A comparative biochemical study of four Group IV element compounds with specific sulphur-containing organic substrates has been carried out and discussed. The structural characterizations of these organometallics, viz. Me2SiLCl, Me2SiL2, Me3SiL, Ph2SiLCl, Ph2SiL2, Ph3SiL, Ph3GeL, Cp2TiLCl, Cp2TiL2, Cp2ZrLCl and Cp2ZrL2 (where LH?2-acetylthiophene thiosemicarbazone) had been deduced on the basis of various physico-chemical and instrumental techniques, viz., IR, UV, 1H NMR, 13C NMR AND 29SI NMR spectral studies. All the organometallics and the parent thiomine have been screened against a number of microbes and their sterilizing power in male mice tested. The results of these biocidal studies show that the organosilicon(IV) and organogermanium(IV) compounds are more active than the organotitanium(IV) and organozirconium(IV) derivatives. An attempt has also been made to correlate the structural aspects of the molecule with its biological activity.  相似文献

Crystal Structures of the Fluorochloroplatinates(IV) cis-[(C5H5N)2CH2][PtF4Cl2], trans-[(C5H5N)2CH2][PtF4Cl2] · H2O, and [(C5H5N)2CH2][PtF5Cl] The complex ions cis-[PtF4Cl2]2?, trans-[PtF4Cl2]2? and [PtF5Cl]2? have been synthesized by stereoselective ligand exchange reactions utilizing the trans effect and are separated by ion exchange chromatography on diethylaminoethyl cellulose. These anions form stable AB-type salts with the doubly charged cation dipyridiniomethane, [(C5H5N)2CH2]2+. X-ray structure determinations on single crystals of cis-[(C5H5N)2CH2][PtF4Cl2] ( 1 ) (monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 10.379(10), b = 9.635(2), c = 13.738(2) Å, β = 99.142(10)°, Z = 4), trans-[(C5H5N)2CH2][PtF4Cl2] · H2O ( 2 ) (triclinic, space group P1 with a = 7.757(4), b = 10.059(7), c = 10.408(6) Å, α = 82.49(5), β = 68.92(4), γ = 75.46(4)°, Z = 2) and [(C5H5N)2CH2][PtF5Cl] ( 3 ) (orthorhombic, space group Pnma with a = 10.394(3), b = 13.320(2), c = 9.2694(10) Å, Z = 4), reveal the perfect ordering of the anion sublattice. The stronger trans influence of Cl compared with F is observed in asymmetric axes $ {\rm F}^ \bullet $? Pt? Cl′. The bond lengths Pt? $ {\rm F}^ \bullet $ are 0.026 Å (1.4%) longer and the Pt? Cl′ distances are 0.078 Å (3,3%) shorter in comparison with those of symmetrically coordinated axes. The weakening of the Pt? $ {\rm F}^ \bullet $ bond and the strengthening of the Pt? Cl′ bond is better recognizable from shifts of the stretching vibrations by 8% to lower and by 13% to higher frequencies, respectively. Correspondingly, the valence force constants are found to be 15% lower and 22% higher. The trans influence is observed most distinctly in the 19F-nmr spectra exhibiting the coupling constant 1J($ {\rm F}^ \bullet $Pt) to be 29% smaller than 1J(FPt).  相似文献

Synthesis and Crystal Structures of (Ph3PNPPh3)2[Re2Br10] and (Ph4P)[Re2Br9] Depending on the molar ratio by reaction of [n-Bu4N]2[ReBr6] with the Lewis acid BBr3 in dichloromethane the bioctahedral complexes [n-Bu4N]2[Re2Br10] and [n-Bu4N][Re2Br9] are formed. The X-ray structure determination on (Ph3PNPPh3)2[Re2Br10] (monoclinic, space group C 2/c, a = 20.007(4), b = 15.456(5), c = 24.695(4) Å, β = 107.53(2)°, Z = 4) reveals a centrosymmetric edge-sharing complex anion with approximate D2h symmetry and mean terminal and bridging Re–Br bond lengths of 2.453 (equatorial), 2.482 (axial) and 2.591 Å, respectively, and a Re–Re distance of 3.880 Å. (Ph4P)[Re2Br9] (triclinic, space group P 1, a = 11.062(2), b = 12.430(3), c = 13.163(5) Å, α = 72.94(2), β = 68.47(2), γ = 82.09(2)°, Z = 2) contains a confacial bioctahedral anion with nearly D3h symmetry and mean terminal and bridging Re–Br distances of 2.460 and 2.536 Å, respectively, and a Re–Re distance of 2.780 Å.  相似文献

