新型含吡唑基异噁唑衍生物的合成与表征

以查尔酮4和取代的α-氯代吡唑甲醛肟3为原料,通过1,3-偶极环加成反应得到了16种新型的含吡唑基异噁唑衍生物,方法简单可行.化合物4,5-二氢-3-(1-苯基-3-甲基-5-取代-4-基)-5-芳基-4-芳酰基异噁唑啉(5)的结构经过IR,1HNMR,MS及元素分析确证.并利用单晶X射线衍射法测定了5g晶体结构.

8-氮杂双环[3.2.1]辛烷-3-异噁唑肟类衍生物的合成及其杀线虫活性

基于具有潜在杀线虫活性的托烷衍生物结构,通过1,3-偶极环加成反应,设计合成了19个未见报道的8-氮杂双环[3.2.1]辛烷-3-异噁唑肟类衍生物,通过~1H NMR,~(13)C NMR和高分辨质谱对目标化合物的结构进行表征.初步的生物活性测试表明:在浓度25 mg/L下,目标化合物对南方根结线虫表现出良好的抑制活性,活性最好的化合物8-甲基-8-氮杂双环[3.2.1]辛烷-3-酮-O-((3-(4-硝基苯基)-4,5-二氢异噁唑-5-基)甲基)肟(9e)在1 mg/L浓度下对根结线虫的抑制率达55.6%.     

氮杂唑合成反应在生物缀合物研究中的应用

介绍了利用1,3-偶极环加成反应合成氮杂三唑和氮杂四唑的设计方法和反应特点, 以及氮杂唑类化合物的合成在生物缀合物研究中的应用.     

新型4-取代四氢咪唑烷的合成

以三氟醋酸催化N-甲氧基-N-_甲硅甲基苄胺生成非稳定型亚甲胺基叶立德;再与N-Ts醛亚胺完成1,3-偶极环加成反应合成了10个新的4-取代四氢咪唑烷,收率80%-99%,其结构经1H NMR和13C NMR表征.     

1,4-二取代-1,2,3-三唑衍生物的合成

在超声波辐射下,端基炔与叠氮基(3,3-二甲基-2,4-二氧戊环基)甲烷通过1,3-偶极环加成合成了1-(3,3-二甲基-2,4-二氧戊环基甲基)-4-芳基-1,2,3-三唑(5);5在酸性条件下脱保护得1-(2,3-二羟基丙基)-4-芳基-1,2,3-三唑,其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR,MS和元素分析表征。

综述了近几年来富勒烯吡咯烷衍生物的应用研究,着重从生物活性、分子磁性和光电材料等几个方面介绍了富勒烯吡咯烷衍生物研究的最新进展。参考文献54篇。     

新型二茂铁异噁唑啉衍生物的合成及其电化学性能

二茂铁基α,β-不饱和烯酮与腈氧化物发生1,3-偶极环加成反应合成了7个3-取代苯基-4-苯基-5-二茂铁甲酰基异噁唑啉(4a～4g),产率中等,其结构经1H NMR, IR和MS表征.通过循环伏安曲线研究了4的电化学性能,结果表明,苯环上的取代基对4的氧化还原电位有一定影响.     

3-(4-β-D-吡喃阿洛糖苷苯基)-4-胺羰基-5-甲氧羰基异噁唑衍生物的 合成及其镇静活性的研究

4-(β-D-吡喃阿洛糖苷)-α-氯代苯甲醛肟与N-芳基马来酰亚胺在三乙胺作用下, 以甲醇为溶剂, 通过1,3-偶极环加成, 合成了一系列未见文献报道的3-(4-β-D-吡喃阿洛糖苷苯基)-4-胺羰基-5-甲氧羰基异噁唑衍生物; 其结构经1H NMR, IR, MS (HRMS)加以确证. 并对4a～4h和5a进行了药理活性筛选, 结果表明, 部分化合物具有良好的镇静活性. 其中, 化合物4b (200 mg•kg－1), 4c (200 mg•kg－1), 4h (200 mg•kg－1), 与豆腐果苷相比较具有更强的活性.     

