Ab initio Hartree–Fock calculations are performed on hydrates of the F? and Cl? ions using 6-31G, 6-31G**, and 6-21G basis sets. Geometries and binding energies are obtained. An estimate of the correlation energy is provided by an MP2/6-31G (Møller-Plesset second-order perturbation) calculation. Comparisons are made between the Cl?(SO2) and the Cl?(H2O) complexes.  相似文献

The one‐dimensional chain catena‐poly­[[aqua(2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridyl‐κ3N)­nickel(II)]‐μ‐cyano‐κ2N:C‐[bis­(cyano‐κC)nickelate(II)]‐μ‐cyano‐κ2C:N], [Ni(terpy)(H2O)]‐trans‐[Ni‐μ‐(CN)2‐(CN)2]n or [Ni2­(CN)4­(C15H11N3)(H2O)], consists of infinite linear chains along the crystallographic [10] direction. The chains are composed of two distinct types of nickel ions, paramagnetic octahedral [Ni(terpy)(H2O)]2+ cations (with twofold crystallographic symmetry) and diamagnetic planar [Ni(CN)4]2? anions (with the Ni atom on an inversion center). The [Ni(CN)4]2? units act as bidentate ligands bridging through two trans cyano groups thus giving rise to a new example of a transtrans chain among planar tetra­cyano­nickelate complexes. The coordination geometry of the planar nickel unit is typical of slightly distorted octahedral nickel(II) complexes, but for the [Ni(CN)4]2? units, the geometry deviates from a planar configuration due to steric interactions with the ter­pyridine ligands.  相似文献

The first total synthesis of the α‐oxo amide‐based natural product, N‐(3‐guanidinopropyl)‐2‐(4‐hydroxyphenyl)‐2‐oxoacetamide ( 3 ), isolated from aqueous extracts of hydroid Campanularia sp., has been achieved. The α‐oxo amide 12 , prepared via the oxidative amidation of 1‐[4‐(benzyloxy)phenyl]‐2,2‐dibromoethanone ( 9a ) with 4‐{[(tert‐butyl)(dimethyl)silyl]oxy}butan‐1‐amine ( 10a ), has been used as the key intermediate in the total synthesis of 3 as HBr salt. On the way, an expeditious total synthesis of polyandrocarpamide C ( 2c ), isolated from marine ascidian Polyandrocarpa sp., was carried out in four steps.  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer [Cd(pc)(phen)(H2O)]n (H2pc = pamoic acid, phen = 1,10‐phenanthroline) has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Single crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis reveals that the compound crystallizes in triclinic space group P1. All the CdII atoms in the compound are hexacoordinate and are linked by pamoicate ligands to form a one‐dimensional zigzag chain. Furthermore, two adjacent zigzag chains are connected by the μ2‐(H2O) molecules to form a double‐chain with rhombic grids. There exist intermolecular C–H ··· π contacts, π–π stacking and hydrogen‐bonding interactions. Compound 1 displays strong fluorescent emission in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Concise and efficient domino [3 + 2] heterocyclization promoted by HCOOH has been established for unprecedented synthesis of 15 examples of 2‐hydroxyindole‐3,4‐(2H,5H)‐diones in good yields. The present methodology shows attractive properties such as mild reaction conditions, concise one‐pot operation, short reaction periods of 15–20 min, and easy purification. The resulting 2‐hydroxyindole‐3,4(2H,5H)‐diones are of importance for organic and medicinal research.  相似文献

The title compound was prepared by reaction of N, N‐dimethyldithiocarbamate sodium with l‐bromo‐l‐(4‐methoxyphenylcarbonyl)‐2‐(1, 2, 4‐triazole‐l‐yl) ethane. Its crystal structure has been determined by X‐ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to triclinic with space group Pī, a = 0.7339(2) nm, b = 1.1032(2) nm, c = 1.1203(2) nm, a = 90.27(3)°, β = 102.03(3)°, γ = 104.91(3)°, Z=2, V = 0.8556(3) nm3, Dc = 1.360 g/cm3, μ =0.325 mm?1, F(000)=368, final R1 =0.0475. The planes of 4‐methoxybenzyl group and triazole ring are nearly perpendicular to each other. The dihedral angle is 83.97°. There is an obvious π‐π stacking interaction between the molecules in the crystal lattice. The results of biological test show that the title compound has fungicidal and plant growth regulating activities.  相似文献

An efficient two‐step method for the preparation of 3‐(2‐hydroxyethoxy)‐ or 3‐(3‐hydroxypropoxy)isobenzofuran‐1(3H)‐ones 3 has been developed. Thus, the reaction of 1‐(1,3‐dioxol‐2‐yl)‐ or 1‐(1,3‐dioxan‐2‐yl)‐2‐lithiobenzenes, generated in situ by the treatment of 1‐bromo‐2‐(1,3‐dioxol‐2‐yl)‐ or 1‐bromo‐2‐(1,3‐dioxan‐2‐yl)benzenes 1 with BuLi in THF at ?78°, with (Boc)2O afforded tert‐butyl 2‐(1,3‐dioxol‐2‐yl)‐ or 2‐(1,3‐dioxan‐2‐yl)benzoates 2 , which can subsequently undergo facile lactonization on treatment with CF3COOH (TFA) in CH2Cl2 at 0° to give the desired products in reasonable yields.  相似文献

