Laser-induced fluorescence excitation spectra of NiO have been recorded in the wavelength region of 510-650 nm under supersonic molecular beam conditions. More than fifty bands have been observed and rotationally analyzed to determine the molecular constants. The excited states exhibit highly irregular variations in terms of isotopic shifts, vibrational intervals, and rotational constants. Twenty-six bands attributed to [Ω=0, 1]-X3∑o transitions have been tentatively grouped into five vibrational progressions. Furthermore, dispersed fluorescence and lifetimes of the strong bands have also been measured.  相似文献

在有源发光玻璃的制备过程中,通常需要掺杂微量元素,用于改善玻璃的发光性能,因此在生产过程中进行快速检测非常重要.本实验针对激光诱导击穿光谱技术(LIBS)分析玻璃中微量元素灵敏度不足的问题,利用激光诱导荧光辅助激光诱导击穿光谱技术(LIBS-LIF)检测了玻璃中3种微量元素Yb,Al和P.使用波长可调谐激光激发等离子体中的Yb+离子、Al原子和P原子,并对这3种粒子在激光诱导荧光中的跃迁过程进行了分析.结果表明,通过激光诱导荧光辅助激光诱导击穿光谱技术,Yb+离子、Al原子和P原子的光谱强度分别增强了23,50和8倍,大幅度提高了LIBS分析的灵敏度.  相似文献

Laser-induced fluorescence excitation spectra of jet-cooled NiS molecules were recorded in the energy range of 12200-13550 cm-1. Four vibronic bands with rotational structure have been observed and assigned to the [12.4]30- -X30- transition progression. The relevant rotational constants, significant isotopic shifts, and (equilibrium) molecular parameters have been determined. The laser-induced fluorescence excitation spectra of jet-cooled NiB radicals have been recorded in the energy range of 19000-22100 cm-1. Eleven bands have been assigned to the [20.77]2II-X2+ transition system for the first time. The dispersed fluorescence spectra related to most of these bands have been investigated. Vibrationally excited levels of the ground electronic state, with v" up to 6, have been observed. In addition, the lifetimes for almost all the observed bands have also been measured.  相似文献

Fifteen bands have been assigned as three transition progressions:[15.65]^3Ⅱ1(v′=0-4)-X^3∑0^-(v″=0),[15.69]^3∑0^-(v′=0-4)-X^3∑0^-(v″=0),and [15.81]^3Ⅱ1(v′=0-4)-X^3∑0^-(v″=0).Spectroscopic constants for the three newly identified electronically excited states have been determined for the first time. Fourteen conformers of 3-amino-1-propanol as the minima on the potential energy surface are examined at the MP2/6-311++G** level. Their relative energies calculated at B3LYP, MP3 and MP4 levels of theory indicated that two most stable conformers display the in-tramolecular OH…N hydrogen bonds. The vertical ionization energies of these conformers calculated with ab initio electron propagator theory in the P3/aug-cc-pVTZ approximation are in agreement with experimental data from photoelectron spectroscopy. Natural bond orbital analyses were used to explain the differences of IEs of the highest occupied molec-ular ortibal of conformers. Combined with statistical mechanics principles, conformational distributions at various temperatures are obtained and the temperature dependence of pho-toelectron spectra is interpreted.  相似文献

以N-丁基咪唑、HCl和CuCl为原料两步法合成了离子液体[BIm]Cl/CuCl,并用傅里叶变换红外光谱FT-IR和傅里叶变换离子回旋共振质谱FT-ICR MS对其结构进行表征。采用差热扫描量热仪DSC、FT-IR以及紫外可见光谱UV-vis对吸附硫醇的[BIm]Cl/CuCl进行分析,讨论了[BIm]Cl/CuCl吸附硫醇的作用机制。以[BIm]Cl/CuCl为吸附剂,采用吸附蒸馏工艺脱除MTBE中的硫化物,MTBE硫含量可降低至5 μg/g以下,吸附剂进行多次循环使用且脱硫效果无明显降低。  相似文献

