The crystal structures for three types of three-dimensional (3-D) hydrogen-bonded networks of hexakis(4-carbamoylphenyl)benzene (1), the network morphologies of which depend greatly on crystallization conditions, have been determined. When this compound is crystallized from hot DMSO, the resulting crystals, 1.12DMSO (orthorhombic, Pca2(1)), showed a 3-D hydrogen-bonded porous network (type A) via 1-D catemer chains as a hydrogen-bonding motif of six primary amide groups. The type A network creates chambers surrounded by six molecules of 1 and channels along the c axis to give the highest porosity among the network polymorphs of 1 investigated here. Crystallization from a boiling mixture of n-PrOH and water gave 1.6n-PrOH (monoclinic, P2(1)/c), which exhibits another type of 3-D hydrogen-bonded porous network (type B) via cyclic dimers as another hydrogen-bonding motif of six primary amide groups. The type B network leads to triangle-like channels along the a axis having a cross section of ca. 9.2 x 9.7 x 9.7 A (including van der Waals radii). The crystal structure of 1.H(2)O (monoclinic, P2(1)/c), which was produced under hydrothermal conditions, showed a nonporous 3-D hydrogen-bonded network chain of amide groups (type C) composed of a mixed hydrogen bonding motif of helical catemer chains/cyclic dimer/catemer. Solvent-induced topological isomerism of these 3-D hydrogen-bonded networks of 1 arises from (i) the guest inclusion ability based on a radially functionalized hexagonal structure of 1, (ii) the correlation between the hydrogen bond donor ability of the syn and anti protons of the primary amide group in host 1 and the hydrogen bond acceptor ability of the oxygen atoms of 1 and guest solvents, and (iii) the polarity of the bulk crystallization solvents.  相似文献

We have envisioned a new family of oxa-bowls, and a general approach to these entities has been proposed through polycyclic frameworks having two converging olefinic double bonds. Ozonolysis of such molecules was envisaged to give all-cis-tetraaldehyde functionality, which could undergo intramolecular cascade acetalization to oxa-bowls having C(2)(v )()symmetry. Homohypostrophene 16a and its functionalized derivative 16b and hypostrophene 17 on ozonolysis furnished the oxa-cages 22a, 22b, and 23, respectively. Single-crystal X-ray analysis of 22a and 23 showed an interesting network of C-H.O interactions mainly involving the nonacidic cycloalkane hydrogen atoms. The molecule 22a exhibits an interesting tapelike C-H.O hydrogen bonding motif in its crystal structure. On the other hand, the molecule 23 revealed an undulated ribbonlike C-H. O motif. The "chain of rings" pattern of C-H.O interactions in 23 has been observed for the first time in the solid-state structure of oxa-bowls.  相似文献

X-ray crystal structures of pyrazinic acid 1 and isomeric methylpyrazine carboxylic acids 2-4 are analyzed to examine the occurrence of carboxylic acid-pyridine supramolecular synthon V in these heterocyclic acids. Synthon V, assembled by (carboxyl)O-H...N(pyridine) and (pyridine)C-H...O(carbonyl) hydrogen bonds, controls self-assembly in the crystal structures of pyridine and pyrazine monocarboxylic acids. The recurrence of acid-pyridine heterodimer V compared to the more common acid-acid homodimer I in the crystal structures of pyridine and pyrazine monocarboxylic acids is explained by energy computations in the RHF 6-31G* basis set. Both the O-H.N and the C-H...O hydrogen bonds in synthon V result from activated acidic donor and basic acceptor atoms in 1-4. Pyrazine 2,3- and 2,5-dicarboxylic acids 10 and 11 crystallize as dihydrates with a (carboxyl)O-H...O(water) hydrogen bond in synthon VII, a recurring pattern in the diacid structures. In summary, the carboxylic acid group forms an O-H...N hydrogen bond in pyrazine monocarboxylic acids and an O-H...O hydrogen bond in pyrazine dicarboxylic acids. This structural analysis correlates molecular features with supramolecular synthons in pyridine and pyrazine carboxylic acids for future crystal engineering strategies.  相似文献

