将肌红蛋白(Mb)固定在纳米氧化铝(AAO)模板-金胶复合组装体修饰玻碳电极表面,制得Mb/AAO/Au colloid/GC薄膜电极.在pH=5.4的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,该薄膜电极于-0.21 V(vs.Ag/AgC l)处有一对准可逆的氧化还原峰,为Mb血红素辅基Fe(Ⅲ)/Fe(Ⅱ)电对的特征峰.在AAO/Au colloid薄膜的微环境中,Mb与玻碳电极间的电子传递明显加快,该Mb/AAO/Au colloid/GC薄膜电极还可用于过氧化氢和溶解氧的催化还原.  相似文献

用魔芋多糖(KGM)和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)的加合物,将肌红蛋白(Mb)固定在玻碳电极(GCE)上,制备了稳定的Mb-KGM-DMF/GCE修饰电极,并研究了Mb在修饰电极上的直接电化学行为和电催化性能。该电极在pH=7.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液(PBS)中,-0.38 V(E0′)处有一对氧化还原峰,峰电位差ΔEp=70 mV,该峰正是Mb中血红素辅基FeⅢ/FeⅡ电对的氧化还原特征峰。在0.2~9.0 V/s扫速的范围内,氧化还原峰峰电流大小和扫描速率成正比,呈现出表面控制行为。在pH为5.0~12.0的范围内,式电位和pH值呈线性关系,表明电子传递过程伴随着质子转移。同时,Mb-KGM-DMF/GCE修饰电极表现出良好的电催化性能,对氧、H2O2有显著的催化作用。在4.70~75.0μmol/L的范围内,其催化峰电流大小与H2O2的浓度有良好的线性关系,其线性回归方程i=0.127 0.093C,r=0.9989,表观米氏常数为80.8μmol/L。  相似文献

在水溶液中制备了掺杂蒽醌磺酸盐(AQS)的聚吡咯(PPy)/玻碳复合膜修饰电极,采用循环伏安法和旋转圆盘电极技术研究了该修饰电极在不同pH值溶液中的电化学行为以及在pH=5.5的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中对氧还原反应的电催化性能和动力学.结果表明,与裸玻碳电极相比,PPy膜的存在不仅降低了AQS的反应电位和峰电位差,而且增大了其氧化还原反应的峰电流,H2AQ/HAQ-氧化还原对的电离常数为9.5.AQS/PPy膜修饰电极上氧的还原主要是两电子还原为H2O2的不可逆过程,H2AQ对氧还原反应起主要催化作用,还原过程符合异相氧化还原催化机理.该修饰电极具有良好的电化学重现性.  相似文献

将双十二烷基二甲基溴化铵(DDAB)-粘土(Clay)复合物的水分散系与肌红蛋白(Mb)水溶液的混合物涂布到热解石墨(PG)电极表面,可制得Mb-DDAB-Clay薄膜电极.在pH5.5的缓冲溶液中,该薄膜电极在-0.25V(vs.SCE)处有一对可逆的循环伏安还原氧化峰,为Mb血红素辅基Fe(Ⅲ)/Fe(Ⅱ)电对的特征峰.在DDAB-Clay薄膜的微环境中,Mb与PG电极之间的电子传递得到极大促进,并显示了很好的稳定性.Soret吸收带的位置表明,在适中的pH范围内,Mb在薄膜中保持了其原始构象.X射线衍射实验结果表明,Mb的嵌入并未对薄膜的有序多层结构有很大影响.在DDAB-Clay薄膜环境中,Mb血红素Fe(Ⅲ)/Fe(Ⅱ)电对的式量电位在pH4.5~11.0范围内与溶液pH值成线性关系,表明Mb的电化学还原很可能是一个质子伴随一个电子的电极过程.Mb-DDAB-Clay薄膜可以用于催化还原溶解氧和三氯乙酸.  相似文献

聚灿烂甲酚蓝修饰玻碳电极的制备及电化学性质   总被引:1,自引:2,他引:1  
在含灿烂甲酚蓝的磷酸缓冲溶液中,用循环伏安法扫描.在经预处理的玻碳电极上形成了聚合物薄膜.在-0.7V-+0.9V(vsSCE)的扫描电位范围和弱碱性介质中形成的薄膜具有较高电活性和稳定性.制备好的聚灿烂甲酚蓝修饰电极在磷酸缓冲溶液的循环伏安曲线有两对氧化还原峰,峰电位随pH升高而向负电位方向移动.该电极对NADH的电化学氧化有催化作用,使其氧化电位负移了270mV并增大了氧化峰电流.  相似文献

应用控制电位电解法在金电极上进行了普鲁士蓝(PB)/壳聚糖(CS)修饰膜的电沉积。在pH2、溶液组成为2.5 mmol/L FeCl3 2.5 mmol/L K3[Fe(CN)6] 0.01%CS 0.01 mol/L HCl和0.1 mol/L KCl的溶液中,于0.4 V(vs.SCE)电沉积300 s,获得性能理想的沉积膜。对修饰膜进行了红外和显微表征,结果表明,PB和CS同时沉积在电极上,且膜结构较纯PB沉积膜粗糙,修饰量大,具有更强的空间结构性。研究了PB/CS/金修饰电极(PB/CS/Au/CME)的电化学行为,该电极在中性(pH7.0~8.0)条件下性能比纯PB修饰膜更稳定,具有良好的电化学活性和对H2O2的电催化性能。氧化峰电流与H2O2浓度在1×10-6~5×10-3mol/L范围内呈良好线性关系,为研制基于酶催化反应的电化学生物传感器奠定了良好基础。  相似文献

