The transient changes in resistances of Cr0.8Fe0.2NbO4 thick film sensors towards specified concentrations of H2, NH3, acetonitrile, acetone, alcohol, cyclohexane and petroleum gas at different operating temperatures were recorded. The analyte-specific characteristics such as slopes of the response and retrace curves, area under the curve and sensitivity deduced from the transient curve of the respective analyte gas have been used to construct a data matrix. Principal component analysis (PCA) was applied to this data and the score plot was obtained. Distinguishing one reducing gas from the other is demonstrated based on this approach, which otherwise is not possible by measuring relative changes in conductivity. This methodology is extended for three Cr0.8Fe0.2NbO4 thick film sensor array operated at different temperatures.  相似文献

研究了新型固溶法合成La0.8Sr0.2MnO3(LSM)包覆Ba0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O3(BSCF)复合粉体(LSM-BSCF),并探讨了其作为中温固体氧化物燃料电池阴极材料的电化学性能。LSM-BSCF阴极结合了LSM和BSCF阴极的优点,不仅增大了三相界面,而且稳定了微观结构。当温度为600-750℃时,其极化阻抗为0.61-0.09 Ω·cm2。与溶液注入法制备的高性能电极相比,极大地提高了性能稳定性。  相似文献

The gradient composite LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 was synthesized using spherical Ni(OH)2 particle coated by a sol-gel containing cobalt and lithium. The precursor was examined by DSC-TG. The gradient composite was characterized by SEM, EDS, XPS, XRD and ICP-AES. The XPS, EDS and ICP-AES results show that content of cobalt in the surface is higher than in the center of the spherical particle of the gradient composite. The first discharge specific capacity of the gradient composite sintered at 700 ℃ is 187.3 mAh·g-1.  相似文献

LaFe0.8-xCuxNi0.2O3 (x=0.0~0.2) (LFCN), a new cathode material of solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC), was synthesized by Co-precipitation method using sodium bicarbonate. The lattice structures of samples with different x contents were characterized by XRD. Porosity and density of the porous LaFe0.8-xCuxNi0.2O3 (x=0.0~0.1) as a function of sintering temperature were investigated. It was found that the orthorhombic structure could be formed after calcination at 900 ℃ for 4 h. The particle size of LFCN was about 350 nm. The density of the porous LFCN increased with sintering temperature, but the opposite was true for the porosity. On the other hand, at the same sintering temperature, the porosity of LaFe0.8-xCuxNi0.2O3 (x=0.0~0.1) decreased with increasing x contents. It is indicated that the dopant of Cu on LaFe0.8Ni0.2O3 can facilitate the sintering of the materials. After sintering at 1 100 ℃ for 4 h, the porous LaFe0.7Cu0.1Ni0.2O3 was still with appropriate structure, and its porosity was 29%.  相似文献

A facile method has been developed to synthesize Al2O3-coated LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 cathode materials. The sample was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) and energy dispersive analysis of X-rays (EDAX). Electrochemical tests show that the cycling stability of LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 at room temperature is effectively improved by Al2O3 coating. The differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and high temperature (60 °C) cycling tests indicate that Al2O3 coating can also improve the thermal stability of LiNi0.8Co0.2O2, which is attributed to that the coating layer can protect the LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 particles from reacting with the electrolyte.  相似文献

Multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) were used as the conductive additive in the electrode materials. The electrochemical properties of supercapacitors based on LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 / MWNTs composite and LiNi0.8Co0.2O2/acetylene black composite and MWNTs in 1.0 mol·L-1 LiClO4 / EC+DEC [V(EC)∶V(DEC)=1∶1] electrolyte were investigated by means of constant charge/discharge current tests, respectively. The experimental results show that the LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 / MWNTs composite has better performance than that of others, and the maximum specific capacitance of the supercapacitor can reach 271.6 F·g-1, while the energy density is up to 339.5 Wh·kg-1. Furthermore, it is remarkable that the performance of MWNTs is better than that of acetylene black as the conductive additive.  相似文献

采用甘氨酸燃烧法合成了LaBiMn_2O_6粉体,并与Sm_(0.2)Ce_(0.8)O_(1.9)均匀混合制备了LaBiMn_2O_6-Sm_(0.2)Ce_(0.8)O_(1.9)(LBM-SDC)复合阴极材料。利用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对材料的物相及微观形貌进行分析,结果表明LBM与SDC在1 000℃下有良好的化学稳定性。SDC的复合增加了氧离子传导路径,进而使氧还原反应(ORR)速度加快。电化学阻抗谱(EIS)测试结果表明,复合阴极极化电阻(Rp)随SDC复合量的增加呈现先降低后升高的趋势,当复合量为30%(w/w)时,阴极材料的性能最优。在700℃空气气氛下的极化电阻为0.186Ω·cm~2,相对LBM(0.717Ω·cm~2)减少74%。氧分压测试结果表明阴极反应的速率控制步骤为氧分子的吸附-解离过程。以复合阴极构筑的电解质支撑单电池Ni-SDC/SDC/LBM-30%SDC在700℃的最大输出功率密度为234 mW·cm~(-2),连续测试90 h输出功率衰减约4%。  相似文献

