DNA-binding and DNA-photocleavage properties of two Ru(II) complexes, [Ru(L1)(dppz)2](PF6)4 (1) and [Ru(L2)(dppz)2](PF6)4 (2) (L1 = 5,5′-di(1-(triethylammonio)methyl)-2,2′-dipyridyl cation; L2 = 5,5′-di(1-(tributylammonio)methyl)-2,2′-dipyridyl cation; dppz = dipyrido[3,2-a:2′,3′-c]phenazine, have been investigated. Experimental results show that the DNA-binding affinity of complex 1 is greater than that of 2, both complexes emit luminescence in aqueous solution, either alone or in the presence of DNA, complex 1 can bind to DNA in an intercalative mode while 2 most likely interacts with DNA in a partial intercalation fashion, and complex 2 serves as a better candidate for enantioselective binding to CT-DNA compared with 1. Moreover, complex 1 reveals higher efficient DNA cleavage activity than 2, during which supercoiled DNA is converted to nicked DNA with both complexes. Theoretical calculations for the two complexes have been carried out applying the density functional theory (DFT) method at the level of the B3LYP/LanL2DZ basis set. The calculated results can reasonably explain the obtained experimental trends in the DNA-binding affinities and binding constants (Kb) of these complexes.  相似文献

New ligand 2-(4′-biphenyl)imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline (BPIP) and its complexes [Ru(bpy)2(BPIP)]2+ (1) (bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine) and [Ru(phen)2(BPIP)]2+ (2) (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) have been synthesized and characterized by mass spectroscopy, 1H NMR and cyclic voltammetry. The interaction of two Ru(II) complexes with calf thymus DNA (CT-DNA) was investigated by spectroscopic and viscosity measurements. Results indicate that both complexes bind to DNA via an intercalative mode and the DNA-binding affinity of complex 2 is much greater than that of complex 1. Furthermore, when irradiated at 365 nm, both complexes have also been found to promote the photocleavage of plasmid pBR 322 DNA.  相似文献

Ruthenium complexes with bipyridine-analogous quaternized (N,C) bidentate ligands [RuL(bpy)2](PF6)2 (bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine, (1), L = L1 = N′-methyl-2,4′-bipyridinium; (2), L = L2 = N′-methyl-2,3′-bipyridinium) were synthesized and characterized. The structure of complex 2 was determined by the X-ray structure analysis. The 13C{1H} NMR spectroscopic and cyclic voltammetric studies indicate that the coordination modes of these ligands are quite different, that is, the C-coordinated rings of (N,C)-ligands in 1 and 2 are linked to ruthenium(II) with a pyridinium manner and a pyridinylidene one, respectively. The ligand-localized redox potentials of 1 and 2 also revealed the substantial difference in the electron donating ability of both ligands.  相似文献

Schiff bases of 1′-hydroxy-2′-acetonaphthone (HAN) containing chalcogen functionalities, 1-HO-C10H6-2-CH3)CN-(CH2)nEC6H4-4-R (R = H or OMe; n = 2 or 3; E = S (L1-L2), Se (L3-L4) or Te (L5-L6)) have been synthesized in yield 90-95%. They show characteristic 1H, 13C{1H} 77Se{1H} and 125Te{1H} (in case of selenated and tellurated species, respectively) NMR spectra. Their complexation with Pd(II), Pt(II), Hg(II) and (p-cymene)Ru(II) has been explored. The single-crystal structures of ligands L1, L3 and L6 and complexes of Pd(II) with L1, L2, L3 and L5 have been determined. The geometry of Pd is close to square planar in all the complexes and the ligands coordinate in a uni-negative tridentate mode. The Pd-N bond lengths are in the range 1.996(7)-2.019(5) ?. The Pd-Se bond distance is 2.3600(5) ? whereas Pd-Te is 2.5025(7) ?. The Pd(II) complexes of L1-L5 have been found promising as homogeneous catalyst for Heck and Suzuki reactions. The yields obtained were up to 85%.  相似文献

