In our recent Letter,(1) several typographical errors were present. A general expression has been obtained for the polarisation of an assembly of two-level systems irradiated by a sequence of N radiation pulses. The times and amplitudes of the echo-polarisation have been obtained. The method is an extension of the T-matrix method for the exact solution of the problem of interaction of radiation with two-level systems. The number of polarisation echoes is 3 N?1?N. The echo times are given by $$t' = (1 + a)t_N + (b - a)t_{N - 1} + (c - b)t_{N - 2} + \cdots + (q - p)t_1 $$ wheret k are the pulse times anda, b, c take on values 1, 0, ? 1. From the general expression the amplitudes of echoes due to sequences of 2, 3 and 4 pulses are obtained as special cases. Distinct echo sequences determined by time relations among the incident pulses are discussed. The echo sequences exhibit interesting features which are of significance in the application of the phenomenon in holophony, etc.  相似文献

测试了铋酸盐玻璃(85-x)Bi2O3-(10+x)B2O3-5Na2O(x=0,5,10,15,20,25 mol%)中Er3+离子的吸收光谱、荧光光谱、荧光寿命及热稳定性.应用Judd-Ofelt理论计算了铋酸盐玻璃中Er3+离子的强度参数(Ω2=(352—386)×10-20cm2,Ω4=(138—152)×10-20cm2,Ω6=(093—117)×10-20cm2),应用McCumber理论计算了Er3+离子的受激发射截面(σe=(70—95)×10-21cm2)及Er3+离子4I13/2→4I15/2发射谱的荧光半高宽(FWHM=57—79nm),测得了Er3+离子4I13/2能级荧光寿命(τm=265—159ms),分析了玻璃的热稳定性能.研究了Er3+离子各种光谱参数对成分的依赖性,发现随着玻璃中B2O3含量的增加,强度参数Ωt(t=2,4,6)、荧光半高宽(FWHM)、热稳定性均相应增加,而测得的荧光寿命却减小.比较了不同基质玻璃中Er3+离子的光谱特性,结果表明掺铒铋酸盐玻璃更适合于掺Er3+光纤放大器实现宽带和高增益放大. 关键词: 铋酸盐玻璃 光谱性质 成分依赖性 Er3+离子  相似文献

Besides their fundamental importance, multiply charged anions (MCAs) are considered as promising molecular capacitors for which their intrinsic stabilities are of great significance. Herein, the gas-phase stabilities of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) anions (i.e. [EDTA-nH](n-), n = 1-4) and their Pb(II) complexes (i.e. [EDTA + Pb-nH]((2-n)-), n = 3, 4) have been investigated using an approach that combines extractive electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (EESI-MS) measurements, Car-Parrinello molecular dynamics simulations and density functional theory/Tao-Perdew-Staroverov-Scuseria calculations. The EESI-MS data showed that the doubly charged EDTA anions in the form of [EDTA-2H](2-) and [EDTA + Pb-4H](2-) were much more abundantly observed than the singly charged species such as [EDTA-H](-) and [EDTA + Pb-3H](-), respectively. The calculation results indicated that [EDTA-2H](2-) and [EDTA + Pb-4H](2-) anions were thermodynamically more stable than the [EDTA-H](-) and [EDTA + Pb-3H](-) species in the gas phase, respectively. The [EDTA + Pb-3H](-) anions preferred five-coordinated structure, whereas [EDTA + Pb-4H](2-) anions formed either five-coordinated or six-coordinated structures. The calculations further revealed that significant electron clouds drifting from the ligand EDTA to the metal Pb(II) ions and the large distances between the carboxylic groups reduced the Coulomb repulsion among the excess electrons of these MCAs. Our data demonstrated that EESI-MS combined with theoretic calculations were able to provide a deep insight into the fundamental behavior of stability of MCAs in the gas phase and, thus, might be useful tools for studying MCAs for potential molecular capacitors.  相似文献

We show that there exists a systematic expansion around four spatial dimensions for Fermi gas in the unitarity regime. We perform the calculations to leading and next-to-leading orders in the expansion over E = 4-d, where d is the dimensionality of space. We find the ratio of chemical potential and Fermi energy to be mu/epsilon(F) =1/2 (E 3/2) + 1/16 (E 5/2) lnE -0.0246E (5/2) + ... and the ratio of the gap in the fermion quasiparticle spectrum and the chemical potential to be Delta/mu =2E(-1) - 0.691 + ... . The minimum of the fermion dispersion curve is located at |p|=(2mepsilon(0))(1/2), where epsilon_(0)/mu=2+O(E). Extrapolation to d=3 gives results consistent with Monte Carlo simulations.  相似文献

