A new synthesis of (Aib‐Pro)n oligopeptides (n=2, 3, and 4) via azirine coupling by using the dipeptide synthon methyl N‐(2,2‐dimethyl‐2H‐azirin‐3‐yl)‐L ‐prolinate ( 1b ; Fig. 1) is presented. The most important feature of the employed protocol is that no activation of the acid component is necessary, i.e., no additional reagents are required, and the coupling reaction is performed under mild conditions at room temperature. As an attempt to provide an answer to the question of the preferred conformation of the prepared molecules, we carried out experiments by using NMR techniques and X‐ray crystallography. For example, in the case of the hexapeptide 11 , it was possible to compare the conformations in the crystalline state and in solution. After the selective hydrolysis of the methyl ester p‐BrBz‐(Aib‐Pro)4‐OMe ( 13 ) under basic conditions, the corresponding octapeptide acid was obtained, which was then converted into the octapeptide amide p‐BrBz‐(Aib‐Pro)4‐NHC6H13 ( 15 ) by using standard coupling conditions and activating reagents (HOBt/TBTU/DIEA) of the peptide synthesis. The conformation of this compound, as well as those of the tetrapeptides 14 and 18 , was also established by X‐ray crystallography and in solution by NMR techniques. In the crystalline state, a β‐bend ribbon structure is the preferred conformation, and similar conformations are formed in solution.  相似文献

The reaction of methyl N‐(2,2‐dimethyl‐2H‐azirin‐3‐yl)‐L ‐prolinate ( 2a ) with thiobenzoic acid at room temperature gave the endothiopeptide Bz‐AibΨ[CS]‐Pro‐OMe ( 7 ) in high yield. In an analogous manner, (benzyloxy)carbonyl (Z)‐protected proline was transformed into the thioacid, which was reacted with 2a to give the endothiotripeptide Z‐Pro‐AibΨ[CS]‐Pro‐OMe ( 12 ). The corresponding thioacid of 7 was prepared in situ via saponification, formation of a mixed anhydride, and treatment with H2S. A second reaction with 2a led to the endodithiotetrapeptide 9 , but extensive epimerization at Pro2 was observed. Similarly, saponification of 12 and coupling with either 2a or H‐Phe‐OMe and 2‐(1H‐benzotriazol‐1‐yl)‐1,1,3,3‐tetramethyluronium tetrafluoroborate/1‐hydroxy‐1H‐benzotriazole (TBTU/HOBt) gave the corresponding endothiopeptides as mixtures of two epimers. The synthesis of the pure diastereoisomer BzΨ[CS]‐Aib‐Pro‐AibΨ[CS]‐N(Me)Ph ( 21 ) was achieved via isomerization of 7 to BzΨ[CS]‐Aib‐Pro‐OMe ( 16 ), transformation into the corresponding thioacid, and reaction with N,2,2‐trimethyl‐N‐phenyl‐2H‐azirin‐3‐amine ( 1a ). The structures of 12 and 21 were established by X‐ray crystallography.  相似文献

The protected poly‐Aib oligopeptides Z‐(Aib)n‐N(Me)Ph with n=2–6 were prepared according to the ‘azirine/oxazolone method’, i.e., by coupling amino or peptide acids with 2,2,N‐trimethyl‐N‐phenyl‐2H‐azirin‐3‐amine ( 1a ) as an Aib synthon (Scheme 2). Following the same concept, the segments Z‐(Aib)3‐OH ( 9 ) and H‐L ‐Pro‐(Aib)3‐N(Me)Ph ( 20 ) were synthesized, and their subsequent coupling with N,N′‐dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (DCC)/ZnCl2 led to the protected heptapeptide Z‐(Aib)3‐L ‐Pro‐(Aib)3‐N(Me)Ph ( 21 ; Scheme 3). The crystal structures of the poly‐Aib oligopeptide amides were established by X‐ray crystallography confirming the 310‐helical conformation of Aib peptides.  相似文献

