2,4-pentanedione, phenyl isocyanate or phenyl isothiocyanate (with subsequent work up of the semicarbazides obtained by base),
and carbon disulfide gave respectively: 1-(3,5-dimethyl-1H-1-pyrazolyl)-3-[3-(3,5-dimethyl-1H-1-pyrazolyl)-3-oxopropylanilino]-1-propanone,
3-(2-{[2-(5-oxo-4-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)ethyl]anilino}ethyl)-4-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one
and its thio analog, and 5-(2-{[2-(2-thioxo-2,3-dihydro-1,3,4-oxadiazol-5-yl)ethyl]anilino}ethyl)-2,3-dihydro-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2(3H)-thione
plus their methyl derivatives.

The interaction has been studied of a series of substituted 3-hetaryl-7-hydroxychromones with amino acids and formaldehyde
(reactants ratio 1: 1: 2 respectively). In the case of glycine and Het = 3-isoxazolyl the product of aminomethylation at position
8 of the chromone was obtained, and with other Het (including Het = 4-phenyl-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl) 2-[6-alkyl-3-hetaryl-4-oxo-9,10-dihydro-4H,8H-chromeno[8,7-e][1,3]-oxazin-9-yl]acetic
acids were formed. With β-alanine and Het = 4-phenyl-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl the corresponding β-substituted propionic acid was
synthesized, but proline did not participate in the reaction, leading to bis(6-ethyl-3-hetaryl-7-hydroxychromon-8-yl)methane.

Nucleophilic addition of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole to 4-alkyl-4-hydroxy-2-alkynonitriles at 1:1 ratio in the presence of 4-6 wt% of Et3N occurs regio- and stereospecifically to afford (Z)-4-alkyl-3-(benzothiazolyl-2-thio)-4-hydroxy-2-alkenonitriles (yield 40-51%). In the presence of 1.3 wt% of Dabco the thiazole and 4-hydroxy-4-methyl-2-pentynonitrile (1:1) give rise to a mixture of 2-alkenonitrile and 2-(3,3,6,6-tetramethyl-2-cyanomethyl-5-cyanomethylene-1,4-oxathian-2-yl)thiobenzothiazole. At the use of 4-6 wt% of LiOH arises an intractable mixture containing 1,4-oxathiane, benzothiazol-2-one, 2-[1-(5,5-dimethyl-2-cyanomethyl)-4-cyanomethylene-1,3-oxathiolan-2-yl)-1-methylethyl]thiobenzothiazole, bis(2,2,5,5-tetramethyl-6-cyanomethyl-3-cyanomethylene-1,4-oxathian-6-yl) disulfide, bis[1-(5,5-dimethyl-2-cyanomethyl-4-cyanomethylene-1,3-oxathiolan-2-yl)-1-methylethyl] disulfide, and 3-[1-(5,5-dimethyl-2-cyanomethyl-4-cyanomethylene-1,3-oxathiolan-2-yl)-1-methylethyl]benzothiazol-2-one (according to 1H and 13C NMR data). 2-mercaptobenzothiazole adds to 3-phenyl-2-propynonitrile in the presence of 7 wt% of KOH with regio- and stereospecific formation of (Z)-3-(benzothiazolyl-2-thio)-3-phenyl-2-propenonitrile (88%). 相似文献

Various bis[4-aryl/alkyl-1, 2, 4-triazoline-5-thione-3-yl]alkanes ( 3 ) were prepared from base cyclization of bis thiosemicarbazide 2 and transformed into sulphides by reaction with different alkyl halides in alkaline medium. These compounds were further oxidised to sulphones 5 with acidic potassium permanganate. 1-Aryl-3-[4-(4-aryl/alkyl-1, 2, 4-triazoline-3-thione-5-yl)phenyl]thioureas ( 8 ) were prepared in two steps from p-aminophenylhydrazide ( 6 ) and aryl/alkylisothiocyanates. Alkylation of 8 with different alkyl halides yielded exclusively sulphides 9 . Some sulphides 12 and Mannich bases 13 from 5-(p-fluorophenyl)-1, 3, 4-oxadiazol-2-thione ( 11 ) were also prepared to evaluate their pesticidal activities. All the prepared compounds were screened for pesticidal activities but none of them exhibited any significant activity. 相似文献

Cyclization of 1-alkyl-3-[(2Z)-2,4-diaryl-4-oxobut-2-en-1-yl]-1H-benzimidazol-3-ium bromides occurs in the presence of MeONa
at a reduced temperature of 5–10°C via a 1,5-electrocyclization mechanism to give 3a,4-dihydro-3H-pyrrolo[1,2-a]benzimidazoles. These are unstable under the reaction conditions and are readily converted to {1-[2-(alkylamino)phenyl]-4-phenyl-1H-pyrrol-3-yl}(phenyl)methanones. 相似文献

