Extract ofCroton humilis L. were shown to contain N - [N - (2 - methylpropanoyl) -l - glutaminoyl] - 2 - phenylethylamine, N - [N - 2R - methylbutanoyl) -l - glutaminoyl] - 2 - phenylethylamine, 2 - [N- (2 - methylpropanoyl)] - N - phenylethylglutarimide and 2 - [N- (2R - methylbutanoyl)] - N - phenylethylglutarimide. Structural proof was based on acid degradation, spectral studies as well as the synthesis of N - [N- (2- methylpropanoyl) -l - glutaminoyl] - 2 - phenylethylamine and 2 - [N - (2 - methylpropanoyl] - N - phenylethylglutarimide.  相似文献

研究了对甲苯磺酰基-L-缬氨酸、对甲苯磺酰基-L-苯丙氨酸、对甲苯磺酰基-L-亮氨酸、对甲苯磺酰基-L-异亮氨酸、对甲苯磺酰基-L-脯氨酸、1-萘磺酰基-L-缬氨酸、1-萘磺酰基-L-苯丙氨酸、1-萘磺酰基-L-亮氨酸和1-萘磺酰基-L-异亮氨酸与钛的配合物对环戊二烯与丙烯酸甲酯的环加成反应的对映选择性催化作用。萘磺酰基氨基酸钛配合物的对映选择性比对甲苯磺酰基氨基酸钛配合物好,氨基酸与钛比为2:1时比1:1要好得多。1-萘磺酰基-L-异亮氨酸与钛的2:1配合物的对映选择性最好,e.e.值为56%。  相似文献

A redox-active, tetradentate ligand, N,N'-bis-(3-dimethylamino-propyl)-4,5-dimethoxy-benzene-1,2-diamide ([N(2)N(2)(cat)](2-)), was developed, and the six-coordinate metal complexes [N(2)N(2)(cat)]TiCl(2) (3) and [N(2)N(2)(cat)]ZrCl(2) (4) were synthesized. The tetradentate ligand was determined to be fluxional in 3 and 4, enabled by reversible dissociation of the neutral amine groups of the [N(2)N(2)(cat)](2-) ligand. Both amine arms of 3 could be replaced by N,N-dimethylaminopyridine with an overall free energy change of -4.64(3) kcal mol(-1) at 298 K. Cyclic voltammetry experiments were used to probe the redox capabilities of the [N(2)N(2)(cat)](2-) ligand: complex 3 exhibited two one-electron oxidations at -0.19 and -0.52 V versus [Cp(2)Fe](+/0) while 4 exhibited a single two-electron oxidation at -0.55 V. Substitution of the chlorides in 3 for an imide afforded the dimer {[N(2)N(2)(cat)]Ti(μ-p-NC(6)H(4)Me)}(2), in which the metal centers are five-coordinate because of dissociation of one amine arm of the [N(2)N(2)(cat)](2-) ligand. While the bis-azide complex [N(2)N(2)(cat)]Ti(N(3))(2) was stable toward elimination of N(2), the bis-phenylacetylide complex [N(2)N(2)(cat)]Ti(C≡CPh)(2) could be oxidized by PhICl(2), resulting in subsequent reductive elimination of 1,4-diphenylbutadiyne.  相似文献

合成了两个新的有机晶体:反式-4-[4'-(N-羟乙基-N-甲基胺基)苯乙烯基]-N-甲基吡啶对甲苯磺酸盐trans-4-[4'-(N-hydroxyethyl-N-methylamino)styryl]-N-methylpyridiniumtoluene-p-sulfonate(简称HMASPS)和反式-4-[4'-(N-羟乙基-N-乙基胺基)苯乙烯基]-N-甲基吡啶对甲苯磺酸盐trans-4-[4'-(N-hydroxyethyl-N-ethylamino)styryl]-N-methylpyridiniumtoluene-p-sulfonate(简称HEASPS)。用X射线衍射方法对这两个单晶进行了结构测定。测试了它们频率上转换荧光及激光性质。在1064nm的ps脉冲激光的激发下,HMASPS和HEASPS在溶液中均发出~625nm的上转荧光和激光,并且有可观的激光效率。  相似文献