A Convenient Synthesis of Novel Meldrum＇s Acid C60 Fullerene Derivatives

A series of novel Meldrum＇s acid C60 derivatives were prepared in moderate yields from a convenient one-pot reaction of C60, the Meldrum＇s acid derivatives, 12 and 1,8-diazabicyclo-[5,4,0]-undec-7-ene （DBU） in toluene at room temperature under nitrogen atmosphere. All the new compounds were fully characterized by the spectral data and elemental analysis. A carbene intermediate mechanism was proposed for this reaction.     

[60]富勒烯的化学修饰及其功能材料性能研究

本文总结了近十几年的文献资料，对[60]富勒烯的化学修饰及其功能材料性能研究进行综述。     

基于C_(60)富勒烯部花菁的合成及其变色性

设计和合成了一种新的基于C_(60)富勒烯部花化合物2，用质谱、核磁共振谱 、红外光谱和紫外光谱对化合物2进行了表征。并对化合物2的变色过程进行了研究 ，发现该化合物对极性溶剂如甲醇、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺和酸或碱如乙酸、乙醇钠等 具有良好的变色过程。但由于部花莆染料受C_(60)的影响，基对光的灵敏度降低， 光致变色过程非常缓慢。     

Mono- and Di-Pyrene [60]Fullerene and [70]Fullerene Derivatives as Potential Components for Photovoltaic Devices

In the present work, we report the successful synthesis and characterization of six (two new) fullerene mono- and di-pyrene derivatives based on C₆₀ and C₇₀ fullerenes. The synthesized compounds were characterized by spectral methods (ESI-MS, ¹H-NMR, ¹³C-NMR, UV-Vis, FT-IR, photoluminescence and photocurrent spectroscopy). The energy of HOMO and LUMO levels and the band gaps were determined from cyclic voltammetry and compared with the theoretical values calculated according to the DFT/B3LYP/6-31G(d) and DFT/PBE/6-311G(d,p) approach for fully optimized molecular structures at the DFT/B3LYP/6-31G(d) level. Efficiency of solar cells made of PTB7: C₆₀ and C₇₀ fullerene pyrene derivatives were analyzed based on the determined energy levels of the HOMO and LUMO orbitals of the derivatives as well as the extensive spectral results of fullerene derivatives and their mixtures with PTB7. As a result, we found that the electronic and spectral properties, on which the efficiency of a photovoltaic cell is believed to depend, slightly changes with the number and type of pyrene substituents on the fullerene core. The efficiency of constructed solar cells largely depends on the homogeneity of the photovoltaic layer, which, in turn, is a derivative of the solubility of fullerene derivatives in the solvent used to apply these layers by spincoating.

Data on the structure of cycloadducts of organophosphorus dipolar reagents and fullerenes arc absent, to our knowledge. We died the reactions and the shucturc of cycloadducts of phosphorylated azidcs and nitrile oxide with [60]fullcrcnc. The cycloaddition of diphcnylphosphinic llzide to fullcrme has bcm determined to lead to the 1 -[(N-diphenylphosphoryl)amino]-2-hydroxy[6O]hllcrme (l), the mixhuc of phosphorylated aziridinofullcrcne (2) and derivative of fullerne (3) with one aziridine fragment and one aminohydmxy-fragment, or to product (4), depending on the conditions of don .     

新型席夫碱基杯[4]冠醚衍生物的合成

杯[4]-1,3-二酯衍生物与水合肼反应后再与二水杨醛二甘醚发生"1 1"分子间缩合,高产率合成了新型席夫碱基杯[4]冠醚衍生物,其结构经1HNMR,IR,MS和元素分析表征。     

[2＋2] Photocycloaddition of [60] Fullerene with Podophyllotoxin Derivative Containing Cyclohexadienone Group

Photochemical [2 2] cycloaddition of C60 with podophyllotoxin derivative containing a cyclohexadienone group in o-dichlorobenzene afforded an isomeric mixture of adducts and a pure adduct of C60-fused podophyllotoxin derivatives. The structures of the products were characterized by MS, NMR and IR spectra.