A new uranium (IV) phosphate of proposed formula U2(PO4)2HPO4·H2O, i.e. uranium phosphate-hydrogenphosphate hydrate (UPHPH), was synthesized in autoclave and/or in polytetrafluoroethylene closed containers at 150 °C by three ways: from uranium (IV) hydrochloric solution and phosphoric acid, from uranium dioxide and phosphoric acid and by transformation of the uranium hydrogenphosphate hydrate U(HPO4)2·nH2O. The new product appears similar to the previously published thorium phosphate-hydrogenphosphate hydrate Th2(PO4)2HPO4·H2O (TPHPH). From preliminary studies, it was found that UPHPH crystallizes in monoclinic system (, , , β=91.67(3)° and ). Heated under inert atmosphere, this compound is decomposed above 400 °C into uranium phosphate-triphosphate U2(PO4)P3O10, uranium diphosphate α-UP2O7 and diuranium oxide phosphate U2O(PO4)2.Crystallized cerium (IV) phosphate-hydrogenphosphate hydrate Ce2(PO4)2HPO4·H2O (CePHPH) was also synthesized from (NH4)2Ce(NO3)6 and phosphoric acid solutions by the same method (monoclinic system: , , , β=91.98(1)° and ). When heating above 600 °C, cerium (IV) is reduced into Ce (III) and forms a mixture of CePO4 (monazite structure) and CeP3O9.  相似文献

Red crystals of [H3O · (dibenzo-18-crown-6)][Te2Br9] ( 1 ) were isolated from a solution of TeBr4 and dibenzo-18-crown-6 in CH3CN containing a small amount of hydrobromic acid. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic space group P 1 with the cell dimensions a = 9.010(2), b = 13.403(3), c = 14.606(4) Å, α = 98.94(2)°, β = 100.40(2)°, and γ = 91.40(2)° (150 K). From a solution of TeCl4 in 1,4-dioxane containing hydrochloric acid [H5O2][Te2Cl9] · 2 C4H8O2 ( 2 ) precipitates as colorless crystals in the orthorhombic space group Pnma with the cell dimensions a = 17.023(4), b = 13.389(4), and c = 10.900(3) Å (150 K). In both structures the [Te2X9] anion (X = Cl, Br) consists of one TeX6 octahedron and one TeX5 square pyramidal unit connected by a common edge. In compound 1 the coordination sphere of the square pyramidal fragment is completed by a very weakly η6 bound benzo group of the cationic unit. In compound 2 an oxygen atom of the oxonium ion weakly interacts with the fivefold coordinated tellurium atom. The cationic units are a crown ether oxonium complex in 1 and a supramolecular 1,4-dioxane-oxonium network in 2 .  相似文献

Crystal Structures, Vibrational Spectra, and Normal Coordinate Analyses of the Chloro-Iodo-Rhenates(IV) (CH2Py2)[ReCl5I], cis -(CH2Py2)[ReCl4I2] · 2 DMSO, trans -(CH2Py2)[ReCl4I2] · 2 DMSO, and fac -(EtPh3P)2[ReCl3I3] [ReCl5I]2–, cis-[ReCl4I2]2–, trans-[ReCl4I2]2–, and fac-[ReCl3I3]2– have been synthesized by ligand exchange reactions of [ReI6]2– with HCl and are separated by ion exchange chromatography on diethylaminoethyl cellulose. X-ray structure determinations have been performed on single crystals of (CH2Py2)[ReCl5I] ( 1 ) (triclinic, space group P1 with a = 7.685(2), b = 9.253(2), c = 12.090(4) Å, α = 90.06(2), β = 101.11(2), γ = 95.07(2)°, Z = 2), cis-(CH2Py2)[ReCl4I2] · 2 DMSO ( 2 ) (triclinic, space group P1 with a = 8.662(2), b = 12.109(2), c = 12.9510(12) Å, a = 97.533(11), β = 96.82(2), γ = 89.90(2)°, Z = 2) , trans-(CH2Py2)[ReCl4I2] · 2 DMSO ( 3 ) (triclinic, space group P1 with a = 9.315(7), b = 9.663(3), c = 15.232(3) Å, α = 80.09(2), β = 81.79(4), γ = 83.99(5)°, Z = 2) and fac-(EtPh3P)2[ReCl3I3] ( 4 ) (monoclinic, space group P21/a with a = 17.453(2), b = 13.366(1), c = 19.420(1) Å, β = 112.132(8)°, Z = 4). The crystal structure of ( 1 ) reveals a positional disorder of the anion sublattice along the asymmetric axis. Due to the stronger trans influence of I compared with Cl on asymmetric axes Cl˙–Re–I′ is caused a mean lenghthening of the Re–Cl˙ distances of 0.020 Å (0.8%) and a shortening of the Re–I′ distances of 0.035 Å (1.3%) with regard to symmetrically coordinated axes Cl–Re–Cl and I–Re–I, respectively. Using the molecular parameters of the X-Ray determinations the low temperature (10 K) IR and Raman spectra of the (n-Bu4N) salts of all four chloro-iodo-rhenates(IV) are assigned by normal coordinate analyses. The weakening of the Re–Cl˙ bonds and the strengthening of the Re–I′ bonds is indicated by a decrease or increase of the valence force constants each by 9%.  相似文献

