针对接收机射频前端在电磁脉冲环境作用下的电磁损伤过程模拟问题,以超短波接收机为具体研究对象,基于超外差式接收机电路功能模型,采用Verilog-a和SPICE网表联合建模方法,建立了射频前端低噪声放大器(LNA)电磁脉冲效应仿真模型(Extended LNA Model),并通过S参数仿真和瞬态仿真验证了LNA电磁脉冲效应模型具备正常功能仿真能力;为验证该模型的电磁脉冲损伤模拟能力,以标准电磁脉冲波形作为激励,以偶极子天线作为简化的天线前门耦合通道,在不同强度电磁脉冲作用下,接收机中频电路信号输出表现出了无影响、干扰、损毁的电磁脉冲效应过程,说明了建模方法的有效性;最后以EMP-天线耦合电压峰值作为阈值指标,分析得到了超短波接收机不同电磁脉冲效应等级对应的电压峰值阈值数据。  相似文献

首先介绍用ADS软件仿真设计S波段低噪声放大器的方法,在仿真过程中,采用带封装模型的原理图-版图联合仿真的方法;然后对制作出的放大器在工作频段2.15—2.35GHz内测试,测试结果和电路仿真结果基本一致:输入输出驻波比均小于1.2,增益达到25dB,且带内增益波动为±0.4dB,噪声为0.7dB;最后对放大器进行了低温(液氮环境)测试,结果表明该放大器在低温下也能正常工作。  相似文献

高温超导滤波器与低噪声放大器(LNA)组成的射频接收机前端设备具有高选择性、高灵敏度和极低的噪声,因而展现出广阔的应用前景.本文研究了场效应器件的低温物理特性和电学参数,研制了一种适用于高温超导微波接收系统的低温低噪声放大器,在60K工作温度下,具有很好的噪声特性.包括高电子迁移率场效应晶体管在内的元件参数均在60K温度下进行了实际测量.放大器的各项指标与设计值吻合,工作频段为800MHz~850MHz,增益大于18dB,输入输出驻波比小于1.2,噪声系数小于0.22dB.  相似文献

概述了高温超导接收机前端在地面移动通信、为卫星有效载荷星上通信机和其它电子系统方面的应用.介绍了超导接收机中决定灵敏度最关键的器件高温超导带通滤波器和低噪声放大器的近年发展情况,进而介绍了高温超导接收机前端的技术发展开发.电子科技大学应用高温超导薄膜研制了X波段低插损(L=0.3dB)窄带通滤波器(BPF)和中频带通滤波器(IFBPF),同时研制了X波段工作于77K液氮温区的NF为0.36dB的低噪声放大器(LNA).引进了工作于77K液氮温区的插损为6dB的混频器(MIX)和中频放大器(IFA).从而研制成功国内第一台高温超导高灵敏度接受机前端系统.为尽可能提高接收机灵敏度,采用低插损、低导热的薄壁不锈钢电缆为输入端电路,组建了用液氮制冷的BPF-LNA-MIX-IFBPF-IFA电路型式的接收机前端电路.获得的主要指标为:工作频率:f=9500MHz;中频带宽:BIF=5MHz;工作温度:T=77K;灵敏度:S=-106.18dBm(24.1μμW);噪声温度:Te=58K.  相似文献

针对超宽带无线通信系统应用设计实现了一个2-6GHz的两级分布式CMOS低噪声放大器(LNA)。采用分布式放大器结构既能扩展带宽,又能保证电路具有低噪声、良好的反向隔离度和平坦增益的特性。利用ADS仿真软件对整个电路进行仿真优化设计,电路仿真结果表明:在2-6GHz频率范围内增益(S21)保持26.506±0.961d B平坦增益,噪声系数(NF)为0.849±0.238d B,输入回波损耗(S11)小于-18.338d B。  相似文献

