Dicarboxylate coordination polymers (1-5) of Mn(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Zn(II) and Cd(II), respectively, derived from (7-carboxymethoxy-naphthalen-2-yloxy)-acetic acid (L1H2) are synthesized and characterized. Depending on the coordination sites around the metal centers and coordination mode of the ligand, dimensionality of these polymers varies. The dicarboxylates adopt three spatial orientations: in-plane linear coordination, out-of-plane cis coordination and out-of-plane trans coordination mode. Both the cis and trans out-of-plane coordination modes are found to exist only if the ancillary ligand pyridine is coordinated to the metal ion. When the aquoligand coordinates the in-plane linear coordination mode of L1 predominates. The coordination polymers 4 and 5 show photoluminescence in solution. The dicarboxylate of (5-carboxymethoxy-naphthalen-1-yloxy)-acetic acid (L2H2) does not form coordination polymer under ambient conditions, but prefers to remain as uncoordinated anion providing hydrophobic confinement to hexa-aquometal(II) cation. Compound 3 crystallizes in P21 space group and it shows broadband ultra-violet fluorescence centered at 352.9 nm on focusing 632.8 nm He:Ne laser.  相似文献

New palladium(II) and platinum(II) complexes of saccharinate (sac), trans-[Pd(py)2(sac)2] (1), cis-[Pt(py)2(sac)2] (2), trans-[Pd(3-acpy)2(sac)2] (3) and cis-[Pt(3-acpy)2(sac)2] (4) (py = pyridine and 3-acpy = 3-acetylpyridine) have been synthesized. Elemental analysis, UV-Vis, IR, NMR and TG/DTA characterizations have been carried out. The structures of 1-4 were determined by X-ray diffraction. The palladium(II) and platinum(II) ions are coordinated by two N-bonded sac ligands, and two nitrogen atoms of py or 3-acpy, forming a distorted square-planar geometry. The palladium(II) complexes (1 and 3) are trans isomers, while the platinum(II) complexes (2 and 4) are cis isomers. The mononuclear species in the solid state are connected by weak intermolecular C-H?O hydrogen bonds, C-H?π and π?π stacking interactions. The platinum(II) complexes show significant fluorescence at the room temperature.  相似文献

A bisphosphine in which a PhP-PPh bond bridges 1,8-positions of naphthalene, 1,2-dihydro-1,2-diphenyl-naphtho[1,8-cd]-1,2-diphosphole (1), was used as a bridging ligand for the preparation of dinuclear group 6 metal complexes. Free trans-1, a more stable isomer having two phenyl groups on phosphorus centers mutually trans with respect to a naphthalene plane, was allowed to react with two equivalents of M(CO)5(thf) (M = W, Mo, Cr) at room temperature to give dinuclear complexes (OC)5M(μ-trans-1)M(CO)5 (M = W (2a), Mo (2b), Cr (2c)). The preparation of the corresponding dinuclear complexes bridged by the cis isomer of 1 was also carried out starting from the free trans-1 in the following way. Mono-nuclear complexes M(trans-1)(CO)5 (M = W (3a), Mo (3b), Cr (3c)) which had been prepared by a reaction of trans-1 with one equivalent of the corresponding M(CO)5(thf) (M = W, Mo, Cr) complex, were heated in toluene, wherein a part of the trans-3a-c was converted to their respective cis isomer M(cis-1)(CO)5. Each cis trans mixture of the mono-nuclear complexes 3a-c was treated with the corresponding M(CO)5(thf) to give a cis trans mixture of the respective dinuclear complexes 2a-c. The cis isomer of the ditungsten complex 2a was isolated, and its molecular structure was confirmed by X-ray analysis, showing a shorter W?W distance of 5.1661(3) Å than that of 5.8317(2) Å in trans-2a.  相似文献

Three new optically pure C1-terpyridine ligands (L13) were prepared and the copper(II) complexes, of formula [Cu(L)Cl2], the rhodium(III) complexes, of formula [Rh(L)Cl3], and the ruthenium(II) complexes, of formula cis- or trans-[Ru(L)(X)Cl2] (X = DMSO or CO), were synthesized. Structures of a chiral C1-ligand, a copper complex, a rhodium complex and a ruthenium DMSO complex were analysed using X-ray crystal structure analysis. The copper, rhodium and ruthenium complexes were shown to be precursors of catalysts for cyclopropanation. Reaction of [Cu(L)Cl2], [Rh(L)Cl3] or cis- or trans-[Ru(L)(X)Cl2] with AgOTf converted the complex to catalyst, which in the case of trans-[Ru(L)(CO)Cl2] gave enantioselectivities of up to 67% ee for the cis-isomers of styrene cyclopropanes with t-butyl diazoacetate. Comparisons with C2-analog of copper, rhodium and ruthenium catalysts were made.  相似文献