The imidazole‐based dicarboxylate ligand 2‐(4‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)phenyl)‐1H‐imidazole‐4,5‐dicarboxylic acid (H3PyPhIDC), was synthesized and its coordination chemistry was studied. Solvothermal reactions of CaII, MnII, CoII, and NiII ions with H3PyPhIDC produced four coordination polymers, [Ca(μ3‐HPyPhIDC)(H2O)2]n ( 1 ), {[M32‐H2PyPhIDC)23‐HPyPhIDC)26(H2O)2] · 6H2O}n [M = Mn ( 2 ), Co ( 3 )], and {[Ni(μ3‐HPyPhIDC)(H2O)] · H2O}n ( 4 ). Compounds 1 – 4 were analyzed by IR spectroscopy, elemental analyses, and single‐crystal and powder X‐ray diffraction. Compound 1 displays a one‐dimensional (1D) infinite chain. Compounds 2 and 3 are of similar structure, showing 2D network structures with a (4,4) topology based on trinuclear clusters. Compound 4 has another type of 2D network structure with a 3‐connected (4.82) topology. The results revealed that the structural diversity is attributed to the coordination numbers and geometries of metal ions as well as the coordination modes and conformations of H3PyPhIDC. Moreover, the thermogravimetric analyses of all the compounds as well as luminescence properties of the H3PyPhIDC ligand and compound 1 were also studied.  相似文献

Reactions of di‐n‐butyltin(IV) oxide with 4′/2′‐nitrobiphenyl‐2‐carboxylic acids in 1 : 1 and 1 : 2 stoichiometry yield complexes [{(n‐C4H9)2Sn(OCOC12H8NO2?4′/2′)}2O]2 ( 1 and 2 ) and (n‐C4H9)2Sn(OCOC12H8NO2?4′/2′)2 ( 3 and 4 ) respectively. These compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and NMR (1H, 13C and 119Sn) spectroscopy. The IR spectra of these compounds indicate the presence of anisobidentate carboxylate groups and non‐linear C? Sn? C bonds. From the chemical shifts δ (119Sn) and the coupling constants 1J(13C, 119Sn), the coordination number of the tin atom and the geometry of its coordination sphere have been suggested. [{(n‐C4H9)2Sn(OCOC12H8NO2?4′)}2O]2 ( 1 ) exhibits a dimeric structure containing distannoxane units with two types of tin atom with essentially identical geometry. To a first approximation, the tin atoms appear to be pentacoordinated with distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry. However, each type of tin atom is further subjected to a sixth weaker interaction and may be described as having a capped trigonal bipyramidal structure. The diffraction study of the complex (n‐C4H9)2Sn(OCOC12H8NO2?4′)2 ( 3 ) shows a six–coordinate tin in a distorted octahedral frame containing bidentate asymmetric chelating carboxylate groups, with the n‐Bu groups trans to each other. The n‐Bu? Sn? n‐Bu angle is 152.8° and the Sn? O distances are 2.108(4) and 2.493(5) Å. The oxygen atom of the nitro group of the ligand does not participate in bonding to the tin atom in 1 and 3 . Crystals of 1 are triclinic with space group P1 and of that of 3 have orthorhombic space group Pnna. Copyright © 2003 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A novel immonium type coupling reagent, 5‐(1H‐benzotriazol‐1‐yloxy)‐3,4‐dihydro‐1‐methyl 2H‐pyrrolium hexachloroantimonate (BDMP) has been designed, synthesized and utilized to synthesize oligopeptides and biologically active peptide both in solution and solid phase with satisfactory yield, low racemization and fast reaction rate. The estimation of racemization and the influence of several reaction parameters were studied by HPLC method using the model reaction: Z‐Gly‐Phe‐OH + Val‐OMe·HCl·Z‐Gly‐D/L‐Phe‐Val‐OMe. It was shown that the reactivity of BDMP was much higher and the racemization was much lower than those of HOBt‐based ‘onium’ reagents, even though its analogues BOMI. To further verified me effectiveness of BDMP, Leu‐enkephalin was synthesized both in solution and solid phase using BDMP as coupling reagent. The proposed mechanism was also speculated.  相似文献

