This paper is concerned with the problem of passivity analysis for a class of Cohen-Grossberg fuzzy bidirectional associative memory (BAM) neural networks with time varying delay. By employing the delay fractioning technique and linear matrix inequality optimization approach, delay dependent passivity criteria are established that guarantees the passivity of fuzzy Cohen-Grossberg BAM neural networks with uncertainties. The passivity condition is expressed in terms of LMIs, which can be easily solved by various convex optimization algorithms. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed result.  相似文献

In this paper, a class of fuzzy BAM neural networks with time varying delays is discussed. By using the properties of M-matrix, Linear Matrix Inequality(LMI) approach and general Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional, some new sufficient conditions are derived to ensure the existence of periodic solutions and the global exponential stability of the fuzzy BAM neural networks with time varying delays. These results have important significance in the design of global exponential stable BAM networks with delays. Moreover, an example is given to illustrate that the conditions of the results in the paper are feasible.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate exponential stability for stochastic BAM networks with mixed delays. The mixed delays include discrete and distributed time-delays. The purpose of this paper is to establish some criteria to ensure the delayed stochastic BAM neural networks are exponential stable in the mean square. A sufficient condition is established by consructing suitable Lyapunov functionals. The condition is expressed in terms of the feasibility to a couple LMIs. Therefore, the exponential stability of the stochastic BAM networks with discrete and distributed delays can be easily checked by using the numerically efficient Matlab LMI toobox. A simple example is given to demonstrate the usefulness of the derived LMI-based stability conditions.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider a class of stochastic BAM neural networks with delays. By establishing new integral inequalities and using the properties of spectral radius of nonnegative matrix, some sufficient conditions for the existence and global $p$-exponential stability of periodic solution for stochastic BAM neural networks with delays are given. An example is provided to show the effectiveness of the theoretical results.  相似文献

Complex nonlinear systems can be represented to a set of linear sub-models by using fuzzy sets and fuzzy reasoning via ordinary Takagi-Sugeno (TS) fuzzy models. In this paper, the exponential stability of TS fuzzy bidirectional associative memory (BAM) neural networks with impulsive effect and time-varying delays is investigated. The model of fuzzy impulsive BAM neural networks with time-varying delays established as a modified TS fuzzy model is new in which the consequent parts are composed of a set of impulsive BAM neural networks with time-varying delays. Further the exponential stability for fuzzy impulsive BAM neural networks is presented by utilizing the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and the linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique without tuning any parameters. In addition, an example is provided to illustrate the applicability of the result using LMI control toolbox in MATLAB.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with global asymptotic stability of a class of reaction-diffusion stochastic Bi-directional Associative Memory (BAM) neural networks with discrete and distributed delays. Based on suitable assumptions, we apply the linear matrix inequality (LMI) method to propose some new sufficient stability conditions for reaction-diffusion stochastic BAM neural networks with discrete and distributed delays. The obtained results are easy to check and improve upon the existing stability results. An example is also given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the obtained results.  相似文献

In this paper, the Takagi–Sugeno (T–S) fuzzy model representation is extended to the stability analysis for stochastic cellular neural networks with multiple discrete and distributed time varying delays. A novel linear matrix inequality (LMI) based stability criterion is derived to guarantee the asymptotic stability of stochastic cellular neural networks with multiple discrete and distributed time varying delays which are represented by T–S fuzzy models. The derived delay-dependent stability conditions are based on free-weighting matrices method, Lyapunov stability theory and LMI technique. In fact, these techniques lead to generalized and less conservative stability condition that guarantee the wide stability region. The delay-dependent stability condition is formulated, in which the restriction of the derivative of the time-varying delay is removed. Our results can be specialized to several cases including those studied extensively in the literature. Finally, numerical examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness and conservativeness of our results.  相似文献

In this article, an exponential stability analysis of Markovian jumping stochastic bidirectional associative memory (BAM) neural networks with mode‐dependent probabilistic time‐varying delays and impulsive control is investigated. By establishment of a stochastic variable with Bernoulli distribution, the information of probabilistic time‐varying delay is considered and transformed into one with deterministic time‐varying delay and stochastic parameters. By fully taking the inherent characteristic of such kind of stochastic BAM neural networks into account, a novel Lyapunov‐Krasovskii functional is constructed with as many as possible positive definite matrices which depends on the system mode and a triple‐integral term is introduced for deriving the delay‐dependent stability conditions. Furthermore, mode‐dependent mean square exponential stability criteria are derived by constructing a new Lyapunov‐Krasovskii functional with modes in the integral terms and using some stochastic analysis techniques. The criteria are formulated in terms of a set of linear matrix inequalities, which can be checked efficiently by use of some standard numerical packages. Finally, numerical examples and its simulations are given to demonstrate the usefulness and effectiveness of the proposed results. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Complexity 20: 39–65, 2015  相似文献

In this paper, we consider the stochastic Cohen-Grossberg-type BAM neural networks with mixed delays. By utilizing the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and the linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach, some sufficient LMI-based conditions are obtained to guarantee the global asymptotic stability of stochastic Cohen-Grossberg-type BAM neural networks with mixed delays. These conditions can be easily checked via the MATLAB LMI toolbox. Moreover, the obtained results extend and improve the earlier publications. Finally, a numerical example is provided to demonstrate the low conservatism and effectiveness of the proposed LMI conditions.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate the robust stability of uncertain fuzzy Markovian jumping Cohen–Grossberg BAM neural networks with discrete and distributed time-varying delays. A new delay-dependent stability condition is derived under uncertain switching probabilities by Takagi–Sugeno fuzzy model. Based on the linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique, upper bounds for the discrete and distributed delays are calculated using the LMI toolbox in MATLAB. Numerical examples are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

