研究了CO2氧化丙烷脱氢制丙烯高效wCr/MSU-1 (w=2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 质量分数, 以Cr2O3计算)催化剂中Cr含量对催化剂结构和催化活性的影响. 催化剂活性评价结果表明, 随Cr含量的增加, 催化剂的活性呈现先提高后降低的变化趋势. 在600 ℃条件下, 6.0Cr/MSU-1表现出最佳的催化反应活性, 其中丙烷、CO2转化率分别达到62.6%和22.1%. 为明确Cr含量对催化剂结构的具体影响, 对催化剂样品进行了XRD, UV-Vis和XPS表征: 催化剂样品的XRD表征发现Cr/MSU-1催化剂不仅能够保持良好的MSU-1分子筛的孔道结构, 而且活性金属Cr在载体表面具有很高的分散度, 随着Cr含量的增加催化剂表面形成明显的Cr2O3晶相; UV-Vis表征结果证实低Cr含量催化剂表面主要以Cr6+的形式存在, 高Cr含量催化剂表面有明显的Cr3+出现; 反应前后的催化剂XPS表征结果进一步证实催化剂表面的Cr6+与催化反应活性具有良好对应关系. 基于上述结果, 我们认为Cr6+是该催化剂重要的活性中心.  相似文献

The voltammetry behavior of iodine and selenium has been studied on new organo-modified electrodes. The conditions have been proposed for the measurement of the analytical signals of iodide and selenium ions on a silver electrode modified by aryl diazonium tosylates containing an amino group in the presence of a 0.1 M solution of N2H4 · H2SO4 (pH 2–3) without oxygen removal. A new approach and a procedure have been developed for the simultaneous determination of iodine and selenium in tap, drinking, and mineral waters using the organo-modified electrode. The analytical range is from 0.003 to 1.5 mg/L for iodide ions and from 0.003 to 2.0 mg/L for selenite ions.  相似文献

以Na2SiO3为硅源, 非离子型表面活性剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚A(EO)9为模板剂合成了介孔Cr-MSU-1, 并通过XRD、HRTEM、N2吸附-脱附、FT-IR和DR UV-Vis等手段对其进行了表征. 结果表明, Cr进入了介孔MSU-1骨架中, 并大部分以四配位的Cr(VI)形式存在. 将Cr-MSU-1作为催化剂用于CO2氧化乙烷脱氢反应, 表现出了良好的催化活性, 650 ℃下乙烷的转化率和乙烯的选择性分别为31.7%和96.1%.  相似文献

Nanocomposites based on biodegradable poly(?-caprolactone) organo-modified clay have been prepared by melt intercalation using a twin-screw extruder. The screw configuration developed allowed us to obtain an intercalated/exfoliated nanocomposite structure using a modified montmorillonite containing no polar groups, in contrast to previous work using mainly alkyl ammonium containing hydroxyl polar groups in poly(?-caprolactone). Montmorillonite nanocomposites were prepared using a specific extrusion profile from a 30 wt% masterbatch of organo-modified clay, which was then diluted at 1, 3 and 5%. Intercalated and/or exfoliated nanocomposites structures were assessed using rheological procedures and confirmed by transmission electron microscopy analysis. Mechanical and thermal properties were found to be strongly dependent on morphology and clay percentage. Crystallinity was only slightly affected by the clay addition. Effect of exfoliation on Young's modulus and thermal stability was investigated. Young's modulus increased significantly and onset degradation temperature measured by TGA was significantly reduced for an exfoliated nanocomposite composition containing 5 wt% organoclay.  相似文献