New Oxonium Bromochalcogenates(IV) — Synthesis, Structure, and Properties of [H3O][TeBr5] · 3 C4H8O2 and [H3O]2[SeBr6] Dark red crystals of the composition [H3O][TeBr5] · 3 C4H8O2 ( 1 ) were isolated from a saturated solution of TeBr4 in 1,4-dioxane containing a small amount of water. In this compound (space group P21/m, a = 8.922(4) Å, b = 13.204(7) Å, c = 9.853(5) Å, β = 91.82(4)° at 150 K) a square pyramidal [TeBr5]? anion has been isolated for the first time. The coordination sphere of the anion is completed to a distorted octahedron by weak interaction with a dioxane molecule of the cationic system. The [H3O]+ cations are connected to chains by dioxane molecules. At room temperature the compound is stable only in its mother liquor. Crystalline [H3O]2[SeBr6] ( 2 ) (space group Fm3m, a = 10.421(1) Å at 170 K) is a bromoselenous acid of high symmetry. The [H3O]+ ion is only weakly coordinated by Br atoms of the anion. The anions are isolated octahedral [SeBr6]2? units. The structure is isotypic to the K2[PtCl6] structure. Despite being a halogenochalcogen(IV) acid, 2 exhibits a remarkable thermal stability. Both oxonium compounds were characterized by single-crystal X-ray structure analyses. Vibrational spectra of 2 are reported.  相似文献

Five new hetero-organotellurium (IV) dithiocarbamates O[Si(CH3)2CH2]2TeIS2CN(CH2CH2)2 (1), O[Si(CH3)2CH2]2TeIS2CN(CH2CH)2 (2), O[Si(CH3)2CH2]2TeIS2CN(CH2CH2)2O (3), O[Si(CH3)2CH2]2-TeIS2CN(CH2CH2)2S (4) and O[Si(CH3)2CH2]2TeIS2CN(CH2CH2)2CH2 (5) were prepared from the 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-1-oxa-4,4-diiodo-4-tellura-2,6-disilacyclohexane and the corresponding dithiocarbamate (dtc) sodium salts in ethanol. The compounds were characterized by means of Elemental Analyses, FAB MS, IR, 1H, 13C, 125Te NMR spectroscopy. The crystal structures of 1, 3 and 4 were determined. Dithiocarbamate ligands display an anisobidentate chelating coordination mode on interacting with the tellurium center in all compounds. The Te(IV) immediate environment can be described as that of a sawhorse structure in which the lone pair is apparently stereochemically active and occupying an equatorial position in a distorted trigonal bipyramid. The two methylene groups occupy the other equatorial positions with a sulfur atom of the dithiocarbamate group and the iodine atom occupying the axial positions. The solid state structures of 3 and 4 exhibit important intermolecular interaction Te?S(2B). This interaction results in the formation of a dimer, which is better described as a distorted octahedron with an apparently inactive lone pair.  相似文献