750 keV,201.25 MHz的射频四极注入器为四杆型,电极长度124 cm,共16个支撑板。根据加速器射频结构设计的结果进行了水冷管道的结构设计,理论分析了管路的流体力学特性和传热学特性。在忽略结构形变的情况下,利用射频计算软件的稳态热分析功能计算了加速腔的温度分布,降低了模拟计算的难度。计算结果表明:加速腔的最大温升控制在1 K以内,水冷系统能够使加速器在适宜的温度下长时间稳定运行,设计结果很好地满足了物理需求。  相似文献

 提取直接数字频率合成器芯片AD9850输出的混频信号作为系统的频率源,介绍了高频功率源的结构和原理。系统的工作频率范围为(96±1) MHz,最大输出功率为10 kW。驱动级采用MOSFET晶体管功率放大模块,末级采用高频真空四极管4CW10000B。四极管采用阴地电路,工作在甲乙类。高频功率源采用压控可变衰减器进行幅度调制,为满足系统的频率和幅值稳定度要求,功率源采用带温度补偿的晶体振荡器,并让四极管工作在过压状态。在应用Ziegler-Nichols法整定控制器的PID参数时,为实现控制系统的在线自整定,系统采用了继电反馈法,由极限周期和增益得出PID参数。  相似文献

An RF power coupler is a key component of the superconducting accelerating system in Chinese ADS proton linac injector I, which is used to transmit 15 kW RF power from the power source to the superconducting HWR cavity. According to the requirement of working frequency, power level, transmission capability and cooling condition, the physics design of coupler has been finished, which includes RF structure optimization, thermal simulation, thermal stress analysis and so on. Based on this design, the prototype of HWR coupler has been fabricated, and it has successfully passed the high power test.  相似文献

This paper introduces the design and simulation of a Wire Position Monitor (WPM) used in the cryogenic system of an Accelerator Driven System (ADS). The WPM is designed to monitor the contraction of cold masses during the cooling-down operation. In this paper, POISSON-2D electrostatic field software is used to calculate the best characteristic impedance for the WPM. Furthermore, the time domain signal of different end structures is theoretically analyzed and simulated. The coupling of electrodes and the influence of signal carrier size, which may influence the induced signal, are also discussed. Finally, the linearity of the induced voltage and the sensitivity of the WPM are analyzed. The time domain simulation results are consistent with the theoretical analysis. The influences of the coupling and carrier size are very small, and the linearity of the normalized voltage is good within r/2.  相似文献

针对射频装定系统易受噪声和干扰的影响,导致数据装定出现错误的问题,提出在装定系统发送端对工作命令进行差错控制编码,增强系统的抗干扰能力。首先,根据(7,4)循环码信息位和监督位之间的线性关系,对工作命令进行编码,使其具有发现并纠正一个错误位的能力。其次,采用平衡Gold码进行扩频调制,使系统具有保密性强的优点。最后,在采用查表法进行正弦信号发生器设计的基础上,进行选择法的QPSK调制,具有结构简单、易于实现的优点。经实验验证,采用31位的的Gold码进行调制,系统扩频增益为14.77dB;QPSK波形频率为781.25 KHz,符合设计需求。  相似文献

XAL is a high level accelerator application framework that was originally developed by the Spallation Neutron Source(SNS), Oak Ridge National Laboratory. It has an advanced design concept and has been adopted by many international accelerator laboratories. Adopting XAL for ADS is a key subject in the long term. This paper will present the modifications to the original XAL applications for ADS. The work includes a proper relational database schema modification in order to better suit the requirements of ADS configuration data, redesigning and re-implementing db2 xal application, and modifying the virtual accelerator application. In addition, the new device types and new device attributes for ADS online modeling purpose are also described here.  相似文献

This paper illustrates the design and simulation of a unique 500 MHz single-cell superconducting radio frequency cavity with a fluted beam pipe and a coaxial-type fundamental power coupler. The simulation results show that the cavity has a high r/Q value, a low peak surface field and a large beam aperture, so it can be a candidate cavity for high current accelerators. With the help of a fluted beam tube, almost all the higher order modes can propagate out of the cavity, especially the first two dipole modes, TE111 and TM110, and the first higher monopole mode, TM011. The external quality factor of the coaxial fundamental power coupler is optimized to 1.2×105, which will be useful when it is applied in the light source storage ring.  相似文献