The predictions of the crystal structure of 3-azabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane-2,4-dione submitted in the 2001 international blind test of crystal structure prediction (CSP2001) led to the conclusion that crystal structures containing an alternative hydrogen bonded dimer motif were energetically competitive with the known catemer-based structure. Here we report an extensive search for a dimer-based crystal structure. Using an automated polymorph screen a new catemer-based metastable polymorph (form 2) and two new catemer-based solvates were found, and concurrent thermal studies reproduced form 2 and identified a plastic phase (form 3), whose powder X-ray diffraction pattern was consistent with the cubic space group I23 (a = 7.5856(1) A). Computational studies on the monomer showed that the imide N-H was a weak hydrogen bond donor, rationalizing the occurrence of the plastic phase which involved the breaking of all hydrogen bonds, and modeling of small clusters showed that dimers could easily reorganize to give the catemer. FTIR spectra confirmed the weakness of the hydrogen bond, with the solute showing no self-assembly in solution. It is concluded that the weakness of the N-H donor, coupled with the globular shape of the molecule, allows unusually facile transformation between alternative hydrogen bonding motifs during aggregation and nucleation.  相似文献

The crystal structures of the hydrogen-bonded, 1:1 molecular complexes of nitro (ortho, meta and para) benzoic acids with two 2,4-diaminopyrimidine derivatives (trimethoprim and pyrimethamine) have been investigated in detail (1-5). In all the crystal structures except pyrimethamine o-nitrobenzoate (3), the carboxylate group of the respective anions interacts with the protonated trimethoprim or pyrimethamine moiety in a linear fashion through a pair of N-H?O hydrogen bonds to form a cyclic hydrogen-bonded motif. This cyclic hydrogen-bonded motif is self-organized in different ways to get the novel types of hydrogen bonding motifs and supramolecular patterns. In the crystal structure of pyrimethamine o-nitrobenzoate (3), the chelating type of hydrogen bonding motif is self-organized to get a helical supramolecular pattern. In the crystal structures of both pyrimethamine m-nitrobezoate (4) and pyrimethamine p-nitrobenzoate (5), a novel type of an alternate arrangement of DADA (D represents donor and A represents acceptor) and DDAA arrays is present, resulting in the formation of hydrogen-bonded ladders.  相似文献

Two new amino acid derivatives N-(2-oxopyrrolidin-1-ylmethyl)-l-valine (PMV) and N,N-bis(2-oxopyrrolidin-1-ylmethyl)-β-alanine (PMA) were synthesized and their structures were determined by single crystal X-ray crystallography. The geometry and conformation of both molecular aggregates and their hydrogen bond networks are not similar. In the PMV crystal structure, PMV and the solvent water molecule are linked by O–H⋯O intermolecular hydrogen bonds resulting in two ring motifs R1212(48) and R44(22). A three-dimensional supramolecular structure is formed by hydrogen bonds N–H⋯O between the layers. In the PMA crystal structure, each water molecule connects three PMA molecules through O–H⋯O intermolecular hydrogen bonds, and a ring motif R44(24) is formed in the structure. But there is no hydrogen bond interaction between the layers, in which van der Waals' interaction is involved only.  相似文献

ortho-Iminomethylphenylboronic acids were synthesized from the reaction of 2-formyl–phenylboronic acid with primary aromatic amines. Reduction of these compounds yielded the corresponding aminomethylphenylboronic acids. For both types of the compounds, the crystal structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction method. Hydrogen-bonded dimers with an additional intramolecular B–O–H…N hydrogen bond have been observed. Calculations at MP2/6–31+G** level proved that the most stable form is that with the above-mentioned intramolecular hydrogen bond while the form with dative N→B bond is less favoured. Since the calculated energy difference is small, the competition between possible forms was analyzed in terms of substituent effect stabilization energy (SESE). In the case of p-iminomethylphenylboronic acid, both hydroxyl groups are engaged in intermolecular O–H…O interactions resulting in a supramolecular ribbon motif.  相似文献

