A novel inorganic-organic hybrid complex, [Nd [Nd (C6NO2H5)3(H2O)2]2n · (nH5O2)(nHgCl5)(2nHgCl4) · (nH2O)(1), was obtained by hydrothermal reactions and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction. The unit cell parameters are as follows: a = 9.579(1), b = 21.462(2), c = 15.801(1) ?, β = 102.339(6), V = 3173.5(5) ?3, Z = 4, space group P21/c. The crystal structure analysis reveals that the title complex is characteristic of a novel polycationic [Nd(C6NO2H5)3(H2O)2]2n 6n+ one-dimensional chain-like structure. Photoluminescent investigation shows that the title complex displays strong emission in blue region, which is attributed to the intraligand π-π*-transition of nicotinic ligands. Optical absorption spectra of 1 reveal the presence of an optical gap of 3.45 eV. The article is published in the original.  相似文献

A novel heterotrimetallic complex {[(Dipic)2Cu]4 · Mg(H2O)2Na4(H2O)14 n · nNa2(H2O)10 · 2nCH3OH (H2Dipic = pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid) has been synthesized and structurally determined by X-ray diffraction method. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P [`1]\bar 1, with a = 13.5523(13), b = 14.1859(13), c = 14.3213(14) ?, α = 62.6160(10)°, β = 68.2540(10)°, γ = 89.7110(10)°, V = 2224.7(4)?3, F(000) = 1144, M r = 2237.70, Z = 1, ρ c = 1.670 g cm−3, μ = 1.095 mm−1, final R = 0.0507, wR = 0.1418 for 8042 independent reflections with R int = 0.0228. According to the structure determination, the complex is composed of novel one-dimensional (1D) alternating chains, dinuclear Na(I) units, and lattice methanol molecules. The infinite 1D chain structure is built up with many of polymeric [(Dipic)2Cu]4 · Mg(H2O)2Na4(H2O)14 units, which consists of four six-coordinated Cu2+ ions, one six-coordinated Mg2+ ion, two five-coordinated Na+ ions, and two six-coordinated Na+ ions. The 1D alternating chains are linked with another dinuclear Na(I) units by extensive hydrogen bonds to form a three-dimensional (3D) supramolecular structure in which uncoordinated methanol molecules act as space filling particles.  相似文献

采用水热法合成了2个3-(3-吡啶基)丙烯酸的配合物:Fe(pda)2(H2O)4(1)和[FeCo(pda)4(H2O)4]n(2)(pda=3-(3-吡啶基)丙烯酸),用红外光谱、元素分析、热重-差热以及X-射线衍射单晶结构分析进行了表征.2个配合物都属于单斜晶系,配合物1的空间群为P21/n,配合物2的为P21/c.配合物1是一个pda配体中仅吡啶基氮原子参与配位、而羧基上的氧原子未参与配位的单核结构,通过大量的氢键作用形成三维超分子体系.2是pda配体桥联Fe和Co的异核二维层状配位聚合物;配体吡啶基上的氮原子和羧基上的氧原子都参与了配位,其中羧基采用单齿配位模式.  相似文献

The structures of the crystals of Ba4[trans(N)-Co(Ida)2]3[cis-(N)-Co(Ida)2]2(ClO4)3 · 19.46H2O · 2CH3OH (I) and Ba[trans-(N)-Co(Ida)2]2 · 7H2O (II) (H2Ida is iminodiacetic acid) were determin by X-ray diffraction. The crystals of I containing two geometric isomers of the complex anions [Co(Ida)2] were obtained by a slow cooling of a hot solution, which contained initially only the cis-isomer. One Ba atom in I interacts with the trans-complex and with two cis-complexes to give a three-dimensional framework in crystal I. The positive charge of the last framework is compensated by one more trans-complex and by the perchlorate ions, one of which acts as a bidentate ligand with respect to the Ba atom. The crystals of II are built of the chains with the alternating Ba atoms and the trans-(N)-[Co(Ida)2] anions. The other anions of the same structure are each “suspended” to the Ba atoms of the chain. 利用微波技术合成了配合物[Gd2(Gly)6(H2O)4](ClO4)6(H2O)5, 进行了化学成分分析、红外表征和热重分析. 应用X衍射仪测定其晶体结构, 该晶体为一维链结构, 属三斜晶系, P 空间群, 晶胞参数: a=1.1569(17) nm, b=1.4138(2) nm, c=1.5642(2) nm, α=96.910(2)°, β=102.735(2)°, γ=105.512(2)°, V=2.3606(6) nm3, Z=2, Dc=2.144 g•cm-3. 采用精密溶解-反应量热计, 通过设计热化学循环, 计算出了该配合物的标准摩尔生成焓为 -(7960.73±3.23) kJ•mol-1.  相似文献