The synthesis and initial biological evaluation of 3-carboranylthymidine analogues (3CTAs) that are (radio)halogenated at the closo-carborane cluster are described. Radiohalogenated 3CTAs have the potential to be used in the radiotherapy and imaging of cancer because they may be selectively entrapped in tumor cells through monophosphorylation by human thymidine kinase 1 (hTK1). Two strategies for the synthesis of a (127)I-labeled form of a specific 3CTA, previously designated as N5, are described: (1) direct iodination of N5 with iodine monochloride and aluminum chloride to obtain N5-(127)I and (2) initial monoiodination of o-carborane to 9-iodo-o-carborane followed by its functionalization to N5-(127)I. The former strategy produced N5-(127)I in low yields along with di-, tri-, and tetraiodinated N5 as well as decomposition products, whereas the latter method produced only N5-(127)I in high yields. N5-(127)I was subjected to nucleophilic halogen- and isotope-exchange reactions using Na(79/81)Br and Na(125)I, respectively, in the presence of Herrmann's catalyst to obtain N5-(79/81)Br and N5-(125)I, respectively. Two intermediate products formed using the second strategy, 1-(tert-butyldimethylsilyl)-9-iodo-o-carborane and 1-(tert-butyldimethylsilyl)-12-iodo-o-carborane, were subjected to X-ray diffraction studies to confirm that substitution at a single carbon atom of 9-iodo-o-carborane resulted in the formation of two structural isomers. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of halogen- and isotope-exchange reactions of B-halocarboranes that have been conjugated to a complex biomolecule. Human TK1 phosphorylation rates of N5, N5-(127)I, and N5-(79/81)Br ranged from 38.0% to 29.6% relative to that of thymidine, the endogenous hTK1 substrate. The in vitro uptake of N5, N5-(127)I, and N5-(79/81)Br in L929 TK1(+) cells was 2.0, 1.8, and 1.4 times greater than that in L929 TK1(-) cells.  相似文献

Pulse radiolysis and flash photolysis are used to generate the hyponitrite radicals (HN2O2(*)/N2O2(*-)) by one-electron oxidation of the hyponitrite in aqueous solution. Although the radical decay conforms to simple second-order kinetics, its mechanism is complex, comprising a short chain of NO release-consumption steps. In the first, rate-determining step, two N2O2(*-) radicals disproportionate with the rate constant 2k = (8.2 +/- 0.5) x 10(7) M(-1) s(-1) (at zero ionic strength) effectively in a redox reaction regenerating N2O2(2-) and releasing two NO. This occurs either by electron transfer or, more likely, through radical recombination-dissociation. Each NO so-produced rapidly adds to another N2O2(*-), yielding the N3O3(-) ion, which slowly decomposes at 300 s(-1) to the final N2O + NO2(-) products. The N2O2(*-) radical protonates with pKa = 5.6 +/- 0.3. The neutral HN2O2(*) radical decays by an analogous mechanism but much more rapidly with the apparent second-order rate constant 2k = (1.1 +/- 0.1) x 10(9) M(-1) s(-1). The N2O2(*-) radical shows surprisingly low reactivity toward O2 and O2(*-), with the corresponding rate constants below 1 x 10(6) and 5 x 10(7) M(-1) s(-1). The previously reported rapid dissociation of N2O2(*-) into N2O and O(*-) does not occur. The thermochemistry of HN2O2(*)/N2O2(*-) is discussed in the context of these new kinetic and mechanistic results.  相似文献

Examination of the Y[N(SiMe(3))(2)](3)/KC(8) reduction system that allowed isolation of the (N(2))(3-) radical has led to the first evidence of Y(2+) in solution. The deep-blue solutions obtained from Y[N(SiMe(3))(2)](3) and KC(8) in THF at -35 °C under argon have EPR spectra containing a doublet at g(iso) = 1.976 with a 110 G hyperfine coupling constant. The solutions react with N(2) to generate (N(2))(2-) and (N(2))(3-) complexes {[(Me(3)Si)(2)N](2)(THF)Y}(2)(μ-η(2):η(2)-N(2)) (1) and {[(Me(3)Si)(2)N](2)(THF)Y}(2)(μ-η(2):η(2)-N(2))[K(THF)(6)] (2), respectively, and demonstrate that the Y[N(SiMe(3))(2)](3)/KC(8) reaction can proceed through an Y(2+) intermediate. The reactivity of (N(2))(3-) radical with proton sources was probed for the first time for comparison with the (N(2))(2-) and (N(2))(4-) chemistry. Complex 2 reacts with [Et(3)NH][BPh(4)] to form {[(Me(3)Si)(2)N](2)(THF)Y}(2)(μ-N(2)H(2)), the first lanthanide (N(2)H(2))(2-) complex derived from dinitrogen, as well as 1 as a byproduct, consistent with radical disproportionation reactivity.  相似文献

