We present a new scale \(\mathcal {U}^{t,s}_p\) (\(s<-t<0\) and \(1\le p <\infty \)) of anisotropic Banach spaces, defined via Paley–Littlewood, on which the transfer operator \(\mathcal {L}_g \varphi = (g \cdot \varphi ) \circ T^{-1}\) associated to a hyperbolic dynamical system T has good spectral properties. When \(p=1\) and t is an integer, the spaces are analogous to the “geometric” spaces \(\mathcal {B}^{t,|s+t|}\) considered by Gouëzel and Liverani (Ergod Theory Dyn Syst 26:189–217, 2006). When \(p>1\) and \(-1+1/p<s<-t<0<t<1/p\), the spaces are somewhat analogous to the geometric spaces considered by Demers and Liverani (Trans Am Math Soc 360:4777–4814, 2008). In addition, just like for the “microlocal” spaces defined by Baladi and Tsujii (Ann Inst Fourier 57:127–154, 2007) (or Faure–Roy–Sjöstrand in Open Math J 1:35–81, 2008), the transfer operator acting on \(\mathcal {U}^{t,s}_p\) can be decomposed into \(\mathcal {L}_{g,b}+\mathcal {L}_{g,c}\), where \(\mathcal {L}_{g,b}\) has a controlled norm while a suitable power of \(\mathcal {L}_{g,c}\) is nuclear. This “nuclear power decomposition” enhances the Lasota–Yorke bounds and makes the spaces \(\mathcal {U}^{t,s}_p\) amenable to the kneading approach of Milnor–Thurson (Dynamical Systems (Maryland 1986–1987), Springer, Berlin, 1988) (as revisited by Baladi–Ruelle, Baladi in Dynamical Zeta Functions and Dynamical Determinants for Hyperbolic Maps, Monograph, 2016; Baladi and Ruelle in Ergod Theory Dyn Syst 14:621–632, 1994; Baladi and Ruelle in Invent Math 123:553–574, 1996) to study dynamical determinants and zeta functions.  相似文献

The paper continues the development of the rigorous supersymmetric transfer matrix approach to the random band matrices started in (J Stat Phys 164:1233–1260, 2016; Commun Math Phys 351:1009–1044, 2017). We consider random Hermitian block band matrices consisting of \(W\times W\) random Gaussian blocks (parametrized by \(j,k \in \Lambda =[1,n]^d\cap \mathbb {Z}^d\)) with a fixed entry’s variance \(J_{jk}=\delta _{j,k}W^{-1}+\beta \Delta _{j,k}W^{-2}\), \(\beta >0\) in each block. Taking the limit \(W\rightarrow \infty \) with fixed n and \(\beta \), we derive the sigma-model approximation of the second correlation function similar to Efetov’s one. Then, considering the limit \(\beta , n\rightarrow \infty \), we prove that in the dimension \(d=1\) the behaviour of the sigma-model approximation in the bulk of the spectrum, as \(\beta \gg n\), is determined by the classical Wigner–Dyson statistics.  相似文献

In previous papers, Mitter (J Stat Phys 163:1235–1246, 2016; Erratum: J Stat Phys 166:453–455, 2017; On a finite range decomposition of the resolvent of a fractional power of the Laplacian, http://arxiv.org/abs/1512.02877), we proved the existence as well as regularity of a finite range decomposition for the resolvent \(G_{\alpha } (x-y,m^2) = ((-\Delta )^{\alpha \over 2} + m^{2})^{-1} (x-y) \), for \(0<\alpha <2\) and all real m, in the lattice \({{\mathbb Z}}^{d}\) for dimension \(d\ge 2\). In this paper, which is a continuation of the previous one, we extend those results by proving the existence as well as regularity of a finite range decomposition for the same resolvent but now on the lattice torus \({{\mathbb Z}}^{d}/L^{N+1}{{\mathbb Z}}^{d} \) for \(d\ge 2\) provided \(m\ne 0\) and \(0<\alpha <2\). We also prove differentiability and uniform continuity properties with respect to the resolvent parameter \(m^{2}\). Here L is any odd positive integer and \(N\ge 2\) is any positive integer.  相似文献

