Dinuclear Palladium(II), Platinum(II), and Iridium(III) Complexes of Bis[imidazol‐4‐yl]alkanes The reaction of bis(1,1′‐triphenylmethyl‐imidazol‐4‐yl) alkanes ((CH2)n bridged imidazoles L(CH2)nL, n = 3–6) with chloro bridged complexes [R3P(Cl)M(μ‐Cl)M(Cl)PR3] (M = Pd, Pt; R = Et, Pr, Bu) affords the dinuclear compounds [Cl2(R3P)M–L(CH2)nL–M(PR3)Cl2] 1 – 17 . The structures of [Cl2(Et3P)Pd–L(CH2)3L–Pd(PEt3)Cl2] ( 1 ), [Cl2(Bu3P)Pd–L(CH2)4L–Pd(PBu3)Cl2] ( 10 ), [Cl2(Et3P)Pd–L(CH2)5L–Pd(PEt3)Cl2] ( 3 ), [Cl2(Et3P)Pt–L(CH2)3L–Pt(PEt3)Cl2] ( 13 ) with trans Cl–M–Cl groups were determined by X‐ray diffraction. Similarly the complexes [Cl2(Cp*)Ir–L(CH2)nL–Ir(Cp*)Cl2] (n = 4–6) are obtained from [Cp*(Cl)Ir(μ‐Cl)2Ir(Cl)Cp*] and the methylene bridged bis(imidazoles).  相似文献

(PPh4)2[Cl2Re(N3S2)(μ‐NSN)(μ‐N≡ReCl3)]2 – a Rhenium(VII) Complex with a Nitrido, a Dinitridosulfato(II), and a Rhena‐3,5‐dithia‐2,4,6‐triazino Function The title compound has been prepared from PPh4[ReVIICl4(NSCl)2] with N(SiMe3)3 in dichloromethane solution to give red‐brown single crystals, which were suitable for a crystal structure determination. As a by‐product PPh4[ReNCl4] is formed. (PPh4)2[Cl2ReVII(N3S2)(μ‐NSN)(μ‐N≡ReVIICl3)]2 ( 1 ): Space group P21/c, Z = 2, lattice dimensions at –80 °C: a = 1280.8(2), b = 1017.5(1), c = 2467.8(3) pm, β = 95.04(1)°, R = 0.049. The complex anion of 1 consists of a planar ReN3S2‐heterocycle which is connected with the second rhenium atom by a μ‐nitrido bridge as well as by a μ‐dinitridosulfato(II) ligand to form a planar Re2(N)(NSN) six‐membered heterocycle. This [Cl2Re(N3S2)(μ‐NSN)(μ‐N≡ReCl3)] unit dimerizes via one of the N‐atoms of the (NSN)4– ligand to give a centrosymmetric Re2N2 four‐membered ring.  相似文献

