The geometric structures, infrared spectra and hydrogen bond binding energies of the various hydrogen‐bonded Res?‐water complexes in states S0 and S1 have been calculated using the density functional theory (DFT) and time‐dependent density functional theory (TD‐DFT) methods, respectively. Based on the changes of the hydrogen bond lengths and binding energies as well as the spectral shifts of the vibrational mode of the hydroxyl groups, it is demonstrated that hydrogen bonds HB‐II, HB‐III and HB‐IV are strengthened while hydrogen bond HB‐I is weakened in the four singly hydrogen‐bonded Res?‐Water complexes upon photoexcitation. When the four hydrogen bonds are formed simultaneously between one resorufin anion and four water molecules in the Res?‐4Water complex, all the hydrogen bonds are weakened in both the ground and excited states compared with those in the corresponding singly hydrogen‐bonded Res?‐Water complexes. Furthermore, in complex Res?‐4Water, hydrogen bonds HB‐II and HB‐IV are strengthened while hydrogen bonds HB‐I and HB‐III are weakened after the electronic excitation. The hydrogen bond strengthening and weakening in the various hydrogen‐bonded Res?‐water complexes should be due to the redistribution of the charges among the four heteroatoms (O1‐3 and N1) within the resorufin molecule upon the optical excitation.  相似文献

用MP2方法和CIS方法分别优化了Au(I)炔基配合物及相应炔烃的基态和激发态的结构. 计算结果表明, 在基态, 分子有向中间收缩的趋势, Au(I)的修饰作用减弱了配体内部原子间的成键作用. 随着分子链长增长, Au(I)与配体间的相互作用减弱; 激发态的电子跃迁减弱了, Au(I)与配体间的相互作用, 并且这种影响随着分子链增长而更加明显. 计算得出Au(I)炔基配合物体系的荧光发射光谱并发现其独特的发光性质, 说明取代H原子的—AuPH3比—H更具有离子性.  相似文献

Four complexes with supramolecular architectures, namely, MZCA · 3H2O ( 1 ), [Zn(H2O)6]2+ · [MZCA]2 · [H2O]6 ( 2 ), [Mn(MZCA)2(H2O)4] · 2H2O ( 3 ), and [Ni(MZCA)2(H2O)4] · 2H2O ( 4 ) [MZCA = 3‐(carboxymethyl)‐2, 7‐dimethyl‐3H‐benzo[d]imidazole‐5‐carboxylic acid], were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Complexes 1 and 2 display a remarkable 3D network with 1D hydrophilic channels. Complexes 3 and 4 are isostructural and exhibit a 3D structure encapsulating 1D 24‐membered ring microporous channels. The UV/Vis and fluorescent spectra were measured to characterize complexes 1 – 4 . The thermal stability of complexes 2 – 4 were also examined.  相似文献

应用ANO-S基组以及ECP基组在CASSCF理论水平下计算了乙基溴及其阳离子的低能激发态几何构型, 并应用CASPT2方法对动态相关能进行单点能校正. 根据乙基溴基态能量和相应阳离子电子态的能量差对光电子谱(Photoelectron spectrum)的谱线进行了理论指认. 在乙基溴的基态预测几何下, 进行了谐振频率计算, 对各个振动频率进行了理论指认. 计算结果与实验值符合得较好.  相似文献

{[Cu2(L‐val)2(4,4′‐bipy)(H2O)2](NO3)2}n was synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by X‐ray diffraction. In the presence of 4,4′‐bipyridine, deprotoned L‐valine chelates CuII ions into coordination layers which were linked into a framework by hydrogen‐bonded chains resulting from nitrate anions and water molecules.  相似文献

采用二维相关红外光谱研究了水渗透进入聚乙烯醇(PVA)及其改性基体过程中, 体系的氢键作用及对水状态的影响; 通过差示扫描量热分析(DSC)研究了改性剂山梨醇(S)对改性PVA中水状态的影响. 实验结果表明, S能通过其羟基与水形成较强氢键, 从而显著改变体系中水的状态及其蒸发行为, 使体系自由水含量逐渐减少, 水的蒸发峰温度升高.  相似文献

The bidentate P,N hybrid ligand 1 allows access for the first time to novel cationic phosphinine‐based RhIII and IrIII complexes, broadening significantly the scope of low‐coordinate aromatic phosphorus heterocycles for potential applications. The coordination chemistry of 1 towards RhIII and IrIII was investigated and compared with the analogous 2,2′‐bipyridine derivative, 2‐(2′‐pyridyl)‐4,6‐diphenylpyridine ( 2 ), which showed significant differences. The molecular structures of [RhCl(Cp*)( 1 )]Cl and [IrCl(Cp*)( 1 )]Cl (Cp*=pentamethylcyclopentadienyl) were determined by means of X‐ray diffraction and confirm the mononuclear nature of the λ3‐phosphinine–RhIII and IrIII complexes. In contrast, a different reactivity and coordination behavior was found for the nitrogen analogue 2 , especially towards RhIII as a bimetallic ion pair [RhCl(Cp*)( 2 )]+[RhCl3(Cp*)]? is formed rather than a mononuclear coordination compound. [RhCl(Cp*)( 1 )]Cl and [IrCl(Cp*)( 1 )]Cl react with water regio‐ and diastereoselectively at the external P?C double bond, leading exclusively to the anti‐addition products [MCl(Cp*)( 1 H ? OH)]Cl as confirmed by X‐ray crystal‐structure determination.  相似文献