The indenyl and pentamethylcyclopentadienyl ruthenium(II) complexes [(η5-L3)Ru(L2)Cl] (L3 = C9H7, L2 = dppe (1a), L2 = dppm (1b); L3 = C5Me5, L2 = dppe (2a); L2 = dppm (2b) (where, dppe = Ph2PCH2CH2PPh2 and dppm = Ph2PCH2PPh2) reacts with NaN3 to yield the azido complexes [(η5-C9H7)Ru(L2)N3], L2 = dppe (3a), dppm (3b) and [(η5-C5Me5)Ru(L2)N3], L2 = dppe (4a), dppm (4b), respectively. The azido complexes undergo [3 + 2] dipolar cycloaddition reaction with dimethylacetylenedicarboxylate to yield triazole complexes [(η5-C9H7)Ru(L2)(N3C2(CO2Me)2)], L2 = dppe (5a), dppm (5b) and [(η5-C5Me5)Ru(L2)(N3C2(CO2Me)2)], L2 = dppe (6a), dppm (6b), respectively. The complexes were fully characterized on the basis of microanalyses, FT-IR and NMR spectroscopy. The crystal structures of the starting complex (1a) and representative complexes 5a, 5b and 6a have been established by single X-ray study.  相似文献

1-(Phenylselenomethyl)-1H-benzotriazole (L1) and 1-(4-methoxyphenyltelluromethyl)-1H-benzotriazole (L2) have been synthesized by reacting 1-(chloromethyl)-1H-benzotriazole with in situ generated nucleophiles PhSe and ArTe, respectively. The complexes of L1 and L2 with Pd(II) and Ru(II)(η6-p-cymene) have been synthesized. Proton, carbon-13, Se-77 and/or Te-125 NMR spectra authenticate both the ligands and their complexes. The single crystal structures of L1, L2 and [RuCl(η6-p-cymene)(L)][PF6] (L = L1: 3, L = L2: 4) have been solved. The Ru-Se and Ru-Te bond lengths have been found 2.4801(11) and 2.6183(10) Å, respectively. The palladium complexes, [PdCl2(L)] (L = L1: 1, L = L2: 2) have been explored for Heck and Suzuki-Miyaura C-C coupling reactions. The TON values are upto 95,000. The Ru-complexes have been found promising for catalytic oxidation of alcohols (TON ∼ 7.8-9.4 × 104). The complexes of telluroether ligands are as efficient catalysts as those of selenoether ones and in fact better for catalytic oxidation.  相似文献

A series of mono- and binuclear ruthenium(II) tris-bipyridine complexes tethered to oligothienylenevinylenes have been synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and TOF-MS spectrometry. Photophysics, electrochemistry and electrogenerated chemiluminescence (ECL) properties of these complexes are investigated. The electronic absorption spectra of the mononuclear ruthenium complexes show a significant red shift both at MLCT (metal-to-ligand charge transfer) and π-π transitions of oligothienylenevinylenes with increase in the number of thiophenyl-2-yl-vinyl unit. For the binuclear complexes these two absorption bands are overlapped. All the metal complexes have very weak emission compared to that of the reference complex Ru(bpy)2+3. The first reduction potentials of all mononuclear ruthenium complexes are less negative than that of Ru(bpy)2+3, due to the moderate electron-withdrawing effect of oligothienylenevinylenes. For binuclear ruthenium complexes, only one Ru(II/III) oxidation peak (E1/2 = 0.96 V vs. Ag/Ag+) was observed, suggesting a weak interaction between two metal centers. Three successive reduction processes of bipyridine ligands are similar among all ruthenium complexes except for RuTRu, which has a very sharp peak owing to the accumulation of neutral product on the electrode surface. All these ruthenium complexes exhibited different ECL property in CH3CN solution without any additional reductant or oxidant. For three mononuclear ruthenium complexes, the ECL intensity strengthens with increase in the number of thiophene-2-yl-vinyl unit. However, the ECL efficiency dramatically decreased in the binuclear ruthenium complexes. The ECL efficiencies of all the reported complexes do not exceed that of Ru(bpy)2+3, where the ECL efficiency decreases in the order of RuTRu > Ru3T > Ru2T > RuT > Ru2TRu (RuT,bis-2,2′-bipyridyl-(4-methyl-4′-(2-thienylethenyl)-2,2′-bipyridine) ruthenium dihexafluorophosphate; Ru2T, bis-2,2′-bipyridyl-(4-methyl-4′-{(E)-2-[5-((E)-2-thienylethenyl)-thienylethenyl]}-2,2′-bipyridine) ruthenium dihexafluorophosphate; Ru3T, bis-2,2′-bipyridyl-(4-methyl-4′-{(E)-2-{(E)-2-[5-((E)-2-thienylethenyl)-thienylethenyl]}}-2,2′-bipyridine) ruthenium dihexafluorophosphate; RuTRu, bis-2,2′-bipyridyl-ruthenium-bis-[2-((E)-4′-methyl-2, 2′-bipyridinyl-4)-ethenyl]-thienyl-bis-2,2′-bipyridyl-ruthenium tetrahexafluorophosphate; Ru2TRu, bis-2,2′-bipyridyl-ruthenium-(E)-1,2-bis-{2-[2-((E)-4′-methyl-2,2′-bipyridinyl-4)-ethenyl]-thienyl}-ethenyl-bis-2,2′-bipyridyl-ruthenium tetrahexafluorophosphate).  相似文献