In the title compound 1 , the macrocylic ligand DB18C6 arranges to build two types of channels in which either only water or water and H3O+ molecules are stacked to linear polymers. The counter ions, I3, also form chains and fill in the spaces left between the parallel stacks of the crown ethers. Compound 1 should therefore possess interesting conducting properties and might as well serve as model for biological water channels.  相似文献

The phosphodiester linkage of 3′‐O‐levulinoylthymidine 5′‐methylphosphate ( 5 ) has been protected with 2‐[(acetyloxy)methyl]‐4‐(acetylsulfanyl)‐2‐(ethoxycarbonyl)‐3‐oxobutyl group (to give 1 ) to study the potential of this group as an esterase‐ and thermolabile protecting group. The group turned out to be unexpectedly thermolabile, being removed as ethyl 3‐(acetyloxy)‐4‐(acetylsulfanyl)‐2‐methylidenebut‐3‐enoate ( 10 ) without accumulation of any intermediates. The half‐life of this reaction at pH 7.5 and 37° is 14 min. Hog liver esterase (HLE), in turn, removes the protecting group as ethyl 4‐(acetylsulfanyl)‐2‐methylidene‐3‐oxobutanoate ( 12 ). On using 2.6 units of HLE in 1 ml, the rate of the enzymatic deprotection was still only one third of that of the nonenzymatic reaction. The mechanisms of both reactions have been studied and discussed. The crucial step seems to be removal of the O‐bound Ac group, either by esterase or by migration to the neighboring 3‐oxo group (nonenzymatic removal). This triggers the removal by retro‐aldol condensation/elimination mechanism. No alkylation of glutathione (GSH) upon the deprotection of 1 could be detected.  相似文献

Two supramolecular architectures, [Mn(3‐bpd)2(NCS)2(H2O)2]·2H2O ( 1 ) and {[Mn(bpe)(NCS)2(H2O)2]·(3‐bpd)·(bpe)·H2O}n ( 2 ) [bpe = 1,2‐bis(4‐pyridyl)ethylene and 3‐bpd = 1,4‐bis(3‐pyridyl)‐2,3‐diaza‐1,3‐butadiene] have been synthesized and characterized by spectroscopic, elemental and single crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses. Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c, with chemical formula C26H28Mn N10O4S2, a = 9.1360(6), b = 9.7490(6), c = 17.776(1) Å, β = 93.212(1)°, and Z = 2 while compound 2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group P212121, with chemical formula C38H36Mn1N10O3S2, a = 14.1902(6), b = 15.4569(7), c = 18.2838(8) Å, α = β = γ = 90°, and Z = 4. Structural determination reveals that the coordination geometry at Mn(II) in compound 1 or 2 is a distorted octahedral which consists of two nitrogen donors of two NCS?ligands, two oxygen donors of two water molecules, and two nitrogen donors of two 3‐bpd ligands for 1 and two dpe ligands for 2 , respectively. The two 3‐bpd ligands in 1 adopt a monodentate binding mode and the dpe in 2 adopts a bismonodentate bridging mode to connect the Mn(II) ions forming a 1D chain‐like coordination polymer. Both the π‐π stacking interactions between the coordinated and the free pyridyl‐based ligands and intermolecular hydrogen bonds among the coordinated and the crystallized water molecules and the free pyridyl‐based ligands play an important role in construction of these 3D supramolecular architectures.  相似文献

The reaction of Gd(ClO4)3·6H2O with 5‐(1H‐tetrazol‐5‐yl)isophthalic acid affords a 3D framework gadolinium coordination polymer, [Gd(C9H3N4O4)(H2O)3·2H2O]n ( 1 ). Its crystal structure belongs to a triclinic system, space group , with a = 7.909(2) Å; b = 8.448(2) Å; c = 10.994(2) Å; α = 102.65(3)°; β = 124.32(2)°; γ = 96.28(3)°; V = 704.5(2) Å3; Z = 2; R1 = 0.0245 for 3225 reflections with I >2σ(I), wR2 = 0.0556. Fluorescent analyses show that compound 1 exhibits purple fluorescence in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

The title compound, 1,1,2,2‐tetra­carbonyl‐1,2‐μ‐carbonyl‐4,11‐di­methyl­sulfido‐closo‐1,2‐dicobaltadodecaborane, [Co2(C4H20B10S2)(CO)5], has a closo 12‐vertex {1,2‐Co2B10H8} structure with SMe2 ligands at the exo‐4‐ and 11‐positions.