The energy level of a hole‐transporting material (HTM) in organic electronics, such as organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs) and perovskite solar cells (PSCs), is important for device efficiency. In this regard, we prepared 4,4′‐(cyclohexane‐1,1‐diyl)bis[N,N‐bis(4‐methoxyphenyl)aniline] ( TAPC‐OMe ), C46H46N2O4, to tune the energy level of 4,4′‐(cyclohexane‐1,1‐diyl)bis[N,N‐bis(4‐methylphenyl)aniline] ( TAPC ), which is a well‐known HTM commonly used in OLED applications. A systematic characterization of TAPC‐OMe , including 1H and 13C NMR, elemental analysis, UV–Vis absorption, fluorescence emission, density functional theory (DFT) calculations and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, was performed. TAPC‐OMe crystallized in the triclinic space group P, with two molecules in the asymmetric unit. The dihedral angles between the central amine triangular planes and those of the phenyl groups varied from 26.56 (9) to 60.34 (8)° due to the steric hindrance of the central cyclohexyl ring. This arrangement might be induced by weak hydrogen bonds and C—H…π(Ph) interactions in the extended structure. The emission maxima of TAPC‐OMe showed a significant bathochomic shift compared to that of TAPC . A strong dependency of the oxidation potentials on the nature of the electron‐donating ability of substituents was confirmed by comparing oxidation potentials with known Hammett parameters (σ).  相似文献

The potassium fluoroborates K[RCF=CFBF3] (R = F, Cl (cis‐/trans‐mixture), trans‐C4F9, cis‐C2F5, cis‐C6F13, trans‐C4H9, trans‐C6H5) were prepared by fluoridation (methoxide‐fluoride substitution with K[HF2]) of RCF=CFB(OMe)2 and Li[RCF=CFB(OMe)3] which were obtained from RCF=CFLi and B(OMe)3. The K[RCF=CFBF3] salts were characterized by their 1H, 11B, 19F NMR and IR spectra.  相似文献

2,5‐[(Diphenylphosphanyl)methyl]‐1,1,2,4,4,5‐hexaphenyl‐1,4‐diphospha‐2,5‐diboracyclohexane shows polymorphism as two tetrahydrofuran (THF) disolvates [C64H58B2P4·2C4H8O, (Ia) and (Ib)] and pseudo‐polymorphism as its toluene monosolvate [C64H58B2P4·C7H8, (Ic)]. In each of polymorphs (Ia) and (Ib), the diphosphadiboracyclohexane molecule is located on a centre of inversion. The THF molecule of (Ib) is disordered over two sites, with a site‐occupation factor of 0.612 (8) for the major‐occupied site. Both structures crystallize in the same space group (P21/n), but they display a different crystal packing. For pseudo‐polymorph (Ic), although the space group is P21/c, which is just a different setting of the P21/n space group of (Ia) and (Ib), the crystal packing is completely different. Although the crystal packing in these three structures is significantly different, their molecular conformations are surprisingly the same.  相似文献