The triple ligand transfer reaction between planar-chiral cyclopentadienyl-ruthenium complexes [Cp′Ru(NCMe)3][PF6] (1) (Cp′ = 1-(COOR2)-2-Me-4-R1C5H2; R1 = Me, Ph, t-Bu) and iron complexes CpFe(CO)(L)X (2) (L = PMe3, PMe2Ph, PMePh2, PPh3; X = I, Br) resulted in the formation of metal-centered chiral ruthenium complexes Cp′Ru(CO)(L)X (3) in moderate yields with diastereoselectivities of up to 68% de. The configurations of some major diastereomers were determined to be by X-ray crystallography. The diastereoselectivity of 3 was under kinetic control and not affected by the steric effect of the substituents on the Cp′ ring of 1 and the phosphine of 2. Although the double ligand transfer reaction between [Cp′Ru{P(OMe)3}(NCMe)2][PF6] (7) and CpFe(CO)2X (8) produced Cp′Ru{P(OMe)3}(CO)X (9), the selectivity at the ruthenium center was low.  相似文献

The new potentially bidentate pyrazole-phosphinite ligands [(3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)methyl diphenylphosphinite] (L1) and [2-(3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)ethyl diphenylphosphinite] (L2) were synthesised and characterised. The reaction of L1 and L2 with the dimeric complexes [Ru(η6-arene)Cl2]2 (arene = p-cymene, benzene) led to the formation of neutral complexes [Ru(η6-arene)Cl2(L)] (L = L1, L2) where the pyrazole-phosphinite ligand is κ1-P coordinated to the metal. The subsequent reaction of these complexes with NaBPh4 or NaBF4 produced the [Ru(η6-p-cymene)Cl(L2)][BPh4] and [Ru(η6-benzene)Cl(L2)][BF4] compounds which contain the pyrazole-phosphinite ligand κ2-P,N bonded to ruthenium. All the complexes were fully characterised by analytical and spectroscopic methods. The structure of the complex [Ru(η6-p-cymene)Cl(L2)][BPh4] was also determined by a X-ray single crystal diffraction study.  相似文献

Four cyclometalated Pt(II) complexes, i.e., [(L2)PtCl] (1b), [(L3)PtCl] (1c), [(L2)PtCCC6H5] (2b) and [(L3)PtCCC6H5] (2c) (HL2 = 4-[p-(N-butyl-N-phenyl)anilino]-6-phenyl-2,2′-bipyridine and HL3 = 4-[p-(N,N′-dibutyl-N′-phenyl)phenylene-diamino]-phenyl-6-phenyl-2,2′-bipyridine), have been synthesized and verified by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and X-ray crystallography. Unlike previously reported complexes [(L1)PtCl] (1a) and [(L1)PtCCC6H5] (2a) (HL1 = 4,6-diphenyl-2,2′-bipyridine), intense and continuous absorption bands in the region of 300-500 nm with strong metal-to-ligand charge transfer (1MLCT) (dπ(Pt) → π(L)) transitions (ε ∼ 2 × 104 dm3 mol−1 cm−1) at 449-467 nm were observed in the UV-Vis absorption spectra of complexes 1b, 1c, 2b and 2c. Meanwhile, with the introduction of electron-donating arylamino groups in the ligands of 1a and 2a, complexes 1b and 2b display stronger phosphorescence in CH2Cl2 solutions at room temperature with bathochromically shifted emission maxima at 595 and 600 nm, relatively higher quantum yields of 0.11 and 0.26, and much longer lifetimes of 8.4 and 4.5 μs, respectively. An electrochromic film of 1b-based polymer was obtained on Pt or ITO electrode surface, which suggests an efficient oxidative polymerization behavior. An orange multilayer organic light-emitting diode with 1b as phosphorescent dopant was fabricated, achieving a maximum current efficiency of 11.3 cd A−1 and a maximum external efficiency of 5.7%. The luminescent properties of complexes 1c and 2c are dependent on pH value and solvent polarity, which is attributed to the protonation of arylamino units in the C^N^N cyclometalating ligands.  相似文献

