An electrochemical method for the determination of tripelennamine hydrochloride (TPA) using cetyltrimethylammoniumbromide‐multiwalled carbon nanotubes modified glassy carbon electrode (MWCNT‐CTAB/GCE) was developed. Because of good electrical conductivity of MWCNT and catalytic behavior of CTAB, new electrode significantly enhances the sensitivity for the detection of TPA. Parameters such as amount of modifier suspension, scan rate, pH of measure solution, heterogeneous rate constant were investigated. The electrode exhibits a linear potential response in the range of 1.0×10?8 M to 3.0×10?6 M with a detection limit of 2.38× 10?9 M. The modified electrode was successfully applied to the determination of TPA in pharmaceutical and real samples.  相似文献

Acid chrome blue K (ACBK) was electropolymerized on the surface of a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) by cyclic voltammetric sweep in the potential range from –0.2 to 0.9 V. The characteristic of poly‐ACBK film was studied by different methods such as electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and cyclic voltammetry. This modified electrode showed excellent electrocatalytic response to curcumin with the increase of the electrochemical responses. Under the optimal conditions a good linear voltammetric response could be obtained over the range of 1.0 × 10?7‐7.0 × 10?5 M and the detection limit was got as 4.1 × 10?8 M (S/N = 3). The method was successfully applied for the determination of curcumin in human urinev samples.  相似文献

A simply and high selectively electrochemical method for simultaneous determination of hydroquinone and catechol has been developed at a glassy carbon electrode modified with multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWNT). It was found that the oxidation peak separation of hydroquinone and catechol and the oxidation currents of hydroquinone and catechol greatly increase at MWNT modified electrode in 0.20 M acetate buffer solution (pH 4.5). The oxidation peaks of hydroquinone and catechol merge into a large peak of 302 mV (vs. Ag/AgCl, 3 M NaCl) at bare glassy carbon electrode. The two corresponding well‐defined oxidation peaks of hydroquinone in the presence of catechol at MWNT modified electrode occur at 264 mV and 162 mV, respectively. Under the optimized condition, the oxidation peak current of hydroquinone is linear over a range from 1.0×10?6 M to 1.0×10?4 M hydroquinone in the presence of 1.0×10?4 M catechol with the detection limit of 7.5×10?7 M and the oxidation peak current of catechol is linear over a range from 6.0×10?7 M to 1.0×10?4 M catechol in the presence of 1.0×10?4 M hydroquinone with the detection limit of 2.0×10?7 M. The proposed method has been applied to simultaneous determination of hydroquinone and catechol in a water sample with simplicity and high selectivity.  相似文献

A sensitive and selective electrochemical method for the determination of dopamine (DA) was developed using a 4‐(2‐Pyridylazo)‐Resorcinol (PAR) polymer film modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The PAR polymer film modified electrode shows excellent electrocatalytic activity toward the oxidation of DA in a phosphate buffer solution (PBS) (pH 4.0). The linear range of 5.0×10?6–3.0×10?5 M and detection limit of 2.0×10?7 M were observed. Simultaneous detection of AA, DA and UA has also been demonstrated on the modified electrode. This work provides a simple and easy approach to selective detection of DA in the presence of AA and UA.  相似文献

A novel enzyme-free electrochemical sensor for H2O2 was fabricated by modifying an indium tin oxide (ITO) support with (3-aminopropyl) trimethoxysilane to yield an interface for the assembly of colloidal gold. Gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) were then immobilized on the substrate via self-assembly. Atomic force microscopy showed the presence of a monolayer of well-dispersed AuNPs with an average size of ~4 nm. The electrochemical behavior of the resultant AuNP/ITO-modified electrode and its response to hydrogen peroxide were studied by cyclic voltammetry. This non-enzymatic and mediator-free electrode exhibits a linear response in the range from 3.0?×?10?5 M to 1.0?×?10?3 M (M?=?mol?·?L?1) with a correlation coefficient of 0.999. The limit of detection is as low as 10 nM (for S/N?=?3). The sensor is stable, gives well reproducible results, and is deemed to represent a promising tool for electrochemical sensing.

Multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was simply and conveniently fabricated. The electrochemical properties of paracetamol (PCT) at the prepared modified electrode were investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV). Based on this, an ultrasensitive and rapid electrochemical method was developed for the determination of PCT. The result indicated that the oxidation of PCT was greatly improved at the MWNTs-modified GC (MWNTs/GC) electrode as compared with the bare GC electrode, with relatively high sensitivity, stability and life time. Good linear relationship between the oxidation peak current and the PCT concentration in the range of 1 × 10−7 to 1 × 10−3 M (r = 0.996) was obtained in phosphate buffer solution (PBS) with pH 6.5, the detection limit was 2 × 10−8 M (S/N = 3) by use of modified electrode. The proposed method was successfully applied to the PCT determination in tablets.  相似文献

In this work a carbon paste electrode modified with multiwalled carbon nanotubes/β‐cyclodextrin (MWCNTs/β‐CD) was constructed and applied to the determination of nifedipine. The electrochemical behavior of nifedipine at this electrode was investigated using cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry. Characterization of the modified electrode was conducted with electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. After adsorption of nifedipine on the MWCNTs/β‐CD paste electrode at 0.0 V for 6 min, a well defined reduction peak was produced in sodium hydroxide of 0.05 M. The calibration curve was linear from 7.0×10?8 to 1.5×10?5 M. The detection limit was obtained as 2.5×10?8 M. The results demonstrated that this electrochemical sensor has excellent sensitivity and selectivity. This sensor was applied for determination of nifedipine in drug dosage and blood serum with excellent recoveries.  相似文献

The properties of the nanocomposite were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The modified electrode had high sensitivity and strongly catalytic activity for the detection of epinephrine. A linear relationship between the epinephrine concentration and the current response was obtained in the range of 1 × 10?7 M to 1 × 10?3 M by differential pulse voltammetry with a limit of detection of 3 × 10?8 M. The modified electrode was employed to determine epinephrine in urine with satisfactory results.  相似文献

In this paper, the electrochemical behavior of a carbon paste electrode modified with CdO nanoparticles as a potential electrocatalyst for the reduction of trichloroacetic acid (TCAA) was investigated using cyclic voltammetry and double‐potential step chronoamperometry. The modified electrode showed a great enhancement in cathodic peak current with respect to reduction of TCAA in acidic aqueous solution. Using this increment, a quantitative method was developed for the determination of TCAA in aqueous solution. The detection limit and linear dynamic range of TCAA are 2.3×10?6 M and 2.3×10?4–3×10?6 M, respectively.  相似文献

A novel carbon paste electrode modified with carbon nanotubes and 5‐amino‐2′‐ethyl‐biphenyl‐2‐ol (5AEB) was fabricated. The electrochemical study of the modified electrode, as well as its efficiency for electrocatalytic oxidation of levodopa (LD) and carbidopa (CD), is described. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) was used to investigate the redox properties of this modified electrode at various scan rates. The apparent charge transfer rate constant, ks, and transfer coefficient, a, for electron transfer between 5AEB and CPE were calculated as 17.3 s?1 and 0.5, respectively. Square wave voltammetry (SWV) exhibits a linear dynamic range from 2.5×10?7 to 2.0×10?4 M and a detection limit of 9.0×10?8 M for LD.  相似文献

A highly sensitive electrochemical biosensor for the detection of trace amounts of 8‐azaguanine has been designed. Double stranded (ds)DNA molecules are immobilized onto a glassy carbon electrode surface with Langmuir–Blodgett technique. The adsorptive voltammetric behaviors of 8‐azaguanine at DNA‐modified electrode were explored by means of cyclic voltammetry and square wave voltammetry. Compared with bare glassy carbon electrode (GCE), the Langmuir–Blodgett film modified electrode can greatly improve the measuring sensitivity of 8‐azaguanine. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the Langmuir–Blodgett film modified electrode in pH 3.0 Britton–Robinson buffer solutions shows a linear voltammetric response in the range of 5.0×10?8 to 1.0×10?5 mol L?1 with detection limit 9.0×10?9 mol L?1. The method proposed was applied successfully for the determination of 8‐azaguanine in diluted human urine with wonderful satisfactory.  相似文献

A multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) modified glassy carbon electrode (MWNT-GCE) was used to study the electrochemical behaviour of1-hydroxypyrene (1-OHP) and applied to its determination. The results showed that the modified electrode had a strong adsorptive ability to 1-OHP and enhances its electrochemical signal. By square wave voltammetry, the linear relationship of 1-OHP was 6?×?10?9???8?×?10?7?mol?L?1 with a linear correlation coefficient of 0.996, and the detection limit was 1?×?10?10?mol?L?1. Compared with other published methods, this newly proposed method possesses many advantages such as very low detection limit, fast response, low cost and simplicity. And this method was applied successfully in the determination of 1‐OHP in real human urine samples.  相似文献