标题配合物是由三齿配体N,N-二(2-苯并咪唑甲基)亚胺(IDB)与NiSO4•6H2O在甲醇-乙醇溶液中反应得到的紫色晶体. X射线衍射测定了其单晶结构. 结构分析表明, 镍(II)分别与两个IDB配体中的苯并咪唑的四个氮和胺基的两个氮配位形成畸变的八面体构型. 研究了纳米金和小牛胸腺DNA对配合物荧光的影响, 探讨了配合物的荧光猝灭与恢复的可能机理.  相似文献

运用广义梯度密度泛函理论(Generalized Gradient Approximation,GGA)的PBE(Perdew-Burke-Ernzerh)方法结合周期性平板模型,研究了氯气分子和氯原子在CuCl(111)表面上的吸附。通过对不同吸附位和不同单层覆盖度下的吸附能和几何构型参数的计算和比较发现:氯气分子在CuCl(111)表面的吸附为解离吸附;单层覆盖度为0.50时的吸附构型为稳定的吸附构型;氯气分子平行吸附在CuCl(111)表面时最稳定,吸附能最大,达364.5 kJ·mol-1;伸缩振动频率的计算结果表明,吸附后的氯气分子的伸缩振动频率与自由氯气分子的伸缩振动频率相比,都发生了红移;布居分析结果表明整个吸附体系发生了由Cu原子向氯气分子的电荷转移。氯原子吸附的计算结果显示氯原子以穴位稳定的吸附在CuCl(111)表面。  相似文献

The adsorption of H2O molecule and its dissociation products, O and OH, on CuCl(111) surface was studied with periodic slab model by PW91 approach of GGA within the framework of density functional theory. The results of geometry optimization indicate that the top site is stable energetically for H2O adsorbed over the CuCl(111) surface. The threefold hollow site is found to be the most stable adsorption site for OH and O, and the calculated adsorption energies are 309.5 and 416.5 kJ/mol, respectively. Adsorption of H2O on oxygen-precovered CuCl(111) surface to form surface hydroxyl groups is predicted to be exothermic by 180.1 kJ/mol. The stretching vibrational frequencies, Mulliken population analysis and density of states analysis are employed to interpret the possible mechanism for the computed results.  相似文献

无论是在水溶液还是乙腈溶液中,2-PBI(2-(2′-吡啶基)苯并咪唑)的发射光谱都表现出一定的红移,但由于该分子对Zn2+低的结合能力以及多变的配位比例,2-PBI不能作为一个比例计量型的Zn2+荧光探针。本研究通过在2-PBI的5位引入推电子基团N,N-二甲基,增加探针的配位原子数同时促进探针的ICT效应,设计合成比例计量型Zn^2+荧光探针DBITA。实验结果表明,除了172 nm的大斯托克斯位移外,DBITA还表现出特定的Zn^2+诱导的红移,发射波长从534 nm红移到609 nm,DBITA与Zn^2+以1∶1比例结合。此外,DBITA对Zn^2+表现出极高的亲和力,配合物DBITA/Zn^2+结合的Kd值为0.16 pmol·L^-1。在HeLa细胞中,DBITA完成了细胞内的Zn^2+的定量造影。  相似文献

采用简单的液相法制备了核壳结构的Ag@BaGdF_5∶Yb~(3+),Ho~(3+)纳米复合材料。XRD测试表明复合材料中含有立方相的Ag和立方相的BaGdF_5。电镜照片表明复合粒子为球形,包覆后颗粒变大,包覆层BaGdF_5∶Yb~(3+),Ho~(3+)的厚度约为14 nm。荧光光谱测试表明复合材料具有良好的上转换发光性能,以绿光发射最强,同时样品具有良好的顺磁性和光热转换性能。MTT测试表明复合材料具有良好的生物相容性,将其同HeLa细胞共同培养后用980 nm激光照射,具有明亮的绿色上转换荧光成像。将不同浓度的纳米复合材料和商用计算机断层扫描(CT)成像造影剂碘比醇进行比较,纳米复合材料具有更高的CT成像性能。在NIR照射下,纳米复合材料生成的热足以有效杀死HeLa细胞。  相似文献

