The conformational flexibility of six hybrid organodisiloxane oligomers were studied using the Low Mode-Monte Carlo conformational search method with the MM2* force field and the Generalized Born/Surface Area continuum solvent model for water. These systems have enzyme-like properties as synthetic acyltransferases and contain aminopyridine groups in various states of protonation. An ensemble of low energy structures was generated and used to investigate the dependence of molecular shape and flexibility on protonation, which plays an important role in catalyst solubility and self-association. The results as measured by the number of unique conformations, end-to-end or longest intramolecular distance and radius of gyration of the conformational point cloud indicate that the number of protonated pyridines plays a significant role in the overall molecular shape. A similar study was also carried out on various POSS-substitutive organodisiloxane oligomers. 相似文献

A new method for the formation of conjugated polyynes has been developed based on both the rearrangement of vinylidenes to alkynes and the [2+1] cheletropic fragmentation of dialkynylmethylenebicyclo[4.3.1]deca-1,3,5-triene derivatives. A model study of the photolysis of simple dialkynylmethylenebicyclo[4.3.1]deca-1,3,5-trienes resulted in cheletropic fragmentation followed by 1,2-migration to give the corresponding linear polyynes, although undesired isomerization to methylenebicyclo[5.3.0]triene derivatives took place concurrently. Expanded [3]-, [4]-, [5]-, and [6]radialene derivatives with exocyclic bicyclo[4.3.1]decatriene units were prepared by oxidative coupling of the monomeric units as precursors to the corresponding cyclo[n]carbons, monocyclic forms of carbon clusters. The spectroscopic properties of the expanded radialenes were investigated in connection with cross conjugation of the core pi system and with its perturbation by the extraannular bicyclic pi system. In negative-mode laser-desorption time-of-flight (LD-TOF) mass spectra, the expanded radialenes exhibited peaks due to the corresponding cyclo[n]carbon anions (n = 18, 24, 30, and 36) formed by the stepwise loss of the aromatic indane fragments. 相似文献

An improved protocol for the selective dilithiation of [V(η(5)-C(5)H(5))(η(7)-C(7)H(7))] has been developed, which afforded [V(η(5)-C(5)H(4)Li)(η(7)-C(7)H(6)Li)]·PMDTA (5; PMDTA=N,N,N',N',N'-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine) in almost quantitative yield (98%). In the solid state, the species features a dimeric structure with two terminal and two bridging lithium atoms, with the latter connecting both sandwich subunits. Reaction with suitable Group 4 dihalide compounds enabled the isolation of highly strained silicon- and germanium-bridged [1]trovacenophanes 6 and 7. Similarly, reaction of 5 with Cl(2)Sn(2)tBu(4) afforded the rather unstrained complex [V(η(5)-C(5)H(4))(η(7)-C(7)H(6))Sn(2)tBu(4)] (8), which together with 7 represent the first trovacenophanes to incorporate heavier analogues of silicon in the ansa-bridge. Ring-opening polymerization reactions of [V(η(5)-C(5)H(4))(η(7)-C(7)H(6))SiRR'] (2a: R=R'=Me; 6: R=Me, R'=iPr) were performed by heating in a solution of toluene in the presence of the Karstedt catalyst, which resulted in the formation of the corresponding soluble poly(trovacenylsilanes) in yields of 41 and 33%, respectively. As estimated by gel permeation chromatography (GPC), the macromolecules possess molecular weights of M(n)=10,010 and 5580 g mol(-1) with polydispersity indices of 2.31 and 1.64 for 9 and 10, respectively. ESR spectroscopic studies on 9 and 10 revealed only a single broad resonance in each case without any identifiable (51)V hyperfine coupling. 相似文献

The preparation of 2:1-[α/aza]-oligomer precursors is described via Mitsunobu and exchange of protecting groups protocols in four steps in good yields starting from N-tert-butyloxycarbonylaminophtalimide. Conformational studies showed that these building blocks further led to β-turn-like folded 2:1-[α/aza]-trimer which suggests that they are good candidates to form foldamers. 相似文献