3-[2-[p-(Un)substituted phenyl]imidazo [2,1-b]benzothiazol-3- yl]propionic acid derivatives (2a--e) were prepared via the interaction of the corresponding 2-[p-(un)substituted phenyl]imidazo[2,1-b]benzothiazoles (1a--e) with acrylic acid in the presence of acetic anhydride and acetic acid. Esterification of 2a--e produced methyl esters (3a--e). Upon the interaction of 3a with m-chloroperbenzoic acid, the S-dioxide (4a) was obtained. Compound 5a was prepared from 4a by alkaline hydrolysis. Vilsmeier formylation for 1a--e produced novel [2-[p-(un)substituted phenyl]imidazo[2,1-b]benzothiazol-3- yl]formaldehyde derivatives (6a--e). Derivatives 6a--e reacted with ethyl bromoacetate to give ethyl 3-hydroxy-3-[2-[p-(un)substituted phenyl]imidazo[2,1-b]benzothiazol- 3-yl]propionate esters (7a--e). Compound dl-7a was resolved with l-(+)-tartaric acid. Compounds 2a--e showed weak or no activity in the carrageein-induced paw edema assay. Compound 4a significantly inhibited the leakage of pontamine-sky blue dye into the peritoneal cavity of mice, in the capillary permeability inhibition assay. Compound 5a inhibited the writhing by 62% in the acetic acid-induced writhing assay. 相似文献

Abstract
Reaction of 3,3′-[(4-alkoxyphenyl)imino]bis(propanoic acid hydrazides) with CS2 in alkaline solution and subsequent acidification gave 5,5′-[[(4-alkoxyphenyl)imino]diethane-2,1-diyl]bis(1,3,4-oxadiazole-2(3H)-thiones). The same dihydrazides on reaction with phenyl isocyanates or phenyl isothiocyanates were converted to bis[N′-(phenylaminocarbonyl)propanoic acid hydrazides] and bis[N′-(phenylaminocarbonothioyl)propanoic acid hydrazides], which underwent cyclization in alkaline medium to produce 5,5′-[[(4-alkoxyphenyl)imino]diethane-2,1-diyl]bis(4-phenyl-2,4-dihydro-3H-1,2,4-triazol-3-ones) and their 3-thio analogues, whereas in sulfuric acid or POCl3 5,5′-[[(4-alkoxyphenyl)imino]diethane-2,1-diyl]bis(N-phenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-amines) and 5,5′-[[(4-alkoxyphenyl)imino]diethane-2,1-diyl]bis(N-phenyl-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-amines) were obtained. 相似文献9.

The new dibranched, heterocyclic "push-pull" chromophores bis{1-(pyridin-4-yl)-2-[2-(N-methylpyrrol-5-yl)]ethane}methane (1), 1-(pyrid-4-yl)-2-(N-methyl-5-formylpyrrol-2-yl)ethylene (2), {1-(N-methylpyridinium-4-yl)-2-[2-(N-methylpyrrol-5-yl)]ethane}{(1-(pyridin-4-yl)-2-[2-(N-methylpyrrol-5-yl)]ethane}methane (3), N-methyl-2-[1-(N-methylpyrid-4-yl)ethen-2-yl]-5-[pyrid-4-yl]ethen-2-yl]pyrrole iodide (4), bis{1-(N-methyl-4-pyridinio)-2-[2-(N-methylpyrrol-5-yl)]ethane}methane iodide (5), and N-methyl-2,5-[1-(N-methylpyrid-4-yl)ethen-2-yl]pyrrole iodide (6) have been synthesized and characterized. The neutral (1 and 2) and monomethyl salts (3 and 4) undergo chemisorptive reaction with iodobenzyl-functionalized surfaces to afford chromophore monolayers SA-1/SA-2 and SA-3/SA-4, respectively. Molecular structures and other physicochemical properties have been defined by (1)H NMR, optical spectroscopy, and XRD. Thin-film characterization by a variety of techniques (optical spectroscopy, specular X-ray reflectivity, atomic force microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and angle-dependent polarized second harmonic generation) underscore the importance of the chromophore molecular architecture as well as film growth method on film microstructure and optical/electrooptic response. 相似文献

