New convenient method for synthesis of p-chlorinated calix[4]arenes is reported. The sulfuryl chloride was used for chlorination of unsubstituted at the lower rim calix[4]arenes. The products of this reaction were very suitable for further O-alkylation.  相似文献

Four novel calix[4]arenes bearing one cycloheptatrienyl substituent and two calix[4]arenes with one tropylium substituent at the wider rim were synthesized. Cycloheptatrienyl- and tropylium-calixarenes represent two states of a potentially photoswitchable calixarene host. The complexation of selected hosts with organic cations such as quinolinium, ammonium and tropylium ions was studied. It was found that the complexation of organic cations by the tropylium-substituted host was much stronger in CDCl3 solution than by the related cycloheptatrienyl-host. Aryltropylium ions are bound by tropylium hosts. Accordingly, dimers of the host itself are formed both in CDCl3 solution and in the gas phase. Because of the intramolecular charge transfer tropyliumcalix[4]arenes are qualified as chromogenic hosts. These undergo two acid-base equilibriums depending on the concentration and the solvent. Summary New macrotricyclic compounds consisting of two calix[4]arene substructures connected by aliphatic chains of various length (three to five carbon atoms) between two oppositep-positions and two distal phenolic oxygens have been synthesized. Starting withp-tert-butyl-calix[4]arene, two O-protected phenolic units are attachedvia ether links in 1,3-position by reaction with the corresponding tosylates. After deprotection, the new calix[4]arene is formed by fragment condensation with 2,6-bisbromomethylated 4-alkylphenols. The structure of one example (8c) has been confirmed by single crystal X-ray analysis. Both calixarene parts assume the cone conformation, a molecule of acetonitrile being included in both cavities.

Zusammenfassung Neue makrotricyclische Verbindungen, in denen zwei Calix[4]aren-Einheiten durch aliphatische Ketten unterschiedlicher Länge (drei bis fünf C-Atome) zwischen zwei gegenüberliegendenp-Positionen und zwei gegenüberliegenden Phenolsauerstoffen verknüpft sind, wurden hergestellt. Ausgehend vonp-tert-Butyl-calix[4]aren werden zunächst zwei O-geschützte Phenolbausteine in 1,3-Stellung durch Umsetzung mit den entsprechenden Tosylaten etherartig gebunden. Nach Abspaltung der Benzylether-Schutzgruppe wird durch Fragmentkondensation mit 2,6-bisbrommethylierten 4-Alkylphenolen das neue Calix[4]aren gebildet. Für8c wurde die Struktur durch Einkristallröntgenstrukturanalyse bestätigt. Beide Calixarenteile nehmen diecone-Konformation ein, wobei in die beiden Hohlräume je ein Molekül Acetonitril eingeschlossen wird.

Calix[4]arenes substituted at the narrow or wide rim by eight carbamoylmethyl-phosphine oxide (CMPO) functions in a dendritic manner were synthesised and studied in extraction of Eu3+ and Am3+ from aqueous nitric acid into o-nitrophenylhexyl ether. 1H NMR relaxivity titrations for a wide rim octa-CMPO reveal the clear formation of a solvent-free 1:2 ligand/metal complex, while the wide rim tetra-CMPO formed oligomeric complexes under similar conditions.  相似文献

用AM1和INDO/SCI方法对八羟基杯[4]芳烃与单糖及嘧啶衍生物形成的超分子体系进行理论研究,结果表明,主体通过CH-π相互作用对单糖类进行分子识别,尤其对赤藓糖识别效果更好;主体与嘧啶没有明显的π-π堆砌作用,但能识别含吸电子基团的嘧啶衍生物,据此可设计酸碱调控的分子开关.讨论了配合物的UV谱带与主体相比发生红移的原因.  相似文献

Capillary electrophoresis (CE) can separate charged and neutral substances with high speed and efficiency. In this paper, utilizing meso-octamethylcalix[4]pyrrole, meso-tetraspirocyclohexylcalJx[4]pyrrole, bimethyl bi(2-pyrryl)- methane and 1,1-bi(2-pyrryl)cyclohexane as additives in capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) electrolyte, their recognition ability to inorganic anions was discussed. The dipyrrylmethanes have better recognition ability than others. Their effects on separation of seven normal inorganic anions by CZE were studied.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了一种双缩水甘油基杯[4]芳烃羟基硅油探头,运用自行设计的反萃取装置实现了顶空固相微萃取与毛细管电泳的离线联用,结合超声反萃取和场放大进样技术成功地测定了尿样中兴奋剂普萘洛尔异构体的含量。实验考察了固相微萃取条件和反萃取条件对测定结果的影响,比较了杯[4]芳烃探头与商品化探头对于尿样中普萘洛尔异构体的萃取性能,结果表明基于杯[4]芳烃探头的固相微萃取过程能够实现满意的净化效应与预富集效应。利用毛细管电泳-二极管阵列检测器对加标尿样中普萘洛尔异构体测定的线性范围为0.05~10 mg/L,检测限为8~10 μg/L,相对标准偏差小于6.5%(n=6),两种异构体的加标回收率为86%~107%(n=5)。该探头的可重复使用(>150次)性能良好。  相似文献