We present measurements of branching fractions and charge asymmetries for the decays B-->etaK*, where K* indicates a spin 0, 1, or 2 Kpi system. The data sample corresponds to 344x10(6) BB pairs collected with the BABAR detector at the PEP-II asymmetric-energy e+ e- collider at SLAC. We measure the branching fractions (in units of 10(-6): B(B0-->etaK*0(892))=16.5+/-1.1+/-0.8, B(B+-->etaK*+(892))=18.9+/-1.8+/-1.3, B(B0-->eta(Kpi)0*0)=11.0+/-1.6+/-1.5, B(B+-->eta(Kpi)0*+)=18.2+/-2.6+/-2.6, B(B0-->etaK2*0(1430))=9.6+/-1.8+/-1.1, and B(B+-->etaK2*+(1430))=9.1+/-2.7+/-1.4. We also determine the charge asymmetries for all decay modes.  相似文献

The reaction pp-->dK+K(-)0 has been investigated at an excess energy of Q=46 MeV above the K+K(-)0 threshold with ANKE at the cooler synchrotron COSY-Jülich. From the detected coincident dK(+) pairs, about 1000 events with a missing K(-)0 were identified, corresponding to a total cross section of sigma(pp-->dK+K(-)0)=[38+/-2(stat)+/-14(syst)] nb. Invariant-mass and angular distributions have been jointly analyzed and reveal s-wave dominance between the two kaons, accompanied by a p wave between the deuteron and the kaon system. This is interpreted in terms of a(+)0 (980)-resonance production.  相似文献

利用一套四极质谱气体分析与测试系统,开展MicroVision Plus四极质谱计的氦(He)、氘(D2)分辨性能实验。分别向分析室送入He和D2,记录质谱图,得到质量刻度和分辨率等信息。He+峰位为(4.0022±0.0006)amu;D2+峰位为(4.0246±0.0006)amu。在10-6~10-4Pa的分压范围,观察到He和D2的分辨率随其分压强的增大而减小。在10-7Pa-m3-s-1的He漏孔条件下,调节D2送气量,He+/D2+分压峰值比在10-1量级可以分辨出He。  相似文献

A distinct peak is observed in the pi +/- psi' invariant mass distribution near 4.43 GeV in B-->K pi +/- psi' decays. A fit using a Breit-Wigner resonance shape yields a peak mass and width of M=4433+/-4(stat)+/-2(syst) MeV and Gamma=45-13+18(stat)-13+30(syst) MeV. The product branching fraction is determined to be B(B 0-->K -/+Z+/-(4430)) x B(Z+/-(4430)-->pi+/-psi')=(4.1+/-1.0(stat)+/-1.4(syst)) x 10(-5), where Z+/-(4430) is used to denote the observed structure. The statistical significance of the observed peak is 6.5 sigma. These results are obtained from a 605 fb(-1) data sample that contains 657 x 10(6) BB pairs collected near the Upsilon(4S) resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric energy e+ e- collider.  相似文献

We report a measurement of the branching fractions for _B-->D(*)(pi)l- _nu(l) decays based on 341.1 fb(-1) of data collected at the Upsilon(4S) resonance with the BABAR detector at the SLAC PEP-II e+ e- storage rings. Events are tagged by fully reconstructing one of the B mesons in a hadronic decay mode. We obtain B(B- -->D(0)l-_nu(l)=(2.33+/-0.09(stat)+/-0.09(syst)%, B(B- -->D(*0)l-_nu(l)=(5.83+/-0.15(stat) +/-0.30(syst) %, B(_B(0)-->D+l-_nu(l)=(2.21+/-0.11(stat) +/-0.12(syst)%, B(_B(0)-->D(*)l-_nu(l)=(5.49+/-0.16(stat)+/-0.25(syst)%, B(B- -->D+pi-l-_nu(l)=(0.42+/-0.06(stat)+/-0.03(syst)%, B(B- -->D(*)+pi-l-_nu(l)=(0.59+/-0.05(stat)+/-0.04(syst)%, B(_B(0)-->D(0)pi+l-_nu(l)=(0.43+/-0.08(stat)+/-0.03(syst)%, and B(_B(0)-->D(*0)pi+l-_nu(l)=(0.48+/-0.08(stat)+/-0.04(syst)%.  相似文献