The properties of the intermolecular hydrogen bonds in the monoclinic (Form I) and the orthorhombic (Form II) polymorphs of paracetamol, C(8)H(9)NO(2), have been studied by single crystal polarized Raman spectroscopy (40 to 3700 cm(-1)) in a wide temperature range (5 K < T < 300 K) in relation to the dynamics of methyl-groups of the two forms. A detailed analysis of the temperature dependence of the wavenumbers, bandwidths and integral intensities of the spectral bands has revealed an essential difference between the two polymorphs in the strength and ordering of OH···O and NH···O hydrogen bonds. The compression of intermolecular hydrogen bonds is interrelated with crystal packing and the dynamics of methyl-groups. On structural compression of the orthorhombic polymorph on cooling, a compromise is to be sought between the shortening of OH···O and NH···O bonds, attractive CH···O and repulsive CH···H contacts in the crystal structure. As a result of a steric conflict at temperatures below 100 K, N-H···O hydrogen bonds become significantly disordered, and an extended intramolecular transition from the conformation "staggered" with respect to the C=O bond to the one "staggered" with respect to the NH bond is observed. In most of the studied crystals this transition was only about 60% complete even at 5 K, but in some of the crystals the orientation of all the methyl-groups became staggered with respect to the NH bond at low temperatures. This complete transition was coupled to a sharp shortening of the OH···O and NH···O hydrogen bonds at <100 K, the appearance of new additional positions of the protons in these H-bonds, and a slight strengthening of the C-HO bonds formed by methyl-groups. The same conformational transition has been observed also in the monoclinic polymorph at T < 80 K. The crystal packing in Form I prevents the O-H···O hydrogen bonds from adopting the optimum geometry, and they are significantly disordered at all the temperatures, especially at ≤200 K. The packing of molecules in Form I is also not favourable to form C-H···O hydrogen bonds involving methyl-groups. One can conclude from the comparison of diffraction and spectroscopic data that the higher stability of Form I results not from a larger strength of individual OH···O and NH···O hydrogen bonds, but is a cumulative effect: all the hydrogen bonds together stabilize the structure of the monoclinic polymorph more than that of the orthorhombic polymorph.  相似文献

The sarcosine–methanesulfonic acid (2:1) crystal was selected for examination of two problems: relations between different components of the amino acid–acid hydrogen bond network and a role of very strong and highly polarizable OHO hydrogen bond in the main structural units of the crystal: sarcosiniumsarcosine dimers (complexes). Our observations are based on phase transitions of the crystal monitored by DSC, X-ray diffraction and temperature evolutions of selected bands of IR spectra. Our experimental and DFT results provide information on the potential energy profile of the OHO proton and its evolution with temperature. The OO distance of the primary hydrogen bond remains almost unchanged and its proton is strongly delocalized and sensitive on neighbour NHO hydrogen bond. We propose a possible mechanism of the phase transitions and coupling between νCO vibrations of the carboxyl group and moving of the proton in neighbour OHO hydrogen bridge.  相似文献

A corona, consisting of 18 carbon atoms bearing 12 hydroxy groups in a continuous hydrogen-bonded chain, is built up by alternating degenerate conformations of alternating alkane-1,2-diol and 1,3-diol motifs. Geometries, proton nuclear magnetic resonance shifts and interaction energies for the dodecahydroxycyclo-octadecane and selected fragments are determined by density functional calculations at the B3LYP/6-311+G(d,p) level. Cooperative effects of O–H⋯O–H bonding are evident from the simple juxtaposition of these two motifs with a common OH group in butane-1,2,4-triol conformers. Bracketing a 1,2-diol motif with two 1,3-diol motifs in hexane-1,3,4,6-tetrol leads to a structure in which the 1,2-diol motif displays a bond critical point for hydrogen bonding. This is associated with enhancement of the shift of the hydrogen-bonded OH proton and of the corresponding H⋯O interaction energy. The full corona has a complete outer ring of O–H⋯O–H bond paths, and an inner ring of bond paths, due to C–H⋯H–C hydrogen–hydrogen bonding, which result in a central ring critical point. The topological O–H⋯O–H hydrogen bond, never seen in simple alkane-1,2-diols, is associated with cooperative enhancement of the H⋯O interaction energy, but this is not a necessary condition for a bond path: values for topological C–H⋯H–C hydrogen–hydrogen bonds can be as low as −0.4 kcal mol−1.  相似文献