The problem of passivity analysis for stochastic neural networks with Markovian jumping parameters and interval time‐varying delays is investigated in this article. By constructing a novel Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional based on the complete delay‐decomposing idea and using improved free‐weighting matrix method, some improved delay‐dependent passivity criteria are established in terms of linear matrix inequalities. In this paper we study the stability for a class of stochastic jumping bidirectional associative memory (BAM) neural networks with time-varying and distributed delays. To the best of our knowledge, this class of stochastic jumping BAM neural networks with time-varying and distributed delays has never been investigated in the literature. The main aim of this paper tries to fill the gap. By using the stochastic stability theory, the properties of a Brownian motion, the generalized Ito’s formula and linear matrix inequalities technique, some novel sufficient conditions are obtained to guarantee the stochastically exponential stability of the trivial solution or zero solution. In particular, the activation functions considered in this paper are fairly general since they may depend on Markovian jump parameters and they are more general than those usual Lipschitz conditions. Also, the derivative of time delays is not necessarily zero or small than 1. In summary, the results obtained in this paper extend and improve those not only with/without noise disturbances, but also with/without Markovian jump parameters. Finally, two interesting examples are provided to illustrate the theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the problem of exponential stability of positive neural networks in bidirectional associative memory (BAM) model with multiple time‐varying delays and nonlinear self‐excitation rates. On the basis of a systematic approach involving extended comparison techniques via differential inequalities, we first prove the positivity of state trajectories initializing from a positive cone called the admissible set of initial conditions. In combination with the use of Brouwer's fixed point theorem and M‐matrix theory, we then derive conditions for the existence and global exponential stability of a unique positive equilibrium of the model. An extension to the case of BAM neural networks with proportional delays is also presented. The effectiveness of the obtained results is illustrated by a numerical example with simulations.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with interval general bidirectional associative memory (BAM) neural networks with proportional delays. Using appropriate nonlinear variable transformations, the interval general BAM neural networks with proportional delays can be equivalently transformed into the interval general BAM neural networks with constant delays. The sufficient condition for the existence and uniqueness of equilibrium point of the model is established by applying Brouwer's fixed point theorem. By constructing suitable delay differential inequalities, some sufficient conditions for the global exponential stability of the model are obtained. Two examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the obtained results. This paper ends with a brief conclusion. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

In this article, a class of bidirectional associative memory (BAM) fuzzy cellular neural networks (FCNNs) with time delay in the leakage term, discrete and unbounded distributed delays is formulated to study the global asymptotic stability. This approach is based on the Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional with free-weighting matrices. Using linear matrix inequality (LMI), a new set of stability criteria for BAM FCNNs with time delay in the leakage term, discrete and unbounded distributed delays is obtained. Also, the stability behavior of BAM FCNNs is very sensitive to the time delay in the leakage term. In the absence of a leakage term, a new stability criteria is also derived by employing a Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional and using the LMI approach. Our results establish a new set of stability criteria for BAM FCNNs with discrete and unbounded distributed delays. Numerical examples are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the developed techniques.  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of passivity analysis is investigated for stochastic interval neural networks with interval time-varying delays and Markovian jumping parameters. By constructing a proper Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional, utilizing the free-weighting matrix method and some stochastic analysis techniques, we deduce new delay-dependent sufficient conditions, that ensure the passivity of the proposed model. These sufficient conditions are computationally efficient and they can be solved numerically by linear matrix inequality (LMI) Toolbox in Matlab. Finally, numerical examples are given to verify the effectiveness and the applicability of the proposed results.  相似文献

In this paper we study the stability for a class of stochastic bidirectional associative memory (BAM) neural networks with reaction-diffusion and mixed delays. The mixed delays considered in this paper are time-varying and distributed delays. Based on a new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and the Poincaré inequality as well as stochastic analysis theory, a set of novel sufficient conditions are obtained to guarantee the stochastically exponential stability of the trivial solution or zero solution. The obtained results show that the reaction-diffusion term does contribute to the exponentially stabilization of the considered system. Moreover, two numerical examples are given to show the effectiveness of the theoretical results.  相似文献

In this paper, the Takagi–Sugeno (T–S) fuzzy model representation is extended to the state estimation of uncertain Markovian jumping Hopfield neural networks with mixed interval time‐varying delays. The main purpose is to estimate the neuron states, through available output measurements such that for all admissible time delays, the dynamics of the estimation error are globally asmptotically stable in the mean square. Based on the Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional and stochastic analysis approach, several delay‐dependent robust state estimators for such T–S fuzzy Markovian jumping Hopfield neural networks can be achieved by solving a linear matrix inequality (LMI), which can be easily facilitated by using some standard numerical packages. Finally a numerical example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. Copyright © 2011 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

We present new conditions for asymptotic stability and exponential stability of a class of stochastic recurrent neural networks with discrete and distributed time varying delays. Our approach is based on the method using fixed point theory, which do not resort to any Liapunov function or Liapunov functional. Our results neither require the boundedness, monotonicity and differentiability of the activation functions nor differentiability of the time varying delays. In particular, a class of neural networks without stochastic perturbations is also considered. Examples are given to illustrate our main results.  相似文献