The relative importance of individual microbial pathways in nitrous oxide (N(2)O) production is not well known. The intramolecular distribution of (15)N in N(2)O provides a basis for distinguishing biological pathways. Concentrated cell suspensions of Methylococcus capsulatus Bath and Nitrosomonas europaea were used to investigate the site preference of N(2)O by microbial processes during nitrification. The average site preference of N(2)O formed during hydroxylamine oxidation by M. capsulatus Bath (5.5 +/- 3.5 per thousand) and N. europaea (-2.3 +/- 1.9 per thousand) and nitrite reduction by N. europaea (-8.3 +/- 3.6 per thousand) differed significantly (ANOVA, f((2,35)) = 247.9, p = 0). These results demonstrate that the mechanisms for hydroxylamine oxidation are distinct in M. capsulatus Bath and N. europaea. The average delta(18)O-N(2)O values of N(2)O formed during hydroxylamine oxidation for M. capsulatus Bath (53.1 +/- 2.9 per thousand) and N. europaea (-23.4 +/- 7.2 per thousand) and nitrite reduction by N. europaea (4.6 +/- 1.4 per thousand) were significantly different (ANOVA, f((2,35)) = 279.98, p = 0). Although the nitrogen isotope value of the substrate, hydroxylamine, was similar in both cultures, the observed fractionation (delta(15)N) associated with N(2)O production via hydroxylamine oxidation by M. capsulatus Bath and N. europaea (-2.3 and 26.0 per thousand, respectively) provided evidence that differences in isotopic fractionation were associated with these two organisms. The site preferences in this study are the first measured values for isolated microbial processes. The differences in site preference are significant and indicate that isotopomers provide a basis for apportioning biological processes producing N(2)O.  相似文献

We predict the existence of the N(2)H(-) anion from first principle calculations. We present the three-dimensional potential energy surface and the bound states of the N(2)H(-)/D(-) van der Waals anion. The electronic calculations were performed using state-of-the-art ab initio methods and the nuclear motions were solved using a quantum close-coupling scattering theory. A T-shaped equilibrium structure was found, with a well depth of 349.1 cm(-1), where 18 bound states have been located for N(2)H(-) and 25 for N(2)D(-) for total angular momentum J = 0. We also present the absorption spectra of the N(2)H(-) complex. This anion could be formed after low energy collisions between N(2) and H(-) through radiative association. The importance of this prediction in astrophysics and the possible use of N(2)H(-) as a tracer of N(2) and H(-) in the interstellar medium is discussed.  相似文献

The formation of ion-pair adducts between the cationic complex La(THP)3+ (THP = 1,4,7,10-tetrakis(2-hydroxypropyl)-1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane) and the anionic complexes Tm(DOTA)- (DOTA = 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane-N,N',N",N"'-tetraacetate), Tm(DTPA)2- (DTPA = diethylenetriamine-N,N,N',N",N"-pentaacetate), Tm(TTHA)3- (TTHA = triethylenetetraamine-N,N,N',N",N"',N"'-hexaacetate), and Tm(DOTP)5- (DOTP = 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane-N,N',N",N"'-tetrakis(methylenephosphonate)) is examined by 13C NMR spectroscopy. The induced 13C shifts of the La(THP)3+ complex are followed by titration of the Tm(III) complexes of DOTA, DTPA, and TTHA at pH 7. From these data, the stability constants are calculated to be beta 1 = 64 M-1 (1:1), beta 1 = 296 M-1 (1:1), and beta 2 = 26,000 M-2 (2:1) for the ion pairs of La(THP)3+, with Tm(DOTA)-, Tm(DTPA)2-, and Tm(TTHA)3-, respectively. The La(THP)3+,Tm(DOTP)5- system elicits chiral resolution of the rapidly interconverting Tm(DOTP)5- isomers.  相似文献

