This paper investigates the projective synchronization (PS) of different fractional order chaotic systems while the derivative orders of the states in drive and response systems are unequal. Based on some essential properties on fractional calculus and the stability theorems of fractional-order systems, we propose a general method to achieve the PS in such cases. The fractional operators are introduced into the controller to transform the problem into synchronization problem between chaotic systems with identical orders, and the nonlinear feedback controller is proposed based on the concept of active control technique. The method is both theoretically rigorous and practically feasible. We present two examples that illustrate the effectiveness and applications of the method, which include the PS between two 3-D commensurate fractional-order chaotic systems and the PS between two 4-D fractional-order hyperchaotic systems with incommensurate and commensurate orders, respectively. Abundant numerical simulations are given which agree well with the analytical results. Our investigations show that PS can also be achieved between different chaotic systems with non-identical orders. We have further reviewed and compared some relevant methods on this topic reported in several recent papers. A discussion on the physical implementation of the proposed method is also presented in this paper.  相似文献

In this paper, a sliding mode control law is designed to control chaos in a class of fractional-order chaotic systems. A class of unknown fractional-order systems is introduced. Based on the sliding mode control method, the states of the fractional-order system have been stabled, even if the system with uncertainty is in the presence of external disturbance. In addition, chaos control is implemented in the fractional-order Chen system, the fractional-order Lorenz system, and the same to the fractional-order financial system by utilizing this method. Effectiveness of the proposed control scheme is illustrated through numerical simulations.  相似文献

In this paper we study the chaotic dynamics of fractional-order Genesio-Tesi system. Theoretically, a necessary condition for occurrence of chaos is obtained. Numerical investigations on the dynamics of this system have been carried out and properties of the system have been analyzed by means of Lyapunov exponents. It is shown that in case of commensurate system the lowest order of fractional-order Genesio-Tesi system to yield chaos is 2.79. Further, chaos synchronization of fractional-order Genesio-Tesi system is investigated via two different control strategies. Active control and sliding mode control are proposed and the stability of the controllers are studied. Numerical simulations have been carried out to verify the effectiveness of controllers.  相似文献

This article focuses on the problem of exponential synchronization for fractional‐order chaotic systems via a nonfragile controller. A criterion for α‐exponential stability of an error system is obtained using the drive‐response synchronization concept together with the Lyapunov stability theory and linear matrix inequalities approach. The uncertainty in system is considered with polytopic form together with structured form. The sufficient conditions are derived for two kinds of structured uncertainty, namely, (1) norm bounded one and (2) linear fractional transformation one. Finally, numerical examples are presented by taking the fractional‐order chaotic Lorenz system and fractional‐order chaotic Newton–Leipnik system to illustrate the applicability of the obtained theory. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In this work, stability analysis of the fractional-order Newton-Leipnik system is studied by using the fractional Routh-Hurwitz criteria. The fractional Routh-Hurwitz conditions are used to control chaos in the proposed fractional-order system to its equilibria. Based on the fractional Routh-Hurwitz conditions and using specific choice of linear feedback controllers, it is shown that the Newton-Leipnik system is controlled to its equilibrium points. Moreover, the theoretical basis of hybird projective synchronization of commensurate and incommensurate fractional-order Newton-Leipnik systems is investigated. Based on the stability theorems of fractional-order systems, the controllers for hybrid projective synchroniztion are derived. Numerical results show the effectiveness of the theoretical analysis.  相似文献

In this paper, an adaptive sliding mode controller for a novel class of fractional-order chaotic systems with uncertainty and external disturbance is proposed to realize chaos control. The bounds of the uncertainty and external disturbance are assumed to be unknown. Appropriate adaptive laws are designed to tackle the uncertainty and external disturbance. In the adaptive sliding mode control (ASMC) strategy, fractional-order derivative is introduced to obtain a novel sliding surface. The adaptive sliding mode controller is shown to guarantee asymptotical stability of the considered fractional-order chaotic systems in the presence of uncertainty and external disturbance. Some numerical simulations demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed ASMC scheme.  相似文献

In this paper, particle swarm optimization (PSO) is applied to synchronize chaotic systems in presence of parameter uncertainties and measurement noise. Particle swarm optimization is an evolutionary algorithm which is introduced by Kennedy and Eberhart. This algorithm is inspired by birds flocking. Optimization algorithms can be applied to control by defining an appropriate cost function that guarantees stability of system. In presence of environment noise and parameter uncertainty, robustness plays a crucial role in succeed of controller. Since PSO needs only rudimentary information about the system, it can be a suitable algorithm for this case. Simulation results confirm that the proposed controller can handle the uncertainty and environment noise without any extra information about them. A comparison with some earlier works is performed during simulations.  相似文献

This work presents a direct approach to design stabilizing controller based on a special matrix structure to synchronize chaotic systems and extends the approach to synchronize fractional chaotic systems. With this method, chaos synchronization is implemented in Lorenz chaotic systems with known parameters and the same to Lorenz chaotic systems with unknown parameters. Especially, fractional Lorenz chaotic system with unknown parameters is synchronized by fractional Chen chaotic system too. Numerical simulations confirm the effectiveness of the method proposed.  相似文献

