The mechanism of the cycloaddition reaction of forming a silicic bis-heterocyclic compound between singlet dimethylmethylenesilylene (Me2C=Si:) and ethene has been investigated with the CCSD(T)//MP2/6-31G* method. From the potential energy profile, it can be predicted that, this reaction has one dominant channel. The presented rule of this dominant channel: the 3p unoccupied orbital of Si in dimethylmethylenesilylene and the π orbital of ethene forming the π→p donor-acceptor bond, resulting in the formation of three-membered ring intermediate (INT1); INT1 then isomerizes to a four-membered ring silylene (P2), which is driven by ring-enlargement effect; due to sp3 hybridization of Si atom in P2, P2 further combines with ethene to form a silicic bis-heterocyclic compound.  相似文献

The mechanism of the cycloaddition reaction of forming germanic hetero‐polycyclic compound between singlet germylene carbene and formaldehyde has been investigated with MP2/6‐31G* method, including geometry optimization and vibrational analysis for the involved stationary points on the potential energy surface. The energies of the different conformations are calculated by CCSD (T)//MP2/6‐31G* method. From the potential energy profile, we predict that the cycloaddition reaction of forming germanic hetero‐polycyclic compound between singlet germylene carbene and formaldehyde has two competitive dominant reaction pathways. First dominant reaction pathway consists of four steps: (1) the two reactants (R1, R2) first form an intermediate (INT1) through a barrier‐free exothermic reaction of 117.5 kJ/mol; (2) intermediate (INT1) then isomerizes to a four‐membered ring compound (P2) via a transition state (TS2) with an energy barrier of 25.4 kJ/mol; (3) four‐membered ring compound (P2) further reacts with formaldehyde (R2) to form an intermediate (INT3), which is also a barrier‐free exothermic reaction of 19.6 kJ/mol; (4) intermediate (INT3) isomerizes to a germanic bis‐heterocyclic product (P3) via a transition state (TS3) with an energy barrier of 5.8 kJ/mol. Second dominant reaction pathway is as follows: (1) the two reactants (R1, R2) first form an intermediate (INT4) through a barrier‐free exothermic reaction of 197.3 kJ/mol; (2) intermediate (INT4) further reacts with formaldehyde (R2) to form an intermediate (INT5), which is also a barrier‐free exothermic reaction of 141.3 kJ/mol; (3) intermediate (INT5) then isomerizes to a germanic bis‐heterocyclic product (P5) via a transition state (TS5) with an energy barrier of 36.7 kJ/mol.  相似文献

The mechanism of the cycloaddition reaction between singlet dimethyl-silylene carbene and acetone has been investigated with density functional theory, From the potential energy profile, it can be predicted that the reaction has two competitive dominant reaction pathways. The presented rule of this reaction: the [2+2] cycloaddition effect between the πorbital of dimethyl-silylene carbene and the π orbital of π-bonded compounds leads to the formation of a twisty four-membered ring intermediate and a planar four-membered ring product; The unsaturated property of C atom from carbene in the planar four-membered ring product, resulting in the generation of CH3-transfer product and silicic bis-heterocyclic compound.  相似文献

H2Ge=Si: and its derivatives (X2Ge=Si:, X=H, Me, F, Cl, Br, Ph, Ar,…) are new species. Its cycloaddition reactions are new area for the study of silylene chemistry. The cycloaddition reaction mechanism of singlet H2Ge=Si: and formaldehyde has been investigated with the MP2/aug-cc-pVDZ method. From the potential energy profile, it could be predicted that the reaction has one dominant reaction pathway. The reaction rule is that two reactants firstly form a four-membered Ge-heterocyclic ring silylene through the [2+2] cycloaddition reaction. Because of the 3p unoccupied orbital of Si: atom in the four-membered Ge-heterocyclic ring silylene and the π orbital of formaldehyde forming a π→p donor-acceptor bond, the four-membered Ge-heterocyclic ring silylene further combines with formaldehyde to form an intermediate. Because the Si: atom in the intermediate undergoes sp3 hybridization after transition state, then the intermediate isomerizes to a spiro-Si-heterocyclic ring compound involving Ge via a transition state. The result indicates the laws of cycloaddition reaction between H2Ge=Si: or its derivatives (X2Ge=Si:, X=H, Me, F, Cl, Br, Ph, Ar,…) and asymmetric π-bonded compounds are significant for the synthesis of small-ring involving Si and Ge and spiro-Si-heterocyclic ring compounds involving Ge.  相似文献

