Titanium dioxide has been extensively used in photocatalysis and dye-sensitized solar cells, where control of the anatase-to-rutile phase transformation may allow the realization of more efficient devices exploiting the synergic effects at anatase/rutile interfaces. Thus, a systematic study showing the proof of concept of a dye-induced morphological transition and an anatase-to-rutile transition based on visible laser (532 nm) and nano/micro patterning of mesoporous anatase (Degussa P25 TiO(2)) films is described for the first time using a confocal Raman microscope. At low laser intensities, only the bleaching of the adsorbed N3 dye was observed. However, high enough temperatures to promote melting/densification processes and create a deep hole at the focus and an extensive phase transformation in the surrounding material were achieved using 1s laser pulses of 25-41 mW/cm(2), in resonance with the MLCT band. The dye was shown to play a key role, being responsible for the absorption and efficient conversion of the laser light into heat. As a matter of fact, the dye is photothermally decomposed to amorphous carbon or to gaseous species (CO(x), NO(x), and H(2)O) under a N(2) or O(2) atmosphere, respectively.  相似文献

TiO2 is a material of great interest for many technological applications among which, as catalyst support. As this specific application requires a good thermal stability of the material, the phase transition between the two most commonly used titania polymorphs, anatase and rutile, has been extensively studied over the past decade. However not much importance has been given to the initial and final particles morphologies. In this study, anatase nanoparticles with an elongated shape were synthesized and their kinetic phase transformation was studied. The thermal treatments were conducted at temperatures ranging from 500 to 700 °C. The morphology evolution and the phase transition were characterized by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. The phase transformation kinetics is best described by the interface nucleation models. The values of the measured kinetic parameters are significantly lower than those proposed in the literature for isotropic particles, with an activation energy of Ea = 345 kJ mol?1. The influence of morphology and, as a consequence, the influence of exposed faces on anatase particles, are presented and discussed.  相似文献

The decomposition of silver selenide and sulfide to metallic silver and chalcogen containing oxygen compounds by sintering with an equimolar mixture of sodium nitrate and nitrite was examined. It was found that 100% recovery of silver in a metal phase is reached at 5% excess of sodium nitrate and nitrite and a time of the isothermal exposure at 375 °C for 1 hour or 0.5 hours at 400°C.  相似文献

采用溶胶凝胶法制备了TiO2-Al2O3复合载体,用分步浸渍法制备了NiO/WO3/TiO2-Al2O3催化剂。 在常压连续流动固定床反应器上考察了NiO/WO3/TiO2-Al2O3对正庚烷临氢异构化反应的催化性能。 研究了催化剂中WO3含量、Ni含量、焙烧温度和还原温度及催化反应温度对临氢异构化反应的影响。 采用XRD和BET方法对催化剂进行了表征。 结果表明,当w(WO3)=25%、w(Ni)=10%时,所制备的NiO/WO3/TiO2-Al2O3催化剂对正庚烷异构化反应的催化性能最好,活性可达15.50%,选择性可达84.06%。  相似文献

Pristine and WO3 decorated TiO2 nanorods (NRs) were synthesised to investigate n-n-type heterojunction gas sensing properties. TiO2 NRs were fabricated via hydrothermal method on fluorine-doped tin oxide coated glass (FTO) substrates. Then, tungsten was sputtered on the TiO2 NRs and thermally oxidised to obtain WO3 nanoparticles. The heterostructure was characterised by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX) spectroscopy. Fabricated sensor devices were exposed to VOCs such as toluene, xylene, acetone and ethanol, and humidity at different operation temperatures. Experimental results demonstrated that the heterostructure has better sensor response toward ethanol at 200 °C. Enhanced sensing properties are attributed to the heterojunction formation by decorating TiO2 NRs with WO3.  相似文献

Polyethylene terephthalate (PET)/Polypropylene (PP)/TiO2 nanocomposites were prepared by compounding a PP/TiO2 nanocomposite premix with PET in absence and presence (up to 6 vol %) of maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene (PP‐g‐MA). In absence of PP‐g‐MA, the TiO2 nanoparticles were mainly located at the PET/PP interface and to a lesser extent in the dispersed PET droplets. As the TiO2 nanoparticles were coated by polyalcohol their surface could react with PP‐g‐MA and thus improving the compatibilization with PP. Therefore in presence of PP‐g‐MA the TiO2 nanoparticles were preferentially located in the PP. The incorporated TiO2 nanoparticles exerted a compatibilization effect on the PET/PP blend. Depending on the location of TiO2 three different compatibilization mechanisms were proposed to be at work: (1) Locating at the interface, the TiO2 nanoparticles decrease the free energy of mixing, and thus increase the thermodynamic stability of the nanocomposites; (2) The TiO2 nanoparticles at the interface also prevent the coalescence of PET droplets; (3) Preferentially located in the PP matrix, the TiO2 nanoparticles decreased the viscosity ratio which facilitated the droplet breakup of PET. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 用气相流动吸附法制备复合载体,用浸渍法制备WO3/(TiO2-S iO2)催化剂.应用LRS和TPR技术研究WO3在复合载体TIO2-S iO2表面的分散状态,发现TiO2在S iO2表面的分散可增强WO3与载体之间的相互作用,提高WO3在载体表面的分散阈值.另外TPR实验证明,TiO2的存在不仅大大改善WO3的分散状态,而且使WO3在TiO2-S iO2的还原温度升高,WO3与载体之间的作用增强.负载于经TiO2调变的S iO2上的催化剂其HDS、HYD、BHD活性高于负载于单纯S iO2上的催化剂的活性.  相似文献