CuO/Sn0.8Ti0.2O2催化剂的表征及对NO+CO反应活性研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Reducibility and characteristics of CuO/Sn0.8Ti0.2O2 catalysts were examined by using a microreactor-GC NO+CO reaction system, BET, TG-DTA, FTIR, XRD and H2-TPR techniques. CuO/Sn0.8Ti0.2O2 had high activity in NO+CO reaction, showing 93% NO conversion at 300 ℃ in air, and 100% NO conversion at 225 ℃ after H2 pretreatment. The pore size distribution of Sn0.8Ti0.2O2 was mainly as micro-pores and meso-pores (1~5 nm), and the specific surface area and total pore volume of Sn0.8Ti0.2O2 were 69 m2·g-1 and 0.15 cm3·g-1, respectively. As shown by XRD analysis, there was no CuO crystal diffraction peak at 9%CuO loading, but two CuO crystal diffraction peaks at 2θ 35.5° and 38.7° were present at 12% CuO loading. FTIR detected the adsorption of NO and CO on the surface of reduced 12%CuO/Sn0.8Ti0.2O2. The Cu2+ sites and support surface adsorbed NO, and the process of NO adsorption led to the formation of N2O and NO3-. In contrast, the Cu+、Cu0 sites and support surface adsorbed CO, and when the mixed gases of NO and CO were adsorbed by support surface, no NO3- was formed. H2-TPR showed four reduction peaks (α, β, γ and δ). The α, β and γ peaks were the reductions of CuO species, and the δ peak was the reduction of Sn0.8Ti0.2O2.  相似文献

The nanocrystalline LaCoxFe1-xO3 with different concentrations of Co was prepared by polyethylene glycol (PEG) sol-gel method and characterized by differential thermal analysis and thermal gravimetric analysis (DTA-TGA), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and scanning electron microscope (SEM). It was found that the crystal structure of perovskite-type could be obtained at 600 °C, and the concentration of Co had significant effects on the solid-state reaction and the average particle size of the obtained nanocrystals. Furthermore, the humidity-sensitive properties of nanocrystalline LaCoxFe1-xO3 were investigated, and it was found that LaCo0.3Fe0.7O3 exhibited higher sensitivity to humidity compared with other samples. The addition of Na2CO3 improved the humidity-sensitive properties of this sample, and made its response to humidity good in the whole humidity range of 11%-95% relative humidity (RH).  相似文献

The characteristics of epoxy/(Ba0.8Sr0.2)(Ti0.9Zr0.1)O3 (BSTZ) composites are investigated for the further application in embedded capacitor device. The effects of BSTZ ceramic powder filler ratio on the chemical, physical and dielectric properties of epoxy/BSTZ composites are studied. Differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) thermal analysis is conducted to determine the optimum values of hardener agent, curing temperature, reaction heat, and glass transition temperature (Tg). The hardener reaction process starts at about 115 °C and completes at about 200 °C, for that it is appropriate to process of epoxy/BSTZ composites in the range of temperature. The highest glass transition temperature (Tg) of 155 °C is obtained at one equivalent weight ratio (hardener/epoxy). Only the BSTZ phase can be detected in the XRD patterns of epoxy/BSTZ composites. The more BSTZ ceramic powder is mixed with epoxy, the higher crystalline intensity of tetragonal BSTZ phase are revealed in the XRD patterns. The dielectric constant measured at 1 MHz increases from 5.8 to 23.6 as the content of BSTZ ceramic powder in the epoxy/BSTZ composites increases from 10 to 70 wt%. The loss tangents of the epoxy/BSTZ composites slightly increase with the increase of measurement frequency.  相似文献

A new oxide, Bi14Sr21Fe12O61, with a layered structure derived from the 2212 modulated type structure Bi2Sr3Fe2O9, was isolated. It crystallizes in the I2 space group, with the following parameters: a=16.58(3) Å, b=5.496(1) Å, c=35.27(2) Å and β=90.62°. The single crystal X-ray structure determination, coupled with electron microscopy, shows that this ferrite is the m=5 member of the [Bi2Sr3Fe2O9]m[Bi4Sr6Fe2O16] collapsed family. This new collapsed structure can be described as slices of 2212 structure of five bismuth polyhedra thick along , shifted with respect to each other and interconnected by means of [Bi4Sr6Fe2O16] slices. The latter are the place of numerous defects like iron or strontium for bismuth substitution; they can be correlated to intergrowth defects with other members of the family.  相似文献