Metal-free (2) and Co(II), Zn(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) metallophthalocyanines (2ad) with four 4-phenyloxyacetic acid groups on the periphery were prepared by cyclotetramerization of new p-(3,4-dicyanophenoxy)phenylacetic acid (1) and the corresponding divalent metal salts. Further reactions of these products with thionylchloride and then benzylamine in tetrahydrofuran, and octanol in pyridine gave amide (3, 3ad) and ester (4, 4ad) derivatives, respectively. The new compounds have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR, UV–Vis, mass and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The redox properties of compounds 2 and 2ad were identified by cyclic voltammetry.  相似文献

The reactions of Mo2(O2CCH3)4 with different equivalents of N,N′-bis(pyrimidine-2-yl)formamidine (HL1) and N-(2-pyrimidinyl)formamide (HL2) afforded dimolybdenum complexes of the types Mo2(O2CCH3)(L1)2(L2) (1) trans-Mo2(L1)2(L2)2 (2) cis-Mo2(L1)2(L2)2 (3) and Mo2(L2)4 (4). Their UV–Vis and NMR spectra have been recorded and their structures determined by X-ray crystallography. Complexes 2 and 3 establish the first pair of trans and cis forms of dimolybdenum complexes containing formamidinate ligands. The L1 ligands in 13 are bridged to the metal centers through two central amine nitrogen atoms, while the L2 ligands in 14 are bridged to the metal centers via one pyrimidyl nitrogen atom and the amine nitrogen atom. The Mo–Mo distances of complexes 1 [2.0951(17) Å], 2 [2.103(1) Å] and 3 [2.1017(3) Å], which contain both Mo?N and Mo?O axial interactions, are slightly longer than those of complex 4 [2.0826(12)–2.0866(10) Å] which has only Mo?O interactions.  相似文献

Two new diamagnetic, mononuclear and aminated porphyrin complexes of O,O-trans-Cd (3-trans) and O,S-cis-Cd (4-cis) have been synthesized and characterized by 1H, 13C NMR spectroscopy. The crystal structures of (acetato)(N-2-furancarboxamido-meso-tetraphenylporphyrinato)cadmium(II) [Cd(N-NHCO-2-C4H3O-tpp)(OAc); 3-trans] and (acetato)(N-2-thiophenecarboxamido-meso-tetraphenylporphyrinato)cadmium(II) [Cd(N-NHCO-2-C4H3S-tpp)(OAc); 4-cis] were determined. The coordination sphere around Cd2+ is a distorted square-based pyramid in which the apical site is occupied by a bidentate chelating OAc group for 3-trans and 4-cis. The plane of three pyrrole nitrogen atoms [i.e., N(1), N(2), N(4) for 3-trans and N(1), N(2), N(3) for 4-cis] strongly bonded to Cd2+ is adopted as a reference plane 3N. The N(3) and N(4) pyrrole rings bearing the 2-furancarboxamido (Fr) and 2-thiophenecarboxamido groups in 3-trans and 4-cis, respectively, deviate mostly from the 3N plane, thus orienting separately with a dihedral angle of 33.4° and of 31.0°. In 3-trans, Cd2+ and N(5) are located on different sides at 1.06 and −1.49 Å from its 3N plane, while in 4-cis, Cd2+ and N(5) are also located on different sides at 1.04 and −1.53 Å from its 3N plane. An attractive electrostatic interaction between the Cd2+ and O(4) atoms in furan stabilizes the O,O-trans conformer of 3. A repulsive electrostatic interaction between Cd2+ and S(1)+ destabilizes the O,S-trans conformer of 4. Both of these repulsive and the mutually attractive interactions between S(1)+ and O(3) atoms favor the O,S-cis rotamer of 4 both in the vapor phase and in low polarity solvents. NOE difference spectroscopy, HMQC and HMBC were employed for the unambiguous assignment of the 1H and 13C NMR resonances of 3-trans and 4-cis in CDCl3 at 20 and −50 °C.  相似文献