The oxidation of methyl (4-acetylphenyl)carbamate with selenium dioxide in dioxane–water (30: 1) gave methyl [4-(oxoacetyl)phenyl]carbamate whose condensation with ethyl acetoacetate or diethyl malonate and hydrazine hydrate afforded ethyl 3-methyl-6-[4-(methoxycarbonylamino)phenyl]pyridazine-4-carboxylate and methyl {4-[5-(hydrazinecarbonyl)-6-oxo-1,6-dihydropyridazin-3-yl]phenyl}carbamate, respectively. The reaction of methyl [4-(oxoacetyl)phenyl]carbamate with o-phenylenediamine in dimethylformamide–ethanol on heating led to the formation of methyl [4-(quinoxalin-2-yl)phenyl]carbamate. Methyl {4-(5,7-dioxo- 4,4a,5,6,7,8-hexahydropyrimido[4,5-c]pyridazin-3-yl)phenyl}carbamate and methyl {4-(5-oxo-7-sulfanylidene- 4,4a,5,6,7,8-hexahydropyrimido[4,5-c]pyridazin-3-yl)phenyl}carbamate were synthesized by reactions of methyl [4-(oxoacetyl)phenyl]carbamate with barbituric and thiobarbituric acids, respectively, and hydrazine hydrate in the presence of zirconyl chloride octahydrate at room temperature. 相似文献

Unsubstituted and alkyl- or cyanosubstituted lactones such as dihydro-2(3 H)-furanone, dihydro-5-methyl-2(3 H)-furanone, dihydro-5,5-dimethyl-4-propyl-2(3 H)-furanone and tetrahydro-2,2-dimethyl-5-oxo-3furan-carbonitrile react with the dimer of p-methoxyphenylthionophosphine sulfide, 1, in anhydrous xylene or toluene to give the corresponding thionolactones, 3a-d, in good yields. Dihydro-2(3 H)-thiophenone and 1 produce dihydro-2(3 H)-thiophenthione. Aromatic lactones such as 2 H-1-benzopyran-2-one give the corresponding 2-thione. 1-Oxa-4-thiaspiro[4,5]decan-2-one, when treated with 1 at 120-125°, gave 1,4-dithiaspiro[4,5]decan-2-one and 1,4-dithias-piro[4,5]decan-2-thione. Tetrahydro-5,5-dimethyl-2-oxo-4-propyl-3-furancarboxylic acid ethyl ester reacted with 1 at 110° giving the corresponding 2-thione and 5,5-dimethyl-4-propyl-4,5-dihydrothieno[2,3-c]-1,2-dithiole-3-thione. 相似文献

Synthesis of 2,4-Diamino-thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidines Condensation of 2-aminothiophene-3-carbonitrile ( 4 ) with guanidine or sequential addition of CS2 and NH3 to 4 provides 2,4-diaminothieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine ( 7 ). This compound yields, after sequential addition of sec-BuLi and either [3-(trifluoromethyl)benzene]sulfenyl chloride ( 8 ) or the corresponding disulfide 9 , followed by acidic work up, 2,4-diamino-6-{[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]thio}thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine ( 10 ). In another approach, 2-amino-5-{[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]thio}thiophene-3-carbonitrile ( 11 ) obtained from 4 and 8 is transformed to 10 by condensation with guanidine. Corresponding to the second route, 2,4-diamino-6-[(naphth-2-yl)thio]thieno-[2,3-d]pyrimidine ( 16 ) is synthesized. Oxidation of 10 with m-chloroperbenzoic acid gives 2,4-diamino-6-{[3-(tri-fluoromethyl)phenyl]sulfinyl}thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine ( 13 ). 相似文献

By cycloaddition of arylazides to acetylacetone are obtained derivatives of 1,2,3-triazole. In the reaction of 1-[5-methyl-1-(R-phenyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl] ethanones (IIa–IIe) and 1-[4-(4-R-5-methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)phenyl] ethanones (VIIa-VIIe) with isatin are obtained 2-[1-(R-phenyl)-5-methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl]-4-quinolinecarboxylic acids (IIIa–IIIe) and 2-[4-(4-R-5-methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)phenyl] -4-quinolinecarboxylic acids (IXa, IXb), respectively. We found that 1-[5-methyl-1-(R-phenyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl] ethanones (IIa–IIe) readily transform into [5-methyl-1-(R-phenyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl] acetic acids (IVa–IVc) by the method of Wilgerodt-Kindler. The (5-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)acetic acid reacts with 5-phenyl-4-amino-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-thiol affording 6-[(5-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl) methyl]-3-phenyl[1,2,4] triazolo[3,4-b] [1,3,4] thiadiazole (VI).