用琼脂糖将肌红蛋白(Mb)固定到玻碳电极(GC)表面,制备了Mb-琼脂糖膜修饰电极。包埋在琼脂糖膜中的Mb在缓冲溶液和乙醇混合溶液中与电极直接传递电子,得到一对对称的Mb辅基血红素Fe(III)/Fe(II)电对的可逆氧化还原峰。其式电势随缓冲溶液pH值增加而负移,且呈线性关系,这说明Mb的电子传递过程伴随有质子的转移。在缓冲溶液和乙醇混合溶液中,固定化肌红蛋白表现出类似细胞色素P450的催化活性,能快速催化还原氯乙烷(六氯乙烷、五氯乙烷、四氯乙烷)脱氯,Mb-琼脂糖膜修饰电极具有较好的稳定性和重现性,可用于这些物质的定量检测。  相似文献

报道了用硅溶胶-凝胶(Sol-gel)膜将血红蛋白(Hb)固载于碳糊电极上的直接电化学行为.研究结果表明,Hb-Sol-gel修饰的碳糊电极在pH=7.0的缓冲溶液中于-0.275V(vs.Ag/AgCl)处有一对可逆的循环伏安氧化-还原峰,为Hb血红素辅基Fe(Ⅲ)/Fe(Ⅱ)电对的特征峰.HbFe(Ⅲ)/Fe(Ⅱ)电对的式量电位在pH5.0~11.0范围内与溶液pH值呈线性关系,表明Hb的电化学还原很可能是一个质子伴随着一个电子的电极过程.FTIR光谱证实,Sol-gel膜对Hb的固载没有破坏其天然结构.Hb-Sol-gel修饰的碳糊电极能够催化还原H2O2,可望将其用于制作第三代生物传感器.  相似文献

The compositions of the neutral diterpenoids of the oleoresins of five species of conifers growing in the Transcarpathia have been studied. It has been found that the oleoresins ofAbies alba M.,Larix decidua M., andPicea excelsa L. contain more than 50% of neutral diterpenoids. The group and qualitative compositions of the oxygen-containing diterpenoids have been determined. In the oleoresins ofAbies alba,Picea excelsa, andPicea abies tertiary alcohols — cis-abienol and isocembrol — predominate, while inLarix decidua the main component is the hydroxy ester larixyl acetate. Primary alcohols related to the resin acids have been found in all the oleoresins investigated. Features of the distribution of diterpenoids according to the species of conifers have been revealed. The spectral-polarization characteristics of absorption and phosphorescence of molecules of the initial form of nitro-substituted indolinospirobenzothiopyran were studied in oriented polyethylene films and in solutions with different polarity. An oscillator model of the electron transitions responsible for the formation of absorption and luminescence spectra was suggested. It was established that the principal differences in the spectral and photophysical properties of the compound studied and its oxygen-containing analog are associated with the fact that the electronegativity of the S atom is lower than that of the O atom. The oxygen quenching rate constants for singlet and triplet excited states of the dimethyl ester of mesoporphyrin IX increase with decreasing viscosity of the medium and reach a maximum at a viscosity of approximately 0.4 mPa·sec, after which the rate constants begin to decrease. The drop in rate constant with increasing fluidity of the medium may be related to a nonequilibrium character of the elementary act in the interaction of the reactants in the solvent cage. In viscous media such as isopropyl alcohol, isobutyl alcohol, and isoamyl alcohol, the reaction radius is greater than the sum of the radii of the reacting particles. The heats of detonation of 20 simple high explosives and explosive mixtures were determined by means of an adiabatic detonation calorimeter designed by the authors. The results indicated that the performance of the instrument was reliable and the experimental data were very accurate. For explosive mixtures, there was a linear accumulative relationship between the heats of detonation of the explosive mixture and its components. Accordingly, the heats of detonation of explosive mixtures could be calculated directly from the heats of detonation of simple explosives and the characteristic heats of other components. The experiments showed that the gold or brass shell of the cylindrical charge could be substituted by a thick-walled porcelain shell, which had the advantage of cheapness.

Sets of hydrogen molecule equivalents have been developed which permit the calculation of hydrogenation of different types of carbon-carbon bonds from ab initio total energies (3-21G and 6-31G* basis sets, and, to a more limited extent, for MP2/6-31G* data) of reactants and products. The calculated enthalpies of hydrogenation are in good agreement with experiment for unstrained molecules, with average errors on the order of 2 kcal/mol. The 6-31G* equivalents allow the enthalpies for strained molecules to be calculated accurately, but the 3-21G equivalents do not. The equivalents for both basis sets have been tested by calculating the enthalpies of hydrogenation of carbon-carbon bonds in nitrogen- and oxygen-containing organic molecules, free radicals, and classical carbocations. The results are in good agreement with experiment in most cases.  相似文献

非那雄胺能抑制5α-还原酶的活性,明显降低二氢睾酮水平,是一种治疗良性前列腺增生的有效药品。该合成工艺以甾烯酮酸为原料,将其与氯化亚砜反应,无须分离即与叔丁胺反应得17β-酰胺化合物,再氧化开环,环合,氢化,脱氢合成了非那雄胺。经元素分析、IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、MS分析表征了其结构。该法无须使用昂贵的2,2-二吡啶二硫化物和剧毒药品苯亚硒酸酐,且以乙酸铵代替氨气,降低了对设备的要求和腐蚀,更适用于工业生产。  相似文献
