The corresponding 1-(2-quinoxalyl)-, 1-[3,5-di(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-, and 1-ethoxycarbonyl-3-methyl-4-oxo-4,5,6,7-tetrahydroindazoles have been obtained from reactions of 2-acetyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione, its 5,5-dimethyl and 5-(2-furyl) derivatives, with 2-hydrazinoquinoxaline, 3,5-di(trifluoromethyl)phenylhydrazine, and ethoxycarbonylhydrazine. On interaction with ethoxycarbonylhydrazine the intermediate 2-[1-(-ethoxycarbonyl)hydrazino]ethylidene-1,3-cyclohexanediones were also isolated. From the potassium salt of 2-formyldimedone and 2-carboxyphenylhydrazine hydrochloride, 2-(2-carboxyphenyl)hydrazinomethylene-5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione was obtained, the cyclization of which in ethanol in the presence of HCl led to 1-(2-carboxyphenyl)- and 1-(2-ethoxycarbonylphenyl)-6,6-dimethyl-4-oxo-4,5,6,7-tetrahydroindazole. 相似文献

3-Hydroxy-3-(2-oxoethyl)-6-phenyl-2,3-dihydropyridazin-4(1H)-ones were obtained by the reaction of methyl 3-oxo-5-phenylfuran-2(3H)-ylideneacetate
or 2-[2-(4-chlorophenyl)-2-oxoethylidene]-5-phenylfuran-3(2H)-one with benzoic or p-nitrobenzoic isopropylidenehydrazides.
Equilibrium C(5)H and C(5)H2 tautomeric forms were detected in solutions of the 4-chlorophenyl derivatives in DMSO-d6.

The reaction of 3-(4-aryl-2-thiazolyl)- and 3-(2-benzothiazolyl)-2-iminocoumarins with N-nucleophiles was studied. This reaction gives 2-N-substituted 3-(4-aryl-2-thiazolyl)- and 3-(2-benzothiazolyl)iminocourmarins. A new compound 2-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-2-hydroxyphenyl)-2-(3,4-dimethylphenyl) acetic acid dimethylamine salt ([NH2(CH3)2][C24H31O3]) was synthesized and structurally determined. It is of monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 14.731(2), b = 10.1185(10), c = 17.065(2) A^°, β = 98.293(10)° ,Z = 4, V = 2517.0(6)A^°^3, Dc = 1.091 g/cm^3, F(000) = 904 and Mr= 413.58. A wide variety of the title compounds were synthesized by conventional and microwave methods in which the main step is a condensation of an aldehyde with a 1,4-benzoxazin-3-(4H)-one. In all cases, the Z diasteromers were the major products. Of particular importance is the synthesis of novel 2-(3,5-dibromo-4-hydroxy) and 2-(4-acetoxy-3,5-dibromobenzylidene derivatives of 2H-1,4-benzoxazin-3-(4H)-ones, four of which were shown in a previous publication to exhibit potent neuroprotecting properties. The synthesis of novel 1-{[2-(phenoxy)ethoxy]methyl}uracil derivatives with different substituents in positions and 6 of the pyrimidine ring has been carried out. It has been shown that the alkylation of trimethylsilyl derivatives of uracil with 2-(4-chlorophenoxy)- and 2-(4-methylphenoxy)ethoxymethyl chloride under Hilbert-Johnson reaction conditions gives N(1)-substitution products. It was found that the 1-{ [2-(phenoxy)ethoxy]methyl}uracil derivatives show viral inhibition properties relative to human immunodeficiency type 1 virus in vitro. A synthesis of novel derivatives of 6-methyluracil, 6-methyl-2-thioxo-, and 2-imino-6-methyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrimidin-4-one

derivatives of 6-methyl-2-thioxo- and 2-imino-6-methyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrimidin-4-one are obtained by the condensation of
the corresponding ethyl 3-oxo-2-(2-phenoxyethyl)butanoates with thiourea or guanidine. 6-Methyl-5-[2-(phenoxy)ethyl]uracils
can be prepared by treating 6-methyl-5-[2-(phenoxy)ethyl]-2-thioxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrimidin-4-ones with an excess of aqueous
monochloroacetic acid solution.

An extraction-spectrophotometric method is described for the determination of traces of iron(II) with 2-[2-(3,5-dibromopyridyl)azo]-5-diethyl-aminobenzoic acid. The reagent forms a stable and blue 12 iron/reagent complex that can be extracted into chloroform. The apparent molar absorptivity of the iron(II) complex is 1.09 × 105 1 mol–1 cm–1 at 624 nm in chloroform. The reagent is relatively selective; interferences from cobalt, copper, nickel and vanadium can be removed by using dimethylglyoxime and EDTA. The method is applied to the determination of iron (II) in sea water and aluminium alloys with good precision and accuracy. 相似文献

An efficient and convenient approach for the preparation of functionalized 2-(methylsulfonyl)pyrimidine derivatives has been developed through cyclic condensation of malonate derivatives with S-methylisothiouronium sulfate followed by derivation and oxidation in water–acetone mixture using oxone as the oxidant. An efficient method for the stereoselective synthesis of 3-(diarylmethylene)-2-oxindoles and 3-(arylmethylene)-2-oxindoles via carbopalladation is described. In this approach, an Ugi-4-component reaction (4-CR) adduct was used as the starting material. The binding characteristics between 2,5-di-[2-(3,5-bis(2-pyridylmethyl)amine -4-hydroxy-phenyl) ethylene] pyrazine (1) or its complex (1-Zn) and serum albumins were studied by fluorescence spectroscopy in pH 7.4 aqueous solution. 1-Zn emitted weak fluorescence at 580 nm in a pH 7.4 Tris-HCl buffer solution when excited at 435 nm, however, the fluorescence intensity increased upon addition of serum albumins with the blue shift of emission peak to 524 nm. The binding constants were estimated as 8.40 x 10(7) and 3.03 x 10(6)mol(-1)L for bovine serum albumin (BSA) and human serum albumin (HSA) respectively, and the number of binding sites was 1 for each. The quenching mechanism of fluorescence of serum albumins by 1-Zn was considered as a static quenching process. The binding distance between 1-Zn and serum albumins and the energy transfer efficiency were obtained based on the theory of F?rester spectroscopy energy transfer. The effect of 1-Zn on the conformation of serum albumins was further analyzed using synchronous fluorescence spectrometry. The experiment results clearly showed that 1-Zn is a highly sensitive protein sensor. 相似文献

Summary. The condensation of two molecules of 2-(2-thienylcarbonyl)thioacetanilides catalyzed by piperidine yielded thiazole derivatives as confirmed by X-ray crystal structure analysis. The reaction of malononitrile with 3-morpholino-3-(2-thienyl)acrylic acid thioanilides furnished 6-amino-1-aryl-4-(2-thienyl)-1,2-dihydro-2-thioxopyridine-5-carbonitriles. A similar reaction of malononitrile with 3-morpholino-3-(2-thienyl)acrylic acid anilides provided 2-oxopyridine-5-carbonitriles. 相似文献