A large number of novel N-aryl modified monocyclic γ-lactam derivatives have been prepared via Pd(0) catalyzed heteroarylation in the N-aryl part of (±) cis and (±) trans γ-lactam carboxylate derivatives 3(af) and 6(af), respectively, with furan-2-boronic acid and thiophen-2-boronic acid. (±) cis Methyl 1-(2-bromoaryl)-5-oxo-3-aryl/heteroarylpyrrolidin-2-carboxylate derivatives 3(af), were prepared in good yields from 1(af) via hydrolysis, stereoselective decarboxylation, followed by esterification. Corresponding trans isomers 6(af) were prepared by the standard method already reported by us.  相似文献

Ph2SiCl2 and PhMeSiCl2 react with Li2E (E = S, Se, Te) under formation of trimeric diorganosilicon chalcogenides (PhRSiE)3 (R = Ph: 1a-3a, R = Me: cis/trans-4a (E = S), cis/trans-5a (E = Se)). In case of E = S, Se dimeric four-membered ring compounds (PhRSiE)2 (R = Ph: 1b-2b, R = Me: cis/trans-4b (E = S), cis/trans-5b (E = Se)) have been observed as by-products. 1a-5b have been characterized by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy (1H, 13C, 29Si, 77Se, 125Te). Four- and six-membered ring compounds differ significantly in 29Si and 77Se chemical shifts as well as in the value of 1JSiSe.The molecular structures of 2a, 3a and trans-5a reported in this paper are the first examples of compounds with unfused six-membered rings Si3E3 (E = Se, Te). The Si3E3 rings adopt twisted boat conformations. The crystal structure of 3a reveals an intermolecular Te-Te contact of 3.858 Å which yields a dimerization in the solid state.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of trans/cis-[RuCl2(dppf)(diimines)], dppf = 1,1′-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene; diimines = 2,2′-bipyridine (trans/cis-(1)), the new complexes with 4,4′-dimethyl-2,2′-bipyridine (trans/cis-(2)) and 1,10-phenanthroline (cis-(3)) are presented. The complexes were synthesized using two routes and the trans/cis-isomer formation is dependent upon conditions and the precursor applied. The trans-isomer (kinetic) readily isomerizes to the cis-isomer (thermodynamic) when exposed to light (fluorescent) and this process was followed by cyclic voltammetry and UV-vis. The electrochemical studies on these complexes reveal that Fe(III)/Fe(II) couples are insensitive to the isomer (trans/cis) formed, but the Ru(III)/Ru(II) couples are dependent on the isomer. Transfer-hydrogenation reactions for reduction of acetophenone were conducted using complexes cis-(1) and cis-(2) and the results are compared with that obtained for similar complexes. X-ray structure for cis-(3) are presented and discussed.  相似文献

The new ferrocenyl substituted ditertiary phosphine {FcCH2N(CH2PPh2)CH2}2 [Fc = (η5-C5H4)Fe(η5-C5H5)] (1) was prepared, in 72% yield, by Mannich based condensation of the known bis secondary amine {FcCH2N(H)CH2}2 with 2 equiv. of Ph2PCH2OH in CH3OH. Phosphine 1 readily coordinates to various transition-metal centres including Mo0, RuII, RhI, PdII, PtII and AuI to afford the heterometallic complexes {RuCl2(p-cym)}2(1) (2), (AuCl)2(1) (3), cis-PtCl2(1) (4), cis-PdCl2(1) (5), cis-Mo(CO)4(1) (6), trans,trans-{Pd(CH3)Cl(1)}2 (7) and trans,trans-{Rh(CO)Cl(1)}2 (8). In complexes 2, 3, 7 and 8 ligand 1 displays a P,P′-bridging mode whilst for 4-6 a P,P′-chelating mode is observed. All new compounds have been fully characterised by spectroscopic and analytical methods. Furthermore the structures of 1, 2 · 2CH2Cl2, 3 · CH2Cl2, 4 · CH2Cl2, 6 · 0.5CHCl3 and 8 have been elucidated by single crystal X-ray crystallography. Electrochemical measurements have been undertaken, and their redox chemistry discussed, on both noncomplexed ligand 1 and representative compounds containing this new ditertiary phosphine.  相似文献