In the present work we report on the formation of bundles of high aspect ratio TiO2 nanotubes and WO3 nanopores structures with very thin tube or pore walls using anodization under “high voltage” conditions in perchlorate or chloride containing electrolytes. The bundles of TiO2 nanotubes consist of separated tubes with diameters in the range of approximately 20–40 nm and the WO3 nanopores consist of pores with diameters in the range of 30–50 nm. Growth occurs locally at specific surface locations. Both the TiO2 and the WO3 structures can be grown up to several dozens of micrometers in length within few minutes. We suggest that the growth of these high aspect structures is initiated by localized anodic breakdown event, triggered by a sufficiently high applied anodic field.  相似文献

 以纳米 TiO2 (P25) 为前驱体, 采用水热-煅烧法制备了具有大比表面积和高紫外光催化活性的 TiO2 纳米棒 (TiO2-NRs), 并考察了热处理温度对其形貌、晶型、比表面积及光催化活性的影响. 以400 oC 热处理制得的 TiO2-NRs 为载体, 采用溶胶-凝胶法制得负载型 WO3/TiO2-NRs 复合光催化剂, 并使用透射电镜、X 射线衍射和X 射线电子能谱等手段对其进行了表征. 结果表明, WO3 负载量为 2% 时, WO3/TiO2-NRs 的光催化活性是 P25 的 5 倍. 对 1 × 10?5 mol/L 罗丹明 B 溶液的脱色反应结果表明, 该催化剂具有高速染料脱色特性. 同时对光催化机理进行了探讨.  相似文献

Patterned TiO2 stripes were formed on a sol-gel crystalline WO3 film by using a chemically modified sol-gel method (pat-TiO2/WO3), and the coupling effect on the photocatalytic activity was studied. Although the photoinduced electron transfer from TiO2 to WO3 was confirmed by labeling and visualization of the reduction sites with Ag particles, the photocatalytic activities of TiO2 for both the gas-phase oxidation of CH3CHO and the liquid-phase oxidation of 2-naphthol decreased significantly with the coupling. This finding was rationalized in terms of the decrease in the rate of the electron transfer from the semiconductor-(s) to 02 with the coupling, which was estimated from the kinetic analysis of the photopotential relaxation. When the excited electrons were removed by a SnO2 underlayer, the WO3 film exhibited a high photocatalytic activity exceeding that of TiO2 for the oxidation of 2-naphthol.  相似文献

采用溶胶-热液合成法制备了掺杂WO3的SiO2/TiO2复合光催化剂,用X射线衍射、红外光谱、Zeta电位分析、BET和透射电镜对样品进行了表征,并以甲基橙降解评价了其光催化性能.结果表明:改性后的光催化剂表现出较高的光催化性能,WO3和SiO2不仅增加了锐钛矿TiO2的稳定性,并阻止了TiO2晶粒的聚集生长.  相似文献

Au nanoparticles dispersed over a self-organized nanotubular TiO2 matrix can be used as a highly efficient catalyst system for the electrochemical oxygen reduction reaction in aqueous solutions. The high quality TiO2, MoO3-doped WO3 electrochromic film was prepared by the sol–gel method for the first time. The sol, which has hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and oxalic acid (H2C2O4), was very stable at room temperature and quite suitable for the deposition of films. The WO3 electrochromic film prepared from this doped sol had excellent performance, such as short response time, no cracks, good adhesion to the substrate, high coloring efficiency and longevity of service.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备WO3/TiO2复合纳米光催化剂,掺入WO3、TiO2锐钛矿101峰的相对强度、平均晶粒直径与颗粒直径均减小,比表面积增大;WO3掺入摩尔比分别为2%、5%、8%时,新的LRS峰位分别出现在797、967及969cm-1;在380-460nm范围内,WO3/TiO2的反射率减小,XPS分析表明,WO3/TiO2晶体中存在W6+、W5+、W4+、和Ti4+、Ti3+。以亚甲基兰的光催化降解为反应模型,掺入WO3后,光催化活性增强,掺入摩尔比为2%时,WO3/TiO2的光催化活性最高。还讨论了光催化活性与性质的关系。  相似文献