Laser Desorption Ionisation (LDI) and Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption Ionisation (MALDI) Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometry (TOFMS) were used to study the pulsed laser ablation of aluminium nitride (AlN) nano powder. The formation of Al(m)(+) (m=1-3), N(n)(+) (n=4, 5), AlN(n)(+) (n=1-5, 19, 21), Al(m)N(+) (m=2-3), Al(3)N(2)(+), Al(9)N(n)(+) (n=5, 7, 9, 11 and 15), Al(11)N(n)(+) (n=4, 6, 10, 12, 19, 21, 23, and 25), and Al(13)N(n)(+) (n=25, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, and 36) clusters was detected in positive ion mode. Similarly, Al(m)(-) (m=1-3), AlN(n)(-) (n=1-3, 5), Al(m)N(-) (n=2, 3), Al(2)N(n)(-) (n=2-4, 28, 30), N(n)(-) (n=2, 3), Al(4)N(7)(-) Al(8)N(n)(-) (n=1-6), and Al(13)N(n)(-) (n=9, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 33, 35, 37, 39, 41 and 43) clusters were observed in negative ion mode. The formation of the stoichiometric Al(10) N(10) cluster was shown to be of low abundance. On the contrary, the laser ablation of nano-AlN led mainly to the formation of nitrogen-rich Al(m)N(n) clusters in both negative and positive ion mode. The stoichiometry of the Al(m)N(n) clusters was determined via isotopic envelope analysis and computer modelling.  相似文献

Knowing the values of the equilibrium constants corresponding to the reactions N(2)O(4) right harpoon over left harpoon 2NO(2) and N(2)O(4) right harpoon over left harpoon NO(+) + NO(3)(-) in sulpholane, we have undertaken the electrochemical study of N(2)O(4) by means of linear and cyclic voltammetry at the platinum electrode. The N(2)O(4) species undergoes one oxidation step N(2)O(4) right harpoon over left harpoon 2NO(2) right harpoon over left harpoon 2NO(2)(+) + 2e and two reduction steps NO(2) + N(2)O(4) + e(-)right harpoon over left harpoon N(2)O(3) + NO(3)(-) (1st wave), followed by 3N(2)O(4) + 2e(-) right harpoon over left harpoon 2N(2)O(3) + 2NO(3)(-), N(2)O(4) + e(-) right harpoon over left harpoon NO + NO(3)(-), 2N(2)O(3) + e(-) right harpoon over left harpoon 3NO + NO(3)(-) (2nd wave). The redox properties of N(2)O(4) are complicated by trace quantities of water because of the formation of the electroactive species N(2)O(3), HNO(3) and HNO(2) according to N(2)O(4) + H(2)O right harpoon over left harpoon HNO(2) + HNO(3) and N(2)O(4) + HNO(2) right harpoon over left harpoon N(2)O(3) + HNO(3). The crystal structures and photophysical properties of mononuclear [(RC N N)PtX](ClO4)n ((RC N N)=3-(6'-(2'-naphthyl)-2'-pyridyl)isoquinolinyl and derivatives; X=Cl, n=0; X=PPh(3) or PCy(3), n=1), dinuclear [(RC N N)2Pt2(mu-dppm)](ClO4)2 (dppm=bis(diphenyphosphino)methyl) and trinuclear [(RC N N)3Pt3(mu-dpmp)](ClO4)3 (dpmp=bis(diphenylphosphinomethyl)phenylphosphine) complexes are presented. The crystal structures show extensive intra- and/or intermolecular pipi interactions; the two (RC N N) planes of [(RC N N)2Pt2(mu-dppm)](ClO4)2 (R=Ph, 3,5-tBu2Ph or 3,5-(CF3)2Ph) are in a nearly eclipsed configuration with torsion angles close to 0 degrees. [(RC N N)PtCl], [(RC N N)2Pt2(mu-dppm)](ClO4)2, and [(RC N N)3Pt3(mu-dpmp)](ClO4)3 are strongly emissive with quantum yields of up to 0.68 in CH2Cl2 or MeCN solution at room temperature. The [(RC N N)PtCl] complexes have a high thermal stability (T(d)=470-549 degrees C). High-performance light-emitting devices containing [(RC N N)PtCl] (R=H or 3,5-tBu2Ph) as a light-emitting material have been fabricated; they have a maximum luminance of 63,000 cd m(-2) and CIE 1931 coordinates at x=0.36, y=0.54.  相似文献