Reaction of 3-methoxycarbonyl-2-methyl- or 3-dimethoxyphosphoryl-2-methyl-substituted 4-oxo-4H-chromones 1 with N-methylhydrazine resulted in the formation of isomeric, highly substituted pyrazoles 4 (major products) and 5 (minor products). Intramolecular transesterification of 4 and 5 under basic conditions led, respectively, to tricyclic derivatives 7 and 8. The structures of pyrazoles 4a (dimethyl 2-methyl-4-oxo-4H-chromen-3-yl-phosphonate) and 4b (methyl 4-oxo-2-methyl-4H-chromene-3-carboxylate) were confirmed by X-ray crystallography. Pyrazoles 4a and 4b were used as ligands (L) in the formation of ML2Cl2 complexes with platinum(II) or palladium(II) metal ions (M). Potassium tetrachloroplatinate(II), used as the metal ion reagent, gave both trans-[Pt(4a)2Cl2] and cis-[Pt(4a)2Cl2], complexes with ligand 4a, and only cis-[Pt(4b)2Cl2] isomer with ligand 4b. Palladium complexes were obtained by the reaction of bis(benzonitrile)dichloropalladium(II) with the test ligands. trans-[Pd(4a)2Cl2] and trans-[Pd(4b)2Cl2] were the exclusive products of these reactions. The structures of all the complexes were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR and FAB MS spectral analysis, elemental analysis and Kurnakov tests.  相似文献

The syntheses, structures and ligand conformations of the complexes trans-Cu(L1)2(ClO4)2, (L1 = N-(2-pyrimidinyl)-P,P-diphenyl-phosphinic amide), 1, [trans-Co(L1)2(CH3OH)2](ClO4)2·O(C2H5)2, 2, [trans-Co(L2)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2·2CH3OH, (L2 = N-(2-pyridinyl)-P,P-diphenyl-phosphinic amide), 3, [cis-Co(L2)2(NO3)](NO3), 4, and [Ag(L3)(NO3)(CH3CN)], (L3 = N-(6-methyl-2-pyridinyl)-P,P-diphenyl-phosphinic amide), 5, are reported. The L1 and L2 ligands in the monomeric complexes 1-4 chelate the metal centers through the pyrimidyl/pyridyl nitrogen atoms and the phosphinic amide oxygen atoms, whereas the L3 ligands in complex 5 bridge the metal centers, forming a 1-D zigzag chain. The chelating L2 ligands in complexes 3 and 4 adopt cis conformations and the bridging L3 ligand in complex 5 adopts a trans conformation, respectively.  相似文献

A new series of DTPA-N,N″-bis(amide) ligands functionalized by alkyl carboxylates on the amide side-arms (1a1l) and their Gd(III) complexes of the type [Gd(1)(H2O)] · xH2O (2a2l) were synthesized and characterized by analytical and spectroscopic techniques. Potentiality of 2a2l as contrast agent for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI CA) was investigated by measuring some relevant physicochemical properties such as (i) the protonation constants of 1a1l, (ii) thermodynamic and conditional stability constants of 2a2l, (iii) the selectivity (pGd) of 1a1l for the Gd(III) ion over the endogenous metal ions such as Zn(II), Ca(II), and Cu(II), and (iv) the relaxivities (R1 and R2) of 2a2l in aqueous and aqueous HP-β-CD solutions. Comparative studies reveal that most of new Gd(III) complexes show enhanced thermodynamic stability and selectivity as compared with those of [Gd(DTPA-BMA)(H2O)] (DTPA-BMA = N,N″-di(methylcarbamoylmethyl)diethylenetriamine-N,N′,N″-triacetate). Also enhanced with 1a1l (except 1f and 1h) is affinity for Gd(III) as compared with [DTPA-BMA]3− under physiological conditions. The relaxivities (R1 and R2) of aqueous solutions of 2a2l, on the other hand, drop significantly as compared with [Gd(DTPA-BMA)(H2O)] although they increase dramatically (6–10 fold) in aqueous hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD) solutions.  相似文献

The complexing ability of the binary system trans-aconitic acid (H3L) with regard to Cd(II) and the crystal structures of the binary system Cd(II)–(H3L), [Cd3L2(H2O)6] n(1) and ternary systems of Cd(II)–(H3L)–Lewis base [Lewis base = 1,10-phenanthroline (2) and 2,2′-bipyridine (3)] have been determined. Compound 1 is a rare binodal four-connected three-dimensional (3D) metal-organic framework possessing a moganite (mog) topology. Compounds 2 and 3 represent infinite one-dimensional (1D) chains forming three-dimensional metal-supramolecular structures through H-bond and π–π stacking interactions. All compounds have been characterized by spectroscopic and thermogravimetric techniques.  相似文献

