This work presents a sensitive voltammetric method for determination of curcumin by using a electrochemically reduced graphene oxide (ERGO) modified glass carbon electrode (GCE) in 100 mM KCl‐10 mM sodium phosphate buffer solution (pH 7.40). The electrochemical behaviors of curcumin at ERGO/GCE were investigated by cyclic voltammetry, suggesting that the ERGO/GCE exhibits excellent electrocatalytic activity towards curcumin, compared with bare GCE and GO/GCE electrodes. The electrochemical reaction mechanisms of curcumin, demethoxycurcumin and bisdemethoxycurcumin at the ERGO/GCE were also investigated and discussed systematically. Under physiological condition, the modified electrode showed linear voltammetric response from 0.2 μM to 60.0 μM for curcumin, with the detection limit of 0.1 μm. This work demonstrates that the graphene‐modified electrode is a promising strategy for electrochemical determination of biological important phenolic compounds.  相似文献

This work presents a sensitive voltammetric method for determination of folic acid by adsorbing methylene blue onto electrodeposited reduced graphene oxide film modified glassy carbon electrode (MB/ERGO/GCE) in 100 mM KCl‐10 mM sodium phosphate buffer solution (pH 7.40). The surface morphology of the MB/ERGO/GCE modified electrode was characterized using scanning electron microscopy, displays that both MB and ERGO distributed homogeneously on the surface of GCE. The MB/ERGO/GCE modified electrode shows more favorable electron transfer kinetics for potassium ferricyanide and potassium ferrocyanide probe molecules, which are important electroactive compounds, compared with bare GCE, MB/GCE, and ERGO/GCE. The electrochemical behaviors of folic acid at MB/ERGO/GCE were investigated by cyclic voltammetry, suggesting that the modified electrode exhibited excellent electrocatalytic activity towards folic acid compared with other electrodes. Under physiological condition, the MB/ERGO/GCE modified electrode showed a linear voltammetric response from 4.0 μM to 167 μM for folic acid, and with the detection limit of 0.5 μM (S/N=3). The stability, reproducibility and anti‐interference ability of the modified electrode were examined. The developed method has been successfully applied to determination of FA in tablets with a satisfactory recovery from 96 % to 100 %. The work demonstrated that the electroactive MB adsorbing onto graphene modified electrode showed an enhanced electron transfer property and a high resolution capacity to FA.  相似文献

The graphene oxide (GO) nanosheets were produced by chemical conversion of graphite, and were characterized by transmission electron microscope (TEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). An electrochemical sensor based on Ni/graphene (GR) composite film was developed by incorporating Ni2+ into the graphene oxide film modified glassy carbon electrode (Ni/GO/GCE) through the electrostatic interactions with negatively charged graphene oxide. The Ni2+/graphene modified glassy carbon electrode (Ni/GR/GCE) was prepared by cyclic voltammetric scanning of Ni/GO/GCE in the potential range from ?1.5 to 0.2 V at 50 mV s?1 for 5 cycles. The electrochemical activity of Ni/GR/GCE was illustrated in 0.10 M NaOH using cyclic voltammetry. The Ni/GR/GCE exhibits the characteristic of improved reversibility and enhanced current responses of the Ni(III)/Ni(II) couple. The introduction of conductive graphene not only greatly facilitates the electron transfer of Ni2+, but also dramatically improves the long-term stability of the sensor by providing the electrostatic interactions. Ni/GR/GCE also shows good electrocatalytic activity toward the oxidation of glucose. The Ni/GR/GCE gives a good linear range over 10 to 2700 μM with a detection limit of 5 μM towards the determination of glucose by amperometry. This sensor keeps over 85% activity towards 0.1 mM glucose after being stored in air for a month, respectively. Furthermore, the modified sensor was successfully applied to the sensitive determination of glucose in blood samples.  相似文献