Cyclic voltammetry was employed in the process of electrodeposition. Field emission scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction techniques were used for characterization of the composite. Organophosphate pesticides (e.g. parathion) were determined using linear scan voltammetry. A highly linear response to parathion in the concentration range from 6.0?×?10?5 to 5.0?×?10?7 M was observed, with a detection limit of 1.0?×?10?7 M estimated at a signal-to-noise ratio of 3. A sensitive electrochemical method for the determination of simvastatin (SV) was established, based on the enhanced oxidation of SV at a multi‐walled carbon nanotubes‐dihexadecyl hydrogen phosphate composite modified glassy carbon electrode (MWNTs‐DHP/GCE). The voltammetric studies showed that MWNTs instead of DHP or GCE could effectively catalyze the oxidation of SV. The dependence of oxidation current on SV concentration was explored under optimal conditions, which exhibited a good linear relationship in the range of 1.0×10?7–7.5×10?6 M. The detection limit of SV was also examined and a low value of 5.0×10?8 M was obtained for 5 min accumulation (σ=3). This electrode was applied to the detection of SV in drug forms and the results were in accordance with those obtained by UV spectroscopy.  相似文献

A detection limit of 4.9×10?7 M was obtained for DA in the presence of AA with a correlation coefficient of 0.9972 based on S/N=3. Flow injection analysis was used for the determination of dopamine with excellent reproducible results. The analytical utility of the sensor was evaluated for detection of DA in urine.  相似文献

Abstract

Platinum nanowires (PtNW) were prepared by an electrodeposition strategy using nanopore alumina template. The nanowires prepared were dispersed in chitosan (CHIT) solution and stably immobilized onto the surface of glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The electrochemical behavior of PtNW‐modified electrode and its application to the electrocatalytic reduction of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) are investigated. The modified electrode allows low potential detection of hydrogen peroxide with high sensitivity and fast response time. As an application example, the glucose oxidase was immobilized onto the surface of PtNW‐modified electrode through cross‐linking by glutaric dialdehyde. The detection of glucose was performed in phosphate buffer at –0.2 V. The resulting glucose biosensor exhibited a short response time (<8 s), with a linear range of 10?5?10?2 M and detection limit of 5×10?6 M.  相似文献

A very effective electrochemical sensor for the analysis of propranolol was constructed using TiO2/MWCNT film deposited on the pencil graphite electrode as modifier. The modified electrode represented excellent electrochemical properties such as fast response, high sensitivity and low detection limit. The proposed sensor showed an excellent selective response to propranolol in the presence of foreign species and other drugs. The electrochemical features of the modified electrode were investigated by cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) technique which indicated a decrease in resistance of the modified electrode versus bare PGE and MWCNT/PGE. The surface morphology for the modified electrode was determined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). Differential pulse technique (DPV) was used to determine propranolol which showed a good analytical response in the linear range of 8.5×10−8-6.5×10−6 M with a limit of detection 2.1×10−8 M. The TiO2/MWCNT/PGE sensor was conveniently applied for the measurement of propranolol in biological and pharmaceutical media.  相似文献

Cobalt hexacyanoferrate (CoHCF) film was formed on multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) modified gold electrode by electrodeposition from 0.5 M KCl solution containing CoCl2 and K3Fe(CN)6. The electrochemical behavior and the electrocatalytic property of the modified electrode were investigated. Compared with CoHCF/gold electrode, the CoHCF/MWNTs/gold electrode exhibits greatly improved stability and enhanced electrocatalytic activity toward the oxidation of thiosulfate. This work was designed to develop an electrochemical sensor based on molecular imprinted polyaniline membranes onto reduced graphene oxide (RGO) and gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) modified glassy carbon (GC) electrode for dapsone (DDS) determination. The prepared RGO/AuNPs/PANI‐MIPs nanocomposite was characterized by Ultra‐Violet‐Visible (UV‐Vis), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR) and scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) images. The feature of the imprinted electrode was evaluated by cyclic voltammetry (CV), differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) and impedance spectroscopy (IS). Throughout this study several analytical parameters, such as incubation time, pH value, concentration of monomer/template molecules and electro‐polymerization cycles were investigated. Under the optimized conditions, the experimental results showed best analytical performances for DDS detection with a sensitivity of 0.188 Ω/mol L?1, a linear range from 1.0×10?7 M to 1.0×10?3 M and a detection limit of 6.8×10?7 M. The bioanalytical sensor was applied to the determination of dapsone in real samples with high selectivity and recovery.  相似文献