The title complex [Cu3(TFSSB)2·(H2O)4·4H2O]n (TFSSB=taurine 3-formylsalicylic schiff base) was synthesized by TFSSB and copper(Ⅱ) acetate monohydrate in ethanol solution and the crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system, space group P21 / n,with cell parameters: a=0.927 9(6) nm, b=1.173 0(2) nm, c=1.471(2) nm, β=106.96(2)°, and V=1.531(2) nm3, Z=2, Dc=1.890 g·cm-3, μ=2.291 mm-1, F(000)=882, R1=0.025 9, wR2=0.065 9. The title compound, [Mn(2,4,6-TMBA)2(H2O)3]n·2nH2O(1), where 2,4,6-TMBA=2,4,6-trimethylbenzoic acid, was synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group C2/c with a=2.929 9(6) nm, b=1.036 4(2) nm, c=8.222 04(17) nm, V=2.494 7(9) nm3, Z=4, M=471.40, Dc=1.255 g·cm-3, μ=0.571 mm-1, F(000)=996, Rint=0.029 4, R=0.037 6 and wR=0.094 9. The Mn atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two O atoms of two ligands and four O atoms of water. The carboxyl group coordinates to Mn(Ⅱ) in the mode of monodentate, while the O atoms of water molecules coordinates in bridging mode. 本文论述了苦味酸(PA,三硝基苯酚)锰与碳酰肼(CHZ, NH2NHCONHNH2)反应制备目标配合物的方法及该配合物的晶体结构。该配合物的结构式为[O,O′-μ-Mn2(CHZ)4(H2O2)](PA)4·10H2O。晶体属三斜晶系,P1 空间群。晶体学参数为:a=0.8269(1) nm, b=1.2812(1) nm, c=1.5915(1) nm; α=109.58(1)°, β=95.19(1)°, γ=92.76(1)°, V=1.5765(2)nm3; Z=1, Dc=1.580 g·cm-3, μ(Mo Kα)=520 m-1。晶体结构经全矩阵最小二乘法修正,最终偏离因子R=0.0557。该化合物为具有中心对称的双核配合物,以两个碳酰肼分子中羰基氧为桥原子将两个锰离子结合起来,与锰离子形成配位键的原子是碳酰肼分子第一、五氮原子,羰基氧原子和水分子中的氧原子,锰离子的配位数为七。若味酸根作为外界离子以库伦力和氢键与内界离子结合成配合物分子。  相似文献

Crystals of the tetranuclear complex [Fe4O2(H2O)10(C5H5NCOO)4](NO3)8 · 2H2O are obtained by the slow evaporation of an aqueous solution of iron(III) nitrate and isonicotinic acid. According to the X-ray diffraction data, four metal atoms lie in the same plane and together with two μ3-O oxygen atoms form the fragment [Fe43-O)2]10+. The [Fe4O2(H2O)10(C5H5NCOO)4]8+ cation has been obtained and structurally characterized for the first time.  相似文献

