48.3 ng L−1 in UV detection and than 26.9 ng L−1 in MSn detection. The analysis of two samples, spiked with a mixture of the pesticides at threshold level concentrations, gave more than 60% recovery.  相似文献

We present a comparison of two sensitive methods, HPLC with fluorescence detector (HPLC/FLD) and UPLC with electrospray tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC/MS/MS), for the determination of indoleamine neurotransmitters (NTs) and their metabolites in sea lamprey plasma samples. Liquid–liquid extraction (LLE) and solid-phase extraction (SPE) were also tested for recovery and matrix effect. The recoveries of SPE determined by HPLC/FLD and UPLC/MS/MS ranged from 75 to 123% and 78 to 105%, respectively, while the recoveries of LLE ranged from 45 to 73% and 48 to 75%, respectively. SPE combined with HPLC/FLD and UPLC/MS/MS to determine the target analytes in plasma samples were validated of the sensitivity, reproducibility, accuracy and precision. Both methods exhibited excellent linearity in the range of 0.2–50 ng mL−1 for all analytes. The limits of detection (LOD) varied from 0.04 ng mL−1 to 0.13 ng mL−1 for HPLC/FLD method and 0.003 ng mL−1 to 0.02 ng mL−1 for UPLC/MS/MS method. The inter-day accuracy ranged from 82.5 to 127.0% for HPLC/FLD and 93.0 to 113.0% for UPLC/MS/MS. The inter-day precision ranged from 9.9 to 32.3% for HPLC/FLD and 5.4 to 13.2% for UPLC/MS/MS. These results demonstrated that the values obtained by both methods were within the satisfactory range and the UPLC/MS/MS method provided more accurate and precise measurements than HPLC/FLD method. The comparison is of great importance to determine the available detectors, considering the complexity and expensiveness versus quality parameters. These two methods were applied to the analysis of four important indoleamine neurotransmitter analytes (5-hydroxytryptamine, 5-hydroxyindole-3-acetic acid, tryptamine and melatonin) in sea lamprey plasma samples.  相似文献

A novel and fast simultaneous determination of triamcinolone acetonide (TCA) and salicylic acid (SA) in topical pharmaceutical formulations by sequential injection chromatography (SIC) as an alternative to classical high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) has been developed. A recently introduced Onyx™ monolithic C18 (50 mm × 4.6 mm, Phenomenex®) with 5 mm monolithic precolumn were used for the first time for creating sequential injection chromatography system based on a FIAlab® 3000 with a six-port selection valve and 5.0 mL syringe pump in study. The mobile phase used was acetonitrile/water (35:65, v/v), pH 3.3 adjusted with acetic acid at flow rate 0.9 mL min−1. UV detection provided by fibre-optic DAD detector was set up at 240 nm. Propylparaben was chosen as suitable internal standard (IS). There is only simple pre-adjustment of the sample of topical solution (dilution with mobile phase) so the analysis is not uselessly elongated. Parameters of the method showed good linearity in wide range, correlation coefficient >0.999; system precision (relative standard deviation, R.S.D.) in the range 0.45-1.95% at three different concentration levels, detection limits (3σ) 1.00 μg mL−1 (salicylic acid), 0.66 μg mL−1 (triamcinolone acetonide) and 0.33 μg mL−1 (propylparaben) and recovery from the pharmaceutical preparations in the range 97.50-98.94%. The chromatographic resolution between peaks of compounds was more than 4.5 and analysis time was 5.1 min under the optimal conditions. The advantages of sequential injection chromatography against classical HPLC are discussed and showing that SIC can be a method of option in many cases.  相似文献

A sensitive and precise high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)-electrochemical detection (ECD) method has been developed for the simultaneous determination of four isoquinoline alkaloids including berberine, jatrorrhizine, coptisine and palmatine in Chinese medicine Coptis chinensis. The typical HPLC analysis was performed on WondaSil® C18-WR column (250 × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with the mobile phase comprising 40 mM phosphate buffer (pH 7.0)–acetonitrile (40:60, v/v) at the flow rate of 0.8 mL min−1. The electrochemical detection employed a three electrode system with a bare glassy carbon electrode at +1.3 V versus the Ag/AgCl reference electrode. The limits of detection (LODs) of four alkaloids ranged from 0.01 to 0.03 μmol L−1 and the LOD of berberine was 80 times lower than LOD obtained by UV detection. The rat plasma samples were assayed after oral administration of the traditional Chinese medicine Coptis chinensis by the proposed HPLC-ECD method. The recoveries of this method were ranging from 88.0 to 116%, with the relative standard deviation lower than 3.1% for intra-day precision and 5.7% for inter-day precision. These results show that HPLC-ECD is a useful tool for the quality control of herbal medicine Coptis chinensis and also for pharmacokinetic studies.  相似文献