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of the Complexes [(n‐Bu)4N]2[{(THF)Cl4Re≡N}2PdCl2], [Ph4P]2[(THF)Cl4Re≡N‐PdCl(μ‐Cl)]2 and [(n‐Bu)4N]2[Pd3Cl8] The threenuclear complex [(n‐Bu)4N]2[{(THF)Cl4Re≡N}2 PdCl2] ( 1 ) is obtained in THF by the reaction of PdCl2(NCC6H5)2 with [(n‐Bu)4N][ReNCl4] in the molar ration 1:2. It forms orange crystals with the composition 1· THF crystallizing in the monoclinic space group C2/c with a = 2973.3(2); b = 1486.63(7); c = 1662.67(8)pm; β = 120.036(5)° and Z = 4. If the reaction is carried out with PdCl2 instead of PdCl2(NCC6H5)2, orange crystals of hitherto unknown [(n‐Bu)4N]2[Pd3Cl8] ( 3 ) are obtained besides some crystals of 1· THF. 3 crystallizes with the space group P1¯ and a = 1141.50(8), b = 1401.2(1), c = 1665.9(1)pm, α = 67.529(8)°, β = 81.960(9)°, γ = 66.813(8)° and Z = 2. In the centrosymmetric complex anion [{(THF)Cl4Re≡N}2PdCl2]2— a linear PdCl2 moiety is connected in trans arrangement with two complex fragments [(THF)Cl4Re≡N] via asymmetric nitrido bridges Re≡N‐Pd. For Pd(II) thereby results a square‐planar coordination PdCl2N2. The linear nitrido bridges are characterized by distances Re‐N = 163.8(7)pm and Pd‐N = 194.1(7)pm. The crystal structure of 3 contains two symmetry independent, planar complexes [Pd3Cl8]2— with the symmetry 1¯, in which the Pd atoms are connected by slightly asymmetric chloro bridges. By the reaction of equimolar amounts of [Ph4P][ReNCl4] and PdCl2(NCC6H5)2 in THF brown crystals of the heterometallic complex, [Ph4P]2[(THF)Cl4Re≡N‐PdCl(μ‐Cl)]2 ( 2 ) result. 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 979.55(9); b = 2221.5(1); c = 1523.1(2)pm; β = 100.33(1)° and Z = 2. Compounds of type [MX2(Hpben)] [M = Pd (X = Cl), Pt (X = Cl, I); Hpben = 2‐(2′‐pyridyl)benzimidazole] were prepared and characterized, and the structures of the Pt derivatives were determined by X‐ray crystallography. The crystals of [PtI2(Hpben)] consist of discrete units in which the Pt atom is coordinated to two iodine atoms and to pyridine and imidazole N atoms in a distorted square planar arrangement. The structure of the chloro derivative is similar, except that the [PtCl2(Hpben)] monomers are hydrogen‐bonded in zig‐zag chains. In assays of the interactions of the Pd and Pt chloro compounds with DNA, and of their in vitro cytotoxic activity against human cervical carcinoma cells (HeLa‐229), human ovarian carcinoma cells (A2780) and a cisplatin‐resistant mutant A2780 line (A2780cis), the only activity observed was modest cytotoxicity of the Pd derivative for A2780.  相似文献

Ligand Behaviour of P‐functional Organotin Halides: Nickel(II), Palladium(II), and Platinum(II) Complexes with Me2(Cl)SnCH2CH2PPh2 Me2(Cl)SnCH2CH2PPh2 ( 1 ) reacts with NiII, PdII, and PtII halides in molar ratio 2 : 1 forming the complexes [MX2{PPh2CH2CH2Sn(Cl)Me2}2] (M = Ni, Pd, Pt; X = Cl, Br) ( 3 – 6 , 9 , 10 ) ( 7 , 8 : M = Ni; Br instead of Cl). The nickel complexes were isolated and characterized both as the planar ( 3 , 5 , 7 ) and the tetrahedral ( 4 , 6 , 8 ) isomer. Crystal structure analyses and NMR data indicate for the planar nickel complexes 3 , 5 , 7 and [MCl2{PPh2CH2CH2Sn(Cl)Me2}2] ( 9 : M = Pd; 10 : M = Pt) the existence of intra and intermolecular M–Hal…Sn bridges. In a ligand : metal molar ratio of 3 : 1 the complexes [MéCl{PPh2CH2CH2SnCl2Me2}{PPh2CH2CH2Sn(Cl)Me2}2] ( 11 : M = Pd; 12 : M = Pt) are formed which represent intramolecular ion pairs. By dehalogenation of [PdCl2{PPh2CH2CH2Sn(Cl)Me2}2] ( 9 ) with sodium amalgam and graphite potassium (C8K), respectively, the palladacycles cis‐[Pd{PPh2CH2CH2SnMe2}2] ( 13 ) and trans‐[Pd(Cl)PPh2CH2CH2SnMe2{PPh2CH2CH2Sn(Cl)Me2}] ( 14 ) are formed. From the compounds 1 , 3 , 9 , 11 , and 12 the crystal structures are determined. All compounds are characterized by 1H, 31P, and 119Sn NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

