报道了液相萃取法、固相萃取法提取血浆中丁丙诺啡的方法.血浆中添加丁丙诺啡,液相萃取时调pH至7用三氯甲烷提取、固相萃取时调pH至10.8用401有机担体作吸附剂、用三氯甲烷作洗脱剂,GC/NPD法进行检测.液相萃取血浆中丁丙诺啡萃取率可达85.8%以上,固相萃取血浆中丁丙诺啡萃取率可达87.7%以上.该提取方法萃取率高,可用于血浆中丁丙诺啡的提取.  相似文献

建立了尿中MDMA和MDA的、用环己烷提取的、三氟乙酸酐衍生化的、GC/MS/MS检测的分析方法。方法操作简便快速,检测MDMA最灵敏的检出限为4ng/mL,检测MDA最灵敏的检出限为2.0ng/mL。方法的回收率为73%—94%,具有较好的线性关系。  相似文献

建立了人体尿中吗啡和O~6-单乙酰吗啡的衍生化GC/MS/MS定性、定量分析方法。以SKF_(525a)为内标,三氟乙酸酐为衍生化试剂,采用DB5-MS色谱柱对衍生化产物进行分析。尿中吗啡和O~6-单乙酰吗啡的质量浓度在0.05—10μg/mL范围内线性良好,线性相关系数r均为0.9901;方法回收率为65%—86%。检出限均为0.05ng/mL。该法操作简单,灵敏度高,适合作为法医毒物分析的常规方法。  相似文献

建立邻苯二甲醛-2-巯基乙醇柱前衍生化高效液相色谱法测定阿仑膦酸钠及其有关物质4-氨基丁酸含量方法.采用Hypersil BDS C18色谱柱,乙腈-10mmol/L磷酸盐缓冲液(pH6.8 0,含0.05% EDTA-2Na)为流动相梯度洗脱,流速为1mL/min,柱温30℃,紫外检测波长333nm.阿仑膦酸钠在2-40μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,线性方程为:y=30.665x+2.5641(r=0.9995),平均加样回收率为100.5% (RSD=0.41%,n=5);4-氨基丁酸在0.05-2.00μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,线性方程为:y=357.76x+13.874(r=0.9996).方法简单、准确、灵敏,适用于阿仑膦酸钠和特殊杂质4-氨基丁酸的同时测定.  相似文献

建立一种用气相色谱-质谱联用法检测油炸型膨化食品中丙烯酰胺含量的方法,通过水提取油炸型膨化食品中的丙烯酰胺、Carrez试剂除蛋白、正己烷抽提油脂,溴化衍生后生成2,3-二溴丙烯酰(2,3-DBPA),气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)特征离子定性,主要离子碎片(m/Z):152、150、108、106,外标法定量.方法线性良好,线性范围为0.1-2μg/mL,相关系数达0.9986,检出限为0.02μg/mL,回收率为89.0%-93.4%,RSD值为2.42%-4.99%.该方法检出限低,回收率高,结果准确,适用于油炸型膨化食品中丙烯酰胺含量的测定.  相似文献

建立了柱前衍生化反相高效液相色谱测定大鼠血浆中的丙二醛(MDA)的方法.以甲基丙二醛(Me-MDA)为内标,2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)进行衍生化反应.采用ZORBAX SB C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为0.2%冰醋酸溶液-乙腈(V/V)=50∶50,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为310nm.丙二醛在2.5-60μmol/L范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9991,平均加标回收率为97.7%,相对标准偏差RSD为4.47%(n=6).方法准确可靠,专属性好,样品用量少(50μL的血浆),适于大鼠血浆中丙二醛的含量测定.  相似文献

采用正交试验优化GC-MS测定血清胆固醇及其标志物的样品前处理条件,并对最优试验方案进行方法学评价。采用L16(211)正交设计对影响GC-MS测定血清胆固醇及其标志物前处理的3个关键步骤共7个因素——皂化(KOH-乙醇浓度、皂化温度和时间)、萃取(正己烷用量)和衍生化(衍生化温度、时间和用量)进行优化。得到最优前处理条件组合如下:KOH-乙醇溶液浓度为1 mol·L-1;皂化温度70 ℃;皂化时间60 min;萃取剂用量2 mL;衍生化温度70 ℃;衍生化时间60 min;衍生化试剂用量100 μL。所建方法准确性和精密性良好,方法学评价指标优于文献报道。  相似文献