The dinuclear bis(ferrocenecarboxylato) complex Ru2(CO)4(μ-OOCFc)2(py)2 (Fc = ferrocenyl, py = pyridine) was found to react with aromatic diimines (2,2′-dipyridyl, 4,4′-dimethyl-2,2′-dipyridyl, 1,10-phenanthroline, 5-nitro-1,10-phenanthroline, and 5-amino-1,10-phenanthroline) in methanol to give the cationic diruthenium complexes [(N∩N)2Ru2(CO)2(μ-CO)2(μ-OOCFc)]+ (1: N∩N = 2,2′-dipyridyl, 2: N∩N = 4,4′-dimethyl-2,2′-dipyridyl, 3: N∩N = 1,10-phenanthroline, 4: N∩N = 5-nitro-1,10-phenanthroline, 5: N∩N = 5-amino-1,10-phenanthroline), which have been isolated as the hexafluorophosphate salts. The molecular structure of 3, solved by single-crystal X-ray analysis of the tetraphenylborate salt [3][BPh4], shows a diruthenium backbone bridged by two carbonyl and by one ferrocenecarboxylato ligand, the two 1,10-phenanthroline ligands being in the axial positions. Cyclic voltammetry in dichloromethane reveals for all compounds two successive oxidations due to ferrocene/ferrocenium redox couple and oxidation of the diruthenium core.  相似文献

The syntheses and structures of a series of metal complexes, namely Cu2Cl4(L1)(DMSO)2·2DMSO (L1 = N,N′-bis(2-pyridinyl)-1,4-benzenedicarboxamide), 1; {[Cu(L2)1.5(DMF)2][ClO4]2·3DMF} (L2 = N,N′-bis(3-pyridinyl)-1,4-benzenedicarboxamide), 2; {[Cd(NO3)2(L3)]·2DMF} (L3 = N,N′-bis-(2-pyrimidinyl)-1,4-benzenedicarboxamide), 3; {[HgBr2(L3)]·H2O}, 4, and {[Na(L3)2][Hg2X5]·2DMF} (X = Br, 5; I, 6) are reported. All the complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 is dinuclear and the molecules are interlinked through S?S interactions. In 2, the Cu(II) ions are linked through the L2 ligands to form 1-D ladder-like chains with 60-membered metallocycles, whereas complexes 3 and 4 form 1-D zigzag chains. In complexes 5 and 6, the Na(I) ions are linked by the L3 ligands to form 2-D layer structures in which the [Hg2X5] anions are in the cavities. The L2 ligand acts only as a bridging ligand, while L1 and L3 show both chelating and bridging bonding modes. The L1 ligand in 1 adopts a trans-anti conformation and the L2 ligand in 2 adopts both the cis-syn and trans-anti conformations, whereas the L3 ligands in 36 adopt the trans conformation.  相似文献

1,8-Naphthyridine (napy) and terpyridine-analogous (N,N,C) tridentate ligands coordinated ruthenium (II) complexes, [RuL(napy-κ2N,N′) (dmso)](PF6)2 (1: L=L1=N″-methyl-4′-methylthio-2,2′:6′,4″-terpyridinium, 2: L = L2 = N″-methyl-4′-methylthio-2,2′:6′,3″-terpyridinium) were prepared and their chemical and electrochemical properties were characterized. The structure of complex 1 was determined by X-ray crystallographic study, showing that it has a distorted octahedral coordination style. The cyclic voltammogram of 1 in DMF exhibited two reversible ligand-localized redox couples. On the other hand, the CV of 2 shows two irreversible cathodic peaks, due to the Ru-C bond of 2 containing the carbenic character. The IR spectra of 1 in CO2-saturated CH3CN showed the formation of Ru-(η1-CO2) and Ru-CO complexes under the controlled potential electrolysis of the solution at −1.44 V (vs. Fc/Fc+). The electrochemical reduction of CO2 catalyzed by 1 at −1.54 V (vs. Fc/Fc+) in DMF-0.1 M Me4NBF4 produced CO with a small amount of HCO2H.  相似文献