Compounds of type [MX2(Hpben)] [M = Pd (X = Cl), Pt (X = Cl, I); Hpben = 2‐(2′‐pyridyl)benzimidazole] were prepared and characterized, and the structures of the Pt derivatives were determined by X‐ray crystallography. The crystals of [PtI2(Hpben)] consist of discrete units in which the Pt atom is coordinated to two iodine atoms and to pyridine and imidazole N atoms in a distorted square planar arrangement. The structure of the chloro derivative is similar, except that the [PtCl2(Hpben)] monomers are hydrogen‐bonded in zig‐zag chains. In assays of the interactions of the Pd and Pt chloro compounds with DNA, and of their in vitro cytotoxic activity against human cervical carcinoma cells (HeLa‐229), human ovarian carcinoma cells (A2780) and a cisplatin‐resistant mutant A2780 line (A2780cis), the only activity observed was modest cytotoxicity of the Pd derivative for A2780.  相似文献

The calculations for a water‐acetonitrile‐substituted phenols system and the comparison with the experimental parameters will be given. Here we study change in the nature of the interactions into the system with donor and acceptor electron substituents on the phenolic ring, the structures, relative energies and harmonic frequencies. The conformers showed a significant difference in the OH and CN band shift depending on the type of the hydrogen bond formed and the position of the substituent on the phenolic ring. The cyclical hydrogen bonds between water‐acetonitrile and substituted phenol OH are important evidence of the relative stability in the system under study.  相似文献

The energies, geometries and harmonic vibrational frequencies of 1:1 5‐hydroxytryptamine‐water (5‐HT‐H2O) complexes are studied at the MP2/6‐311++G(d,p) level. Natural bond orbital (NBO), quantum theory of atoms in molecules (QTAIM) analyses and the localized molecular orbital energy decomposition analysis (LMO‐EDA) were performed to explore the nature of the hydrogen‐bonding interactions in these complexes. Various types of hydrogen bonds (H‐bonds) are formed in these 5‐HT‐H2O complexes. The intermolecular C4H55‐HT···Ow H‐bond in HTW3 is strengthened due to the cooperativity, whereas no such cooperativity is found in the other 5‐HT‐H2O complexes. H‐bond in which nitrogen atom of amino in 5‐HT acted as proton donors was stronger than other H‐bonds. Our researches show that the hydrogen bonding interaction plays a vital role on the relative stabilities of 5‐HT‐H2O complexes.  相似文献

One pot green synthesis of 1‐(1,2,4‐triazol‐4‐yl)spiro[azetidine‐2,3′‐(3H)‐indole]‐2′,4′(1′H)‐diones was carried out by the reaction of indole‐2,3‐diones,4‐amino‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazole and acetyl chloride/chloroacetyl chloride in ionic liquid [bmim]PF6 with/without using a catalyst. It was also prepared by conventional method via Schiff's bases, 3‐[4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐4‐yl]imino‐indol‐2‐one. Further, the corresponding phenoxy derivatives were obtained by the reaction of chloro group attached to azetidine ring with phenols. The synthesized compounds were characterized by analytical and spectral (IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and FAB mass) data. Evaluation for insecticidal activity against Periplaneta americana exhibited promising results.  相似文献

The X‐ray structures of 4‐amidiniumpyridine acetate, ( 1· H)AcO, and of cis‐[Pt( 1 )2(PPh3)2](NO3)2 ( 2 ), as well as their IR spectra, reveal intramolecular hydrogen bonding, which held together the cations and the anions. The IR spectroscopic data suggest that this may be so also in cis‐[PtCl( 1 )(PPh3)2](BF4) ( 3 ). In ( 1· H)AcO and in 2 extensive intermolecular hydrogen bonding networks span through the whole crystals.  相似文献

Excited‐state double proton transfer (ESDPT) in the (3‐methyl‐7‐azaindole)‐(7‐azaindole) heterodimer is theoretically investigated by the long‐range corrected time‐dependent density functional theory method and the complete‐active‐space second‐order perturbation theory method. The calculated potential energy profiles exhibit a lower barrier for the concerted mechanism in the locally excited state than for the stepwise mechanism through the charge‐transfer state. This result suggests that the ESDPT in the isolated heterodimer is likely to follow the former mechanism, as has been exhibited for the ESDPT in the homodimer of 7‐azaindole. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

The low‐energy regions of the singlet→singlet, singlet→triplet, and triplet→triplet electronic spectra of 2,2′‐bithiophene are studied using multiconfigurational second‐order perturbation theory (CASPT2) and extended atomic natural orbitals (ANO) basis sets. The computed vertical, adiabatic, and emission transition energies are in agreement with the available experimental data. The two lowest singlet excited states, 11Bu and 21Bu, are computed to be degenerate, a novel feature of the system to be borne in mind during the rationalization of its photophysics. As regards the observed high triplet quantum yield of the molecule, it is concluded that the triplet states 23Ag and 23Bu, separated about 0.4 eV from the two lowest singlet excited states, can be populated by intersystem crossing from nonplanar singlet states.  相似文献

Palladium(II) complexes of 2‐(2′‐pyridyl)quinoline (PQ), namely [PdX2(PQ)] (X = Br?, I?, N3?, NO2?, SCN?, acac) and [PdCl(NO3)(PQ)] have been synthesized via substitution reactions of [PdCl2(PQ)] with an excess of sodium salts and acetylacetone. The complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, conductivity measurements, IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. Selected complexes have been further characterized using electrospray ionization (ESI) and ion trap mass spectroscopy (ITMS). Some complexes are found to catalyze the rapid air oxidation of α‐olefins under Wacker oxidation. The chlorohydrin products are produced in good to excellent yields while oxidation products are obtained in low yields. The [PdCl2(PQ)] complex is found to have the highest catalytic activity.  相似文献