正交试验研究了氯霉素衍生化的最佳条件,该最佳条件为加入50μL BSTFA TMCS(99 1)硅烷化试剂,在60C反应30min.用EI源的GC-MS法,选择离子(SIM)定性和定量,研究了氯霉素残留测定的气质联用法.相关系数大于0.99,线性范围1-200ng/mL,不同水产品试样中加标回收率在70%-90%之间,相对标准偏差小于5%,检出限为0.5μg/kg.  相似文献

以2,3,4,6-乙酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基异硫氰酸酯(GITC)为柱前衍生化试剂,建立了盐酸洛美沙星对映体柱前衍生化RP-HPLC拆分方法。采用了C18(4.6×250mm,5μm,Bnentnach)为色谱柱,在流动相为甲醇∶(3mmol.L-1四丁基溴化铵水溶液∶5mmol.L-1Na2HPO4的水溶液=1∶2)=25∶75,流速为1mL·min-1,检测波长284nm的色谱条件下,盐酸洛美沙星的非对映体在1.0—27.5μg.mL-1的浓度范围内有良好的线性关系,日内、日间精密度都3%,且获得了基线分离。该种方法能用于盐酸洛美沙星的手性拆分,也为盐酸洛美沙星的光学异构体的测定提供了参考。  相似文献

基于茚三酮衍生化薄层色谱法(TLC)与表面增强拉曼光谱法(SERS)联用传感技术建立了一种简便、灵敏度高和选择性高的血清中多巴胺的分离检测方法。多巴胺与茚三酮的橘红色衍生化产物不仅带来可视化效果,而且提供了良好的SERS响应,大大增强了SERS强度。薄层色谱法是一种快速有效的分离方法,表面增强拉曼光谱法具有灵敏度高,能够直接给出分子信息的特点,实现了一种无标记且无损的衍生化TLC-SERS传感检测方法用于检测血清中的多巴胺。  相似文献

Two-dimensional scanning of a 0.6328 mum guided-light beam has been realized using noncolinear acousto-optic (AO) coplanar Bragg diffraction together with colinear AO guided-mode to substrate radiation-mode conversion in a Z-cut Xpropagation LiNbO3 proton-exchanged (PE) waveguide. The two surface acoustic (SAW) waves utilized are at the center frequencies of 500 and 200 MHz, propagating in the Y and X axes, respectively. Two-dimensional scanning of approximately 720 resolvable light beam spots, namely, 18 40 (horizontal vertical) scanning, has been demonstrated using a light beam of 1.0 mm aperture. The total number of resolvable beam spots can be greatly increased from 720 by simply utilizing SAW transducers of larger bandwidth and a light beam of greater aperture. It should also be possible to significantly increase the diffraction efficiency from 3 % by optimizing the parameters of the PE waveguide and the SAWs.  相似文献

A review of schemes for multiple access in fiber optic networks shows that a hybrid of wavelength and code division multiple access (WCDMA) combines the best features of both. In particular, the hybrid scheme retains the large information carrying capacity of wavelength division multiple access (WDMA) and flexibility of code division multiple access (CDMA). In this paper WDMA, optical CDMA (OCDMA), and WCDMA networks are discussed. In OCDMA networks, concept of incoherent and coherent coding including inverse decoding and matched filter is introduced. The delay performance of both WDMA and WCDMA networks, under the simple suboptimum access protocols based on cyclic search, is computed. It has been shown quantitatively that tuning delay significantly affects the delay performance of both WDMA and WCDMA networks. Futhermore, delay performance of WCDMA networks is always better than the WDMA networks for the same tuning delay, load, and number of users.  相似文献