The CUPID-0 experiment searches for double beta decay using cryogenic calorimeters with double (heat and light) read-out. The detector, consisting of 24 ZnSe crystals 95\(\%\) enriched in \(^{82}\)Se and two natural ZnSe crystals, started data-taking in 2017 at Laboratori Nazionali del Gran Sasso. We present the search for the neutrino-less double beta decay of \(^{82}\)Se into the 0\(_1^+\), 2\(_1^+\) and 2\(_2^+\) excited states of \(^{82}\)Kr with an exposure of 5.74 kg\(\cdot \)yr (2.24\(\times \)10\(^{25}\) emitters\(\cdot \)yr). We found no evidence of the decays and set the most stringent limits on the widths of these processes: \(\varGamma \)(\(^{82}\)Se \(\rightarrow ^{82}\)Kr\(_{0_1^+}\))8.55\(\times \)10\(^{-24}\) yr\(^{-1}\), \(\varGamma \) (\(^{82}\) Se \(\rightarrow ^{82}\) Kr \(_{2_1^+}\))\(\,{<}\,6.25 \,{\times }\,10^{-24}\) yr\(^{-1}\), \(\varGamma \)(\(^{82}\)Se \(\rightarrow ^{82}\)Kr\(_{2_2^+}\))8.25\(\times \)10\(^{-24}\) yr\(^{-1}\) (90\(\%\) credible interval).  相似文献

We use the Fourier based Gabetta–Toscani–Wennberg metric \(d_2\) to study the rate of convergence to equilibrium for the Kac model in 1 dimension. We take the initial velocity distribution of the particles to be a Borel probability measure \(\mu \) on \(\mathbb {R}^n\) that is symmetric in all its variables, has mean \(\vec {0}\) and finite second moment. Let \(\mu _t(dv)\) denote the Kac-evolved distribution at time t, and let \(R_\mu \) be the angular average of \(\mu \). We give an upper bound to \(d_2(\mu _t, R_\mu )\) of the form \(\min \left\{ B e^{-\frac{4 \lambda _1}{n+3}t}, d_2(\mu ,R_\mu )\right\} ,\) where \(\lambda _1 = \frac{n+2}{2(n-1)}\) is the gap of the Kac model in \(L^2\) and B depends only on the second moment of \(\mu \). We also construct a family of Schwartz probability densities \(\{f_0^{(n)}: \mathbb {R}^n\rightarrow \mathbb {R}\}\) with finite second moments that shows practically no decrease in \(d_2(f_0(t), R_{f_0})\) for time at least \(\frac{1}{2\lambda }\) with \(\lambda \) the rate of the Kac operator. We also present a propagation of chaos result for the partially thermostated Kac model in Tossounian and Vaidyanathan (J Math Phys 56(8):083301, 2015).  相似文献

We obtain local well-posedness for the one-dimensional Schrödinger–Debye interactions in nonlinear optics in the spaces \(L^2\times L^p,\; 1\le p < \infty \). When \(p=1\) we show that the local solutions extend globally. In the focusing regime, we consider a family of solutions \(\{(u_{\tau }, v_{\tau })\}_{\tau >0}\) in \( H^1\times H^1\) associated to an initial data family \(\{(u_{\tau _0},v_{\tau _0})\}_{\tau >0}\) uniformly bounded in \(H^1\times L^2\), where \(\tau \) is a small response time parameter. We prove that \(\left( u_{\tau }, v_{\tau }\right) \) converges to \(\left( u, -|u|^2\right) \) in the space \(L^{\infty }_{[0, T]}L^2_x\times L^1_{[0, T]}L^2_x\) whenever \(u_{\tau _0}\) converges to \(u_0\) in \(H^1\) as long as \(\tau \) tends to 0, where u is the solution of the one-dimensional cubic nonlinear Schrödinger equation with the initial data \(u_0\). The convergence of \(v_{\tau }\) for \(-|u|^2\) in the space \(L^{\infty }_{[0, T]}L^2_x\) is shown under compatibility conditions of the initial data. For non-compatible data, we prove convergence except for a corrector term which looks like an initial layer phenomenon.  相似文献

This note is a sequel to Rivasseau and Wang (J. Math. Phys. 51, 092304, 2010). We correct the intermediate field representation for the stable \(\phi ^{2k}\) field theory in zero dimension introduced there and extend it to the case of complex conjugate fields. For \(k = 3\) in the complex case we also provide an improved representation which relies on ordinary convergent Gaussian integrals rather than oscillatory integrals.  相似文献