Six mono/double‐layered 2D and three 3D coordination polymers were synthesized by a self‐assembly reaction of Zn (II) salts, organic dicarboxylic acids and L1/L2 ligands. These polymeric formulas are named as [Zn(L1)(C4H2O4)0.5 (H2O)]n·0.5n(C4H2O4)·2nH2O ( 1 ), [Zn2(L2)(C4H2O4)2]n·2nH2O ( 2 ), [Zn(L1)(m‐BDC)]n ( 3 ), [Zn2(L2)(m‐BDC)2]n·2nH2O ( 4 ), [Zn3(L1)2(p‐BDC)3(H2O)4]n·2nH2O ( 5 ), [Zn2(OH)(L2) (p‐BDC)1.5]n ( 6 ), [Zn2(L1)(p‐BDC)2]n·5nH2O ( 7 ), [Zn2(L2)(p‐BDC)2]n·3nH2O ( 8 ) and [Zn2(L1)(C4H4O4)1.5(H2O)]n·n(ClO4nH2O ( 9 ) [L1 = N,N′‐bis (pyridin‐4‐ylmethyl)propane‐1,2‐diamine, L2 = N,N′‐bis (pyridin‐3‐ylmethyl)propane‐1,2‐ diamine, m‐BDC2? = m‐benzene dicarboxylate, p‐BDC2? = p‐benzene dicarboxylate]. Meanwhile, these polymers have been characterized by elemental analysis, infrared, thermogravimetry (TG), photoluminescence, powder and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Polymers 1–6 present mono‐ and double (4,4)‐layer motifs accomplished by L1/L2 ligands with diverse conformations and organic dicarboxylates, and the layer thickness locates in the range of 5.8–15.0 Å. In three 3D polymers, the L1 and L2 molecules adopt the same cis‐conformations and join adjacent Zn (II) cations together with p‐BDC2? or succinate, giving rise to different binodal (4,4)‐c nets with (4.52.83)(4.53.72) ( 7 ), pts ( 8 ) topology and twofold interpenetrated binodal (5,5)‐c nets with (32.44.52.62)(3.43.52.64) ( 9 ). Therefore, the diverse conformations of the two bis (pyridyl)‐propane‐1,2‐diamines and the feature of different organic dicarboxylate can effectively influence the architectures of these polymers. Powder X‐ray diffraction patterns demonstrate that these bulk solid polymers are pure phase. TG analyses indicate that these polymers have certain thermal stability. Luminescent investigation reveals that the emission maximum of these polymers varies from 402 to 449 nm in the solid state at room temperature. Moreover, 1 , 3 and 5–8 show average luminescence lifetimes from 8.81 to 16.30 ns.  相似文献

A series of 3‐(3‐hydroxyphenyl)‐4‐alkyl‐3,4‐dihydrobenzo[e][1,3]oxazepine‐1,5‐dione compounds with general formula CnH2n+1CNO(CO)2C6H4(C6H4OH) in which n are even parity numbers from 2 to 18. The structure determinations on these compounds were performed by FT‐IR spectroscopy which indicated that the terminal alkyl chain attached to the oxazepine ring was fully extended. Conformational analysis in DMSO at ambient temperature was carried out for the first time via high resolution 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

A novel two‐dimensional (2D) ZnII coordination framework, poly[[μ‐1,3‐bis(2‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)benzene](μ‐5‐nitrobenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylato)zinc(II)], [Zn(C8H3NO6)(C14H14N4)]n or [Zn(NO2‐BDC)(1,3‐BMIB)]n [1,3‐BMIB is 1,3‐bis(2‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)benzene and NO2‐H2BDC is 5‐nitrobenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylic acid], has been prepared and characterized by IR, elemental analysis, thermal analysis and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis revealed that the compound is a new 2D polymer with a 63 topology parallel to the (10) crystal planes based on left‐handed helices, right‐handed helical NO2‐BDC–Zn chains and [Zn2(1,3‐BMIB)2]n clusters. In the crystal, adjacent layers are further connected by C—H…O hydrogen bonds, C—H…π interactions, C—O…π interactions and N—O…π interactions to form a three‐dimensional structure in the solid state. In addition, the compound exhibits strong fluorescence emissions in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

The 2D CuII metal‐organic framework [Cu2(bptc)(H2O)4]n · 4nH2O ( 1 ) (H4bptc = biphenyl‐2,2′,4,4′‐tetracarboxylic acid) was hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction and magnetic measurements. In the structure, bptc4– serves as a twisted Π‐shaped organic building block to connect paddlewheel [Cu2(COO)4] dinuclear units and mononuclear units through 2‐/2′‐carboxylate and 4‐/4′‐carboxylate, respectively. According to the magnetic analysis using a dimer‐plus‐monomer model, strong antiferromagnetic coupling is operative within the dinuclear unit (J = –311 cm–1 based on H = –J S 1 S 2), and the compound behaves like a mononuclear molecule at low temperature.  相似文献