Abstract

Reactions of O,O′-dialkyl and alkylene dithiophosphoric acids with bis (cyclopentadienyl) titanium(IV) and zirconium (IV) dichloride in a 1:1 molar ratio in refluxing benzene proceeds with elimination of HCl and formation of the substituted derivatives, Cp2MCl[S2P(OR)2] (where R = Et, Pr-n, Pr-i, Bu-i and Ph), Cp2MCl[S2POGO] (where G = ?CH2CMe2CH2?, ?CH2CEt2CH2? and ?CMe2CMe2?), (M = Ti and Zr). The complexes are dark red and yellow solids, soluble in common organic solvents and monomeric in nature. These have been characterized on the basis of elemental analyses, molecular weight determinations, IR, and NMR (1H, 13C, and 31P).

Redetermination of the Crystal Structures of the Hexahydroxometallates Na2Sn(OH)6, K2Sn(OH)6, and K2Pb(OH)6 Slow cooling down of hot saturated hydroxo stannate‐ resp. ‐plumbate solutions gives crystals of Na2Sn(OH)6, K2Sn(OH)6, and K2Pb(OH)6 well suited for an X‐ray structure determination. With these crystals the so far known crystal data were verified, determined more precisely and H‐positions found for the first time. The compounds crystallize rhombohedral in the space group R 3. The hexagonal unit cells contain three formula units with Na2Sn(OH)6: a = 5.951(1) Å, c = 14.191(2) Å, c/a = 2.384 K2Sn(OH)6: a = 6.541(1) Å, c = 12.813(4) Å, c/a = 1.959 K2Pb(OH)6: a = 6.625(1) Å, c = 12.998(2) Å, c/a = 1.962 The compounds are not isotypic whereas the atoms occupy in all three cases the same Wyckoff positions. Na2Sn(OH)6 has with an hcp packing of O a CdI2 like superstructure with Na and Sn in octahedral interstices. Hydrogen bonds O–H…O–H play a role in solid K2Sn(OH)6 and K2Pb(OH)6. In these compounds the potassium ions are shifted from an octahedral coordination in an hcp packing of O. They have nine nearest O‐neighbours. The hydrogen bonds are investigated by Raman spectroscopy.  相似文献

Crystal Structures and Vibrational Spectra of Tetrahalogenoacetylacetonatoosmates(IV), [OsX4(acac)]?, X ? Cl, Br, I By reaction of the hexahalogenoosmates(IV) with acetylacetone the tetrahalogenoacetylacetonatoosmates(IV) [OsX4(acac)]? (X = Cl, Br, I) are formed, which have been purified by chromatography and precipitated from aqueous solution as tetraphenylphosphonium (Ph4P) or cesium salts. X-ray structure determinations on single crystals have been performed of (Ph4P)[OsCl4(acac)] ( 1 ) (triclinic, space group P1 , a = 9.9661(6), b = 11.208(2), c = 13.4943(7) Å, α = 101.130(9), β = 91.948(6), γ = 96.348(8)°, Z = 2), (Ph4P)[OsBr4(acac)] ( 2 ) (monoclinic, space group P21/n, a = 9.0251(8), b = 12.423(2), c = 27.834(2) Å, β = 94.259(7)°, Z = 4) and (Ph4P)[OsI4(acac)] ( 3 ) (monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 18.294(3), b = 10.664(2), c = 18.333(3) Å, β = 117.68(2)°, Z = 4). Due to the increasing trans influence in the series O < Cl < Br < I the Os? O. distances of O.? Cl? X′ axes are lengthened and the OsO. stretching vibrations are shifted to lower frequencies. The Os? X′ bond lenghts are shorter as compared with symmetrically coordinated X? Os? X axes.  相似文献