The mechanism of the cycloaddition reaction of forming a germanic hetero‐polycyclic compound between singlet germylidene (R1) and acetone (R2) has been investigated with CCSD(T)//MP2/6‐31G* method. From the surface energy profile, it can be predicted that the dominant reaction pathway for this reaction consists of three steps: (1) the two reactants (R1, R2) firstly form a twisted four‐membered ring intermediate (INT2); (2) the intermediate (INT2) reacts further with acetone (R2) to give another intermediate (INT4); (3) intermediate (INT4) isomerizes to a hetero‐polycyclic germanic compound (P4) via a transition state TS4. The presented rule of this reaction: the [2+2] cycloaddition effect between the π orbital of germylidene and the π orbital of π‐bonded compounds leads to the formation of four‐membered ring intermediate (INT2). The 4p unoccupied orbital and the lone‐pair sp electrons of Ge in the four‐membered ring intermediate (INT2) react with the π orbital and the antibonding π* orbital of π‐bonded compounds, respectively, forming the π→p and sp→ π* cyclic donor‐acceptor bonds, resulting in the generation of a stable germanic hetero‐polycyclic compound (P4).  相似文献

The H2Ge=Ge:, as well as and its derivatives (X2Ge=Ge:, X=H, Me, F, Cl, Br, Ph, Ar, : : :) is a kind of new species. Its cycloaddition reactions is a new area for the study of germy-lene chemistry. The mechanism of the cycloaddition reaction between singlet Me2Ge=Ge: and acetaldehyde was investigated with the B3LYP/6-31G* method in this work. From the potential energy profile, it could be predicted that the reaction has one dominant re-action pathway. The reaction rule is that the two reactants firstly form a four-membered Ge-heterocyclic ring germylene through the [2+2] cycloaddition reaction. Because of the 4p unoccupied orbital of Ge: atom in the four-membered Ge-heterocyclic ring germylene and the π orbital of acetaldehyde forming a π→p donor-acceptor bond, the four-membered Ge-heterocyclic ring germylene further combines with acetaldehyde to form an intermedi-ate. Because the Ge atom in intermediate happens sp3 hybridization after transition state, then, intermediate isomerizes to a spiro-Ge-heterocyclic ring compound via a transition state. The research result indicates the laws of cycloaddition reaction between Me2Ge=Ge: and ac-etaldehyde, and lays the theory foundation of the cycloaddition reaction between H2Ge=Ge: and its derivatives (X2Ge=Ge:, X=H, Me, F, Cl, Br, Ph, Ar, : : :) and asymmetric π-bonded compounds, which are significant for the synthesis of small-ring and spiro-Ge-heterocyclic ring compounds.  相似文献

The mechanism of cycloaddition reaction between singlet silylene carbene and acetone has been investigated with CCSD(T)//MP2/6-31G method. One consists of two steps: (1) the two reactants (R1, R2) firstly form a four-membered ring intermediate (INT4) through a barrier-free exothermic reaction of 585.9 kJ/mol; (2) Then intermediate (INT4) isomerizes to CH3-transfer product (P4.1) via a transition state (TS4.1) with energy barrier of 5.3 kJ/mol. The other is as follows: on the basis of intermediate (INT4) created between R1 and R2, intermediate (INT4) further reacts with acetone (R2) to form the intermediate (INT5) through a barrier-free exothermic reaction of 166.3 kJ/mol; Then, intermediate (INT5) isomerizes to a silicic bis-heterocyclic product (P5) via a transition state (TS5), for which the barrier is 54.9 kJ/mol. To understand better the molecular-level details of ≡Si+(SC) or ≡SiO-(SOA) ion group to -NH2 teminated poly(amido-amine) dendrimers in the gas phase, density functional theory is used to optimize the minimum energy and transition state structures with UB3LYP/6-311G(d) and HF/6-31G levels. The tertiary amine nitrogen and the amide oxygen are found to be the most favorable binding sites. The activation energies of the different active sites and the reaction steps of SC and/or SOA ion group and the amide sites are also analyzed. The stable compounds are formed via the electrostatic interaction and the coordination effect. The orientation of the amide O and the rotation of the branches minimizes the energy of the whole system.  相似文献