The supramolecular synthon of amide group in the primary and secondary amides is well recognized to be infinite chains of the C(4) type formed by the intermolecular hydrogen bond of the type N–HO=C. On the other hand, there is a lack of structural data for the thioamides. Three compounds belonging to the class of N-aryl-fura-mides (N-(4-bromophenyl)-5-bromo-2-furancarboxamide, N-(4-chlorophenyl)-5-bromo-2-furancarboxamide) and to the class of N-aryl-thiofuramide (N-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-furanthiocarboxamide) are prepared and characterized by the NMR spectroscopy in solution; molecular and crystal structures in the solid state have been determined by X-ray single crystal diffractometry and the structures in the gas phase by DFT and AM1 calculations. The investigation is carried out in order to establish supramolecular amide and thioamide synthons of hydrogen bonding patterns in these crystal structures. The geometry of the N–HO=C and the N–HS=C type of hydrogen bonds are compared due to the possibility of the N–H amide group to form intramolecular hydrogen bond with the furan oxygen atom, thus, commonly, leading to the three-center hydrogen bond pattern. The competition between the S=C proton acceptor of thioamides and the other proton acceptors (such as methoxy group) for the amide N–H proton donor group has been investigated. In that context, the above-mentioned compounds are correlated with the others of this class, structurally determined, so far.  相似文献

This Letter reports the evidences for intramolecular six-membered N-H···O hydrogen bonding in N-benzyl benzamides and five-membered N-H···N hydrogen bonding in N-(pyridin-2-ylmethyl) benzamide. Intramolecular six-membered N-H···X (X = O or F) hydrogen bonding in 2-methoxyl- or 2-fluorobenzamides is used to lock the amide proton from forming strong intermolecular N-H···OC hydrogen bonding. As a result, for the first time the new intramolecular hydrogen bonding patterns are observed in the crystal structures of nine amides, whereas the whole molecules give rise to a new class of three-center hydrogen bonding motif. 1H NMR study in chloroform-d also supports that this weak intramolecular hydrogen bonding pattern exists in solution.  相似文献

Tetrasodium p-sulfonatocalix[4]arene exists as a hydrate with approximately 14 water molecules and has three polymorphic modifications, all of which contain a water molecule in the molecular cavity that is engaged in OH···π interactions. Single-crystal neutron structures are reported for two of these three forms and reveal a "compressed" water molecule with short OH bonds. Partial atomic charges and hardness analysis (PACHA) calculations based on the neutron coordinates give an OH···π interaction energy of 6.9-7.5 kJ mol(-1). The PACHA analysis also reveals the dominance of the charge-assisted hydrogen bonds from the Na(+)-coordinated water molecules. The instability of the crystal towards dehydration can be traced to an uncoordinated lattice water site. The remarkable calixarene-Na(+)-hydrate motif is conserved almost unchanged across all three polymorphs. A single-crystal neutron structure is also reported for pentasodium p-sulfonatocalix[4]arene·12H(2)O, which exhibits an intracavity water molecule that is engaged in both OH···π and OH···O hydrogen bonding. The shorter covalent bond to the hydrogen atom that forms the interaction with the aromatic ring is again apparent.  相似文献

A series of urea‐derived heterocycles, 5N‐substituted hexahydro‐1,3,5‐triazin‐2‐ones, has been prepared and their structures have been determined for the first time. This family of compounds only differ in their substituent at the 5‐position (which is derived from the corresponding primary amine), that is, methyl ( 1 ), ethyl ( 2 ), isopropyl ( 3 ), tert‐butyl ( 4 ), benzyl ( 5 ), N,N‐(diethyl)ethylamine ( 6 ), and 2‐hydroxyethyl ( 7 ). The common heterocyclic core of these molecules is a cyclic urea, which has the potential to form a hydrogen‐bonding tape motif that consists of self‐associative (8) dimers. The results from X‐ray crystallography and, where possible, Laue neutron crystallography show that the hydrogen‐bonding motifs that are observed and the planarity of the hydrogen bonds appear to depend on the steric hindrance at the α‐carbon atom of the N substituent. With the less‐hindered substituents, methyl and ethyl, the anticipated tape motif is observed. When additional methyl groups are added onto the α‐carbon atom, as in the isopropyl and tert‐butyl derivatives, a different 2D hydrogen‐bonding motif is observed. Despite the bulkiness of the substituents, the benzyl and N,N‐(diethyl)ethylamine derivatives have methylene units at the α‐carbon atom and, therefore, display the tape motif. The introduction of a competing hydrogen‐bond donor/acceptor in the 2‐hydroxyethyl derivative disrupts the tape motif, with a hydroxy group interrupting the N? H???O?C interactions. The geometry around the hydrogen‐bearing nitrogen atoms, whether planar or non‐planar, has been confirmed for compounds 2 and 5 by using Laue neutron diffraction and rationalized by using computational methods, thus demonstrating that distortion of O‐C‐N‐H torsion angles occurs to maintain almost‐linear hydrogen‐bonding interactions.  相似文献