Ruthenium monoterpyridine complexes with the tridentate 2,6-bis(benzimidazol-2-yl)pyridine (LH2), [Ru(trpy)(LH2)]2+, [1]2+ and [Ru(trpy)(L2−)], 2 (trpy = 2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine) have been synthesized. The complexes have been authenticated by elemental analyses, UV–Vis, FT-IR, 1H NMR spectra and their single crystal X-ray structures. Complexes [1]2+ and 2 exhibit strong MLCT band near 475 and 509 nm, respectively, and are found to be very much dependent on solution pH. The successive pH dependent dissociations of the N–H protons of benzimidazole moiety of LH2 in [1]2+ lead to the formation of 2. The proton induced inter-convertibility of [1]2+ and 2 has been monitored via UV–Vis spectroscopy and redox features. The two pKa values, 5.75 and 7.70, for complex [1]2+ have been determined spectroscopically.  相似文献

Two neutral ligands, L1 · 2H2O and L2 · H2O, and seven complexes, [Cu(pmb)2(L1)] (1), [Cu(pmb)2(L2)] (2), [Cu(Ac)2(L2)] · 4H2O (3), [Cu(4-aba)2(L2)] (4), [Ag(4-ts)(L1)(H2O)] (5), [Ag2(epes)2(L1)] · 2H2O (6), [Ag(1,5-nds)0.5(L2)] · 0.5C2H5OH · H2O (7) [where L1 = 1,1′-(1,4-butanediyl)bis(2-methylbenzimidazole); L2 = 1,1′-(1,4-butanediyl)bis(2-ethylbenzimidazole), pmb = p-methoxybenzoate anion; Ac = acetate anion; 4-aba = 4-aminobenzoate anion; 4-ts = p-toluenesulfonate anion; epes = N-(2-hydroxyethyl)piperazine-N′-(2-ethanesulfonate) anion; 1,5-nds = 1,5-naphthalenedisulfonate anion], have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The L1 and L2 ligands in compounds 17 act as bridging ligands, linking metal ions into chain structures. The chains in compounds 3, 4 and 6 interlace with each other by hydrogen bonds to generate 3D supramolecular structures. In compound 5, π–π interactions between adjacent L1 ligands hold the chains to a supramolecular layer. In compound 7, the sulfonate anions act as counterions in the framework. The thermal stabilities of 3, 6 and 7, and the luminescent properties for 57 in the solid states are also discussed.  相似文献