Quantitative two-dimensional gel electrophoresis was used to compare the cellular protein patterns of a normal foreskin-derived human fibroblasts cell line (LG1) and three immortal derivatives of LG1. One derivative, designated MSU-1.1 VO, was selected for its ability to grow in the absence of serum and is non-tumorigenic in athymic mice. The other two strains were selected for focus-formation following transfection with either Ha-ras or N-ras oncogenes and form high grade malignant tumors. Correspondence and cluster analysis provided a nonbiased estimate of the relative similarity of the different two-dimensional patterns. These techniques separated the gel patterns into three distinct classes: LG1, MSU-1.1 VO, and the ras transformed cell strains. The MSU-1.1 VO cells were more closely related to the parental LG1 than to the ras-transformed cells. The differences between the three classes were primarily quantitative in nature: 16% of the spots demonstrated statistically significant changes (P < 0.01, T test, mean ratio of intensity > 2) in the rate of incorporation of radioactive amino acids. The patterns from the two ras-transformed cell strains were similar, and variations in the expression of proteins that occurred between the separate experiments obscured consistent differences between the Ha-ras and N-ras transformed cells. However, while only 9 out of 758 spots were classified as different (1%), correspondence analysis could consistently separate the two ras transformants. Morphological and rheological properties of new ternary nanocomposites based on ethylene vinyl acetate copolymers (EVA), commercial organo-modified clays (organoclays) and purified multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs), prepared via direct melt blending, have been evaluated. For sake of comparison, the corresponding binary compositions, i.e., EVA filled with either organoclays or MWNTs, have been investigated as well. While extensive exfoliation can be observed for binary EVA/clay nanocomposites, the addition of MWNTs appears to limit clay exfoliation. Rheological properties show that both clay and MWNTs increase the elastic modulus of the nanocomposites, reflecting the high degree of nanoparticle interconnectivity that can be found in these materials.  相似文献

The intrinsic kinetics of oxidative dehydrogenation of propane with CO2 has been investigated over Cr/MSU-1 catalyst in a fixed bed reactor. Without limitations of both internal and external diffusion, intrinsic kinetic data were obtained under the following conditions: 490-530 °C, space velocity of 3600?6000 mL·h-1·g-1 and 3/1 molar ratio for CO2/C3H8 under normal pressure. Based on Langmuir-Hinshelwood mechanism, the kinetic models were established, and they were validated by statistical analysis. The parameters were estimated using Simplex Method combined with Universal Global Optimization Algorithm. The model, taking the surface reaction process as the rate-determining step, is the best one in agreement with the experimental data.  相似文献

采用含有β沸石基本结构单元的纳米簇为孔壁构造物合成了蠕虫状AlMSU-2介孔材料,并与通过直接合成和后处理嫁接途径所得的AlMSU-2进行了系统的比较研究。测试结果表明在适宜的酸度条件下,采用中性TX-100为中孔结构导向剂,以β沸石纳米簇为无机前驱物可便捷地将铝原子引入AlMSU-2骨架结构中,但目标产物并未显示出较后处理途径制得的AlMSU-2更为优越的水热稳定性。  相似文献

以水玻璃为硅源,在pH=3以下合成MSU-X介孔材料的报道很少,本文将pH范围扩展至0.78,并从廉价的水玻璃和工业级非离子表面活性剂AEO-9出发,用二步法合成出介孔分子筛MSU-1。首先将无机前驱体和非离子表面活性剂在介稳态下(pH≈2,t≈2 ℃)混合,然后调pH至所需值(0.78~3.94),在该pH值下进行二氧化硅缩聚。合成出的MSU-1具有孔分布窄,短程有序度提高,颗粒呈微米级等特点。其中在pH=1.98下合成的MSU-1具有最薄的孔壁、最大的比表面和孔容;在pH=0.78下合成的MSU-1具有最厚的孔壁、最大的孔径和d100值。随着pH值的增大,孔壁厚度先减小后增大。  相似文献

An organo-modified montmorillonite (Cloisite®30B) or an unmodified boehmite (Disperal®40) have been added to two acrylic latex dispersions (one of them UV-curable) for obtaining nanocomposite coatings. X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy show a high degree of exfoliation in the nanocoatings based on montmorillonite, together with the deagglomeration of the micrometer-sized boehmite powder and the presence of single boehmite crystallites within the polymer matrix. Such morphologies are found to enhance the thermal and thermo-oxidative stability of the latexes and to significantly decrease their oxygen permeability, as well.  相似文献