A graphene‐based electrochemical sensing platform for sensitive determination of baicalein was constructed by means of pulsed potentiostatic reduction of graphene oxide (GO) on a glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The resulting electrode (ERGO/GCE) was characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The electrochemical behaviors of baicalein at the ERGO/GCE were investigated in detail by CV, chronoamperometry (CA) and chronocoulometry (CC). The experimental results demonstrated that the ERGO/GCE exhibited excellent response toward the redox of baicalein as evidenced by the significant enhancement of redox peak currents (ip) and the decreased peak‐to‐peak separation (ΔEp) in comparison with a bare GCE. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the reduction peak cureent was proportioanal to the baicalein concentration in the range of 5.0 × 10‐9 ~ 5.0 × 10‐7 mol L‐1 with the detection limit of 2.0 × 10‐9 mol L‐1. The proposed method was also applied successfully to determine baicalein in spiked human blood serum samples.  相似文献

Mixtures of gold-platinum nanoparticles (Au-PtNPs) are fabricated consecutively on a multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNT) coated glassy carbon electrode (GCE) by the electrodeposition method. The surface morphology and nature of the hybrid film (Au-PtNPs/MWCNT) deposited on glassy carbon electrodes is characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and cyclic voltammetry (CV) techniques. The modified electrode is used as a new and sensitive electrochemical sensor for the voltammetric determination of cefotaxime (CFX). The electrochemical behavior of CFX is investigated on the surface of the modified electrode using linear sweep voltammetry (LSV). The results of voltammetric studies exhibited a considerable improvement in the oxidation peak current of CFX compared to glassy carbon electrodes individually coated with MWCNT or Au-PtNPs. Under the optimized conditions, the modified electrode showed a wide linear dynamic range of 0.004-10.0 μM with a detection limit of 1.0 nM for the voltammetric determination of CFX. The modified electrode was successfully applied for the accurate determination of trace amounts of CFX in pharmaceutical and clinical preparations.  相似文献

A novel electrochemical sensor based on nanocellulose‐carbon nanoparticles (NC‐CNPs) nanocomposite film modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) is developed for the analysis of metoclopramide (MCP). Atomic force microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were used to characterize the roughness, surface morphology and performance of the deposited modifier film on GCE. SEM image demonstrated that modifier nanoparticles are uniformly deposited on GCE, with an average size of less than 50 nm. The electrochemical behavior of MCP and its oxidation product is studied using linear sweep and cyclic voltammetry over a wide pH range on NC‐CNPs modified glassy carbon electrode. The results revealed that the oxidation of MCP is an irreversible and pH‐dependent process that proceeds in an adsorption‐controlled mechanism and results in the formation of a main oxidation product, which adsorbs on the surface of NC‐CNPs/ GCE. The modified electrode showed a distinctive anodic response towards MCP with a considerable enhancement (49 fold) compared to the bare GCE. Under the optimized conditions, the modified electrode exhibited a wide linear dynamic range of 0.06–2.00 µM with a detection limit of 6 nM for the voltammetric determination of MCP. The prepared modified electrode showed several advantages such as simple preparation method, high stability, reproducibility, and repetitive usability. The modified electrode is successfully applied for the accurate determination of trace amounts of MCP in pharmaceutical and clinical preparations.  相似文献

A novel voltammetric biosensor based on nano‐TiO2/nafion/carbon nanoparticles modified glassy carbon electrode (TiO2/N/CNP/GCE) was developed for the determination of dobutamine (DBA). Characterization of the surface morphology and property of TiO2/N/CNP layer was carried out by the scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy. The electrochemical performance of the modified electrode was investigated by means of the cyclic voltammetry, differential pulse voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy techniques. Effective experimental variables, such as the scan rate, pH of the supporting electrolyte, drop size of the casted modifier suspension and accumulation conditions of DBA on the surface of TiO2/N/CNP/GCE were optimized. Under the optimized conditions, a significant electrochemical improvement was observed toward the electro‐oxidation of DBA on the surface of TiO2/N/CNP/GCE compared to the bare GCE. Under the optimized conditions, a wide linear dynamic range (6 nM–1 µM) with a low detection limit of 2 nM for DBA was resulted. The prepared modified electrode shows high sensitivity, stability and good reproducibility in the determination of DBA concentrations. Satisfactory results were obtained for DBA analysis in the pharmaceutical and clinical preparations using TiO2/N/CNP/GCE.  相似文献

