Synthesis and characteristics of novel pentanuclear complexes [(OC)3Mn(η1,η5-C5H4)Fe(CO)2(η1,η5-C5H4CO2)]2M(η5-C5H5)2 (M=Ti, Zr)

The reaction of Cp₂MCl₂ complexes (M=Ti and Zr) with 2 equiv. of (OC)₃Mn(η¹,η⁵-C₅H₄)Fe(CO)₂(η⁵-C₅H₄COONa) results in the formation of the pentanuclear complexes (OC)₃Mn(η¹,η⁵-C₅H₄)Fe(CO)₂(η⁵-C₅H₄CO₂)]₂M(η⁵-C₅H₅)₂, which are characterized by IR and¹H NMR spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. 4-Alkyl (or aryl)-6-chloro-5-hydroxy-2-methylpyrimidines5a–5e, 4-alkyl (or aryl)-5-hydroxy-2-methyl-1H-pyrimidin-6-ones5g–5k and 6-alkyl (or aryl)-5-hydroxy-1H,3H-pyrimidin-2,4-diones5l–5n were prepared and converted into O,O-diethylphosphoric acid esters7a–7e, O,O-diethylphosphorothioic acid esters7f–7i and N,N-dimethylcarbamic acid esters8.

     

Detection of 5-(3, 4-Dihydroxy-1, 5-Cyclohexadien-1-Yl) -5-Phenylsydantoin as a Major Metabolite of 5, 5-Diphenylhydantoin (Dilantin) in the Newborn Human

Abstract

The metabolism of 5, 5-diphenylhydantoin was studied in the newborn human in two instances; one involved direct administration of the drug, and the other was by placental transfer of the drug from the mother. 5-(3,4-Dihydroxy-1, 5-cyclohexadien-1-yl)-5-phenylhydantoin was found to be a major metabolite. The GC and GC-MS methods employed here are well suited to the problem of studying drug metabolism in the newborn.

ChemInform Abstract: PbMnIn2S5: Synthesis,Structure, and Properties.

The new title compound is synthesized by solid state reaction of the elements (1100 °C, 70 h) and characterized by single crystal XRD, UV/VIS diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, and magnetic measurements.     

1,3-二苯基-5-吡唑啉酮三种异构体的结构及其发光性能

本文以1,3-二苯基-5-吡唑啉酮(DPP)为研究对象,采用不同溶剂对其进行重结晶,得到了3种不同颜色和不同构型的异构体。通过XRD粉末衍射、IR、1H NMR等确定了3种异构体的组成和结构,通过荧光光谱研究了它们的发光行为。结果表明这类化合物具有聚集诱导发光性能和光异构化性能,而且溶剂对产物的构型及发光性能均有明显的影响。此外,将该化合物与无规聚苯乙烯复合制备的薄膜也具有很好的荧光性能,在防伪领域具有潜在的应用。

合成了3,4,5,6-四氯-N-羟基邻苯二甲酰亚胺并与1,4-二氨基-2,3-二氯蒽醌组合成有机催化体系.在无溶剂条件下,该体系能够有效催化乙苯的分子氧氧化.