MoCl4, ReCl4, and ReCl5 react with PCl5 in sealed glass ampoules at temperatures between 220° and 320° to [PCl4]2[Mo2Cl10] ( 1 ) [PCl4]2[Re2Cl10] ( 2 ), and [PCl4]3[ReCl6]2 ( 3 ). 2 crystallizes isotypically to the previously reported 1 and the respective titanium and tin containing analogues. The structure (triclinic, P1, Z = 1, a = 897.3(2), b = 946.0(2), c = 687.13(9) pm, α = 95.59(2)°, β = 95.80(2)°, γ = 101.07(2)°, V = 565.4(2) 106 pm3) is built of tetrahedral [PCl4]+ and edge sharing double octahedral [Re2Cl10]2– ions and can be derived from a hexagonal closest packing of Cl ions with tetrahedral and octahedral holes partially filled by P(V) and Re(IV), respectively. 3 crystallizes isotypically to [PCl4]3[PCl6][MCl6] (M = Ti, Sn) (tetragonal, P 42/mbc, Z = 4, a = 1496.2(1), c = 1363.2(2) pm). Because no evidence was found for the presence of [PCl6] ions, Re in 3 has to be of mixed valency with ReIV and ReV sharing the same crystallographic site. The structure can be derived from a cubic closest packing or alternatively from an only sparsely distorted body centered cubic arrangement of Cl ions which is rarely found for anion arrays. The tetrahedral and octahedral holes are partially filled by PV and MIV/V, respectively. Magnetic measurements show all three compounds to be paramagnetic and confirm the oxidation state IV for Mo and Re in 1 and 2 and the mixed valence (IV/V) for Re in 3 .  相似文献

Reaction of 2-benzoylpyridine thiosemicarbazone (H2Bz4DH, HL1) and its N(4)-methyl (H2Bz4Me, HL2) and N(4)-phenyl (H2Bz4Ph, HL3) derivatives with SnCl4 and diphenyltin dichloride (Ph2SnCl2) gave [Sn(L1)Cl3] (1), [Sn(L1)PhCl2] (2), [Sn(L2)Cl3] (3), (4) [Sn(L3)PhCl2] (5) and [Sn(L3)Ph2Cl] (6). Infrared and 1H, 13C and 119Sn NMR spectra of 1-3, 5 and 6 are compatible with the presence of an anionic ligand attached to the metal through the Npy-N-S chelating system and formation of hexacoordinated tin complexes. The crystal structures of 1-3, 5 and 6 show that the geometry around the metal is a distorted octahedron formed by the thiosemicarbazone and either chlorides or chlorides and phenyl groups. The crystal structure of 4 reveals the presence of and trans [Ph2SnCl4]2−.  相似文献

Force field calculations were performed on a series of 27 transition metal complexes of titanium(IV), vanadium(IV/V), copper(II), nickel(II), molybdenum(IV/V), rhenium(IV/V), and tin(IV) with a broad variety of di- or tridentate ligands in order to find a reliable scheme for determining the molecular structure of such chelates with the new Extensible Systematic Force Field (ESFF). A good agreement between theoretical results and experimental data was achieved. In some cases an unspecific fitting of the force field was necessary.  相似文献

Novel Halogenochalcogeno(IV) Acids: [H3O(Benzo‐18‐Crown‐6)]2[Te2Br10] and [H5O2(Dibenzo‐24‐Crown‐8)]2[Te2Br10] Systematic studies on halogenochalcogeno(IV) acids containing tellurium and bromine led to the new crystalline phases [H3O(Benzo‐18‐Crown‐6)]2[Te2Br10] ( 1 ) and [H5O2(Dibenzo‐24‐Crown‐8)]2[Te2Br10] ( 2 ). The [Te2Br10]2‐ anions consists of two edge‐sharing distorted TeBr6 octahedra, the oxonium cations are stabilized by crownether. ( 1 ) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 14.520(5) Å, b = 22.259(6) Å, c = 16.053(5) Å, β = 97.76(3)° and Z = 4, whereas ( 2 ) crystallizes in the triclinic space group with a = 11.005(4) Å, b = 12.103(5) Å, c = 14.951(6) Å, α = 71.61(3)°, β = 69.17(3)°, γ = 68.40(3)° and Z = 1.  相似文献