Improved strategies for the chemical conversion of natural polymyxin B and colistin to their N-terminal analogs are reported. First, the protection of the side chains of five L-alpha,gamma-diaminobutyric acid (Dab) residues in natural polymyxin B and colistin was achieved with trichloroethoxycarbonyl (Troc), then the resulting pentakis(N gamma-Troc)-polymyxin B and pentakis(N gamma)Troc)-colistin were treated with trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) : methanesulfonic acid (MSA) : dimethylformamide (DMF) : H2O (10 : 30 : 55 : 5) at 40 degrees C in order to remove N alpha-alkanoyl-Dab(Troc)-OH selectively. The new key compounds, tetrakis(N gamma-Troc)-polymyxin B (2-10) and tetrakis(N gamma-Troc)-colistin (2-10), were obtained in 19% and 15% yields, respectively, which is higher than previous reports using trifluoroacetyl (Tfa) for tetrakis(N gamma-Tfa)-polymyxin B (2-10) and tetrakis(N gamma-Tfa)-colistin (2-10), respectively. Acylation of tetrakis(N gamma-Troc)-polymyxin B (2-10) and tetrakis(N gamma-Troc)-colistin (2-10) with various hydrophobic acids bearing aliphatic or aromatic ring structures, followed by the deprotection of Troc by Zn in AcOH, produced polymyxin B (2-10) and colistin (2-10) analogs which were used for structure-activity relationship studies. It was found that cyclohexylbutanoyl-, 4-biphenylacetyl-, and 1-adamantaneacetyl-polymyxin B (2-10) showed potent antimicrobial activity equal to that of polymyxin B against three Gram-negative bacterial strains. The lipopolysacharide (LPS) binding activity of cyclohexylbutanoyl-, 4-biphenylacetyl-, and cyclododecanecarbonyl-polymyxin B (2-10) increased greatly in comparison with that of polymyxin B (2-10). The various N alpha-acylated polymyxin B (2-10) analogs showed slightly higher antimicrobial and LPS binding activities than the corresponding N alpha-acylated colistin (2-10) analogs.  相似文献

Relative contributions of diabatic and adiabatic channels to photoisomerization and photocyclization processes were measured for stilbene, 1-phenyl-2-(2-naphthyl)ethylene (Ph-2N), 1,2-di-(1-naphthyl)ethylene (1N-1N), 1-(1-naphthyl)-2-(2-naphthyl)ethylene (1N-2N), and 1,2-di-(2-naphthyl)ethylene (2N-2N) by the steady-state spectrophotometric method in solutions at room temperature. The effects of solvent nature and atmospheric oxygen on the quantum yields of these processes in 1N-1N and 2N-2N were studied.  相似文献

The effect of the temperature on the surface layering of ionic liquids has been studied for two ionic liquids, trioctylmethylammonium bis(nonafluorobutanesulfonyl)amide([TOMA(+)][C(4)C(4)N(-)]) and trihexyltetradecylphosphonium bis(nonafluorobutanesulfonyl)amide ([THTDP(+)][C(4)C(4)N(-)]), using X-ray reflectivity measurements at 285, 300, and 315 K. Both [TOMA(+)][C(4)C(4)N(-)] and [THTDP(+)][C(4)C(4)N(-)] develop multilayers at the surface. The structure of the multilayers at the [TOMA(+)][C(4)C(4)N(-)] surface shows little temperature-dependent change, whereas that at the [THTDP(+)][C(4)C(4)N(-)] surface clearly becomes diffused with increasing temperature. The different temperature dependence seems to be related to the difference in the recently reported ultraslow dynamics of the interfacial structure of [TOMA(+)][C(4)C(4)N(-)] and [THTDP(+)][C(4)C(4)N(-)] at the ionic liquid|water interface.  相似文献
