5-Amino-(tert-butyl-NNO-azoxy)-1,2,3,4-tetrazine 1,3-dioxide reacts with nitronium tetra-fluoroborate to give 5-amino-6-nitro-1,2,3,4-tetrazine 1,3-dioxide. This compound is of interest as a new energetic material. A plausible reaction mechanism involves electrophilic substitution of the tert-butyl-NNO-azoxy group by the nitro group.

Oxidation of 3,6-diamino-1,2,4,5-tetrazine ( 1 ) with most peracids gave 3,6-diamino-1,2,4,5-tetrazine 1,4-dioxide ( 3 ) as the major product; however, treatment of 1 with peroxytrifluoroacetic acid (PTFA) gave 3,6-diamino-1,2,4,5-tetrazine 1-oxide ( 4 ) as the major product along with a small amount of 3-amino-6-nitro-1,2,4,5-tetrazine 2,4-dioxide ( 5 ). Oxidation of 3,6-bis(S,S-dimethylsulfilimino)-1,2,4,5-tetrazine ( 6 ) with 3-chloroperoxybenzoic acid (MCPBA) gave 3-S,S-(dimethylsulfilimino)-6-nitroso-1,2,4,5-tetrazine ( 7 ), which was oxidized further with dimethyldioxirane to 3-(S,S-dimethylsulfoximino)-6-nitro-1,2,4,5-tetrazine ( 8 ). All attempts to obtain 3,6-dinitro-1,2,4,5-tetrazine ( 2 ) by further oxidation of 7 or 8 failed.  相似文献

Evidence is presented that the hydrazinolysis of 3-amino- (5) and 3-bromo-6-methyl-1,2,4,5-tetrazine ( 7 ) into the 3-hydrazino-6-methyl-1,2,4,5-tetrazine ( 6* ) with 15N-labelled hydrazine leads to incorporation of 15N in the 1,2,4,5-tetrazine ring. Thus in the hydrazino-deamination and hydrazino-debromination a SN(ANRORC) mechanism is operative. Based on quantitative mass spectrometry it was found that 20-25% of both 5 and 7 reacts according to this SN-(ANRORC) mechanism. The mechanism of these degenerate ring transformations is discussed.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] The novel heterocyclic system 10 with the phenanthrene type skeleton, in which the benzene ring is annulated with two 1,2,3,4-tetrazine 1,3-di-N-oxide rings, is of considerable interest in the context of the high nitrogen system stability and from a heteroaromaticity standpoint. The step-by-step synthetic approach to this system involves treatment of 5 with N2O5, resulting in the first 1,2,3,4-tetrazine 1,3-dioxide ring formation. The following displacement of the chlorine atom at the 6-position with ammonia and subsequent repeated treatment with N2O5 results in the second 1,2,3,4-tetrazine 1,3-dioxide ring formation. The structure of 10 was confirmed by a 13C and 14N NMR study.  相似文献

N(3)-Aryl-N(5)-phenyl-6-amino-4-aryl(2-furyl)-2-thioxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyridine-3,5-dicarboxamides have been obtained by the interaction of N-phenyl-3-aryl(2-furyl)-2-cyanoacrylamides with 3-amino-3-thioxopropananilides under the conditions of the Michael reaction. In reaction of 6-aminouracyles with ethyl oxochloroacetate ethyl 2-(6-amino-2,4-dioxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrimidin-5-yl)-2-oxoacetates were obtained, which by further reaction with various amines afforded oxo(pyrimidinyl)acetamides. According to the data of biological tests, the synthesized compounds showed low antibacterial and antitumor activity.  相似文献

It has been found that malonodinitrile and 2-(6-R1-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2-quinazolyl)acetonitrile in the presence of triethylamine undergo hetarylation by 5,6-dichloro-2,3-pyrazinedicarbonitrile at the active methylene group to give the triethylammonium salt of 2-(3-chloro-5,6-dicyano-2-pyrazinyl)malononitrile or 5-chloro-6-cyano(6-R1-4-oxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-2-quinazolylidene)methyl-2,3-pyrazinedicarbonitriles. Reaction of these with primary amines leads to annelation of the pyrrole ring at the pyrazine [b] edge to give 6-amino-5-R-5H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyrazine-2,3,7-tricarbonitriles and 6-amino-5-R2-7-(6-R1-4-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2-quinazolyl)-5H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyrazine-2,3-dicarbonitriles respectively.  相似文献

Single crystal X-ray diffraction is used to determine the crystal structure and conformational features of 9-(furan-2-yl)-4,5,6,7,8,9-hexahydro[1,2,3,4]tetrazolo[5,1-b]quinazoline obtained by three-component cyclocondensation of furfurol, 5-amino-1H-1,2,3,4-tetrazole, and cyclohexanone.  相似文献

