用甲基乙烯基聚硅氧烷涂敷于硅烷化的微粒硅胶上,制备出一种新型的涂敷型反相高效液相色谱固定相。该固定相对极性、非极性和碱性化合物均有良好的分离能力,峰对称性好。对其恶性循环 了考察,连续使用三个月后,固定相的碳量和色谱性能仍保持不变。  相似文献

用苯基乙烯基甲基聚硅氧烷涂敷于硅烷化的微粒硅胶上,制备出反相高效液相色谱固定相。制备出的固定相对极性、非极性化合物有良好的分离能力,峰对称性好。对其稳定性进行了考察,连续使用1200h后,固定相的含碳量及色谱性能保持不变,且用pH11.0的流动相冲洗260h,固定相的色谱性能仍很好,可见固定相的耐碱性能良好。  相似文献

本文叙述氨基酸及其对映体的全氟酰基烷基脂(O-异丙基、-异丁基、-正丁基;N(O,S)-三氟乙酰基,TFA、-七氟丁酰基,HFB)在Chirasil-Val上的洗脱特性。随烷基取代增大,保留时间增加;用HFB代替TFA,对映体的分离因子降低。此外,DL-氨基酸与另丁醇衍生,生成的对映及非对映衍生物在Chirasil-Val上可拆分成四个色谱峰。  相似文献

以三氯氧磷、氯化胆碱和甲基丙烯酸-2-羟乙酯(HEMA)为原料合成了含磷酰胆碱的单体2-甲基丙烯酰氧乙基磷酰胆碱(MPC). 在硅胶表面嫁接聚合MPC, 得到磷酰胆碱两性离子交换色谱填料. 研究了该填料对标准蛋白的分离性能及pH对蛋白质保留的影响. 结果表明, 该填料对溶菌酶和牛血清白蛋白的动态吸附容量分别为13.8和18.7 mg/g, 其基质磷酰胆碱色谱固定相可同时基线分离两种酸性和两种碱性蛋白.  相似文献

研究了五种有机聚合物固定相的色谱性能.选择在170℃柱温下测定其极性常数,并以下式计算各种填料的极性常数:X′=Ix-653,Y′=Iy-590,Z′=Iz-627,U′=Iu-652,S′=Is-699.式中Ix、Iy、Iz、Iu、Is分别为柱温170℃测得的5种表征物质的保留指数,同时以实验验证了该方法的有效性和实用性.还测定了这些固定相在高纯氮气和空气中的热分析(TG、DTA)曲线,研究了DTA曲线产生峰值的原因,指出了其上限使用温度.扩展了此类固定相的应用范围.此外,还对保留值与柱温的关系进行了研究.  相似文献

In the analysis of fatty acids, one of the most commonly used tools is a GC separation of the fatty acid methyl esters (FAME). Many researchers perform this separation using a non-polar phase such the ubiquitous 5% phenyl / 95% methyl capillary columns found in most every chromatography laboratory. Numerous laboratories have also turned recently to polar phases such as 70% cyanopropyl columns, as this type of chemistry provides increased selectivity for unsaturated compounds, and thus improved separation of cis/trans and ω3/ω6 FAME isomers. Here, a series of columns nominally having 60, 70, 80, and 90% bis-cyanopropyl content have been tested for the separation of FAME isomers. Trends in retention and the influence of increasing phase polarity on effective and fractional chain lengths are highlighted to provide the FAME chromatographer with insight into which of these novel stationary phases might be best suited to their particular application. In addition, the elution temperatures (Te) of the FAME and linear alkane standards are presented, as this information will be of value to comprehensive two-dimensional multidimensional GC (GC × GC) users who wish to use these columns in the primary dimension separation.  相似文献

Fluorinated stationary phases provide unique separation effect on basic compounds, due to the fluorine atoms, and pentafluorophenyl stationary phases (PFPs) are the most widely used. Considering that some fluoroalkyls have higher fluorine contents than PFPs do, it is speculated that fluoroalkyl stationary phases should have potential new applications. Herein, we synthesized a silica-based stationary phase bonding perfluoroctyl (FC8) proved by characterization through elemental analysis and solid-state 13C cross-polarization/magic-anglespinning nuclear magnetic resonance. The chromatographic behavior of the stationary phase was evaluated with test compounds. In addition, to further study the applicability of FC8 materials, Corydalis decumbens (Thunb.) Pers. fraction, considered as a challenging medicine on reversed-phase chromatography columns, was chosen as a test sample. Results demonstrated that the FC8 stationary phase had better and more satisfactory separation performance than the PFP stationary phase on basic compounds.

在全甲基β-环糊精(PMBCD)和全甲基γ-环糊精(PMGCD)手性固定相上,考察了扁桃酸酯、α-甲氧基扁桃酸酯、2-羟基-3-苯基丙酸酯和2-羟基-4-苯基丁酸乙酯的气相色谱手性分离行为。结果表明,所有研究的羟基羟基羧酸酯均可以在PMCD手性固定相上得到很好的手性分离,而PMGCD对所研究的对映体没有任何手性拆分能力。结合和学参数,探讨了手性诉分机理。  相似文献

Abstract

Alkyl-modified silica (RSi) and polystyrenedivinylbenzene (PRP-1) stationary phases are compared for the chromatographic separation of inorganic analyte anions and cations using hydro-phobic ions of opposite charge as mobile phase additives. Tetra-alkylammonium salts were used for anion separations and alkyl sulfonate salts for cation separations. Two major equilibria influence the retention of analyte ions on PRP-1. These are: retention of the hydrophobic ion on PRP-1 and an ion exchange selectivity between the hydrophobic counterion and the analyte ion. When using RSi retention is also influenced by ion exchange at residual silanol groups, which act as weak cation exchange sites. Mobile and stationary phase variables that influence analyte retention are identified. Optimization of these provides favorable eluting conditions for the separation of inorganic ionic analytes. Of particular interest is the potential use of PRP-1 and RSi columns for the separation of inorganic cations; conditions for the separation of alkali metals and alkaline earths are discussed.  相似文献

Abstract

The potential of the micro-HPLC technique and various reversed-phase packing materials for the separation of styrene oligomers is evaluated. The results indicate that longer carbon chains and/or copolymer materials with small-diameter particles are superior to other type packings for the separation of oligomers with methanol as mobile phase. Micro-HPLC promises the possibility of separating conformational isomers of styrene oligomers.  相似文献

Two hydride-based stationary phases (cholesterol and bidentate C18) are evaluated for use in chromatographic analyses with mass spectroscopic detection. The stability of the bonded moieties and the background signal in the effluent from these columns are investigated. Separations of steroids and catecholamines are used to characterize these separation materials. Peak symmetries and efficiencies can provide additional insights into the effectiveness of the two phases. In one case a small column configuration directly connected to the mass spectrometer inlet is also tested.  相似文献