The sulfurization of DmpGeH3 (Dmp=2,6‐dimesitylphenyl) afforded the trinuclear germanium sulfide [DmpGe(μ‐S)]2(μ‐S)2Ge(SH)‐Dmp and a series of polythiadigermabicyclo[x.1.1]alkanes (x=3, 4, 5). The reduction of the S? S bonds of these germabicycloalkanes by NaBH4 at 0 °C afforded the dinuclear mercaptogermane syn‐[DmpGe(SH)(μ‐S)2Ge(SH)‐Dmp] ( 5 ) in good yield. The reaction of [Pd(dppe)Cl2] (dppe=1,2‐bis(diphenylphosphanyl)ethane) and the dilithium salt of 5 prepared in situ by the addition of nBuLi (2 equiv) gave the Ge2PdS4 cluster [DmpGe(μ‐S)]2[(μ‐S)2Pd(dppe)], in which the dithiadigermetanedithiolate is bound to the Pd atom at the two thiolato sulfur atoms. The same reaction with [Pd(PPh3)2Cl2] gave another Ge2PdS4 cluster, [DmpGe(μ‐S)]2[(μ‐S)2Pd(PPh3)], but with the dithiadigermetanedithiolate and the Pd center conjoined through a μ‐S atom between the two germanium atoms in addition to the two thiolato sulfur atoms to form a highly distorted cluster core. The formation of two different types of Ge2PdS4 clusters represents the usefulness of 5 in the synthesis of various polynuclear complexes composed of germanium and transition metals.  相似文献

Several palladium(II) and platinum(II) complexes of tripropylarsanes (AsR3; R = Pr, iPr) with the formulae, [MCl2(AsR3)2], [M2Cl2(μ‐Cl)2(AsR3)2], [Pd2Me2(μ‐Cl)2(AsR3)2], [Pd2X2(μ‐Pz)2(AsR3)2] (X = Cl or Me, Pz = pyrazolate), [Pd2Cl2(μ‐Y)2(AsR3)2] (Y = OAc or SPh), [MCl(S2CNEt2)(AsR3)] and [PdCp(Cl)(AsiPr3)] (M = Pd or Pt) have been prepared. All the complexes have been characterised by elemental analyses, IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The stereochemistry of the complexes has been deduced from the spectroscopic data. The structures of [Pd2Me2(μ‐X)2(AsiPr3)2] (X = Cl or Pz) have been established by single crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses. Both of the complexes have sym‐trans configuration. Strong trans influence of the methyl group is reflected on the Pd—X bond distances.  相似文献

The phenylimidorhenium(V) complexes [Re(NPh)X3(PPh3)2] (X = Cl, Br) react with the N‐heterocyclic carbene (NHC) 1,3‐diethyl‐4,5‐dimethylimidazole‐2‐ylidene (LEt) under formation of the stable rhenium(V) complex cations [Re(NPh)X(LEt)4]2+ (X = Cl, Br), which can be isolated as their chloride or [PF6]? salts. The compounds are remarkably stable against air, moisture and ligand exchange. The hydroxo species [Re(NPh)(OH)(LEt)4]2+ is formed when moist solvents are used during the synthesis. The rhenium atoms in all three complexes are coordinated in a distorted octahedral fashion with the four NHC ligands in equatorial planes of the molecules. The Re–C(carbene) bond lengths between 2.171(8) and 2.221(3) Å indicate mainly σ‐bonding between the NHC ligand and the electron deficient d2 metal atoms. Attempts to prepare analogous phenylimido complexes from [Re(NPh)Cl3(PPh3)2] and 1,3‐diisopropyl‐4,5‐dimethylimidazole‐2‐ylidene (Li?Pr) led to a cleavage of the rhenium‐nitrogen multiple bond and the formation of the dioxo complex [ReO2(Li?Pr)4]+.  相似文献