By the reaction of [Mo3S4(C2O4)3(H2O)3]2− with PdCl2 and NH4H2PO2 as a reducing agent, followed by the addition of PPh3, a new oxalate cuboidal cluster complex [Mo3(PdPPh3)S4(C2O4)3(H2O)3]2− is obtained. The reaction of indium thiocyanate with bipyridine (4,4-Bipy) and urotropine (Ur) gave [H2(4,4′-Bipy)][In(H2O)2(NCS)4]2 (I) and [HUr]2[In(H2O)(NCS)5] · 2H2O (II), which were identified using elemental analysis, IR spectra, and thermogravimetric analysis. The thermal decomposition of compound I and II ends at 650 and 640°C, respectively, and gives In2O3. X-Ray diffraction analysis of compound I showed that complex anions in the crystal form chains through O-H…S hydrogen bonds. In the title complex, {[Cu3(H2O)8(4,4′-bipy)2(smbdc)2]·6H2O}n, Cu1 and Cu2 have different coordination environment. The 5-sulfo-1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid (smbdc3-) ligands form one-dimensional zigzag chains linked by Cu atoms. The two adjacent zigzag chains extend into one-dimensional ladder frameworks bridged by a secondary building unit [Cu(H2O)4(4,4′-bipy)2]2+. A uranylcontaining compound [U(CO3)3(H2O)2]·2H2O has been synthesized under hydrothermal condition and characterized by X-ray single-crystal analysis. Crystal structural analysis indicates that this compound consists of three CO32- molecules, one U6+. The results reveal that the title compound presents a 3D frame work built up by O-H…O week hydrogen bonds interactions. The central uranium atom is eight-coordinated through three CO32- molecules and two H2O. The compound shows a coplanar hexagonal network structure, each hexagon containing a hexagonal hole with a water moleculet. CCDC: 737313.  相似文献

水热合成并通过红外、热重、单晶X-射线衍射表征了一个新颖镍配位阳离子修饰的还原型钼磷酸盐,Ni[Mo6O12(OH)3(PO4)(HPO4)3]2][Ni(H2O)2][Ni(H2O)(bipy)2]4·5H2O。单晶X-射线衍射研究表明,两个{Mo6P4}簇单元通过一个镍离子连接形成一个Ni[Mo6P4]2二聚结构单元,其进一步和其他的镍配位阳离子连接成钼磷酸盐一维链状结构。在H2O2存在下的液-固体系中,使用该化合物催化氧化苯甲醛的探针反应结果表明,该化合物具有较高的催化氧化活性。  相似文献

Two novel organic amine templated lanthanide sulfates, layer (H3DETA)[Nd(H2O)(SO4)3] (I) and chain-like (H3DETA)[Ho(H2O)2(SO4)3] (II), are hydrothermally synthesized by using diethylenetriamine (DETA) as template, and are structurally characterized by ICP, elemental analysis, X-ray single-crystal diffraction, X-ray powder diffraction, IR, and TG. Compound I is monoclinic with space group P21 and data of unit cell: a = 6.6518(13), b = 10.373(2), c = 11.091(2) ?, β = 93.61(3)°, V = 763.7(3) ?3, ρ c = 2.421 g/cm3, μ(MoK α) = 3.885 mm−1, Z = 2, R 1 = 0.0194 for 3312 reflections with F o > 2σ(F o). The Nd ions are nine-coordinated by one oxygen atom of coordinated water and eight oxygen atoms of sulfates. Compound I displays the layer structure constructed by linking Nd ions with three-linkage SO4 tetrahedra as the bridge (affording one coordinated vertex and coordinated edge). Compound II crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with unit cell data: a = 6.594(13) ?, b = 14.783(3) ?, c = 16.599(3) ?, β = 93.47(3)°, V = 1614.2(6) ?3, ρ c = 2.454 g/cm3, μ(MoK α) = 5.37 mm−1, Z = 4, R 1 = 0.0259 for 1815 reflections with F o > 2σ(F o). The Ho ions are eight-coordinated by two oxygen atoms of coordinated water and six oxygen atoms of sulfates. The straight chain-like structure of II is attained by alternatively arranging HoO8 polyhedra and two-linkage SO4 tetrahedra (affording two coordinated vertices). The TG results indicate that the two compounds experience three weight losses and lead to distinct residues: Nd2O3 for I and HoO(SO4)0.5 for II.  相似文献

Two metal-organic coordination polymers [Cu(bpy)2(H2O)2](NO3)2·4.5C2H5OH (1) and [Cu2(bpy)(H2O)(L-pha) 2](NO3)2·H2O (2) (L-Hpha = L-phenylalanine, bpy = 4,4′-bipyridyl) are prepared by slow evaporation of an aqueous alcoholic solution of copper nitrate, L-phenylalanine, and 4,4′-bipyridyl. The structure and composition of the obtained compounds are determined by single crystal XRD. The framework of compound 1 is positively charged and forms two types of intersecting channels. Compound 2 is a homochiral metal-organic coordination polymer whose structure contains L-phenylalanine anions.  相似文献