Summary.  In the reaction of 5-(6-methyl-2,4-dioxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-3-pyrimidinyl)-methyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-thione with hydrazine hydrate, 5-(6-methyl-2,4-dioxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-3-pyrimidinyl)-methyl-4-amino-1,2,4-triazole-3-thione was formed. The reactions of the latter with ethyl bromoacetate and chloroacetonitrile in the presence of triethylamine proceeded under formation of the corresponding S-alkylated derivatives, whereas from its reaction with ω-bromoacetophenone and ethyl 4-chloroacetoacetate triazolothiadiazines were obtained. Treatment of the title compound with ethyl 2-chloroacetoacetate led to the formation of 5-(6-methyl-2,4-dioxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-3-pyrimidinyl)-methyl-4-N-acetylamino-(3-ethoxy-carbonylmethylthio)-1,2,4-triazole. Performing of the latter reaction without basic catalyst gave a triazolothiadiazine. Treatment of the S-alkylated derivatives with sodium methoxide resulted in triazolothiadiazines via a cyclocondensation reaction. Received November 20, 2000. Accepted January 15, 2001  相似文献

The reaction of the hydrazone 3a with hydrazine hydrate in DBU/ethanol conveniently gave 3-(4-amino-5-methyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-ylmethylene)-2-oxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoxaline 6 . The reactions of 6 with an equimolar and 2-fold molar amount of nitrous acid afforded 3-(α-hydroxyimino-4-amino-5-methyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-ylmethyl)-2-oxo-1,2-dihydroquinoxaline 9 and 3-(α-hydroxyimino-5-methyl-2H-1,2,4-triazol-3-ylmethyl)-2-oxo-1,2-dihydroquinoxaline 10 , respectively, which were converted into the 3-heteroarylisoxazolo[4,5-b]quin-oxalines 13a,b and 11 , respectively. Compound 9 was also cyclized into the 8-quinoxalinyl-1,2,4-triazolo-[3,4-f][1,2,4]triazines 14a,b .  相似文献

The condensation of cyclohexylidenemalononitrile or cyclohexylidenecyanoacetic ester with thioamidoethyl(methyl)malonate in the presence of sodium ethylate gave 6-amino-3-carbethoxy-5-cyano-4-spirocyclohexane-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyridine-2-thione and 3-carbethoxy(methoxy)-5-cyano-6-oxo-4-spirocyclohexanepiperidine-2-thiones which were used in the synthesis of the corresponding substituted 2-alkylthiotetrahydropyridines. 5-Carbethoxy-3-cyano-3-methyl-6-methylthio-4-spiro-cyclohexane-3,4-dihydropyridine-2(1H)-one was studied by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Treatment of 2- and 4-amino-3-(tert-butyl-NNO-azoxy)pyridines with nitrating agents (N2O5or NO2BF4) afforded the first representatives of pyridoannelated 1,2,3,4-tetrazine di-N-oxides, viz., pyrido[2,3-e][1,2,3,4]tetrazine 1,3-dioxide (9), 7-nitropyrido[2,3-e][1,2,3,4]tetrazine 1,3-dioxide (10), and pyrido[3,4-e][1,2,3,4]tetrazine 2,4-dioxide (11). These compounds were studied by 1H, 13C, and 14N NMR spectroscopy. An unusual cascade of S NAr reactions was discovered in the series of benzo-1,2,3,4-tetrazine 1,3-dioxides containing two adjacent nucleofuges X and Y in the benzene ring. First, the 1,2,3-triazole anion displaces the anion Xs- from the more reactive site. Then the nucleo-phile Xs- displaces the adjacent group Y. For instance, 1,2,3-triazole reacts with 6-azido-5-nitrobenzotetrazine 1,3-dioxide to give 5-azido-6-(1,2,3-triazol-2-yl)benzotetrazine 1,3-dioxide, with 8-azido-7-nitrobenzotetrazine 1,3-dioxide to give 7-azido-8-(1,2,3-triazol-2-yl)benzotetrazine 1,3-dioxide and 7-azido-8-(1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)benzotetrazine 1,3-dioxide, and with 7-bromo-6-(phenylthio)benzotetrazine 1,3-dioxide to give 7-phenylthio-6-(1,2,3-triazol-2-yl)benzotetrazine 1,3-dioxide.  相似文献

1,2,3,4-Tetrahydro-1-methyl-3-(p-bromophenyl)-4,6-diphenyl-s-tetrazine ( 3a ), exhibiting “ring ? chain” tautomerism in solutions, exists as the ring tautomer in the solid phase, as proved by X-ray crystal structure determination.