Treatment of (Z)-1-(4-(2-bromovinyl)phenyl)-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxylic acid ethyl ester with EtONa in DMF afforded 1-(4-ethynylphenyl)-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxylic

(E)-3-{5-[3-(Trifluoromethyl)phenyl]furan-2-yl}propenoic acid (I) was prepared from 5-[3-(tri-fluoromethyl)phenyl]furan-2-carbaldehyde under the Doebner’s conditions. The obtained acid was
converted to the corresponding azide II, which was cyclized by heating in diphenyl ether to 2-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-4,5-dihydrofuro[3,2-c]pyridin-4-one (III). This compound was aromatized with phosphorus oxychloride to chloroderivative IV which was reduced with H2NNH2-Pd/C to the title compound V. 2-[3-(Trifluoromethyl)phenyl]furo[3,2-c]pyridin-5-oxide (VI) was synthesized by reaction of V with 3-chloroperoxybenzoic acid in dichloromethane. On treatment of VI with benzoyl chloride and potassium cyanide (Reissert-Henze reaction), corresponding 2-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]furo[3,2-c]pyridine-1-carbonitrile (VII) resulted. 5-Amino-2-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]furo[3,2-c]pyridin-5-ium-4-methylbenzene sulfonate (VIII) was prepared by direct N-amination of the title compound V with 1-[(aminooxy)sulfonyl]-4-methylbenzene in dichloromethane. Then, VIII was transformed to a non-isolated zwitterionic N-imid IX which afforded the corresponding furo[3,2-c]pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyridine carboxylic acid esters X, XI by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions with dimethyl but-2-ynedionate (DBD) or ethyl propiolate. The structures of all compounds
were confirmed by their IR and NMR spectra.

methyl 2-(6-(2-oxo-2H-chromen-3-yl)imidazo[2,1-b]thiazol-3-yl)acetate and 3-(2-methylimidazo[2,1-b]thiazol-6-yl)-2H-chromen-2-ones,
respectively.

Reaction of azulene (1) with 1,2-bis[4-(dimethylamino)phenyl]-1,2-ethanediol (2) in a mixed solvent of methanol and acetonitrile in the presence of 36% hydrochloric acid at 60 °C for 3 h gives 2-(azulen-1-yl)-1,1-bis[4-(dimethylamino)phenyl]ethylene (3) (8% yield), 1-(azulen-1-yl)-(E)-1,2-bis[4-(dimethylamino)phenyl]ethylene (4) (28% yield), and 1,3-bis{2,2-bis[4-(dimethylamino)phenyl]ethenyl}azulene (5) (9% yield). Besides the above products, this reaction affords 1,1-di(azulen-1-yl)-2,2-bis[4-(dimethylamino)phenyl]ethane (6) (15% yield), a meso form (1R,2S)-1,2-di(azulen-1-yl)-1,2-bis[4-(dimethylamino)phenyl]ethane (7) (6% yield), and the two enantiomeric forms (1R,2R)- and (1S,2S)-1,2-di(azulen-1-yl)-1,2-bis[4-(dimethylamino)phenyl]ethanes (8) (6% yield). Furthermore, addition reaction of 3 with 1 under the same reaction conditions as the above provides 6, in 46% yield, which upon oxidation with DDQ (=2,3-dichloro-5,6-dicyano-1,4-benzoquinone) in dichloromethane at 25 °C for 24 h yields 1,1-di(azulen-1-yl)-2,2-bis[4-(dimethylamino)phenyl]ethylene (9) in 48% yield. Interestingly, reaction of 1,1-bis[4-(dimethylamino)phenyl]-2-(3-guaiazulenyl)ethylene (11) with 1 in a mixed solvent of methanol and acetonitrile in the presence of 36% hydrochloric acid at 60 °C for 3 h gives guaiazulene (10) and 3, owing to the replacement of a guaiazulen-3-yl group by an azulen-1-yl group, in 91 and 46% yields together with 5 (19% yield) and 6 (13% yield). Similarly, reactions of 2-(3-guaiazulenyl)-1,1-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)ethylene (12) and 1,1-bis{4-[2-(dimethylamino)ethoxy]phenyl}-2-(3-guaiazulenyl)ethylene (13) with 1 under the same reaction conditions as the above provide 10, 2-(azulen-1-yl)-1,1-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)ethylene (16), and 1,3-bis[2,2-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)ethenyl]azulene (17) (93, 34, and 19% yields) from 12 and 10 and 2-(azulen-1-yl)-1,1-bis{4-[2-(dimethylamino)ethoxy]phenyl}ethylene (18) (97 and 58% yields) from 13. 相似文献