The complex [(η6-p-cymene)Ru(μ-Cl)Cl]21 reacts with pyrazole ligands (3a-g) in acetonitrile to afford the amidine derivatives of the type [(η6-p-cymene)Ru(L)(3,5-HRR′pz)](BF4)2 (4a-f), where L = {HNC(Me)3,5-RR′pz}; R, R′ = H (4a); H, CH3 (4b); C6H5 (4c); CH3, C6H5 (4d) OCH3 (4e); and OC2H5 (4f), respectively. The ligand L is generated in situ through the condensation of 3,5-HRR′pz with acetonitrile under the influence of [(η6-p-cymene)RuCl2]2. The complex [(η6-C6Me6)Ru(μ-Cl)Cl]22 reacts with pyrazole ligands in acetonitrile to yield bis-pyrazole derivatives such as [(η6-C6Me6)Ru (3,5-HRR′pz)2Cl](BF4) (5a-b), where R, R′ = H (5a); H, CH3 (5b), as well as dimeric complexes of pyrazole substituted chloro bridged derivatives [{(η6-C6Me6)Ru(μ-Cl) (3,5-HRR′pz)}2](BF4)2 (5c-g), where R, R′ = CH3 (5c); C6H5 (5d); CH3, C6H5 (5e); OCH3 (5f); and OC2H5 (5g), respectively. These complexes were characterized by FT-IR and FT-NMR spectroscopy as well as analytical data. The molecular structures1 of representative complexes [(η6-C6Me6)Ru{3(5)-Hmpz}2Cl]+5b, [(η6-C6Me6)Ru(μ-Cl)(3,5-Hdmpz)]22+5c and [(η6-C6Me6)Ru(μ-Cl){3(5)Me,5(3)Ph-Hpz}]22+5e were established by single crystal X-ray diffraction studies.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of new symmetrical FeII complexes, [FeLA(NCS)2] (1), and [FeLBx(NCS)2] (24), are reported (LA is the tetradentate Schiff base N,N′-bis(1-pyridin-2-ylethylidene)-2,2-dimethylpropane-1,3-diamine, and LBx stands for the family of tetradentate Schiff bases N,N′-bis[(2-R-1H-imidazol-4-yl)methylene]-2,2-dimethylpropane-1,3-diamine, with: R = H for LB1 in 2, R = Me for LB2 in 3, and R = Ph for LB3 in 4). Single-crystal X-ray structures have been determined for 1 (low-spin state at 293 K), 2 (high-spin (HS) state at 200 K), and 3 (HS state at 180 K). These complexes remain in the same spin-state over the whole temperature range [80–400 K]. The dissymmetrical tetradentate Schiff base ligands LCx, N-[(2-R2-1H-imidazol-4-yl)methylene]-N′-(1-pyridin-2-ylethylidene)-2,2-R1-propane-1,3-diamine (R1 = H, Me; R2 = H, Me, Ph), containing both pyridine and imidazole rings were obtained as their [FeLCx(NCS)2] complexes, 510, through reaction of the isolated aminal type ligands 2-methyl-2-pyridin-2-ylhexahydropyrimidine (R1 = H, 57) or 2,5,5-trimethyl-2-pyridin-2-ylhexahydropyrimidine (R1 = Me, 810) with imidazole-4-carboxaldehyde (R2 = H: 5, 8), 2-methylimidazole-4-carboxaldehyde (R2 = Me: 6, 9), and 2-phenyl-imidazole-4-carboxaldehyde (R2 = Ph: 7, 10) in the presence of iron(II) thiocyanate. Together with the single-crystal X-ray structures of 7 and 9, variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility and Mössbauer studies of 510 showed that it is possible to tune the spin crossover properties in the [FeLCx(NCS)2] series by changing the 2-imidazole and/or C2-propylene susbtituent of LCx.  相似文献

An efficient route to the novel tridentate phosphine ligands RP[CH2CH2CH2P(OR′)2]2 (I: R = Ph; R′ = i-Pr; II: R = Cy; R′ = i-Pr; III: R = Ph; R′ = Me and IV: R = Cy; R′ = Me) has been developed. The corresponding ruthenium and iron dicarbonyl complexes M(triphos)(CO)2 (1: M = Ru; triphos = I; 2: M = Ru; triphos = II; 3: M = Ru; triphos = III; 4: M = Ru; triphos = IV; 5: M = Fe; triphos = I; 6: M = Fe; triphos = II; 7: M = Fe; triphos = III and 8: M = Fe; triphos = IV) have been prepared and fully characterized. The structures of 1, 3 and 5 have been established by X-ray diffraction studies. The oxidative addition of MeI to 1-8 produces a mixture of the corresponding isomeric octahedral cationic complexes mer,trans-(13a-20a) and mer,cis-[M(Me)(triphos)(CO)2]I (13b-20b) (M = Ru, Fe; triphos = I-IV). The structures of 13a and 20a (as the tetraphenylborate salt (21)) have been verified by X-ray diffraction studies. The oxidative addition of other alkyl iodides (EtI, i-PrI and n-PrI) to 1-8 did not afford the corresponding alkyl metal complexes and rather the cationic octahedral iodo complexes mer,cis-[M(I)(triphos)(CO)2]I (22-29) (M = Ru, Fe; triphos = I-IV) were produced. Complexes 22-29 could also be obtained by the addition of a stoichiometric amount of I2 to 1-8. The structure of 22 has been verified by an X-ray diffraction study. Reaction of 13a/b-20a/b with CO afforded the acetyl complexes mer,trans-[M(COMe)(triphos)(CO)2]I, 30-37, respectively (M = Ru, Fe; triphos = I-IV). The ruthenium acetyl complexes 30-33 reacted slowly with 2-tert-butylimino-2-diethylamino-1,3-dimethylperhydro-1,3,2-diazaphosphorine (BEMP) even in boiling acetonitrile. Under the same conditions, the deprotonation reactions of the iron acetyl complexes 34-37 were completed within 24-40 h to afford the corresponding zero valent complexes 5-8. It was not possible to observe the intermediate ketene complexes. Tracing of the released ketene was attempted by deprotonation studies on the labelled species mer,trans-[Fe(COCD3)(triphos)(CO)2]I (38) and mer,trans-[Fe(13COMe)(triphos)(CO)2]I (39).  相似文献