In this paper two systems, polyethylene (LDPE) and polyethylene/commercial organo-modified montmorillonite (LDPE/OMMT) nanocomposite, were subjected to e-beam irradiation at different doses and both the molecular modifications and mechanical properties have been investigated through solubility, FT-IR, calorimetric and tensile tests. Moreover, in some of the irradiated systems photo-oxidation aging was performed and its effects were studied. The results show an enhancement with irradiation of the positive effect of the nano-filler loading, related to the increase of the mechanical properties, due to the increase of the nano-filler polymer interaction.Nevertheless calorimetric and FT-IR data indicate that the well known reduction of LDPE/OMMT nanocomposite resistance to photo-oxidation ageing, with respect to LDPE, is amplified by ionizing radiation.  相似文献

Nanocomposites of poly(p-dioxanone) (PPDO) with unmodified and organically modified layered double hydroxide (LDH) have been prepared by melt extrusion method. Dodecyl sulfate was used as organic modifier. The morphology of nanocomposites was analyzed by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy and their thermal properties by differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis. It has been found that the organic modifier decisively influences the nanocomposite morphology, resulting in a higher level of exfoliation. In addition, the glass transition temperature of nanocomposites was slightly higher than in case of unfilled PPDO. Moreover, the crystallization was delayed by LDH incorporation. The above behavior was ascribed to interactions between carbonyl groups of polymer matrix and hydroxyl groups of LDH, as supported by Fourier transformed infrared analysis. Interestingly, two different crystallization processes have been observed in the nanocomposite of PPDO and organically modified LDH. Unmodified and organo-modified LDH, practically did not alter the final melting point of PPDO. However, the thermal decomposition behavior was clearly influenced by the morphology exhibited by nanocomposites.  相似文献

Chromium-containing mesoporous silica material Cr-MSU-1 was synthesized using lauryl alcohol-polyoxyethylene (23) ether as templating agent under the neutral pH condition by two-step method. The sample was characterized by XRD, TEM, FT-IR, UV-Vis, ESR, ICP-AES and N2 adsorption. Its catalytic performance for oxidation of styrene was studied. Effects of the solvent used, the styrene/H2O2 mole ratio and the reaction temperature and time on the oxidation of styrene over the Cr-MSU-1 catalyst were examined. The results indicate that Cr ions have been successfully incorporated into the framework of MSU-1 and the Cr-MSU-1 material has a uniform worm-like holes mesoporous structure. After Cr-MSU-1 is calcined, most of Cr3+ is oxidized to Cr5+ and Cr6+ in tetrahedral coordination and no extra-framework Cr2O3 is formed. The Cr-MSU-1 catalyst is highly active for the selective oxidation of styrene and the main reaction products over Cr-MSU-1 are benzaldehyde and phenylacetaldehyde. Its catalytic performance remains stable within five repeated runs and no leaching is noticed for this chromium-based catalyst.  相似文献

Polyamide 6 (PA6)/clay nanocomposites, based on organo-modified and pristine (i.e. purified but non-modified) montmorillonite, were prepared using a water-assisted extrusion process based on the injection of water during extrusion. The formation of a single PA6/water phase during extrusion (shown by High Pressure Differential Scanning Calorimetry (HPDSC)) improves the clay dispersion, decreases the PA6 melting temperature by 66 °C (so-called cryoscopic effect), and thus prevents the polymer matrix degradation during processing. This process enables the compounding of pristine clay-based nanocomposites whose dispersion state, thermal and mechanical performances are close to what is generally reported for organo-modified montmorillonite-based nanocomposites. Advantage was taken of water-assisted extrusion to optimize the clay dispersion by increasing shear rate and of the cryoscopic effect to limit the degradation by decreasing the processing temperature. Using these conditions PA6/pristine clay nanocomposites properties are similar to those of more conventional PA6/organomodified clay nanocomposites.  相似文献