The reactions of trans-[MoO(ONOMe)Cl2] 1 (ONOMe = methylamino-N,N-bis(2-methylene-4,6-dimethylphenolate) dianion) and trans-[MoO(ONOtBu)Cl2] 2 (ONOtBu = methylamino-N,N-bis(2-methylene-4-methyl-6-tert-butylphenolate) dianion) with PhNCO afforded new imido molybdenum complexes trans-[Mo(NPh)(ONOMe)Cl2] 3 and trans-[Mo(NPh)(ONOtBu)Cl2] 4, respectively. As analogous oxotungsten starting materials did not show similar reactivity, corresponding imido tungsten complexes were prepared by the reaction between [W(NPh)Cl4] with aminobis(phenol)s. These reactions yielded cis- and trans-isomers of dichloro complexes [W(NPh)(ONOMe)Cl2] 5 and [W(NPh)(ONOtBu)Cl2] 6, respectively. The molecular structures of 4, cis-6 and trans-6 were verified by X-ray crystallography. Organosubstituted imido tungsten(VI) complex cis-[W(NPh)(ONOtBu)Me2] 7 was prepared by the transmetallation reaction of 6 (either cis or trans isomer) with methyl magnesium iodide.  相似文献

Three pairs of diastereomeric piperidines, cis- and trans-2-methylpiperidine-3-carboxylate (6a and 6b), cis- and trans-2-methylpiperidine-3-carboxylamide (9a and 9b) and cis- and trans-2-methyl-3-cyanopiperidine (11a and 11b), were synthesised for the purpose of investigating the effect of the axial versus equatorial carboxylate, carboxamide and cyano group on piperidine base strength. The pKa values of the six compounds were determined to be 11.0 (6a), 10.4 (6b), 9.5 (9a), 9.3 (9b), 7.8 (11a) and 8.0 (11b). This shows that the strong electron-withdrawing effect of the cyano group and the effect of the amide group are relatively independent of spacial orientation. The carboxylate, on the other hand is considerably less electron-withdrawing when axial.  相似文献

In quest of novel organic donors, dimeric tetrathiafulvalene (TTF) and tetraselenafulvalenes (TSFs) linked by a single or double methyl antimony bridge, MeSb(TTF)2 (1), (MeSb)2(TSF)2 (cis-2 and trans-2), and MeSb(TSF)2 (3), have been synthesized. Singly bridged 1 and 3 show three pairs of redox waves, whereas doubly bridged cis-2 and trans-2 show two pairs of redox waves similarly to TSF. The X-ray structural analyses of neutral crystals, 1, cis-2 and trans-2, have succeeded. In their structures, antimony and chalcogen atoms form close intermolecular contacts useful in constructing supramolecular networks.  相似文献

A 1,8-diphenylnaphthalene-based diamidine (1) ‘turn-on’ fluorescent probe for the detection of dicarboxylic acids has been designed and synthesized. The fluorescence spectra of the diamidine 1 with carboxylic acids that showed two different fluorescence bands, which corresponded to the amidinium-carboxylate (λem=410–430 nm) and amidinium (λem=440–470 nm as a broad band, which consisted from two peaks) formation, were confirmed by DOSY NMR and TD-DFT calculations. The complexation of diamidine 1 with dicarboxylic acids, which have sufficient distances between the two carboxylic groups for binding to the diamidine 1 (dicarboxylic acids 3, 4, and α,ω-dicarboxylic acids 6 (C6–C20)), showed the formation of 1:1 complexes (i.e., amidinium-carboxylate formation). On the other hand, for the complexation with monocarboxylic acids and dicarboxylic acids having insufficient distances between the two carboxylic groups (benzoic acid 5, acetic acid 7, and α,ω-dicarboxylic acids 6 (C3–C5)), formation of the amidinium (1·2H+) was observed. Relatively similar binding constants (10−5) for the complexation of the diamidine 1 with dicarboxylic acids 6, which depend on their chain length (strain), were observed due to the flexibility of the 1,8-diphenylnaphthalene unit. Additionally, for the complexation of the diamidine 1 with dicarboxylic acids, higher fluorescence quantum yields (Φfl: up to 80%) were observed when compared to the binding of the diamidine 2 (Φfl: up to 35%).  相似文献