The reaction of isonicotinic hydrazide with furfural yieldedN′-furfurylideneisonicotinic hydrazide. IR spectroscopic studies demonstrated that crystallization from different solvents afforded products with an intermolecular NH...O=C hydrogen bond. Conditions of crystallization were chosen under which single crystals with the NH...NPy intermolecular hydrogen bond (1) were grown. X-ray diffraction analysis demonstrated that the molecular and crystal structure of1 is identical to that ofN′-thienylideneisonicotinic hydrazide (2). The crystal structure consists of layers. The molecules in the layers are linked in zigzag chains through NH...NPy intermolecular hydrogen bonds. The molecules of the adjacent chains (in the layer) are linked through C=O...H?C intermolecular hydrogen bonds between the O atom of the carbonyl group and the α-H atom of the furan ring. (In the structure of2, the chains are linked through specific intermolecular interactions of different nature but with approximately identical energy.) The replacement of the thiophene fragment (2) by the furan ring (1) is accompanied by a change in the intramolecular electronic effects, which is reflected both in the geometric and spectral characteristics of the molecules in the crystal.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound (C34H47N7O9, Mr = 697.79) has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21 with a = 9.000(8), b = 11.360(10), c = 17.841(15) , β = 97.083(14)°, V = 1810(3) 3, Z = 2, F(000) = 744, Dc = 1.280 g/cm3, μ = 0.094 mm-1, the final R = 0.0721 and wR = 0.1942 for 2479 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The two methyl groups attached to the cyclobutane ring are cis oriented. An intramolecular hydrogen bond (N(6)-H(6)…O(8)) introduces rigidity into the title molecule and the crystal structure is stabilized by intermolecular N-H…O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The X-ray crystal packing analyses of the sterically encumbered halogen-substituted benzene carboxylic acids 1-4 reveal a novel and unprecedented crystal packing in that the association of the carboxyl groups through O-H...O bonds results in the generation of a helix along the 41-screw axis. Such an organization of the acids is shown convincingly to be a result of the close packing, which exploits the weaker X...X and C-H...X interactions in conjunction with the stronger O-H...O hydrogen bonds. In contrast, the chloro- and bromo-substituted durene carboxylic acids 6 and 7 exhibit a pattern that is akin to tape/ribbon involving the centrosymmetric-dimer motif and X...X short intermolecular interactions. The structural investigations demonstrate the ability of the weaker interactions in modifying the supposedly "robust" centrosymmetric-dimer motif of the carboxyl groups in a decisive manner.  相似文献

Crystal Structures of Acid Hydrates and Oxonium Salts. VIII. Dihydrate and Primary Ammonium Salt of Trimetaphosphimic Acid The dihydrate of the crystal structure of trimetaphosphimic acid, H3(PO2NH)3 · 2H2O, crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with four formula units in the unit cell (a = 7.022(1), b = 14.008(1), c = 9.353(2) Å, β = 93.34(2)°). The primary ammonium salt includes one molecule of methanol in its crystal structure, the orthorhombic space group Pbca contains eight formula units NH4H2(PO2NH)3 · CH3OH in the unit cell (a = 15.025(3), b = 7.264(1), c = 19.252(1) Å). The crystal structures have been determined from three-dimensional X-ray diffraction data collected with an automatic single crystal diffractometer. Both rings of phosphorus and nitrogen atoms show boat conformation with the nitrogen atoms in the imido form. A similar pattern of bond lengths in both molecules and the disorder of one water-oxygen atom in the dihydrate indicate a partial proton transfer from the acid molecule to the water structure. In both structures the anion is linked to other anions by three hydrogen bonds N–H ?O, with an approximate length of 2.9 Å and two very short hydrogen bonds O–H ?O of approximate length 2.5 Å.  相似文献