Complexes of three related 1-azapentadienyl ligands [N(SiMe2R1)C(But)(CH)3SiMe2R], abbreviated as L (R = But, R= Me), L′ (R = Me = R1), and L″ (R = But = R1), are described. The crystalline compounds Sn(L)2 (1), Sn(L′)2 (2), [Sn(L′)(μ-Cl)]2 (3) and [Sn(L″)(μ-Cl)]2 (4) were prepared from SnCl2 and 2 K(L), 2 K(L′), K(L′) and K(L″), respectively, in thf. Treatment of the appropriate lithium 1-azapentadienyl with Si(Cl)Me3 yielded the yellow crystalline Me3Si(L) (5) and the volatile liquid Me3Si(L′) (6) and Me3Si(L″) (7), each being an N,N,C-trisilyldieneamine. The red, crystalline Fe(L)2 (8) and Co(L′)2 (9) were obtained from thf solutions of FeCl2 with 2 Li(L)(tmeda) and CoCl2 with 2 K(L′), respectively. Each of 1-9 gave satisfactory C, H, N analyses; 6 and 7 (GC-MS) and 1, 2, 8 and 9 (MS) showed molecular cations and appropriate fragments (also 3 and 4). The 1H, 13C and 119Sn NMR (1-4) and IR spectra support the assignment of 1-4 as containing Sn-N(SiMe2R1)-C(But)(CH)3SiMe2R moieties and 5-7 as N(SiMe3)(SiMe2R1)C(But)(CH)3SiMe2R molecules; for 1-4 this is confirmed by their X-ray structures. The magnetic moments for 8 (5.56 μB) and 9 (2.75 μB) are remarkably close to the appropriate Fe and Co complex [M{η3-N(SiMe3)C(But)C(H)SiMe3}2]; hence it is proposed that 8 and 9 have similar metal-centred, centrosymmetric, distorted octahedral structures.  相似文献

The complex [(η5-C5H5)Ru(PPh3)2Cl] (1) reacts with several arylazoimidazole (RaaiR′) ligands, viz., 2-(phenylazo)imidazole (Phai-H), 1-methyl-2-(phenylazo)imidazole (Phai-Me), 1-ethyl-2-(phenylazo)imidazole (Phai-Et), 2-(tolylazo)imidazole (Tai-H), 1-methyl-2-(tolylazo)imidazole (Tai-Me) and 1-ethyl-2-(tolylazo)imidazole (Tai-Et), gave complexes of the type [(η5-C5H5)Ru(PPh3)(RaaiR′)]+ {where R, R′ = H (2), R = H, R′ = CH3 (3), R = H, R′ = C2H5 (4), R = CH3, R′ = H (5), R, R′ = CH3 (6), R = CH3, R′ = C2H5 (7)}. The complex [(η5-C9H7)Ru(PPh3)2(CH3CN)]+ (8) undergoes reactions with a series of N,N-donor azo ligands in methanol yielding complexes of the type [(η5-C9H7) Ru(PPh3)(RaaiR′)]+ {where R, R′ = H (9), R = H, R′ = CH3 (10), R = CH3, R′ = H (11), R = CH3, R′ = C2H5 (12)}, respectively. These complexes were characterized by FT IR and FT NMR spectroscopy as well as by analytical data. The molecular structure of the complex [(η5-C5H5)Ru(PPh3)(C6H5-NN-C3H3N2)]+ (2) was established by single crystal X-ray diffraction study.  相似文献