Carba‐closo‐dodecaborate anions with two functional groups have been synthesized via a simple two‐step procedure starting from monoamino‐functionalized {closo‐1‐CB11} clusters. Iodination at the antipodal boron atom provided access to [1‐H2N‐12‐I‐closo‐1‐CB11H10]? ( 1 a ) and [2‐H2N‐12‐I‐closo‐1‐CB11H10]? ( 2 a ), which have been transformed into the anions [1‐H2N‐12‐RC?C‐closo‐1‐CB11H10]? (R=H ( 1 b ), Ph ( 1 c ), Et3Si ( 1 d )) and [2‐H2N‐12‐RC?C‐closo‐1‐CB11H10]? (R=H ( 2 b ), Ph ( 2 c ), Et3Si ( 2 d )) by microwave‐assisted Kumada‐type cross‐coupling reactions. The syntheses of the inner salts 1‐Me3N‐12‐RC?C‐closo‐1‐CB11H10 (R=H ( 1 e ), Et3Si ( 1 f )) and 2‐Me3N‐12‐RC?C‐closo‐1‐CB11H10 (R=H ( 2 e ), Et3Si ( 2 f )) are the first examples for a further derivatization of the new anions. All {closo‐1‐CB11} clusters have been characterized by multinuclear NMR and vibrational spectroscopy as well as by mass spectrometry. The crystal structures of Cs 1 a , [Et4N] 2 a , K 1 b , [Et4N] 1 c , [Et4N] 2 c , 1 e , and [Et4N][1‐H2N‐2‐F‐12‐I‐closo‐1‐CB11H9]?0.5 H2O ([Et4N ]4 a ?0.5 H2O) have been determined. Experimental spectroscopic data and especially spectroscopic data and bond properties derived from DFT calculations provide some information on the importance of inductive and resonance‐type effects for the transfer of electronic effects through the {closo‐1‐CB11} cage.  相似文献

2,3‐Dihydro‐4H‐thiopyrano[2,3‐b]pyridin‐4‐ones 4 were prepared by a three‐step sequence from commercially available 2‐chloropyridine ( 1 ). Thus, successive treatment of 1 with iPr2NLi (LDA) and α,β‐unsaturated aldehydes gave 1‐(2‐chloropyridin‐3‐yl)alk‐2‐en‐1‐ols 2 , which were oxidized with MnO2 to 1‐(2‐chloropyridin‐3‐yl)alk‐2‐en‐1‐ones 3 . The reactions of 3 with NaSH?n H2O proceeded smoothly at 0° in DMF to provide the desired thiopyranopyridinones. Similarly, 2,3‐dihydro‐4H‐thiopyrano[2,3‐c]pyridin‐4‐ones 8 and 2,3‐dihydro‐4H‐thiopyrano[3,2‐c]pyridin‐4‐ones 12 were obtained starting from 3‐chloropyridine ( 5 ) and 4‐chloropyridine ( 9 ), respectively.  相似文献

Three structurally related flexible bis(imidazole) ligands reacted with Co(NO3)2 · 6H2O and succinic acid (L1) to yield three new metal‐organic frameworks {[Co(L1)(L2)] · (H2O)}n ( 1 ) [L2 = 2‐bis(imidazol‐1‐yl)ethane], {[Co(L1)(L3)](H2O)}n ( 2 ) [L3 = 1,4‐bis(imidazol‐1‐yl) butane], and {[Co(L1)(L4)] · (H2O)}n ( 3 ) [L4 = 1,4‐bis(2‐methyl‐imidazol‐1‐yl)butane], respectively. These complexes were synthesized under solvothermal conditions and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, single‐crystal and powder X‐ray diffraction, as well as thermal analyses. Interestingly, the ligands in these complexes exhibit different conformations and further cause three different configurations. Complex 1 shows a three‐dimensional (3D) framework, which is connected by two‐dimensional (2D) layer structures through hydrogen bonds. Complex 2 is a diamond structure with threefold interpenetration. Complex 3 is a 3D framework linked by hydrogen bonds like complex 1 .  相似文献