New global three dimensional potential energy surfaces for the Cl+H2 reactive system have been constructed using accurate multireference configuration interaction calculations with a large basis set. The three lowest adiabatic potential energy surfaces correlating asymptotically with Cl(^2p)+H2 have been transformed to adiabatic representation, which leads to a fourth coupling potential for non-linear geometries. In addition, the spin-orbit coupling surfaces have also been computed using the Breit-Pauli Hamiltonian. Properties of the new potential are described. Reaction dynamics based on the new potential agrees with the recent experimental results quite well.  相似文献

Mechanism of the cycloadditional reaction between singlet dichloro-germylidene and formaldehyde has been investigated with MP2/6-31G* method, including geometry opti-mization, vibrational analysis and energies for the involved stationary points on the poten-tial energy surface. From the potential energy profile, we predict that the cycloaddition reaction between singlet dichloro-germylidene and formaldehyde has two competitive dom-inant reaction pathways, going with the formation of two side products (INT3 and INT4), simultaneously. Both of the two competitive reactions consist of two steps, two reactants firstly form a three-membered ring intermediate INT1 and a twisted four-membered ring intermediate INT2, respectively, both of which are barrier-free exothermic reactions of 41.5 and 72.3 kJ/mol; then INT1 isomerizes to a four-membered ring product P1 via transition state TS1, and INT2 isomerizes to a chlorine-transfer product P2 via transition state TS2,with the barriers of 2.9 and 0.3 kJ/mol, respectively. Simultaneously, P1 and INT2 further react with formaldehyde to form INT3 and INT4, respectively, which are also barrier-free exothermic reaction of 74.9 and 88.1 kJ/mol.  相似文献

Ab initio CCSD(T)/CBS//B3LYP/6-311G(d, p) calculations of the potential energy surface for possible dissociation channels of HOC\begin{document}$_2$\end{document}H\begin{document}$_3$\end{document}F, as well as Rice-Ramsperger-Kassel-Marcus (RRKM) calculations of rate constants, were carried out, in order to predict statistical product branching ratios in dissociation of HOC\begin{document}$_2$\end{document}H\begin{document}$_3$\end{document}F at various internal energies. The most favorable reaction pathway leading to the major CH\begin{document}$_2$\end{document}CHO+HF products is as the following: OH+C\begin{document}$_2$\end{document}H\begin{document}$_3$\end{document}F\begin{document}$\rightarrow$\end{document}i2\begin{document}$\rightarrow$\end{document}TS14\begin{document}$\rightarrow$\end{document}i6\begin{document}$\rightarrow$\end{document}TS9\begin{document}$\rightarrow$\end{document}i3\begin{document}$\rightarrow$\end{document}TS3\begin{document}$\rightarrow$\end{document}CH\begin{document}$_2$\end{document}CHO+HF, where the rate-determining step is HF elimination from the CO bridging position via TS11, lying above the reactants by 3.8 kcal/mol. The CH\begin{document}$_2$\end{document}O+CH\begin{document}$_2$\end{document}F products can be formed by F atom migration from C\begin{document}$_\beta$\end{document} to C\begin{document}$_\alpha$\end{document} position via TS14, then H migration from O to C\begin{document}$_\alpha$\end{document} position via TS16, and C-C breaking to form the products via TS5, which is 1.8 kcal/mol lower in energy than the reactants, and 4.0 kcal/mol lower than TS11.  相似文献

Extensive quasiclassical trajectory calculations for the O(1D)+CD4 multichannel reaction were carried out on a new global potential energy surface fit by permutationally invariant polynomials. The product branching ratios, translational energy distributions, and angular distributions of OD+CD3, D+CD2OD/CD3O, and D2+DCOD/D2CO product channels were calculated and compared with the available experimental results. Good agreement between theory and experiment has been achieved, indicating small isotope effects for the title reaction. The O(1D)+CD4 reaction mainly proceeds through the CD3OD intermediate via the trapped abstraction mechanism, with initial abstraction of the D atom rather than the direct insertion, followed by decomposition of CD3OD into various products.  相似文献

Quantum chemical calculations employing density functional theory (B3LYP) were carried out to compare the preference of [3+2] versus [2+2] cycloadditions of ethylene to WO2(CH3)2 (W2), WONH(CH3)2 (W3), WNHCH2(CH3)2 (W4), W(CH2)2(CH3)2 (W5), and W(NH)2(CH3)2 (W6). The results are compared to previously published data on the related tungsten complex WOCH2(CH3)2 (W1). In agreement with MoOCH2(CH3)2 and ReO2CH3CH2, all six tungsten complexes prefer a [2+2] pathway rather than a [3+2] cycloaddition which is the reverted preference compared to the analogous compounds TcO2CH3CH2, MnO2CH3CH2, RuO3CH2, OsO3CH2 and OsO2(NH)2, and MO2CH3CH2 (M = Ir, Rh, Co).  相似文献