An europium-sensitized time-resolved luminescence (TRL) method was developed to determine oxytetracycline (OTC) in cultivated catfish muscle. Extraction of OTC from fish muscle was performed with pH 4.0 ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA)-McIlvaine buffer and clean up with hydrophilic-lipophilic balanced copolymer solid phase extraction (SPE) cartridges. The eluate was used without further concentration for TRL measurement in pH 9.0 micellar tris(hydroxylmethyl)aminomethane (TRIS) buffer. Cetyltrimethylammonium chloride (CTACl) was used as surfactant and EDTA as a co-ligand. The excitation and emission wavelengths were set at 388 and 615 nm, respectively. The linear dynamic range was 0-1000 ng g−1 (R2=0.9995). The recovery was 92-112% in the fortification range of 50-200 ng g−1 and the limits of detection (LOD) ranged from 3 to 7 ng g−1. Incurred catfish samples were used to demonstrate the performance of the method around 100 ng g−1, the European Union maximum residue level.  相似文献

A method based on on-line solid-phase extraction (SPE) coupling to high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for the determination of estrogens has been developed. This method can continuously perform extraction of estrone, estradiol, estriol and diethylstilbestrol from aqueous samples without any other pretreatment, which can then be analyzed by HPLC with a UV detector at 230 nm. A pre-concentration column was adapted with methanol/water for chromatographic separation and two kinds of sorbents were involved, which are octadecyl-bonded silica and cigarette filter. The condition of pH of samples, sample loading flow rate and desorption time were all optimized, and the performances of both two sorbents were satisfactory. The on-line SPE system requires very low maintenance and just involved a switching-valve-filter system and a flow-inject pump, and the operation of the whole SPE-HPLC instrumentation is quite simple. The detection limits for pre-concentrating 50 mL of standard solution using cigarette filter as sorbent ranged from 0.98 to 78.1 ng L−1. The enhancement factors were in the range of 197-326. The recoveries of estrogens spiked in real water samples ranged from 85 to 112%. The precisions for nine replicate measurements of a standard mixture (5.0 μg L−1) were in the range of 1.0-3.4%.  相似文献

In this paper, a chemiluminescence (CL) micro-flow system combined with on-line solid phase extraction (SPE) is presented for determination of β-lactam antibiotics (penicillin, cefradine, cefadroxil, cefalexin) in milk. It is based on the enhancement effect of β-lactam antibiotics on the luminol-K3Fe(CN)6 CL system. The micro-flow system was fabricated from two polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) plates (50 mm × 40 mm × 5 mm) with the microchannels of 200 μm wide and 150 μm deep. C18-modified silica gel was packed into the microchannel (length: 10 mm; width: 1 mm; depth: 500 μm) to serve as SPE device. Extraction and preconcentration of the analytes were carried out using on-line SPE micro-flow system and the selectivity of CL detection was improved. The detection limits were 0.5 μg mL−1 of penicillin, 0.04 μg mL−1 of cefradine, 0.08 μg mL−1 of cefadroxil and 0.1 μg mL−1 of cefalexin. The proposed method was also applied to analyze the β-lactam antibiotics in milk. Experimental results were in good agreement with those obtained by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method with UV detection.  相似文献

We describe here a method for detecting and quantifying the highly carcinogenic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) benzo[a]pyrene (BaP) in water, based on a flow-trough optical sensor. The technique is fast (response time of 40 s) and simple and at the same time meets the standards of sensitivity and selectivity required by the European Guidelines on Water for Human Consumption. The optosensor is based on the on-line immobilization of BaP on a non-ionic resin (Amberlite XAD-4) solid support in a continuous-flow system. BaP was analyzed in a 15 mM H2PO4/HPO42− buffer solution with 25% (v/v) 1,4-dioxane at pH 7. Fluorescence intensity was measured at λex/em=392/406 nm. The experimental conditions (reagent phase, pH, type and concentration of buffer solution and organic solvent) and flow-injection values (flow rate and injection volume) were carefully controlled. Under these conditions the optosensor was sensitive to a linear concentration range of between 3.0 and 250.0 ng l−1 with a detection limit of 3.0 ng l−1 and a standard deviation of 1.5% at 150 ng l−1. The optosensor was applied to the quantification of BaP in drinking and waste water samples (95-105% recovery) in presence of the other 15 EPA PAHs at 1000 ng l−1 concentration level. The influence of other fluorescent polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and potential interference from ions usually present in water was also evaluated.  相似文献