Weak hydrogen bonding in uracil and 4-cyano-4'-ethynylbiphenyl, for which single-crystal diffraction structures reveal close CH...O=C and C[triple bond]CH...N[triple bond]C distances, is investigated in a study that combines the experimental determination of 1H, 13C, and 15N chemical shifts by magic-angle spinning (MAS) solid-state NMR with first-principles calculations using plane-wave basis sets. An optimized synthetic route, including the isolation and characterization of intermediates, to 4-cyano-4'-ethynylbiphenyl at natural abundance and with 13C[triple bond]13CH and 15N[triple bond]C labeling is described. The difference in chemical shifts calculated, on the one hand, for the full crystal structure and, on the other hand, for an isolated molecule depends on both intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions and aromatic ring current effects. In this study, the two effects are separated computationally by, first, determining the difference in chemical shift between that calculated for a plane (uracil) or an isolated chain (4-cyano-4'-ethynylbiphenyl) and that calculated for an isolated molecule and by, second, calculating intraplane or intrachain nucleus-independent chemical shifts that quantify the ring current effects caused by neighboring molecules. For uracil, isolated molecule to plane changes in the 1H chemical shift of 2.0 and 2.2 ppm are determined for the CH protons involved in CH...O weak hydrogen bonding; this compares to changes of 5.1 and 5.4 ppm for the NH protons involved in conventional NH...O hydrogen bonding. A comparison of CH bond lengths for geometrically relaxed uracil molecules in the crystal structure and for geometrically relaxed isolated molecules reveals differences of no more than 0.002 A, which corresponds to changes in the calculated 1H chemical shifts of at most 0.1 ppm. For the C[triple bond]CH...N[triple bond]C weak hydrogen bonds in 4-cyano-4'-ethynylbiphenyl, the calculated molecule to chain changes are of similar magnitude but opposite sign for the donor 13C and acceptor 15N nuclei. In uracil and 4-cyano-4'-ethynylbiphenyl, the CH hydrogen-bonding donors are sp2 and sp hybridized, respectively; a comparison of the calculated changes in 1H chemical shift with those for the sp3 hybridized CH donors in maltose (Yates et al. J. Am. Chem. Soc. 2005, 127, 10216) reveals no marked dependence on hybridization for weak hydrogen-bonding strength.  相似文献

Very short C-H...O, N-H...O, and O-H...O hydrogen bonds have been generated utilizing the cyclic phosphate [CH2(6-t-Bu-4-Me-C6H2O)2]P(O)OH (1). X-ray structures of (i) 1 (unsolvated, two polymorphs), 1...EtOH, and 1...MeOH, (ii) [imidazolium](+)[CH2(6-t-Bu-4-Me-C6H2O)2PO2](-)...MeOH [2], (iii) [HNC5H4-N=N-C5H4NH](2+)[(CH2(6-t-Bu-4-Me-C6H2O)2PO2)2](2-)...4CH3CN...H2O [3], (v) [K, 18-crown-6](+)[(CH2(6-t-Bu-4-Me-C6H2O)2P(O)OH)(CH2(6-t-Bu-4-Me-C6H2O)2PO2)](-)...2THF [4], (vi) 1...cytosine...MeOH [5], (vii) 1...adenine...1/2MeOH [6], and (viii) 1...S-(-)-proline [7] have been determined. The phosphate 1 in both its forms is a hydrogen-bonded dimer with a short O-H...O distance of 2.481(2) [triclinic form] or 2.507(3) A [monoclinic form]. Compound 2 has a helical structure with a very short C-H...O hydrogen bond involving an imidazolyl C-H and methanol in addition to N-H...O hydrogen bonds. A helical motif is also seen in 5. In 3, an extremely short N-H...O hydrogen bond [N...O 2.558(4) A] is observed. Compounds 6 and 7 also exhibit short N-H...O hydrogen bonds. In 1...EtOH, a 12-membered hydrogen-bonded ring motif, with one of the shortest known O-H...O hydrogen bonds [O...O 2.368(4) A], is present. 1...MeOH is a similar dimer with a very short O(-H)...O bond [2.429(3) A]. In 4, the deprotonated phosphate (anion) and the parent acid are held together by a hydrogen bond on one side and a coordinate/covalent bond to potassium on the other; the O-H...O bond is symmetrical and very strong [O...O 2.397(3) A].  相似文献