The platina‐β‐diketone [Pt2{(COMe)2H}2(µ‐Cl)2] ( 1 ) was found to react with monodentate phosphines to yield acetyl(chloro)platinum(II) complexes trans‐[Pt(COMe)Cl(PR3)2] (PR3 = PPh3, 2a ; P(4‐FC6H4)3, 2b ; PMePh2, 2c ; PMe2Ph, 2d ; P(n‐Bu)3, 2e ; P(o‐tol)3, 2f ; P(m‐tol)3, 2g ; P(p‐tol)3, 2h ). In the reaction with P(o‐tol)3 the methyl(carbonyl)platinum(II) complex [Pt(Me)Cl(CO){P(o‐tol)3}] ( 3a ) was found to be an intermediate. On the other hand, treating 1 with P(C6F5)3 led to the formation of [Pt(Me)Cl(CO){P(C6F5)3}] ( 3b ), even in excess of the phosphine. Phosphine ligands with a lower donor capability in complexes 2 and the arsine ligand in trans‐[Pt(COMe)Cl(AsPh3)2] ( 2i ) proved to be subject to substitution by stronger donating phosphine ligands, thus forming complexes trans‐[Pt(COMe)Cl(L)L′] (L/L′ = AsPh3/PPh3, 4a ; PPh3/P(n‐Bu)3, 4b ) and cis‐[Pt(COMe)Cl(dppe)] ( 4c ). Furthermore, in boiling benzene, complexes 2a – 2c and 2i underwent decarbonylation yielding quantitatively methyl(chloro)platinum(II) complexes trans‐[Pt(Me)Cl(L)2] (L = PPh3, 5a ; P(4‐FC6H4)3, 5b ; PMePh2, 5c ; AsPh3, 5d ). The identities of all complexes were confirmed by 1H, 13C and 31P NMR spectroscopy. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses of 2a ·2CHCl3, 2f and 5b showed that the platinum atom is square‐planar coordinated by two phosphine ligands (PPh3, 2a ; P(o‐tol)3, 2f ; P(4F‐C6H4)3, 5b ) in mutual trans position as well as by an acetyl ligand ( 2a, 2f ) and a methyl ligand ( 5b ), respectively, trans to a chloro ligand. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis of 3b exhibited a square‐planar platinum complex with the two π‐acceptor ligands CO and P(C6F5)3 in mutual cis position (configuration index: SP‐4‐3). On the Reactivity of Alkylthio Bridged 44 CVE Triangular Platinum Clusters: Reactions with Bidentate Phosphine Ligands The 44 cve (cluster valence electrons) triangular platinum clusters [{Pt(PR3)}3(μ‐SMe)3]Cl (PR3 = PPh3, 2a ; P(4‐FC6H4)3, 2b ; P(n‐Bu)3, 2c ) were found to react with PPh2CH2PPh2 (dppm) in a degradation reaction yielding dinuclear platinum(I) complexes [{Pt(PR3)}2(μ‐SMe)(μ‐dppm)]Cl (PR3 = PPh3, 3a ; P(4‐FC6H4)3, 3b ; P(n‐Bu)3; 3e ) and the platinum(II) complex [Pt(SMe)2(dppm)] ( 4 ), whereas the addition of PPh2CH2CH2PPh2 (dppe) to cluster 2a afforded a mixture of degradation products, among others the complexes [Pt(dppe)2] and [Pt(dppe)2]Cl2. On the other hand, the treatment of cluster 2a with PPh2CH2CH2CH2PPh2 (dppp) ended up in the formation of the cationic complex [{Pt(dppp)}2(μ‐SMe)2]Cl2 ( 5 ). Furthermore, the terminal PPh3 ligands in complex 3a proved to be subject to substitution by the stronger donating monodentate phosphine ligands PMePh2 and PMe2Ph yielding the analogous complexes [{Pt(PR3)}2(μ‐SMe)(μ‐dppm)]Cl (PR3 = PMePh2, 3c ; PMe2Ph, 3d ). NMR investigations on complexes 3 showed an inverse correlation of Tolmans electronic parameter ν with the coupling constants 1J(Pt,P) and 1J(Pt,Pt). All compounds were fully characterized by means of NMR and IR spectroscopy. X‐ray diffraction analyses were performed for the complexes [{Pt{P(4‐FC6H4)3}}2(μ‐SMe)(μ‐dppm)]Cl ( 3b ), [Pt(SMe)2(dppm)] ( 4 ), and [{Pt(dppp)}2(μ‐SMe)2]Cl2 ( 5 ).  相似文献

