The mutually unbiasedness between a maximally entangled basis (MEB) and an unextendible maximally entangled system (UMES) in the bipartite system \(\mathbb {C}^{2}\otimes \mathbb {C}^{2^{k}} (k>1)\) are introduced and discussed first in this paper. Then two mutually unbiased pairs of a maximally entangled basis and an unextendible maximally entangled system are constructed; lastly, explicit constructions are obtained for mutually unbiased MEB and UMES in \(\mathbb {C}^{2}\otimes \mathbb {C}^{4}\) and \(\mathbb {C}^{2}\otimes \mathbb {C}^{8}\), respectively. 相似文献

We first construct a new maximally entangled basis in bipartite systems \(\mathbb {C}^{d} \otimes \mathbb {C}^{kd}\ (k\in Z^{+})\) which is diffrent from the one in Tao et al. (Quantum Inf. Process. 14, 2291 (2015)), then we generalize such maximally entangled basis into arbitrary bipartite systems \(\mathbb {C}^{d} \otimes \mathbb {C}^{d^{\prime }}\). We also study the mutual unbiased property of the two types of maximally entangled bases in bipartite systems \(\mathbb {C}^{d} \otimes \mathbb {C}^{kd}\). In particular, explicit examples in \(\mathbb {C}^{2} \otimes \mathbb {C}^{4}\), \(\mathbb {C}^{2} \otimes \mathbb {C}^{8}\) and \(\mathbb {C}^{3} \otimes \mathbb {C}^{3}\) are presented. 相似文献

We study mutually unbiased unextendible maximally entangled bases (MUUMEBs) in bipartite stystem \(\mathbb {C}^{d}\otimes \mathbb {C}^{d + 1}\). By deriving the sufficient and necessary conditions that two MUUMEBs in \(\mathbb {C}^{3}\otimes \mathbb {C}^{4}\) need to satisfy, we first establish two pairs of MUUMEBs in \(\mathbb {C}^{3}\otimes \mathbb {C}^{4}\). Then we present the sufficient and necessary conditions that two MUUMEBs in bipartite system \(\mathbb {C}^{d}\otimes \mathbb {C}^{d + 1}\) need to satisfy, thus generalize the main results of Halqem et al. We investigate tripartite entanglement in an atom-cavity-optomechanical system consisting of a two-level atom coupled to a cavity with an oscillating mirror at one end. The maximally entangled state between the atom, the field and the oscillating mirror can be prepared in the ideal case. It is shown that the atomic coherent angle that is relatively small makes tripartite entanglement much stronger against dissipative effects in a finite time interval. The parameter k plays a very important role in the oscillating frequency of the tripartite entanglement. More importantly, the π-tangle decays more quickly with the increasing of spontaneous emission rate γ and mean photon number n. 相似文献

This paper proposes a scheme where entanglement swapping between atom and cavity can
be realized. \Lambda -type three-level atoms interacting resonantly with
cavity field are considered. By detecting atom and cavity field, it
realizes entanglement swapping between atom and cavity. It uses the technique
of entanglement swapping to generate an entangled state of two cavity fields
by measuring on atoms. It discusses the experimental feasibility of
the proposed scheme

Negativity has been adopted to investigate the entanglement in a system composed of a two-level atom and a two-mode cavity field. Effects of Kerr-like medium and the number of photon inside the cavity on the entanglement are studied. Our results show that atomic initial state must be superposed, so that the two cavityfield modes can be entangled. Moreover, we also conclude that the number of photon in the two cavity mode should be equal. The interaction between modes, namely, the Kerr effect, has a significant negative contribution. Note that the atom frequency and the cavity frequency have an indistinguishable effect, so a corresponding approximation has been made in this article. We study the entanglement dynamics for two coupled multi-excitation cavity fields, each independently interacting with a two-level atom. We find that even when the atom-field system is initially not entangled, the fields can become heavily entangled through postselecting of the atomic state. The field entanglement entropy is dependent on the total excitation number but independent of the coherent photon hopping strength. 相似文献

We propose a novel scheme for generating the entanglement of two oscillating mirrors in an optomechanical system via a flying atom. In this scheme, a two-level atom, in an arbitrary superposition state, passes through an optomechanical system with two oscillating cavity-mirrors, and then its states are detected. In this way, we can generate the entangled states of the two oscillating mirrors. We derive the analytical expressions of the entangled states and make numerical calculations. We find that the entanglement of the two oscillating mirrors can be controlled by the initial state of the atom,the optomechanical coupling strength, and the coupling strength between the atom and the cavity field. We investigate the dynamics of the system with dissipations and discuss the experimental feasibility. 相似文献

We present a scheme for entanglement concentration of an unknown atomic non-maximally entangled GHZ state via cavity decay. In the scheme, the atom trapped in a cavity is manipulated by laser field, so the maximally entangled GHZ state can be obtained by performing certain operation, which can be realized by illuminating the atom in a cavity. Considering the adiabatical approximation and the large detuning
condition, we give the effective Hamiltonian of a ladder-type
three levels atom interacting with a bimodal cavity field. If two
identical three-level atoms are sent through the cavity one by one,
a two-atom entangled state can be generated. With the choice of the
appropriate interaction time, a maximally entangled state of two atoms
can be obtained if decoherence effect is ignored. Moreover, we discuss
the effect of cavity decay on four physical quantities including atomic
population probability, residual entanglement of the first atom
and the cavity field, concurrence between the two atoms, and
fidelity for generating atomic EPR state, all of which decrease

We investigate the quantum entanglement in a double-cavity optomechanical system consisting of an optomechanical cavity and an auxiliary cavity, where the optomechanical cavity mode couples with the mechanical mode via radiation-pressure interaction, and simultaneously couples with the auxiliary cavity mode via nonreciprocal coupling. We study the entanglement between the mechanical oscillator and the cavity modes when the two cavities are reciprocally or nonreciprocally coupled. The logarithmic negativity $E_{n}^{(1)}$ ($E_{n}^{(2)}$) is adopted to describe the entanglement degree between the mechanical mode and the optomechanical cavity mode (the auxiliary cavity mode). We find that both $E_{n}^{(1)}$ and $E_{n}^{(2)}$ have maximum values in the case of reciprocal coupling. By using nonreciprocal coupling, $E_{n}^{(1)}$ and $E_{n}^{(2)}$ can exceed those maximum values, and a wider detuning region where the entanglement exists can be obtained. Moreover, the entanglement robustness with respect to the environment temperature is also effectively enhanced. 相似文献