In this work, an electrochemical sensor based on a cyclodextrin‐graphene hybrid nanosheets modified glassy carbon electrode (CD‐GNs/GCE) was proposed for the ultrasensitive determination of doxorubicin and methotrexate. The peak currents of doxorubicin and methotrexate on the CD‐GNs/GCE increased 26.5 and 23.7 fold, respectively, compared to the results obtained on the bare GCE. Under optimized conditions, the linear response ranges for doxorubicin and methotrexate are 10 nM–0.2 µM and 0.1 µM–1.0 µM, with detection limits of 0.1 nM and 20 nM, respectively. The sensor showed the advantages of simple preparation, low cost, high sensitivity, good stability and reproducibility. These properties make the prepared sensor a promising tool for the determination of trace amounts of doxorubicin and methotrexate in biological, clinical and pharmaceutical fields.  相似文献

A rapid method for sensitive voltammetric determination of dinotefuran residue was reported. The proposed method was based on the electrocatalytic reduction of dinotefuran on β‐cyclodextrin‐graphene composite modified glassy carbon electrode (β‐CD‐rGO/GCE), giving rise to a higher reduction signal to dinotefuran relative to the bare (GCE) and graphene modified electrode (rGO/GCE). Moreover, a further signal enhancement was observed when the modified electrode incubated in solution at low temperature (0 °C) for a short time. The reduction mechanism and binding affinity were also discussed. The external standard calibration curve was obtained from linear sweep voltammetry in the range of 0.5 to 16.0 μM with a detection limit of 0.10 μM. In addition to optimization of pretreatment, this electrochemical method has been applied to the dinotefuran residue determination in millet samples with the detection limit of 0.01 mg kg?1 and compared with an high performance liquid chromatography method. The proposed electrode and analysis methods were proven to be sensitive, accurate and rapid under the used conditions.  相似文献

A graphene‐based electrochemical sensing platform for sensitive determination of explosive nitroaromatic compounds (NACs) was constructed by means of electrochemical reduction of graphene oxide (GO) on a glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The electrochemically reduced graphene (ER‐GO) adhered strongly onto the GCE surface with a wrinkled morphology that showed a large active surface area. 2,4‐Dinitrotoluene (2,4‐DNT), as a model analyte, was detected by using stripping voltammetry, which gave a low detection limit of 42 nmol L−1 (signal‐to‐noise ratio=3) and a wide linear range from 5.49×10−7 to 1.1×10−5 M . Further characterizations by electrochemistry, IR, and Raman spectra confirmed that the greatly improved electrochemical reduction signal of DNT on the ER‐GO‐modified GC electrode could be ascribed to the excellent electrocatalytic activity and high surface‐area‐to‐volume ratio of graphene, and the strong π–π stacking interactions between 2,4‐DNT and the graphene surface. Other explosive nitroaromatic compounds including 1,3‐dinitrobenzene (1,3‐DNB), 2,4,6‐trinitrotoluene (TNT), and 1,3,5‐trinitrobenzene (TNB) could also be detected on the ER‐GO‐modified GC electrode at the nM level. Experimental results showed that electrochemical reduction of GO on the GC electrode was a fast, simple, and controllable method for the construction of a graphene‐modified electrode for sensing NACs and other sensing applications.  相似文献

A glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was modified with poly(L-arginine) (P-Arg), reduced graphene oxide (rGO) and gold nanoparticle (AuNP) to obtain an electrode for simultaneous determination of dopamine (DA), serotonin (5-HT) and L-tryptophan (L-Trp) in the presence of ascorbic acid (AA). The modified GCE was prepared via subsequent ‘layer-by-layer’ deposition using an electrochemical technique. The surface morphology of the modified electrode was studied by scanning electron microscopy, and electrochemical characterizations were carried out via cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The modified electrode showed excellent electrocatalytic activity toward DA, 5-HT and L-Trp at pH 7.0. Figures of merit for the differential pulse voltammetric reponse are as follows: (a) Response to DA is linear in two intervals, viz. 1.0–50 nM and 1.0–50 μM DA concentration range, the typical working voltage is 202 mV (vs. Ag/AgCl), and the detection limit is 1 nM (at an S/N ratio of 3). For 5-HT, the respective data are 10 to 500 nM and 1.0 to 10 μM, 381 mV, and 30 nM. For L-Trp, the respective data are 10–70 nM and 10–100 μM, 719 mV, and 0.1 μM. The modified GCE is fairly selective. It was successfully applied to the simultaneous determination of DA, 5-HT, and L-Trp in spiked urine samples, and high recovery rates were found.