Reactions of pyrimidine‐2‐thione (HpymS) with PdII/PtIV salts in the presence of triphenyl phosphine and bis(diphenylphosphino)alkanes, Ph2P‐(CH2)m‐PPh2 (m = 1, 2) have yielded two types of complexes, viz. a) [M(η2‐N, S‐ pymS)(η1‐S‐ pymS)(PPh3)] (M = Pd, 1 ; Pt, 2 ), and (b) [M(η1‐S‐pymS)2(L‐L)] {L‐L, M = dppm (m = 1) Pd, 3 ; Pt, 4 ; dppe (m = 2), Pd, 5 ; Pt, 6 }. Complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis (C, H, N), NMR spectroscopy (1H, 13C, 31P), and single crystal X‐ray crystallography ( 1 , 2 , 4 , and 5 ). Complexes 1 and 2 have terminal η1‐S and chelating η2‐N, S‐modes of pymS, while other Pd/Pt complexes have only terminal η1‐S modes. The solution state 31P NMR spectral data reveal dynamic equilibrium for the complexes 3 , 5 and 6 , whereas the complexes 1 , 2 and 4 are static in solution state.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, [PtCl2(C5H5N)(C2H6S)], consists of discrete molecules in which the Pt‐atom coordination is slightly distorted square planar. The Cl atoms are trans to each other, with a Cl—Pt—Cl angle of 176.60 (7)°. The pyridine ligand is rotated 64.5 (2)° from the Pt square plane and one of the Pt—Cl bonds essentially bisects the C—S—C angle of the dimethyl sulfide ligand. In the crystal structure, there are extensive weak C—H⋯Cl interactions, the shortest of which connects molecules into centrosymmetric dimers. A comparison of the structural trans influence on Pt—S and Pt—N distances for PtS(CH3)2 and Pt(pyridine) fragments, respectively, in square‐planar PtII complexes is presented.  相似文献

The platina‐β‐diketones [Pt2{(COR)2H}2(μ‐Cl)2] ( 1 , R = Me a , Et b ) react with phosphines L in a molar ratio of 1 : 4 through cleavage of acetaldehyde to give acylplatinum(II) complexes trans‐[Pt(COR)Cl(L)2] ( 2 ) (R/L = Me/P(p‐FC6H4)3 a , Me/P(p‐CH2=CHC6H4)Ph2 b , Me/P(n‐Bu)3 c , Et/P(p‐MeOC6H4)3 d ). 1 a reacts with Ph2As(CH2)2PPh2 (dadpe) in a molar ratio of 1 : 2 through cleavage of acetaldehyde yielding [Pt(COMe)Cl(dadpe)] ( 3 a ) (configuration index: SP‐4‐4) and [Pt(COMe)Cl(dadpe)] (configuration index: SP‐4‐2) ( 3 b ) in a ratio of about 9 : 1. All acyl complexes were characterized by 1H, 13C and 31P NMR spectroscopy. The molecular structures of 2 a and 3 a were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The geometries at the platinum centers are close to square planar. In both complexes the plane of the acyl ligand is nearly perpendicular to the plane of the complex (88(2)° 2 a , 81.2(5)° 3 a ).  相似文献

The reaction of 4 with dppm (Ph2PCH2PPh2) in THF at room temperature affords in good yields [RuRh(μ‐CO)(CO)3(μ‐PtBu2)(μ‐dppm)] ( 7 ). 7 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P 1 with a = 9.7503(19), b = 13.399(3), c = 15.823(3) Å and V = 1854.6 Å3. Moreover single crystals of [CoRh(CO)4(μ‐H)(μ‐PtBu2)(tBu2PH)] ( 9 ) could be obtained and the single‐crystal X‐ray structure analysis revealed that 9 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/a with a = 11.611(2), b = 13.333(2), c = 18.186(3) Å and V = 2693.0(8) Å3.  相似文献