We present a microscopic derivation of the two-dimensional focusing cubic nonlinear Schrödinger equation starting from an interacting N-particle system of Bosons. The interaction potential we consider is given by \(W_\beta (x)=N^{-1+2 \beta }W(N^\beta x)\) for some spherically symmetric and compactly supported potential \(W \in L^\infty ({\mathbb {R}}^2, {\mathbb {R}})\). The class of initial wave functions is chosen such that the variance in energy is small. Furthermore, we assume that the Hamiltonian \( H_{W_\beta , t}=-\sum _{j=1}^N \Delta _j+\sum _{1\le j< k\le N} W_\beta (x_j-x_k) +\sum _{j=1}^N A_t(x_j)\) fulfills stability of second kind, that is \( H_{W_\beta , t} \ge -\,CN\). We then prove the convergence of the reduced density matrix corresponding to the exact time evolution to the projector onto the solution of the corresponding nonlinear Schrödinger equation in either Sobolev trace norm, if \(\Vert A_t\Vert _p < \infty \) for some \(p>2\), or in trace norm, for more general external potentials. For trapping potentials of the form \(A(x)=C |x|^s\; , C>0\), the condition \( H_{W_\beta , t} \ge -\,CN\) can be fulfilled for a certain class of interactions \(W_\beta \), for all \(0< \beta < \frac{s+1}{s+2}\), see Lewin et al. (Proc Am Math Soc 145:2441–2454, 2017).  相似文献

Using scalar–vector–tensor Brans Dicke (VBD) gravity (Ghaffarnejad in Gen Relativ Gravit 40:2229, 2008; Gen Relativ Gravit 41:2941, 2009) in presence of self interaction BD potential \(V(\phi )\) and perfect fluid matter field action we solve corresponding field equations via dynamical system approach for flat Friedmann Robertson Walker metric (FRW). We obtained three type critical points for \(\Lambda CDM\) vacuum de Sitter era where stability of our solutions are depended to choose particular values of BD parameter \(\omega \). One of these fixed points is supported by a constant potential which is stable for \(\omega <0\) and behaves as saddle (quasi stable) for \(\omega \ge 0\). Two other ones are supported by a linear potential \(V(\phi )\sim \phi \) which one of them is stable for \(\omega =0.27647\). For a fixed value of \(\omega \) there is at least 2 out of 3 critical points reaching to a unique critical point. Namely for \(\omega =-0.16856(-0.56038)\) the second (third) critical point become unique with the first critical point. In dust and radiation eras we obtained one critical point which never become unique fixed point. In the latter case coordinates of fixed points are also depended to \(\omega \). To determine stability of our solutions we calculate eigenvalues of Jacobi matrix of 4D phase space dynamical field equations for de Sitter, dust and radiation eras. We should point also potentials which support dust and radiation eras must be similar to \(V(\phi )\sim \phi ^{-\frac{1}{2}}\) and \(V(\phi )\sim \phi ^{-1}\) respectively. In short our study predicts that radiation and dust eras of our VBD–FRW cosmology transmit to stable de Sitter state via non-constant potential (effective variable cosmological parameter) by choosing \(\omega =0.27647\).  相似文献

In this work, we study systematically the mass splittings of the \(qq\bar{Q}\bar{Q}\) (\(q=u\), d, s and \(Q=c\), b) tetraquark states with the color-magnetic interaction by considering color mixing effects and estimate roughly their masses. We find that the color mixing effect is relatively important for the \(J^P=0^+\) states and possible stable tetraquarks exist in the \(nn\bar{Q}\bar{Q}\) (\(n=u\), d) and \(ns\bar{Q}\bar{Q}\) systems either with \(J=0\) or with \(J=1\). Possible decay patterns of the tetraquarks are briefly discussed.  相似文献

The recent study of the strong gravitational lens ESO 325-G004 (Collett et al., Science, 360:1342, 2018) leads to a new possibility for testing General Relativity and its extensions. Such gravity lens observational studies can be instrumental for establishing a limitation on the precision of testing General Relativity in the weak-field regime and on the two gravity constants (the Newtonian and cosmological ones) as described in Gurzadyan and Stepanian (Eur Phys J C 78:632 2018). Namely, we predict a critical value for the involved weak-field parameter \(\gamma _{cr}=0.998\) (for \(M=1.5\,\,10^{11}\, M_{\odot }\) lens mass and \(r=2\, kpc\) light impact distance), which remarkably does not depend on any hypothetical variable but is determined only by well measured quantities. If the critical parameter \(\gamma _{cr}\) will be established at future observations, this will mark the first discrepancy with General Relativity of the conventional weak-field Newtonian limit, directly linked to the nature of the dark sector of the Universe.  相似文献

