A series of novel 4-silapiperidine and 4-silapiperidinium derivatives, with two silicon-bound aryl groups and various N-organyl groups, have been synthesized and structurally characterized (solution 1H, 13C, 19F, and 29Si NMR spectroscopy; eight crystal structure analyses). These synthetic and structural investigations provide the basis for the development of novel silicon-based drugs containing a 4-silapiperidine or 4-silapiperidinium skeleton.  相似文献

Synthetic procedures to prepare the title compounds are described. Diels-Alder cycloaddition of β-nitrostyrene derivatives 5 to N,N-dimethyl-1,3-butadien-1-amine, 6 , gave 5-aryl-N,N-dimethyl-6-nitro-2-cyclohexen-1-amines 7. Reduction of 7 with zinc in acetic acid gave the diamino derivatives 8 . Schotten-Baumann acylation of 8 gave amides 9 . Treatment of 8 with alkyl isocyanates gave the aminourea derivatives 10 . Bischler-Napieralski cyclodehydration procudure of 9 and 10 gave 1,4,4a,10b-tetrahydrophenanthridinamines 3 and N6-alkyl-1,4,4a,10b-tetrahydro-N4,N4-dimethyl-4,6-phenanthridinediamines 11 , respectively. Condensation of diamines 8 with aryl aldehydes under azeotropic conditions gave imines 12 which on treatment with acids yielded 6-aryl-1,4,4a,5,6,10b-hexahydro-N,N-dimethyl-4-phenanthridinamines 4 . The stereochemistry of these materials is assigned from the proton magnetic resonance studies.  相似文献

Abstract

Raman frequencies and intensities in methylcyclohexane solution and infrared frequencies in Nujol mull, have been obtained and assigned for the skeletal modes of (t-C4H9 6Li)4 and (t-C4H9 7Li)4. A normal coordinate analysis, neglecting hydrogen atoms, gave an overall frequency fit of 2% with a reasonable set of valence force constants. The calculated eigenvectors were used to transform the Raman intensities into bond polarizability derivatives. Because of coordinate mixing and the inherent sign ambiguity of molecular polarizability derivatives, there are eight sets of bond polarizability derivatives which are consistent with the measured intensities. Only one set, however, gives reasonable polarizability derivatives for CC stretching and CCC bending, and also shows the requisite invariance to isotope substitution. This set gives a low value for the Li-Li polarizability derivative, and application of the delta function potential equation suggests that the extent of Li-Li bonding is small, amounting to perhaps 5% of the total bonding electron density in the Li4C4 cage. This conclusion is consistent with the failure to observe Li[sbnd]Li spin-spin coupling in (t-C4H9Li)4.  相似文献

Reactions of cyclopentanonopimaric acid dimethyl ester with phosphoryl chloride, ethyl formate, and p-nitrobenzaldehyde afforded 1 5 ( 1 6 )-16-formyl-15-chloro, 16-hydroxymethylene-15-oxo, and 16-nitrobenzylidene-15-oxo derivatives which were subjected to heterocyclizations to obtain new diterpene pyrimidine, pyrazole, and oxazole derivatives.  相似文献

Selectively substituted derivatives of α-cyclodextrin and hexa-O-tert-butyldimethylsilyl-α-cyclodextrin containing a definite number of acylated primary or secondary hydroxy groups were synthesized using benzoic, acetylsalicylic, and 2-(4-isobutylphenyl)propionic acid chlorides in various solvents in the presence of different bases. The acyl residues were assigned to the C2, C3, or C6 atoms in the carbohydrate fragments on the basis of 13C NMR data. Desilylation of the silyl derivatives with ammonium fluoride in methanol gave the corresponding O-acyl derivatives having free primary hydroxy groups in the α-cyclodextrin skeleton.  相似文献

The dissociative ionization of 4-azafluorene and its methyl and phenyl derivatives was investigated. The relative intensity of the [M — CH3]+ ion peak depends on the position of the CH3 group in the 4-azafluorene ring. It was established that the loss of an RCN particle (R=H, CH3, and C6H5) for unsubstituted 4-azafluorene takes place from the M+ and [M — H]+ ion, exclusively from the [M — H]+ ion for the methyl-substituted compounds, and from the [M — H]+ and [H — 2H]+ fragments for the phenyl-substituted derivatives. A series of N–thiocyanatoacetyl derivatives of 3–alkyl–2,6–diarylpiperidin–4–ones has been synthesized by the reaction between the N–chloroacetyl derivatives of the respective piperidin–4–ones and the ambident thiocyanate nucleophile. The synthesized compounds have been characterized through FT–IR, 1H, 13C, 1H–1H COSY, 1H–13C COSY and NOESY spectra. The spectral data reveal the conformational priority of the six-membered heterocyclic ring.  相似文献

It was shown that the halogen atom occupies the quasi-axial position in the predominant conformer of the 9-halo derivatives of tetrahydro-4H-pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidin-4-ones. When R3 = Me, the conformational equilibrium is determined by the latter substituent which is always quasi-axial. The effects of the methyl group and the halogen atoms on the 13C chemical shifts (SCS values) were used for the identification of cis and trans isomers. Interesting non additivity of substituent effects was found in derivatives bearing quasi-axial substituents at C-6 and C-9: and this was caused by the ring flattening.  相似文献