A simple but highly snesitive electrochemical sensor for the determination of dihydromyricetin (DMY) based on graphene‐Nafion nanocomposite film modified Glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was reported. The characteristic of the sensor was examined by scanning electron microscopic (SEM) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Compares with bare GCE, pre‐anodized glassy carbon electrode (GCE(ox)) and Nafion modified electrode, the sensor exhibited the more superior ability of detecting DMY, due to the synergetic graphene and Nafion. Other, the dependence of the current on pH, instrumental parameters, accumulation time and potential were investigated to optimize the experimental conditions in the determination of DMY. Under the selected conditions, the response peak currents were linear relationship with the DMY concentrations in the range of 8.0 × 10?8 ~ 2.0 × 10?5 mol L?1 with a detection limit of 2.0 × 10?8 mol L?1. And, the method was also applied successfully to detect DMY in Ampelopsis grossedentata samples.  相似文献

In this work, a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was modified with multiwall carbon nanotubes/ionic liquid/graphene quantum dots (MWCNTs/IL/GQDs) nanocomposite. Then, the nanocomposite was decorated with nickel‐cobalt nanoparticles (Ni?Co NPs), and it was used as a non‐enzymatic glucose sensor. Field emission scanning electron microscopy, X‐ray diffraction spectroscopy, and energy dispersive spectroscopy were employed to prove the electrodeposition of the Ni?Co NPs on the surface of MWCNTs/IL/GQDs/GCE. Also, cyclic voltammetric and amperometric methods were utilized for the investigation of the electrochemical behaviour of the Ni?Co NPs/MWCNTs/IL/GQDs/GCE for glucose oxidation. The novel amperometric sensor displayed two linear ranges from 1.0 to 190.0 μmol L?1 and 190.0 to 4910 μmol L?1 with a low detection limit of 0.3 μmol L?1 as well as fast response time (2 s) and high stability. Also, the sensor showed good selectivity for glucose determination in the presence of ascorbic acid, citric acid, dopamine, uric acid, fructose, and sucrose, as potential interference species. Finally, the performance of the proposed sensor was investigated for the glucose determination in real samples. Ni?Co NPs/MWCNTs/IL/GQDs/GCE showed good sensitivity and excellent selectivity.  相似文献

A modified glassy carbon electrode with a film of nano diamond? graphite nano mixture decorated with Ag nanoparticles (AgNPs? NDG/GCE) was constructed and used for sensitive voltammetric determination of ceftizoxime (CFX). Morphology of AgNPs? NDG/GCE has been examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). Experimental variables such as deposited amount of the modifier suspension, pH of the supporting electrolyte and accumulation potential and time were optimized by monitoring of CV and LSV responses of CFX. The results illustrate that AgNPs? NDG/GCE exhibits an excellent electrocatalytic effect in the electro‐oxidation of CFX that leads to a considerable improvement in the corresponding anodic peak current. This also allows the development of a highly sensitive voltammetric sensor for the determination of CFX in pharmaceutical and clinical samples. Under the optimum conditions, the modified electrode showed a linear response to the concentration of CFX in the range of 0.02–7 µM with detection limit of 6 nM. The prepared modified electrode has some remarkable electrochemical properties such as simple preparation, high sensitivity, excellent repeatability and reproducibility and long‐term stability.  相似文献

In this work, low‐cost and environmentally friendly natural zeolite exchanged with Mn2+ cations was used for the first time to modify the glassy carbon electrode with the aim to obtain a fast and simple sensor for voltammetric determination of paracetamol (PAR). The Mn‐zeolite/graphite modified glassy carbon electrode (MnZG?GCE) was prepared by evaporation of solvent from dispersion of the zeolite/graphite mixture with the polymer in acetone. The electrochemical characteristics of MnZG?GCE were conducted by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. Compared with graphite modified GCE (G?GCE), MnZG?GCE exhibited better electrochemical parameters, which confirms the superiority of applying zeolite in the proposed sensor. The optimization of the pH‐value of supporting electrolyte and instrumental parameters were carried out. The peak current was proportional to the concentration of PAR in a phosphate buffer saline of pH 6.0 in the range from 0.029 to 0.69 mg L?1 (R=0.9997) with limit of detection of 8.8 μg L?1. Finally, the proposed electrode was successfully applied to determine the paracetamol in pharmaceutical formulation and certified reference materials. The satisfactory recoveries, which ranged from 89.2 to 102.7 %, were obtained for all studied samples. It confirmed the attractiveness of relatively inexpensive, easy to fabricate and non‐toxic MnZG?GCE in determination of PAR in complicated matrixes.  相似文献