In the aligned two-Higgs-doublet model, we perform a complete one-loop computation of the short-distance Wilson coefficients \(C_{7,9,10}^{(\prime )}\), which are the most relevant ones for \(b\rightarrow s\ell ^+\ell ^-\) transitions. It is found that, when the model parameter \(\left| \varsigma _{u}\right| \) is much smaller than \(\left| \varsigma _{d}\right| \), the charged scalar contributes mainly to chirality-flipped \(C_{9,10}^\prime \), with the corresponding effects being proportional to \(\left| \varsigma _{d}\right| ^2\). Numerically, the charged-scalar effects fit into two categories: (A) \(C_{7,9,10}^\mathrm {H^\pm }\) are sizable, but \(C_{9,10}^{\prime \mathrm {H^\pm }}\simeq 0\), corresponding to the (large \(\left| \varsigma _{u}\right| \), small \(\left| \varsigma _{d}\right| \)) region; (B) \(C_7^\mathrm {H^\pm }\) and \(C_{9,10}^{\prime \mathrm {H^\pm }}\) are sizable, but \(C_{9,10}^\mathrm {H^\pm }\simeq 0\), corresponding to the (small \(\left| \varsigma _{u}\right| \), large \(\left| \varsigma _{d}\right| \)) region. Taking into account phenomenological constraints from the inclusive radiative decay \(B\rightarrow X_{s}{\gamma }\), as well as the latest model-independent global analysis of \(b\rightarrow s\ell ^+\ell ^-\) data, we obtain the much restricted parameter space of the model. We then study the impact of the allowed model parameters on the angular observables \(P_2\) and \(P_5'\) of \(B^0\rightarrow K^{*0}\mu ^+\mu ^-\) decay, and we find that \(P_5'\) could be increased significantly to be consistent with the experimental data in case B.  相似文献

We investigate the decays of \(\bar{B}^0_s\), \(\bar{B}^0\) and \(B^-\) into \(\eta _c\) plus a scalar or vector meson in a theoretical framework by taking into account the dominant process for the weak decay of \(\bar{B}\) meson into \(\eta _c\) and a \(q\bar{q}\) pair. After hadronization of this \(q\bar{q}\) component into pairs of pseudoscalar mesons we obtain certain weights for the pseudoscalar meson-pseudoscalar meson components. In addition, the \(\bar{B}^0\) and \(\bar{B}^0_s\) decays into \(\eta _c\) and \(\rho ^0\), \(K^*\) are evaluated and compared to the \(\eta _c\) and \(\phi \) production. The calculation is based on the postulation that the scalar mesons \(f_0(500)\), \(f_0(980)\) and \(a_0(980)\) are dynamically generated states from the pseudoscalar meson-pseudoscalar meson interactions in S-wave. Up to a global normalization factor, the \(\pi \pi \), \(K \bar{K}\) and \(\pi \eta \) invariant mass distributions for the decays of \(\bar{B}^0_s \rightarrow \eta _c \pi ^+ \pi ^-\), \(\bar{B}^0_s \rightarrow \eta _c K^+ K^-\), \(\bar{B}^0 \rightarrow \eta _c \pi ^+ \pi ^-\), \(\bar{B}^0 \rightarrow \eta _c K^+ K^-\), \(\bar{B}^0 \rightarrow \eta _c \pi ^0 \eta \), \(B^- \rightarrow \eta _c K^0 K^-\) and \(B^- \rightarrow \eta _c \pi ^- \eta \) are predicted. Comparison is made with the limited experimental information available and other theoretical calcualtions. Further comparison of these results with coming LHCb measurements will be very valuable to make progress in our understanding of the nature of the low lying scalar mesons, \(f_0(500), f_0(980)\) and \(a_0(980)\).  相似文献

The Shale–Stinespring Theorem (J Math Mech 14:315–322, 1965) together with Ruijsenaar’s criterion (J Math Phys 18(4):720–737, 1977) provide a necessary and sufficient condition for the implementability of the evolution of external field quantum electrodynamics between constant-time hyperplanes on standard Fock space. The assertion states that an implementation is possible if and only if the spatial components of the external electromagnetic four-vector potential \({A_\mu}\) are zero. We generalize this result to smooth, space-like Cauchy surfaces and, for general \({A_\mu}\), show how the second-quantized Dirac evolution can always be implemented as a map between varying Fock spaces. Furthermore, we give equivalence classes of polarizations, including an explicit representative, that give rise to those admissible Fock spaces. We prove that the polarization classes only depend on the tangential components of \({A_\mu}\) w.r.t. the particular Cauchy surface, and show that they behave naturally under Lorentz and gauge transformations.  相似文献