以硅酸钠为硅源、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚非离子表面活性剂C12-15H25-31O(CH2CH2O)9H (记为A(EO)9) 为模板剂,采用二步法合成MSU-1,在较宽的pH值范围里 (0.78~9.59),系统考察pH值的影响.对产物进行XRD和低温N2吸脱附表征.结果表明,随pH值升高,产物的孔道有序度先提高后降低;比表面、孔容均是先增大后减小,pH为1.98时,合成产物的比表面、孔容最大 (分别高达1202m2/g、0.83cm3/g);孔壁厚度随pH值呈波浪形变化,并对以上结果给予解释.  相似文献

A reactive extrusion-calendering process was used in order to manufacture sheets with a nominal thickness of 1 mm of poly(lactic acid) and its nanocomposite with 2.5% of an organo-modified montmorillonite. During processing, the properties of the melt were stabilized and enhanced by the addition of 0.5% of a styrene-acrylic multi-functional-epoxide oligomeric reactive agent. The general analytical equation has been used in order to evaluate the kinetic parameters of the thermal degradation of poly(lactic acid) obtained by reactive extrusion and its nanocomposite. Various empirical and theoretical solid-state mechanisms have been tested to elucidate the best kinetic model. In order to reach this goal, master plots have been constructed by means of standardized conversion functions. Given that it is not always easy to visualize the best accordance between experimental and theoretical values of standardized conversion functions, a new index has been developed to quantitatively discern the best mechanism. By doing that, it has been possible to determine the right activation energy of the thermal degradation. It has been demonstrated that the best theoretical mechanism was the random scission of macromolecular chains within the polymer matrix. This was also in accordance with an empirical kinetic model based on an autocatalytic kinetic model. The presence of montmorillonite nanoparticles has been beneficial and has enhanced the thermal stability of poly(lactic acid).  相似文献

采用有机硅氧烷(RTES)与硅氧烷(TEOS)共水解缩聚合成了有机官能化的MSU-1中孔材料(R=甲基,苯基,乙烯基,脲丙基)。当前驱体中RTES与TO64EOS的摩尔比为0.1:0.9时合成R10-MSU-1分子筛,通过现化分析技术证明BA所选有机官能团均能进入分子筛骨架,而且在相同摩尔数的各数有机硅氧烷存在下,由于其反应速率、空间位阻的不同使其对骨架的缩聚程度、孔道和表面性质有不同的影响。利用SAXS实验技术对所合成R10-MSU-1材料结构表面以及由于有机官能团的存在对无机骨架产生的影响进行了研究。SAXS较强的散射强度分布对Porod定理形成负偏离,表明孔和基体之间有明显的界而层存在,并求得界面层的平均厚度。实验证明有机基团的均匀分布于孔道表面而形成有机界面层。SAXS测试还显示上述分子筛呈质量分形特征,其形成过程可能为非平衡非线性的聚集机制。  相似文献

The photochemical behaviour of a nanofilled epoxy resin has been studied. It has been shown that the filler content increases at the surface with irradiation time. Qualitative stiffness and adhesion measurements compare the surface properties of the filled and unfilled samples upon ageing. Depth profiling has been achieved by AFM nanoindentation and micro-FTIR. These two techniques allowed comparing stiffness and photooxidation of the aged samples. Both techniques showed an influence of nanofillers on thickness profiles. The relationship between the oxidation process and its consequences on the physical properties is explained taking into account oxygen permeability and light diffusion. Additionally, it has been shown that, whatever the content (5-10 wt%), the nature (silica or different organo-modified montmorillonites) or the shape of the filler (spherical or lamellar), the photoproducts were formed in comparable proportions and at similar rates as in the pristine matrix.  相似文献