The product branching ratio between different products in multichannel reactions is as important as the overall rate of reaction, both in terms of practical applications (\emph{e.g}. models of combustion or atmosphere chemistry) in understanding the fundamental mechanisms of such chemical reactions. A global ground state potential energy surface for the dissociation reaction of deuterated alkyl halide CD\begin{document}$ _3 $\end{document}CH\begin{document}$ _2 $\end{document}F was computed at the CCSD(T)/CBS//B3LYP/aug-cc-pVDZ level of theory for all species. The decomposition of CD\begin{document}$ _3 $\end{document}CH\begin{document}$ _2 $\end{document}F is controversial concerning C\begin{document}$ - $\end{document}F bond dissociation reaction and molecular (HF, DF, H\begin{document}$ _2 $\end{document}, D\begin{document}$ _2 $\end{document}, HD) elimination reaction. Rice-Ramsperger-Kassel-Marcus (RRKM) calculations were applied to compute the rate constants for individual reaction steps and the relative product branching ratios for the dissociation products were calculated using the steady-state approach. At the different energies studied, the RRKM method predicts that the main channel for DF or HF elimination from 1, 2-elimination of CD\begin{document}$ _3 $\end{document}CH\begin{document}$ _2 $\end{document}F is through a four-center transition state, whereas D\begin{document}$ _2 $\end{document} or H\begin{document}$ _2 $\end{document} elimination from 1, 1-elimination of CD\begin{document}$ _3 $\end{document}CH\begin{document}$ _2 $\end{document}F occurs through a direct three-center elimination. At 266, 248, and 193 nm photodissociation, the main product CD\begin{document}$ _2 $\end{document}CH\begin{document}$ _2 $\end{document}+DF branching ratios are computed to be 96.57%, 91.47%, and 48.52%, respectively; however, at 157 nm photodissociation, the product branching ratio is computed to be 16.11%. Based on these transition state structures and energies, the following photodissociation mechanisms are suggested: at 266, 248, 193 nm, CD\begin{document}$ _3 $\end{document}CH\begin{document}$ _2 $\end{document}F\begin{document}$ \rightarrow $\end{document}absorption of a photon\begin{document}$ \rightarrow $\end{document}TS5\begin{document}$ \rightarrow $\end{document}the formation of the major product CD\begin{document}$ _2 $\end{document}CH\begin{document}$ _2 $\end{document}+DF; at 157 nm, CD\begin{document}$ _3 $\end{document}CH\begin{document}$ _2 $\end{document}F\begin{document}$ \rightarrow $\end{document}absorption of a photon\begin{document}$ \rightarrow $\end{document}D/F interchange of TS1\begin{document}$ \rightarrow $\end{document}CDH\begin{document}$ _2 $\end{document}CDF\begin{document}$ \rightarrow $\end{document}H/F interchange of TS2\begin{document}$ \rightarrow $\end{document}CHD\begin{document}$ _2 $\end{document}CHDF\begin{document}$ \rightarrow $\end{document}the formation of the major product CHD\begin{document}$ _2 $\end{document}+CHDF.  相似文献

Complex-forming reactions widely exist in gas-phase chemical reactions.Various complexforming bimolecular reactions have been investigated and interesting phenomena have been discovered. The complex-forming reactions usually have small or no barrier in the entrance channel, which leads to obvious differences in kinetic and dynamic characteristics compared with direct reactions.Theoretically, quantum state-resolved reaction dynamics can provide the most detailed microscopic dynamic mechanisms and is now feasible for a direct reaction with only one potential barrier. However, it is of great challenge to construct accurate potential energy surfaces and perform accurate quantum dynamics calculations for a complex polyatomic reaction involving deep potential wells and multi-channels.This paper reviews the most recent progress in two prototypical oxyhydrogen complex-forming reaction systems, HO2 and HO3, which are significant in combustion, atmospheric, and interstellar chemistry. We will present a brief survey of both computational and experimental work and emphasize on some unsolved problems existing in these systems.  相似文献