Preparation and Spectroscopic Characterization of Bond Isomeric Halogenoselenocyanato-Osmates(IV) and -Rhenates(IV) By oxidative ligand exchange of appropriate chloro-iodo complexes of OsIV or ReIV with (SeCN)2 in CH2Cl2 or by heterogeneous reaction with Pb(SeCN)2 or AgSeCN in CH2Cl2 the new complexes cis-[OsCl4(NCSe)(SeCN)]2?, tr.-[OsCl4Br(NCSe)]2?, tr.-[OsCl4Br(SeCN)]2?, [ReCl5(NCSe)]2?, [ReCl5(SeCN)]2?, tr.-[ReCl4I(NCSe)]2?, tr.?[ReCl4(NCSe)(SeCN)]2? and tr.?[ReCl4(NCSe)2]2? are formed and isolated as pure compounds by ion exchange chromatography on DEAE-cellulose. The bond isomers are significantly distinguished by the frequencies of innerligand vibrations: n?CN(Se) > n?CN(N); n?CSe(N) > n?CSe(Se); δNCSe > δSeCN. The electronic spectra (10 K) of the solid salts reveal a bathochromic shift for the charge transfer bands of the Se isomers as compared with the corresponding N isomers. The intra-configurational transitions are observed for the OsIV complexes at 600 to 2400 and for the ReIV complexes at 500 to 1600 nm. The 77Se nmr signals of the OsIV bond isomers are registrated for Se binding in the region 970 to 1040 ppm, for N coordination downfield at 1540 to 1640 ppm.  相似文献

Artificial neural networks (ANNs) are among the most popular techniques for nonlinear multivariate calibration in complicated mixtures using spectrophotometric data. In this study we propose a computer-based method for removing Te(IV) interference in the determination of Se(IV) using artificial neural networks. In this way, an artificial neural network consisting of three layers of nodes was trained by applying a back-propagation learning rule. The resulting RMSE of prediction for selenium was obtained as 0.108.  相似文献

A CE method was developed for the simultaneous determination of Zr(IV) and Hf(IV) at trace levels. A lacunary Keggin-type [PW(11)O(39)](7-) ligand reacted quantitatively with a mixture of trace amounts of Zr(IV) and Hf(IV) to form the so-called ternary Keggin-type anions [P(Zr(IV)W(11))O(40)](5-) and [P(Hf(IV)W(11))O(40)](5-) in 0.010 M monochloroacetate buffer (pH 2.2). Since both ternary anions possessed different electrophoretic mobilities and high molar absorptivities in the UV region, Zr(IV) and Hf(IV) were determined simultaneously with direct UV detection at 258 nm. Each peak height was linearly dependent on the concentration of Zr(IV) or Hf(IV) in the range of 5.0x10(-7)-1.0x10(-5) M; a detection limit of 2x10(-7) M was achieved. The utility of the proposed CE method was demonstrated for the simultaneous determination of Zr(IV) and Hf(IV) in natural water samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

In order to correlate 119Sn Mössbauer parameters and structural data for dimethyltin(IV) derivatives, the molecular structures of bis(acetato)dimethyltin(IV) and bis(trifluoroacetato)dimethyltin(IV) were determined by single crystal X-ray diffration. Crystals of Me2Sn(OOCCH3)2 are monoclinic, a = 26.282(4), b = 5.282(1), c = 14.434(3) Å, β = 101.17(2)°, Z = 8, space group C2/c, and those of [Me2Sn(OOCCF3)2]n are monoclinic, a = 8.444(1), b = 17.689(1), c = 15.368(1) Å, β = 93.013(9)°, Z = 8, space group Cc. The structures were solved by the Patterson method and were refined by full-matrix least-squares procedures to R = 0.025 and 0.027 (Rw = 0.023 and 0.030) for 2 298 and 4 182 reflections with I ≥ 3σ(F2), respectively.  相似文献

During the search for selenium analogues of FeTe2O5Cl, the new iron (III) tellurate(IV) selenate(IV) chloride with the composition Fe[(Te1.5Se0.5)O5]Cl was synthesized by chemical vapor transport (CVT) reaction and characterized by TGA-, EDX-,SCXRD-analysis, as well as IR and Raman spectroscopy. It was found that Fe[(Te1.5Se0.5)O5]Cl crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with unitcell parameters a = 5.183(3) Å, b = 15.521(9) Å, c = 7.128(5) Å and β = 107.16(1)°. The crystal structure of Fe[(Te1.5Se0.5)O5]Cl represents a new structure type and contains electroneutral heteropolyhedral layers formed by dimers of the [FeO5Cl]8– octahedra, linked via common O-O edges, and mixed [Te3SeO10]4- tetramers. Adjacent layers are stacked along the b axis and linked by weak residual bonds. The new compound is stable up to 420 °C. DFT calculations predict Fe[(Te1.5Se0.5)O5]Cl to be a wide-gap semiconductor with the band gap of ca. 2.7 eV.  相似文献