We prove the global well-posedness of the time-dependent Hartree–Fock–Bogoliubov (TDHFB) equations in \(\mathbb {R}^{1+1}\) with two-body interaction potential of the form \(N^{-1}v_N(x) = N^{\beta -1} v(N^\beta x)\) where \(v\ge 0\) is a sufficiently regular radial function, i.e., \(v \in L^1(\mathbb {R})\cap C^\infty (\mathbb {R})\). In particular, using methods of dispersive PDEs similar to the ones used in Grillakis and Machedon (Commun Partial Differ Equ 42:24–67, 2017), we are able to show for any scaling parameter \(\beta >0\) the TDHFB equations are globally well-posed in some Strichartz-type spaces independent of N, cf. (Bach et al. in The time-dependent Hartree–Fock–Bogoliubov equations for Bosons, 2016. arXiv:1602.05171).  相似文献

In the present work, we give the coercivity estimates for the Boltzmann collision operator Q(·, ·) without angular cut-off to clarify in which case the functional \({\langle -Q(g, f), f\rangle}\) will become the truly sub-elliptic. Based on this observation and commutator estimates in Alexandre et al. (Arch Rat Mech Anal 198:39–123, 2010), the upper bound estimates for the collision operator in Chen and He (Arch Rat Mech Anal 201(2):501–548, 2011) and the stability results in Desvillettes and Mouhot (Arch Rat Mech Anal 193(2):227–253, 2009), in the function space \({L^1_q\cap H^N}\) , we establish global well-posedness or local well-posedness for the spatially homogeneous Boltzmann equation with full-range interaction(covering most of physical collision kernels).  相似文献

We consider the scattering of kinks of the sinh-deformed \(\varphi ^4\) model, which is obtained from the well-known \(\varphi ^4\) model by means of the deformation procedure. Depending on the initial velocity \(v_\mathrm {in}\) of the colliding kinks, different collision scenarios are realized. There is a critical value \(v_\mathrm {cr}\) of the initial velocity, which separates the regime of reflection (at \(v_\mathrm {in}>v_\mathrm {cr}\)) and that of a complicated interaction (at \(v_\mathrm {in}<v_\mathrm {cr}\)) with kinks’ capture and escape windows. Besides that, at \(v_\mathrm {in}\) below \(v_\mathrm {cr}\) we observe the formation of a bound state of two oscillons, as well as their escape at some values of \(v_\mathrm {in}\).  相似文献

In a coalescence plus fragmentation approach we calculate the heavy baryon/meson ratio and the \(p_T\) spectra of charmed hadrons \(D^{0}\), \(D_{s}\) and \(\varLambda _{c}^{+}\) in a wide range of transverse momentum from low \(p_T\) up to about 10 GeV and discuss their ratios from RHIC to LHC energies without any change of the coalescence parameters. We have included the contribution from decays of heavy hadron resonances and also the one due to fragmentation of heavy quarks which do not undergo the coalescence process. The coalescence process is tuned to have all charm quarks hadronizing in the \(p_T\rightarrow 0\) limit and at finite \(p_T\) charm quarks not undergoing coalescence are hadronized by independent fragmentation. The \(p_T\) dependence of the baryon/meson ratios are found to be sensitive to the masses of coalescing quarks, in particular the \(\varLambda _{c}/D^{0}\) can reach values of about \(\mathrm 1\div 1.5 \) at \(p_T \approx \, 3\) GeV, or larger, similarly to the light baryon/meson ratio like \(p/\pi \) and \(\varLambda /K\), however a marked difference is a quite weak \(p_T\) dependence with respect to the light case, such that a larger value at intermediate \(p_T\) implies a relatively large value also for the integrated yields. A comparison with other coalescence model and with the prediction of thermal model is discussed.  相似文献

Consider nearest-neighbor oriented percolation in \(d+1\) space–time dimensions. Let \(\rho ,\eta ,\nu \) be the critical exponents for the survival probability up to time t, the expected number of vertices at time t connected from the space–time origin, and the gyration radius of those vertices, respectively. We prove that the hyperscaling inequality \(d\nu \ge \eta +2\rho \), which holds for all \(d\ge 1\) and is a strict inequality above the upper-critical dimension 4, becomes an equality for \(d=1\), i.e., \(\nu =\eta +2\rho \), provided existence of at least two among \(\rho ,\eta ,\nu \). The key to the proof is the recent result on the critical box-crossing property by Duminil-Copin et al. [6].  相似文献