Artemisinin isolated from the aerial parts of Artemisia annua L., is a promising and potent antimalarial drug, which meets the dual challenge posed by drug-resistant parasites and rapid progression of malarial illness. The aim of the current study was to develop a reliable and fast analytical procedure for the determination of artemisinin in A. annua using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with evaporative light scattering detection (ELSD) in couple with microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) as an efficient sample preparation technique. The HPLC conditions were Agilent C18 column using water:acetonitrile (40:60 v/v) mixture as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 mL min−1. ELSD conditions were optimized at nebulizer-gas flow rate of 2.0 L min−1 and drift tube temperature of 70 °C under the impactor off-mode, and the gain was set at 2. Afterwards, method validation system for HPLC-ELSD analysis was developed. Calibration range was 0.2-1.0 mg mL−1 and correlation coefficient r was above 0.9990. Precision experiments showed relative standard deviation (R.S.D.) of retention time was less than 0.5% and R.S.D. of peak area was less than 1.30%. Inter-day and intra-day variabilities showed that R.S.D. was ranged from 1.01% to 4.66%. Limit of detection was less than 40 μg mL−1 and limit of quantification was less than 100 μg mL−1. Accuracy validation showed that average recovery was between 98.23% and 104.97%. The developed analytical procedure was successfully applied to determine the contents of artemisinin in the different parts of A. annua plants.  相似文献

A simple and sensitive HPLC post-derivatization method with colorimetric detection has been developed for the determination of N-nitroso glyphosate in samples of technical glyphosate. Separation of the analyte was accomplished using an anionic exchange resin (2.50 mm × 4.00 mm i.d., 15 μm particle size, functional group: quaternary ammonium salt) with Na2SO4 0.0075 M (pH 11.5) (flow rate: 1.0 mL min−1) as mobile phase. After separation, the eluate was derivatized with a colorimetric reagent containing sulfanilamide 0.3% (w/v), [N-(1-naphtil)ethilendiamine] 0.03% (w/v) and HCl 4.5 M in a thermostatized bath at 95 °C. Detection was performed at 546 nm. All stages of the analytical procedure were optimized taking into account the concept of analytical minimalism: less operation times and costs; lower sample, reagents and energy consumption and minimal waste. The limit of detection (k = 3) calculated for 10 blank replicates was 0.04 mg L−1 (0.8 mg kg−1) in the solid sample which is lower than the maximum tolerable accepted by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations.  相似文献

A simple chiral high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method with ultraviolet (UV) and circular dichroism (CD) detection was developed and validated for measuring benalaxyl enantiomers using (R,R) Whelk-O 1 column. The effects of mobile phase composition and column temperature on the entioseparation were investigated. A CD detector was used to determine the elution order of the enantiomers. Excellent resolution was easily obtained using n-hexane-polar organic alcohols mobile phase. The chiral recognition mechanism was also discussed. Based on the developed chiral HPLC method, enantioselective analysis methods for this fungicide in environment matrix (soil and water) were developed and validated. Good linearities were obtained over the concentration range of 0.25-25 mg L−1 for both enantiomers. Liquid-liquid extraction and solid phase extraction (SPE) were used for the enrichment and cleanup of soil and water samples. Recoveries for the two enantiomers were 79-91% at 0.02, 0.04 and 0.2 mg kg−1 levels from soil, and 89-101% at 0.0025, 0.01 and 0.05 mg L−1 levels from water. Run-to-run and day-to-day assay precisions were below 10% for both enantiomers at concentrations of 0.5, 1 and 5 mg L−1. Individual detection limits of the two enantiomers were both 2 ng. Limits of detection (LOD) were 0.004 mg kg−1 in soil and 0.001 mg L−1 in water.  相似文献