Results of a study of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of cadmium tungstate crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations are presented. Spectral characteristics of the nondnnnoped crystals are briefly described. Absorption and photo and X-ray luminescence spectra of the crystals taken before and after exposure to γ-radiation (5.5·104 Gy) are compared. It is found that the spectral characteristics of the crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations do not change markedly after the exposure. The relation between the type of impurity-induced defects, individual characteristics of the impurity cations, and the character of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of impure crystals is analyzed (preliminarily). A simple technique of pulse compression, based on the linear chirp compensation of self-phase modulation (SPM) spectra in dispersion shifted fibers, is demonstrated. The optimization procedure is carried out, for a short span of a single-mode fiber, using a parabolic law, which describes the behavior of the squared output pulse width versus the pump peak power in the case of Gaussian pulses. The experimental results give a minimum pulse duration of 233 fs, which is in good agreement with the model. Shorter and coherent pulses, down to 90 fs, have been obtained by inserting an interference filter at the optical output.  相似文献

The Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility(SSRF)booster ring,a full energy injector for the storage ring,is deigned to accelerate the electron beam energy from 150MeV to 3.5GeV that demands high extraction efficiency at the extraction energy with low beam loss rate when electrons are ramping.Closed orbit distortion(COD)caused by bending magnet field uniformity errors which affects the machine performance harmfully could be effectively reduced by bending magnet location sorting.Considering the affections of random errors in measurement,both ideal sorting and realistic sorting are studied based on measured bending magnet field uniformity errors and one reasonable combination of bending magnets which can reduce the horizontal COD by a factor of 5is given as the final installation sequence of the booster bending magnets in this paper.  相似文献

We measure the waveform and phase curves of short optical pulses before and after transmission over different lengths of fibers by use of the pulse analyzer with the frequency-resolved optical gating (FROG),and numerically simulate pulse evolution under the experimental conditions.The nonlinear coefficient of the fiber is given by comparing the experimental results with the numerical ones.Difference between the experiment and numerical simulation is analyzed.  相似文献

Resonance scattering of elastic spherical shell and cylindrical shell while the surrounding fluid medium has absorption is studied. The normal mode solution derived using exact elastic theory and the separation of variables is still applicable. However, the scattering form function has to be modified for the absorbing medium, otherwise the unreasonable result would be obtained. The backscattering form function in the absorbing medium is redefined, and the form function of elastic spherical and cylindrical shell with vacuum or solid matter filled is calculated in various absorption conditions. The results show that the absorption of surrounding fluid leads to notable attenuation of the coincidence resonances in the mid-frequency, but it has a little influence on the low-frequency resonance scattering induced by the filler inside the shell.  相似文献

A versatile and low-cost single-beam self-referenced phase-sensitive surface plasmon resonance(SPR)sensing system with ultra-high resolution performance is presented.The system exhibits a root-mean-square phase fluctuation of ±0.0028.over a period of 45 min.i.e.a resolution of±5.2×10-9 refractive index units.The enhanced performance has been achieved through the incorporation of three design elements:a true single-beam configuration enabling complete self-referencing so that only the phase change associated with SPR gets detected,a differential measurement scheme to eliminate spurious signals not related to the sensor response,and the elimination of retardation drifts by incorporating temperature stabilization in the liquid crystal phase modulato .Our design should bring the detection sensitivity of non-labeling SPR biosensing closer to that achievable by conventional fluorescence-based techniques.  相似文献

Ta2O5 films are prepared on BK7 substrates with conventional electron beam evaporation deposition.The effects of SiO2 protective layers and annealing on the laser-induced damage threshold (LIDT) of the films are investigated.The results show that SiO2 protective layers exert little influence on the electric field intensity(EFI)distribution,microstructure and microdefect density but increase the absorption slightly.Annealing iS effective on decreasing the microdefect density and the absorption of the films.Both SiO2 protective layers and annealing are beneficial to the damage resistance of the films and the latter is more effective to improve the LIDT.Moreover,the maximal LIDT of Ta2O5 films is achieved by the combination of SiO2 protective layers and annealing.  相似文献