A selective and sensitive modified‐electrode for catechol and dopamine was presented with supramolecular recognition accomplished by making use of the macrocyclic host multifarene[3,3] that was used as a composite with reduced graphene oxide. The morphologies and electrochemical nature of the composite were characterized by atomic force microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse anodic voltammetry. The modified electrode, best operated at a potential around 0.16 V vs. Ag/AgCl, displayed a differential pulse voltammetric response in the linear concentration range of 10–100 nM within a detection limit of 0.51 nM (at S/N=3). It was further applied to detect dopamine (at a working potential of 0.18 V vs. Ag/AgCl) in the linear concentration range of 10–100 nM with a detection limit of 0.62 nM. The modified electrode also exhibited satisfactory results to the determination of dopamine injections. The constructed modified electrode for dopamine detection was investigated in the presence of the interfering substances including glucose, urea and ascorbic acid, indicating a good selectivity.  相似文献

In present work, reduced graphene oxide nanosheets (rGO) decorated with trimetallic three‐dimensional (3D) Pt−Pd−Co porous nanostructures was fabricated on glassy carbon electrode (Pt−Pd−Co/rGO/GCE). First, GO suspension was drop‐casted on the electrode surface, then GO film reduction was carried out by cycling the potential in negative direction to form the rGO film modified GCE (rGO/GCE). Then, electrodeposition of the cobalt nanoparticles (CoNPs) as sacrificial seeds was performed onto the rGO/GCE by using cyclic voltammetry. Afterward, Pt−Pd−Co 3D porous nanostructures fabrication occurs through galvanic replacement (GR) method based on a spontaneous redox process between PtCl2, PdCl2, and CoNPs. The morphology and structure of the Pt−Pd−Co/rGO porous nanostructure film was characterized by scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy and X‐ray diffraction method. The performance of the prepared electrode was investigated by various electrochemical methods including, cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The electrocatalytic activity of the as‐prepared modified electrode with high surface areas was evaluated in anodic oxidation of ethylene glycol. The study on electrocatalytic performances revealed that, in comparison to various metal combinations in modified electrodes, trimetallic Pt−Pd−Co/rGO/GCE exhibit a lower onset potential, significantly higher peak current density, high durability and stability for the anodic oxidation of ethylene glycol. The excellent performances are attributed to the rGO as catalysts support and resulting synergistic effects of the trimetallic and appropriate characteristics of the resulted 3D porous nanostructures. Moreover, the influence of various concentrations of ethylene glycol, the potential scan rate and switching potential on the electrode reaction, in addition, long‐term stability have been studied by chronoamperometric and cyclic voltammetric methods.  相似文献

The synthesis of novel nanocomposites with great sensing enhancement has played an important role in analytical chemistry, especially in the electrochemical detection of drug molecules. In this work, we report a wet chemical method for the preparation of a gold nanoparticle coated β‐cyclodextrin functionalized reduced graphene oxide nanocomposite. A number of different analytical techniques including ultraviolet‐visible spectroscopy, fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy were employed to characterize the as‐synthesized nanocomposite. With excellent electrocatalytic properties and high supramolecular recognition ability, the as‐synthesized nanocomposite was used to modify a glassy carbon electrode surface for the sensitive determination of ciprofloxacin using voltammetric technique. The current response of ciprofloxacin on the nanocomposite modified electrode was greatly enhanced compared to that on the bare and other modified electrodes. Using differential pulse voltammetry, the oxidation peak currents increased linearly with the ciprofloxacin concentrations in the range between 0.01 to 120 μM with a detection limit of 2.7 nM. The electrochemical testing results showed good stability and reproducibility. Therefore, the nanocomposite could be a potential candidate for the development of electrochemical sensors for sensitive and selective determination of ciprofloxacin or similar drugs in the future.  相似文献
