A basic model of magnetic resonance is considered. The model takes into account external static and orthogonal to it rotating magnetic fields together with fluctuating (local) field directed along the static field. The local field is considered as smooth normal stochastic process. The influence of the orientational fluctuations of the electronic magnetization, which modulate nuclear spin–spin interactions (Suhl–Nakamura and dipole–dipole), on the spin-lattice relaxation of magnetic nuclei with spin I = 1/2 in the magnetically ordered solids has been investigated. It has been shown that this mechanism of the spin-lattice relaxation is less effective in comparison with the process of spin-lattice relaxation caused by the direct fluctuations of hyperfine fields, which appear when there are the fluctuations of electronic magnetization direction. 相似文献

通常单量子信号的强度在Raman磁共振谱中要比其它多量子信号的强度大得多,因而易引起接收机饱和,使信号发生变形,不利于多量子信号的检测,因此压抑强的单量子峰是必要的.积算符理论分析表明,异核体系Raman磁共振谱的单,多量子峰的共振频率及其信号强度关于频偏满足对称关系:当频偏由正变为负时,单量子信号的强度亦随之改变了符号.因此,对正负频偏(数值相等)的两次Raman磁共振实验的FID信号进行累加,就可压抑强的单量子峰,而对于多量子峰则在大的频偏条件下不会相互抵消.因此,这样的实验累加可以保持多量子信号的强度而压抑掉强的单量子峰.作为实验验证,我们给出了异核AXn体系(CHCl3,CH2Cl2,CH3OH)的按上述正负频偏循环累加采样方法得到Raman磁共振13C实验谱.实验结果同理论预言完全一致. 相似文献

During the past decade, the application of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) imaging techniques to problems of relevance to the process industries has been identified. In the context of particle technology, NMR imaging, in addition to the more routinely used techniques of Pulsed Gradient Spin Echo (PGSE) NMR and NMR spectroscopy, offer new methods of characterising pore structure, adsorption and diffusion processes within particles and packed beds of particles, as well as enabling time-resolved in-situ study of processes such as twophase flow, aggregation, polymerisation, crystallisation and phase separation phenomena. This paper reviews recent work in these areas, and also highlights the new insights NMR imaging can give us regarding the characterisation of porous materials, and the influence of the structure of the pore space on the transport processes occuring within a given porous solid. 相似文献

准连续性动脉自旋标记技术(pCASL)是一种新兴的动脉自旋标记脑灌注成像技术(ASL):一方面,它克服了连续性动脉自旋标记技术(CASL)需要独立发射线圈的硬件限制;另一方面,也避免了脉冲式动脉自旋标记技术(PASL)带来的标记效率低的影响.为了在 1.5 T 磁共振系统上开发一款可稳定应用于临床扫描的 pCASL 序列;并使用该序列准确获得反
应灌注功能的局部脑血流量值(Regional Cerebral Blood Flow, rCBF).该文利用水模测试pCASL 序列,验证了标记部分的标记性能并通过人体实验,优化了协议中标记位置中心到成像层面中心的距离和标记部分结束点到成像脉冲开始前的等待时间这两项参数.基于优化了参数的 pCASL 协议,扫描 12 组正常志愿者,观测灌注信号分布情况,并对特定灰质区域定量计算,对比不同个体该区域的 rCBF 值.通过人体实验,经验性地确定了延迟时间为 1 200 ms、标记距离为 70 mm 时灌注图像的信噪比达到最优.将两项优化后的参数存入协议中,并使用协议扫描,共获取 12 组结果,其中的 10 组都表明灌注信号稳定均匀,并且灰质区域的 CBF 值同经验结果一致.该工作在1.5 T 的磁共振系统上成功实现了 pCASL序列,经优化参数后的协议扫描,可以获得准确稳定的脑部灌注信号. 相似文献

Abstract In recent years improvements in technology have increased the amount of information obtainable from, and have broadened the areas of application of, electron spin resonance spectroscopy. Some of the techniques that have found wide use in recent years, such as pulse saturation relaxation time measurements, ENDOR and ELDOR, were originally discovered many years ago while others, such as saturation transfer spectroscopy and nanosecond time resolved techniques, are based upon more recent developments. In this review we will survey a number of these techniques, we will explain what they are and what we can learn from them, we will describe some of the spectrometer systems that are required for using them, and we will cite many representative articles which provide further details about them. 相似文献

金刚石中单个氮空位中心的电子自旋在激光辐射下能够发出近红外的光致荧光,增加微波辐射可以对其进行量子调控,是室温条件下实现量子计算机的主要介质之一.本文利用激光共聚焦扫描显微系统观测到了金刚石晶体中氮空位中心的荧光二维扫描图,并通过二次相关函数测量验证了氮空位中心是单光子源.改变微波辐射频率得到了电子自旋共振谱,从而实现了对单个氮空位中心的量子调控.利用设计的可控静磁场研究了氮空位中心在不同磁场方向和大小时的光致荧光特性和自旋共振峰.实验结果表明两个电子自旋共振峰间的频率间距与静磁场的旋转角度成余弦函数关系,与理论分析结果一致. 相似文献