Treatment of cyclohexadecanone ( 1g ; with I2 (2.2 mol‐euqiv.) and KOH in MeOH) furnished the unsaturated (Z)‐ester 2g in 83% yield, via a stereospecific Favorskii rearrangement (Scheme 1). Further treatment with 3‐chloroperbenzoic acid (m‐CPBA) afforded the unreported epoxy ester 3g (88% yield), which was cleaved in 33% yield to Exaltone® (=cyclopentadecanone; 1f ) with NaOH in MeOH/H2O and then HCl at 65°. This methodology was similarly extended to higher (C17) and lower (C15 to C11) cyclic ketone analogues, as well as regioselectively to (?)‐(R)‐muscone ( 5c ) and homomuscone ( 5f ) (Scheme 2). Olfactive properties of the corresponding macrocyclic 1‐oxaspiro[2,n]alkanes and ‐alkenes 4 and 8 , resulting from a Corey? Chaykovsky oxiranylation, are also presented.  相似文献

The combination of cobalt, 3,5‐di‐tert‐butyldioxolene (3,5‐dbdiox) and 1‐hydroxy‐1,2,4,5‐tetrakis(pyridin‐4‐yl)cyclohexane (tpch) yields two coordination polymers with different connectivities, i.e. a one‐dimensional zigzag chain and a two‐dimensional sheet. Poly[[bis(3,5‐di‐tert‐butylbenzene‐1,2‐diolato)bis(1,5‐di‐tert‐butyl‐4‐oxocyclohexa‐2,5‐dien‐1‐yl‐3‐olato)[μ4‐1‐hydroxy‐1,2,4,5‐tetrakis(pyridin‐4‐yl)cyclohexane]cobalt(III)]–ethanol–water 1/7/5], {[Co2(C14H20O2)4(C26H24N4O)]·7C2H5OH·5H2O}n or {[Co2(3,5‐dbdiox)4(tpch)}·7EtOH·5H2O}n, is the second structurally characterized example of a two‐dimensional coordination polymer based on linked {Co(3,5‐dbdiox)2} units. Variable‐temperature single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction studies suggest that catena‐poly[[[(3,5‐di‐tert‐butylbenzene‐1,2‐diolato)(1,5‐di‐tert‐butyl‐4‐oxocyclohexa‐2,5‐dien‐1‐yl‐3‐olato)cobalt(III)]‐μ‐1‐hydroxy‐1,2,4,5‐tetrakis(pyridin‐4‐yl)cyclohexane]–ethanol–water (1/1/5)], {[Co(C14H20O2)2(C26H24N4O)]·C2H5OH·5H2O}n or {[Co(3,5‐dbdiox)2(tpch)]·EtOH·5H2O}n, undergoes a temperature‐induced valence tautomeric interconversion.  相似文献

Podand‐type ligands are an interesting class of acyclic ligands which can form host–guest complexes with many transition metals and can undergo conformational changes. Organic phosphates are components of many biological molecules. A new route for the synthesis of phosphate esters with a retained six‐membered ring has been used to prepare 2,2′‐[benzene‐1,2‐diylbis(oxy)]bis(5,5‐dimethyl‐1,3,2‐dioxaphosphinane) 2,2′‐dioxide, C6H4{O[cyclo‐P(O)OCH2CMe2CH2O]}2 or C16H24O8P2, (1), 2‐[(2′‐hydroxybiphenyl‐2‐yl)oxy]‐5,5‐dimethyl‐1,3,2‐dioxaphosphinane 2‐oxide, [cyclo‐P(O)OCH2CMe2CH2O](2,2′‐OC6H4–C6H4OH), (2), and oxybis(5,5‐dimethyl‐1,3,2‐dioxaphosphinane) 2,2′‐dioxide, O[cyclo‐P(O)OCH2CMe2CH2O]2, (3). Compound (1) is novel, whereas the results for compounds (2) and (3) have been reported previously, but we record here our results for compound (3), which we find are more precise and accurate than those currently reported in the literature. In (1), two cyclo‐P(O)OCH2CMe2CH2O groups are linked through a catechol group. The conformations about the two catechol O atoms are quite different, viz. one C—C—O—P torsion angle is −169.11 (11)° and indicates a trans arrangement, whereas the other C—C—O—P torsion angle is 92.48 (16)°, showing a gauche conformation. Both six‐membered POCCCO rings have good chair‐shape conformations. In both the trans and gauche conformations, the catechol O atoms are in the axial sites and the short P=O bonds are equatorially bound.  相似文献