This paper presents a novel synchronization scheme of multiswitching dual combination synchronization which is first of its kind. Multiswitching dual combination synchronization is achieved for 6 time‐delay chaotic systems. Asymptotically stable synchronization states are established by nonlinear control method and Lyapunov Krasovskii functional. To elaborate the proposed scheme, an example of time‐delay Rossler, Chen, and Shimizu Morioka systems is considered, where time‐delay Rossler system and Chen system are considered as drive systems and time‐delay Shimizu Morioka system is considered as response system. The dynamic behaviors of fractional order systems have received increasing attention in recent years. This paper addresses the reliable phase synchronization problem between two coupled chaotic fractional order systems. An active nonlinear feedback control scheme is constructed to achieve phase synchronization between two coupled chaotic fractional order systems. We investigated the necessary conditions for fractional order Lorenz, Lü and Rössler systems to exhibit chaotic attractor similar to their integer order counterpart. Then, based on the stability results of fractional order systems, sufficient conditions for phase synchronization of the fractional models of Lorenz, Lü and Rössler systems are derived. The synchronization scheme that is simple and global enables synchronization of fractional order chaotic systems to be achieved without the computation of the conditional Lyapunov exponents. Numerical simulations are performed to assess the performance of the presented analysis.  相似文献

This work presents chaos synchronization between two different chaotic systems via nonlinear feedback control. On the basis of a converse Lyapunov theorem and balanced gain scheme, control gains of controller are derived to achieve chaos synchronization for the unified chaotic systems. A special full-state hybrid projective synchronization type is proposed in this paper. The anti-synchronization and complete synchronization can be achieved simultaneously in this new synchronization phenomenon. We point out how to realize this synchronization in chaotic systems: anti-synchronization in symmetrical coordinate subspace and complete synchronization in its normal coordinate subspace. Two illustrative examples, multi-scroll chaotic system by the partial Lyapunov stability theory, and a four-dimensional chaotic system by the invariance principle of differential equation are presented to exhibit this new synchronization.  相似文献

In this paper, dynamics of the fractional-order simplied Lorenz hyperchaotic system is investigated. Modied Adams-Bashforth-Moulton method is applied for numerical simulation. Chaotic regions and periodic windows are identied. Dierent types of motions are shown along the routes to chaos by means of phase portraits, bifurcation diagrams, and the largest Lyapunov exponent. The lowest fractional order to generate chaos is 3.8584. Synchronization between two fractional-order simplied Lorenz hyperchaotic systems is achieved by using active control method. The synchronization performances are studied by changing the fractional order, eigenvalues and eigenvalue standard deviation of the error system.  相似文献

In this paper via a novel method of discretized continuous-time Kalman filter, the problem of synchronization and cryptography in fractional-order systems has been investigated in presence of noisy environment for process and output signals. The fractional-order Kalman filter equation, applicable for linear systems, and its extension called the extended Kalman filter, which can be used for nonlinear systems, are derived. The result is utilized for chaos synchronization with the aim of cryptography while the transmitter system is fractional-order, and both the transmitter and transmission channel are noisy. The fractional-order stochastic chaotic Chen system is then presented to apply the proposed method for chaotic signal cryptography. The results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

In this paper, an adaptive controller is designed to ensure robust synchronization of two different chaotic systems with input nonlinearities. For this purpose, a stable sliding surface is defined and an adaptive sliding mode controller is designed to achieve robust synchronization of the systems when the control input is influenced through nonlinearities produced by actuator or external uncertainty recourses. The adaptation law guarantees the synchronization assuming of unknown model uncertainty. Furthermore by adding an integrator and incorporating a saturation function in the control law, the chattering phenomenon caused by the sign function is avoided. The simulation results for synchronization of Chua’s circuit and Genesio systems show the efficiency of the proposed technique.  相似文献

This paper is devoted to investigate a class of complex chaotic systems and a linear correlation between the real and imaginary component of complex variables in these systems is found. Based on this linear relationship, a simplified law is proposed. First, complex Lorenz system is given to show the linear correlation, then it is simplified. Second, a simplified law is proposed to determine whether the complex system can be simplified, and the complex Lü system and hyperchaotic complex Lü system are used to verify the simplified law. Finally, a new synchronization control is proposed to synchronize complex Lorenz system and real Lorenz system. The theoretical analysis and numerical simulation prove the feasibility and better performance of this method.  相似文献

This paper addresses the problem of projective synchronization of chaotic systems and switched chaotic systems by adaptive control methods. First, a necessary and sufficient condition is proposed to show how many state variables can realize projective synchronization under a linear feedback controller for the chaotic systems. Then, accordingly, a new algorithm is given to select all state variables that can realize projective synchronization. Furthermore, according to the results of the projective synchronization of chaotic systems, the problem of projective synchronization of the switched chaotic systems comprised by the unified chaotic systems is investigated, and an adaptive global linear feedback controller with only one input channel is designed, which can realize the projective synchronization under the arbitrary switching law. It is worth mentioning that the proposed method can also realize complete synchronization of the switched chaotic systems. Finally, the numerical simulation results verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper investigates the quadratic optimal synchronization of uncertain chaotic systems with parameter mismatch, parametric perturbations and external disturbances on both master and slave systems. A robust control scheme based on Lyapunov stability theory and quadratic optimal control approach is derived to realize chaotic synchronization. The sufficient criterion for stability condition is formulated in a linear matrix inequality (LMI) form. The effect of uncertain parameters and external disturbance is suppressed to an H norm constraint. An adaptive algorithm is proposed to adjust the uncertain bound in the robust controller avoiding the chattering phenomena. The simulation results for synchronization of the Chua’s circuit system and the Lorenz system demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

This paper addresses the problem of adaptive stabilization of uncertain unified chaotic systems with nonlinear input in the sector form. A novel representation of nonlinear input function, that is, a linear input with bounded time-varying coefficient, is firstly established. Then, an adaptive control scheme is proposed based on the new nonlinear input model. By using Barbalat’s lemma, the asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system is proved in spite of system uncertainties, external disturbance and input nonlinearity. One of the advantages of the proposed design method is that the prior knowledge on the plant parameter, the bound parameters of the uncertainties and the slope parameters inside the sector nonlinearity is not required. Finally, numerical simulations are performed to verify the analytical results.  相似文献