以稀土氧化物(Eu_2O_3,Gd_2O_3,La_2O_3)、对甲氧基苯甲酸(p-MOBA)、菲咯啉(phen)为原料制备了不同稀土离子(Gd~(3+),La~(3+))掺杂的Eu(p-MOBA)_3phen探针分子。将所合成的探针分子与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)混合,以过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂引发聚合,制得不同稀土(Gd~(3+),La~(3+))掺杂的Eu(p-MOBA)_3phen/PMMA温敏漆样品。利用扫描电镜、紫外-可见吸收光谱、红外光谱和荧光光谱对探针分子的形貌、结构、发光性能及温敏漆的荧光温度猝灭特性进行表征。红外光谱、紫外可见吸收光谱及扫描电镜能谱分析表明,Eu~(3+)与配体p-MOBA、phen成功配位,且掺入的稀土离子(Gd~(3+),La~(3+))未改变Eu(p-MOBA)_3phen结构,说明掺入的稀土离子(Gd~(3+),La~(3+))部分取代了Eu~(3+)。荧光光谱表明,稀土离子(Gd~(3+),La~(3+))的掺入对Eu(p-MOBA)_3phen的发光均具有增益作用,并且相应的温敏漆在50~100℃温度范围内都具有良好的荧光温度猝灭特性。而且相比于镧掺杂的Eu(p-MOBA)_3phen/PMMA,钆掺杂的Eu(p-MOBA)_3phen/PMMA具有更强的荧光发射和更高的测温灵敏度。可见,不同的稀土(Gd~(3+),La~(3+))对Eu(p-MOBA)_3phen/PMMA的荧光及温敏特性影响是不同的。  相似文献

A series of π‐extended distyryl‐substituted boron dipyrromethene (BODIPY) derivatives with intense far‐red/near‐infrared (NIR) fluorescence was synthesized and characterized, with a view to enhance the dye’s performance for fluorescence labeling. An enhanced brightness was achieved by the introduction of two methyl substituents in the meso positions on the phenyl group of the BODIPY molecule; these substituents resulted in increased structural rigidity. Solid‐state fluorescence was observed for one of the distyryl‐substituted BODIPY derivatives. The introduction of a terminal bromo substituent allows for the subsequent immobilization of the BODIPY fluorophore on the surface of carbon nano‐onions (CNOs), which leads to potential imaging agents for biological and biomedical applications. The far‐red/NIR‐fluorescent CNO nanoparticles were characterized by absorption, fluorescence, and Raman spectroscopies, as well as by thermogravimetric analysis, dynamic light scattering, high‐resolution transmission electron microscopy, and confocal microscopy.  相似文献

Photostable and bright fluorescent dyes with large Stokes shifts are widely used as markers in far‐field optical microscopy, but the variety of useful dyes is limited. The present study introduces new 3‐heteroaryl coumarins decorated with a primary phosphate group (OP(O)(OH)2) attached to C‐4 in 2,2,4‐trimethyl‐1,2‐dihydroquinoline fragment fused with the coumarin fluorophore. The general synthetic route is based on the Suzuki reaction of 3‐bromocoumarines with hetarylboronic acids followed by oxidation of the methyl group at the C?C bond with SeO2 (to an aldehyde), reduction with NaBH4 (to an alcohol), and conversion into a primary phosphate. The 4 position in the coumarin system may be unsubstituted or bear a methyl group. Phosphorylated coumarins were found to have high fluorescence quantum yields in the free state and after conjugation with proteins (in aqueous buffers). In super‐resolution light microscopy with stimulated emission depletion (STED), the new coumarin dyes provide an optical resolution of 40–60 nm with a low background signal. Due to their large Stokes shifts and high photostability, phosphorylated coumarins enable to combine multilabel imaging (using one detector and several excitation sources) with diffraction unlimited optical resolution.  相似文献