New homologous series of N-[4-(4-n-alkoxybenzoyloxy)-2-hydroxybenzylidene]hydroxyanilines were synthesized. All 4-hydroxyaniline derivatives exhibited a nematic phase, while 3-hydroxyaniline and 2-hydroxyaniline derivatives exhibited only a nematic phase as the terminal alkoxy group was lengthened. Infrared spectra suggest that the 4-hydroxyaniline derivatives form intermolecular hydrogen bonding of the single bridge type, while the 3-hydroxy and 2-hydroxy derivatives form the polymer type. The Raman band at around 1360 cm-1 exhibited large differences in intensity among these derivatives. This can be explained by the effect of intermolecular or hydrogen bonding molecular conformation.  相似文献

2-Azido-4-nitroimidazole and its derivatives have been synthesized for energetic material applications. The synthesized compounds were fully characterized by 1H, 13C NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. Most of them were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The calculated densities of the compounds range between 1.71 and 1.92 g,cm-3. The calculated detonation pressures (P) for these derivatives fall in the range of 25.17 to 32.62 GPa and the detonation velocities (D) are distributed from 7.65 to 8.55 km·s-1.  相似文献

A series of six novel 1-(7,7-dimethyl-2-morpholino-5,6,7,8-tetrahydroquinazolin-4-yl)piperidine-4-carboxamide derivatives has been synthesized and characterized using various spectral techniques (1H and 13C NMR, LCMS, IR). The antibacterial activities of these compounds have been screened against nine different Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacterial strains. The results show that quinazoline derivatives containing thiazole ring 2a and 2b exhibit good antibacterial activity amongst the compounds under investigation.  相似文献

In solution the 9-phenylaminotetrahydro-4H-pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidin-4-ones 1-5 were oxidized into the 9-aminodihydro compounds 15-19 by atmospheric oxygen at ambient temperature. Autoxidation is most probably a free-radical chain process, which takes place with ground-state triplet oxygen via the radical cation of the enamine form. The 9-aminodihydro derivatives were also prepared from 9,9-dibromo compounds 10 and 11 and from 9-hydroxydihydro compounds 12-14 . The 9-hydroxydihydro derivatives, obtained from the 9-amino compounds 16, 19 and 21 by acidic hydrolysis, showed a solvent-dependent and R1 substituent-dependent oxo-enol tautomerism. The enol form was stabilized by electron-withdrawing R1 groups and a polar solvent. However, for the 9-aminodihydropyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidines 15-26 only the enamine tautomer (E) could be identified independently of the substituent and the solvent. The chemical structures of the synthesized products were studied by uv, ir, 1H- and 13C-nmr spectroscopy.  相似文献

The 400 MHz 1H NMR spectra of two deuterated derivatives of 4-t-butylcycloheptanone (2 and 3) provided 2JHH values for the α-methylene protons on each side of the carbonyl group. The interpretation of their magnitude shows clearly that the carbonyl group is located at position 1 of the twist-chair conformation while the t-butyl group is located at position 4e.  相似文献

Reaction of ethyl 9-hydrazono-6-methyl-4-oxo-6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-4H-pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidine-3-carboxylate and benzaldehyde and its derivatives give a tautomeric mixture of 9-arylidenehydrazono-6,7,8,9-tetrahydro- and 9-arylidenehydrazine-6,7-dihydropyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidine derivatives. In the same case the enhydrazine and hydrazone tautomers were separated. The structure of the products were characterised by uv, ir, 1H and 13C nmr. The equilibrium of the tautomers was affected by the substituent of the phenyl ring. A fair linear correlation exists between the logarithms of the equilibrium constants and Hammett σm and σ? constants of the substituents present on the phenyl ring.  相似文献

Benzaldehyde [4‐(4‐bromophenyl)thiazol‐2‐yl]hydrazones 5a – 5d were prepared by reacting the thiosemicarbazones 2a – 2d with 2,4′‐dibromoacetophenone ( 1 ) in absolute ethanol. Acetylation of 5a and 5b with Ac2O/Py at room temperature gave the N‐acetyl derivatives 6a and 6b . 4‐Methyl‐2‐pentanone/cyclopentanone [4‐(4‐bromo‐phenyl)thiazol‐2‐yl]hydrazones ( 8a ) and ( 8b ) were similarly obtained from the reaction of 1 with the thiosemicarbazones 7a and 7b , respectively. Cyclization of D‐galactose thiosemicarbazone ( 9 ) and its tautomers 10 and 11 with 1 afforded an equilibrium mixture of the acyclic 2‐thiazolylhydrazone 12 , together with its respective cyclic galactosyl derivatives 13 and 14 , whose structures were studied by using 1H and 13C NMR spectra. The antimicrobial activity of the synthesized thiazole derivatives was evaluated in vitro by using an agar diffusion technique, and some of these compounds showed potential activity against Candida albicans.  相似文献

A novel synthetic utility of NaICl2 for the preparation of bis(4-dimethaminophenyl)arylmethanes and bis(4-dimethaminophenyl)alkanes is described. In the presence of an aqueous solution of NaICl2, the reaction of arenes with aromatic aldehydes gives corresponding triarylmethane derivatives regioselectively in moderate to good yields. The method is also useful for the preparation of diarylalkane derivatives by using aliphatic aldehydes.

Accessible 2-aryl(methyl)-4-cyano-5-hydrazino-1,3-oxazoles add to aryl isothiocyanates. The resulting products undergo recyclization to form new 1,3,4-thiadiazole derivatives bearing an acylamino group on C2 and an (acylamino)(cyano)methyl group on C5. The structure of the new compounds was proved by their IR and 1H NMR spectra, as well as by conversion in other 1,3,4-thiadiazole derivatives.  相似文献