In the framework of a five-dimensional (5D) bounce cosmological model, a useful function f(z) is obtained by giving a concrete expression of deceleration parameter q(z)=q1+{q2}/{1+ln (1+ z)}. Then using the obtained Hubble parameter H(z) according to the function f(z), we constrain the accelerating universe from recent cosmic observations: the 192 ESSENCE SNe Ia and the 9 observational H(z) data. The best fitting values of transition redshift zT and current deceleration parameter q0 are given as zT= 0.65-0.120.25 and q0 = - 0.76-0.15+0.15 (1σ). Furthermore, in the 5D bounce model it can be seen that the evolution of equation of state (EOS) for dark energy wde can cross over -1 at about z=0.23 and the current value w0de= - 1.15<- 1. On the other hand, by giving a concrete expression of model-independent EOS of dark energy wde, in the 5D bounce model we obtain the best fitting values zT= 0.660.08+0.11 and q0 = - 0.690.10+0.10 (1σ) from the recently observed data: the 192 ESSENCE SNe Ia, the observational H(z) data, the 3-year Wilkinson Microwave Anisotropy Probe (WMAP), the Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS) baryon acoustic peak and the x-ray gas mass fraction in clusters.  相似文献

Low-lying resonance states in 7He(6He+n), formed after fragmentation reactions of a 227 MeV/nucleon 8He beam on a carbon target, have been studied. Coincidences between 6He nuclei and neutrons, corresponding to the one-neutron knockout channel in 8He, were selected. The relative energy spectrum in the 6He+n system shows a structure, which is interpreted as the 7He ( Ipi = 3/2(-)) ground state, unbound with 0.43(2) MeV relative to the 6He+n system and a width of Gamma = 0.15(8) MeV overlapping with an excited ( Ipi = 1/2(-)) state observed at 1.0(1) MeV with a width of Gamma = 0.75(8) MeV.  相似文献

The gamman-->K(+)K(-)n reaction on 12C has been studied by measuring both K+ and K- at forward angles. A sharp baryon resonance peak was observed at 1.54+/-0.01 GeV/c(2) with a width smaller than 25 MeV/c(2) and a Gaussian significance of 4.6sigma. The strangeness quantum number (S) of the baryon resonance is +1. It can be interpreted as a molecular meson-baryon resonance or alternatively as an exotic five-quark state (uuddsmacr;) that decays into a K+ and a neutron. The resonance is consistent with the lowest member of an antidecuplet of baryons predicted by the chiral soliton model.  相似文献

We report a measurement of the exclusive e+ e- -->Lambda+_(c)Lambda-_(c) cross section as a function of center-of-mass energy near the Lambda+_(c)Lambda-_(c) threshold. A clear peak with a significance of 8.2sigma is observed in the Lambda+_(c)Lambda-_(c) invariant mass distribution just above threshold. With an assumption of a resonance origin for the observed peak, a mass and width of M=[4634 (+8)_(-7)(stat)(+5)_(-8)(syst)] MeV/c(2) and Gamma_(tot)=[92 (+40)_(-24)(stat)(+10)_(-21)(syst)] MeV are determined. The analysis is based on a study of events with initial-state-radiation photons in a data sample collected with the Belle detector at the Upsilon(4S) resonance and nearby continuum with an integrated luminosity of 695 fb(-1) at the KEKB asymmetric-energy e+ e- collider.  相似文献

A broad peak is observed at low K+K- invariant mass in J/psi-->K+K-pi(0) decays found in a sample of 5.8x10(7) J/psi events collected with the BESII detector. The statistical significance of the broad resonance is much larger than 5sigma. A partial wave analysis shows that the J;{PC} of this structure is 1--. Its pole position is determined to be [1576(-55)(+49)(stat)-91+98(syst)] MeV/c(2)-i/2[818(-23)(+22)(stat)-133+64(syst)] MeV/c(2). These parameters are not compatible with any known meson resonances.  相似文献

We present an experimental and theoretical study of atom-molecule collisions in a mixture of cold, trapped N atoms and NH molecules at a temperature of ~600 mK. We measure a small N+NH trap loss rate coefficient of k(loss)(N+NH)=9(5)(3)×10(-13) cm(3)?s(-1). Accurate quantum scattering calculations based on ab initio interaction potentials are in agreement with experiment and indicate the magnetic dipole interaction to be the dominant loss mechanism. Our theory further indicates the ratio of N+NH elastic-to-inelastic collisions remains large (>100) into the mK regime.  相似文献

We report the observation of a new DsJ meson produced in B+-->D0DsJ-->D0D0K+. This state has a mass of M=2708+/-9(-10)(+11) MeV/c2, a width Gamma=108+/-23(-31)(+36) MeV/c2 and a 1- spin-parity. The statistical significance of this observation is 8.4 sigma. The results are based on an analysis of 449 x 10(6) BB events collected at the Upsilon(4S) resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy e+e- collider.  相似文献