The present study aims to investigate the interactions of zinc oxide nanoparticles and copper oxide nanoparticles with the major photosynthetic pigment chlorophyll using ultraviolet-visible, steady state, and time resolved laser induced fluorescence spectroscopy. The steady state fluorescence measurements show that zinc oxide and copper oxide nanoparticles quench the fluorescence of chlorophyll in concentration-dependent manner. The Stern-Volmer plot for the chlorophyll-zinc oxide nanoparticles is linear, and the value of quenching constant has been observed to increase with temperature indicating the possibility of dynamic quenching. A decrease in the lifetime of chlorophyll with increase in the concentration of zinc oxide nanoparticles confirms the involvement of dynamic quenching in the chlorophyll–zinc oxide nanoparticle interaction. In the case of copper oxide nanoparticles, the Stern-Volmer plot deviates from linearity observed in the form of upward curvature depicting the presence of both static and dynamic quenching. In addition, the lifetime of chlorophyll decreases with increase in the concentration of copper oxide nanoparticles displaying the dominance of dynamic quenching in the chlorophyll-copper oxide nanoparticle interaction. The decrease observed in the value of binding constant with increasing temperature and negative values of change in enthalpy, entropy, and Gibb’s free energy indicates that van der Waal and hydrogen bonding are the prominent forces during the interaction of chlorophyll with both zinc oxide and copper oxide nanoparticles and that the process is spontaneous and exothermic. The interaction of zinc oxide and copper oxide nanoparticles with chlorophyll occurs through electron transfer mechanism. The obtained results are useful in understanding the sensitization processes involving chlorophyll and zinc oxide and copper oxide nanoparticles.  相似文献

稀土硝酸盐和2,5-噻吩二甲酸与菲咯啉在水热反应条件下合成了3个新的配合物,[Ln(2,5-tdc)1.5(phen)(H2O)]n(Ln=Gd(1),Tb(2),Dy(3);2,5-tdc=2,5-噻吩二甲酸根,phen=菲咯啉)。通过X射线单晶衍射确定了它们的晶体结构。配合物1~3为同构的2D网络结构。配合物1在340 nm激发下出现最大发射中心位于366和387 nm的宽峰,可归属于配体的π*-π跃迁发射。配合物2在365 nm紫外灯照射下发绿光,其荧光发射光谱中出现了4个尖峰,位于491、545、588和620 nm处,对应于Tb3+的5D4→7FJ(J=6~3)跃迁。配合物2的荧光寿命显示为单指数衰减,其值为(0.123±0.005)ms。配合物3的发射光谱中出现了2个尖峰,位于482和575 nm处,分别对应于Dy3+的4F5/2→6H15/2和4F5/2→6H13/2跃迁。另外,研究了配合物2的荧光传感能力,该配合物可作为荧光探针检测水溶液中的Cu2+离子。  相似文献

利用过渡金属盐与3,4,5,6-四氟邻苯二甲酸(H2TFPT)、1,3-二(4-吡啶基)-丙烷(DPP)和1,4-二(1,2,4-三氮唑)-1-丁烷(BTB)经水热法合成了3个新的配合物:{[M(TFPT)(DPP)]·H2O}n(M=Cd(1),Ni(2)),{[Cd(TFPT)(BTB)0.5]·2H_2O}n(3)。通过X射线单晶衍射分析测定了它们的结构。配合物1和2具有相似的一维链结构。中心金属离子表现为扭曲的[MO4N2]八面体构型。配合物3具有二维结构。中心金属离子表现为扭曲的[CdO5N]八面体构型。配合物1和3分别在424 nm、442 nm处出现来自于配体的荧光发射,对应于配体的π*-π的跃迁,配合物2在356 nm处有非常弱的荧光发射。不同金属阳离子对配合物1和3的荧光强度有不同程度的影响,并且通过荧光的猝灭机理,它们都能选择性检测Fe~(3+)离子。  相似文献