Protonic ceramic membrane fuel cells (PCMFCs) based on proton-conducting electrolytes have attracted much attention because of many advantages, such as low activation energy and high energy efficiency. BaZr0.1Ce0.7Y0.2O3−δ (BZCY7) electrolyte based PCMFCs with stable Ba0.5Sr0.5Zn0.2Fe0.8O3−δ (BSZF) perovskite cathode were investigated. Using thin membrane BZCY7 electrolyte (about 15 μm in thickness) synthesized by a modified Pechini method on NiO-BZCY7 anode support, PCMFCs were assembled and tested by selecting stable BSZF perovskite cathode. An open-circuit potential of 1.015 V, a maximum power density of 486 mW cm−2, and a low polarization resistance of the electrodes of 0.08 Ω cm2 was achieved at 700 °C. The results have indicated that BZCY7 proton-conducting electrolyte with BSZF cathode is a promising material system for the next generation solid oxide fuel cells.  相似文献

采用水热合成法制备了Co3O4及复合Ag/Co3O4、CuO/Co3O4一维纳米产品。用XRD,FE-SEM和TEM手段对产品进行了表征。采用循环伏安法研究了合成产品修饰的玻碳电极在碱性溶液中对对硝基苯酚的电催化还原性能。与裸玻碳电极相比,1mmol·L-1的对硝基苯酚在用Co3O4、特别是CuO/Co3O4修饰的玻碳电极上还原的峰电流明显增大,用Ag/Co3O4(Ag/Co原子比分别为1∶5和2∶5)修饰的玻碳电极催化还原对硝基苯酚时,尽管还原峰电流增大不是太大,但其峰电位明显降低(分别降低0.265和0.371V)。  相似文献

A new sol-gel synthesis procedure of stable calcium copper titanate (CaCu3Ti4O12—CCTO) precursor sols for the fabrication of porous films was developed. The composition of the sol was selected in order to avoid the precipitation of undesired phases; ethanol was used as solvent, acetic acid as modifier and poly(ethyleneglycol) as a linker agent. Films deposited by spin-coating onto oxidized silicon substrates were annealed at 700 °C. The main phase present in the samples, as detected by X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy, was CaCu3Ti4O12. Scanning electron microscopy analysis showed that mesoporous structures, with thicknesses between 200 and 400 nm, were developed as a result of the processing conditions. The films were tested regarding their sensibility towards oxygen and nitrogen at atmospheric pressure using working temperatures from 200 to 290 °C. The samples exhibited n-type conductivity, high sensitivity and short response times. These characteristics indicate that CCTO mesoporous structures obtained by sol-gel are suitable for application in gas sensing.  相似文献

首次采用简单的一锅法制备了Fe2O3/Fe2TiO5异质结纳米材料。构建S型异质结后,与纯的Fe2O3和Fe2TiO5相比,Fe2O3/Fe2TiO5复合材料表现出更高的光催化降解速率和效率。经过2.5 h的光照后,Fe2O3/Fe2TiO5可以降解接近100%的亚甲基蓝(MB)。在Fe2O3/Fe2TiO5复合材料中,Fe2O3和Fe2TiO5之间形成了内建电场,可以促进光生电子-空穴对的分离。因此,具有更高能量的Fe2TiO5导带中的电子和具有更高能量的Fe2O3价带中的空穴可以得到有效的保留,从而使它们更加有效地扩散到催化剂表面,并参加降解反应。此外,Fe2O3/Fe2TiO5复合材料具有很好的光催化稳定性。  相似文献

用固相反应法合成了锂离子二次电池正极材料LiAlyCo0.2Ni0.8-yO2(y=0,0.001,0.005,0.01,0.03),采用XRD、SEM、ICP-AES、差分计时电位法和充放电循环等对合成的材料的物理化学性质以及电化学性能进行了测试分析。结果表明所合成的产物均为α-NaFeO2型的层状结构,产物无杂质相,产物的表面形貌规则,颗粒大小均匀。实验结果证明经过Al掺杂后的材料的放电电压平台有所提高,容量也有所上升。并且随着Al含量的增加,材料在电化学充放电过程的结构稳定性在上升,因此电化学稳定性得到了提高。实验结果还表明低含量Al元素的掺杂既提高了LiNi0.8Co0.2O2的放电容量,又提高了其循环可逆性,使材料的容量保持率显著提高。  相似文献
