Sistemi ellittici di tipo A.D.N. a coefficienti variabili e condizioni di radiazione

Summary I study an elliptic system, in the sense of Agmon-Douglis-Nirenberg, of partial differential equations with variable coefficients. The matrix operator is of type P(D) + + λR(x, D) where λ εC, P(D) has constant coefficients, is elliptic, and his determinant admits a special elementary solution. On the coefficients in R(x, D), sufficiently smooth, a certain behaviour at the infinity is assumed. For suitable known vectors f, the problem P(D)u - λR(x, D)u=f is shown to be equivalent to a system of singular integral equations in special subspaces of [W^l,p]^N, if N is the rank of the system, as is studied in [5]. This is possible when the unknown vector u belongs to a class that, generally, is stricter than the one of existence and uniquencess for P(D) [4]. Then results on the solvability of the system follow when λ is such that P(D+λR(x, D) is elliptic.

Sunto. Si assegnano i tipi cremonianamente distinti di sistemi lineari completi, semplici, irriducibili di superficie algebriche dello spazioS ₃ a curva-caratteristica (variabile) di genereπ=2. Questi si distribuiscono in25 famiglie, delle quali si danno la dimensione, l'ordine minimo, ecc. e la rappresentazione analitica.     

Caratterizzazione semantica di tavole oggetto-predicato soggette a procedure di clustering

The aim of this paper is to characterize from a sinctactical and from a semantical point of view the output of a clustering procedure on an object-predicate table. The logical framework of this work is the calculus of the first order of the predicates. The main result can be stated simply in this way. The reordering of the rows of the object-predicate table, with the aim of concentrating the one's on the left higher corner of the object-predicate table, which can be conceived as an high informative reorganization of the data, can be performed through a goedelization of the scheme of formulas, namely models, we can superimpose on the table. A semantical theorem is stated, after a sinctactical characterization of the object-predicate tables.

Una generalizzazione di un teorema di B. Segre sui punti regolari rispetto ad una ellisse di un piano affine di Galois

Summary Let E be an ellipse in the affine plane AG(2, q), and let be the cyclic linear collineation group of order q + 1 fixing E. The points of E form a single cycle under . More generally, the points of E fall into cycles of the same size under the action of the subgroup (d) of F of order d. If Ed) is one such cycle of sixe d and t is a point not on E, let n_d (t) the number of chords of E(d) passing through t. An upper bound for n_d (t) is obtained, from which we deduce, in the case d=(q + l)/2, a theorem of B. Segre [8].     

Su un problema di frontiera libera connesso a questioni di idraulica

Sunto Si dimostra esistenza e unicità della soluzione di un problema di frontiera libera che traduce il moto di filtrazione di liquidi attraverso mezzi porosi. Il problema è ricondotto alla minimizzazione di un funzionale quadratico su un convesso chiuso di uno spazio di Hilbert, il che fornisce anche dei procedimenti per l'approssimazione numerica del problema stesso.