An azobenzene bridge was introduced into the lower (or smaller) rim of p-tert-butylcalix[8]arene (1) and 1,5-calix[8]crown-3 (2) to form 1,4-singly bridged (3) and 1,5:3,7-doubly bridged (4) calix[8]arene derivatives, respectively. Trans and cis isomers of conformationally rigid 4 were isolated. The quantum yields of the trans-cis photoisomerisation reactions have been measured.  相似文献

New chromogenic diazophenylcalix[4]arenes 1 and 2 were synthesized in cone conformation. Compound 1 with the ortho-carboxyl groups in CH3CN solution preferentially binds with alkaline earth and transition metal ions, whereas no significant changes in absorption spectra are observed in the presence of alkali metal ions. While 2 with the ortho-ester groups shows selective complexation properties towards transition metal ions over alkali and alkaline earth metal ions. The detection of metal ions gives rise to bathochromic shifts in the absorption spectra (from orange/yellow to red), which is clearly visible even to the naked eye. According to the selective color changes using both receptors upon cation complexation, one can set up a qualitative analytical routine to screen alkali, alkaline earth, and transition metal ions.  相似文献

Four imidazolyl acetamido p-tert-butylcalix[4]arenes 5–8 have been prepared by reacting the corresponding methyl esters derivatives 1–4 with histamine in 1:1 mixture of methanol:toluene. The yields ranged from 56 to 68%. 5–8 have been shown to be in cone conformation. The complexation behaviour of 5–8 towards monovalent metal picrates M+Pic with M+ = Li+, Na+, K+, Rb+ and Cs+ and divalent metal picrates M2+(Pic)2 with M2+ = Mg2+, Ca2+, Sr2+, Ba2+, Pb2+, Cd2+, Zn2+ and Co2+ are given. Tentative localisation of the metal cations in the receptors is given. The binding properties towards these cations have been determined along with stoichiometries of the complexes.  相似文献

In the presence of K2CO3 as reaction base, the 25-alkoxy-27-benzoyloxy-calix[4]arenes were converted into 25-alkoxy-26-benzoyloxy derivatives by benzoyl-migration. A benzoyl-migrated reaction mechanism with a cyclic orthobenzoate-like intermediate was proposed, and the mechanism was supported by the identical reaction results on the conversion of 25-ethoxy-27-benzoyloxycalix[4]arene to 25-ethoxy-26-benzoyloxycalix[4]arene, and vice versa.  相似文献

非水毛细管电泳(NACE)已经被广泛用于药物、环境和生物等领域。由于有机溶剂种类繁多,它们的物理和化学性质各不相同,因此可以针对被分析物的性质及检测方法的不同,选择不同的有机溶剂用于NACE分离,从而拓宽了毛细管区带电泳(CZE)的应用范围。本综述根据近年来NACE在分析领域的应用,对NACE的优势、检测方法、富集方式以及在实际样品中的应用等方面进行了总结,并对其今后的发展进行了展望。  相似文献

New compounds: 5,11,17,23-tetra-tert-butyl-25,26,27,28-tetrakis(3-diisopropoxyphosphorylpropoxy)calix[4]arene (1) and 5,11,17,23-tetra-tert-butyl-25,26,27,28-tetrakis(3-methoxyethoxyphosphorylpropoxy)calix[4]arene (2) were synthesized and their ionophoric properties in ion-selective membrane electrodes were studied in comparison with already described by us 5,11,17,23-tetra-tert-butyl-25,26,27,28-tetrakis(3-diethoxyphophorylpropoxy)calix[4]arene (3). Complexes of 1 with calcium(II), lanthanum(III), europium(III) and gadolinium(III) nitrates were prepared in direct reaction of the ligand and appropriate metal salts. They were characterized by spectral data (IR, UV/Vis, luminescence, NMR, ESI-MS) and elemental analysis. The similarity in complexing behavior of the (dialkoxyphosphoryl)propoxy-calix[4]arenes toward calcium and some lanthanides was observed.  相似文献

The synthesis of four new tetraamido-type p-tert-butylcalix[4]arenes presenting two proximal binding subunits is reported. Complexation of alkalimetals and zinc picrates with these ligands have been carried out and monitored by 1H-NMR inCDCl3. It is shown that hard cations are included in the tetraamido cavity while thezinc cation is chelated to the pyridine rings of one of the ligands.