Two new substituted [1.1.1]propellanes have been generated from the corresponding bicyclo[1.1.0]butanes in either single-step (1a) or four-step procedures (1b). The observed degree of double lithiation of the bicyclo[1.1.0]butanes is discussed in the context of DFT computational results. Addition reactions across the central C(1)-C(3) bonds of the propellanes were studied. Only the propellane 1b gave the biacetyl addition product. 相似文献

Improved syntheses of 7-methyl-2-exo-[3′-(2-bromopyridin-3-yl)-5′-pyridinyl]-7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptanes (3) and 7-methyl-2-exo-[3’-(6-bromopyridin-2-yl)-5′-pyridinyl]-7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptanes (4), precursors for PET radioligands [18F]XTRA (1) and [18F]AZAN (2), involving a key Stille coupling step followed by deprotection of Boc group and N-methylation are described. The three-component coupling reaction of substituted picolinaldehydes, amines, and formaldehyde to produce imidazo[1,5-a]pyridinium ions is reported, providing an efficient method for the preparation of N-heterocyclic carbenes (NHCs). Reactions proceed in high yields under mild conditions, allowing the incorporation of diverse functionality and chiral substituents. Strained conjugated nanohoops are attractive synthetic targets due to the bending of their π-system, which leads to intriguing optoelectronic properties, among others. By incorporating non-mirror-symmetric aromatic panels, chiral nanohoops can be obtained. We herein present a strategy to enantiopure nanohoops by racemic resolution through chiral derivatization of diketone-embedded hoops. The resulting diketo[n]CPPs (n = 6, 7) contain two stereogenic carbon atoms each and possess high fluorescence quantum yields paired with circularly polarized luminescence. These are versatile precursors to chiral dibenzo[a,e]pentalene-based nanohoops DBP[n]CPPs with antiaromatic character and ambipolar electrochemical behavior. Due to their strained structures the DBP[n]CPPs do not racemize at room temperature, which is supported by high calculated isomerization barriers. X-ray crystallographic investigations on the DBP[n]CPPs and their precursors as well as DFT calculations provide insight into the build-up of strain energy during the synthetic transformations.Racemic resolution of diketone-embedded cycloparaphenylenes by derivatization with a chiral auxiliary provides scalable access to enantiopure hoops with chiroptical properties. 相似文献

Chiral pseudo[1]rotaxanes and [1]rotaxanes constructed from macrocyclic arenes still remain a big challenge mainly owing to the lack of such chiral macrocycles. In this work, a new system of chiral pseudo[1]rotaxanes formed by self-inclusion of helic[6]arene containing amide linked with the terminal tertiary amines was first discovered. Based on an atom-economic stopping strategy, a pair of chiral [1]rotaxanes were conveniently obtained in almost quantitative yields by blocking the pseudo[1]rotaxanes with monobenzyl bromide of tetraphenylethene. The structures of pseudo[1]rotaxanes and [1]rotaxanes were characterized by 2D NMR spectra in solution, combined with DFT calculations. The photophysical properties further revealed the efficient chirality transfer of helic[6]arene to the tetraphenylethene moiety, compared to their unthreaded chiral isomers. The discovery of the chiral pseudo[1]rotaxanes allows for a wide and available synthesis of chiral [1]rotaxanes, and also opening a new avenue to the design of chiral supramolecular materials. 相似文献

Intermolecular cycloadditions of conjugated dienes and nitrene precursors usually produce aziridines. A generally useful method was lacking to directly provide the [4+1] cycloadducts, 3-pyrrolines. We have realized this transformation by using an uniquely active catalyst, copper(II) 1,1,1,5,5,5-hexafluoroacetylacetonate ([Cu(hfacac)(2)]). The method is applicable to a wide array of dienes with good yields. When 1,4-disubstituted dienes are used as substrates, good-to-excellent cis or trans selectivity can be obtained. Interestingly, the cis or trans preference depends on the nature of the substituents, rather than diene geometry. Mechanistic studies reveal that the [4+1] cycloaddition proceeds through diene aziridination and subsequent ring expansion. Among common copper catalysts, only [Cu(hfacac)(2)] can efficiently catalyze both steps, which explains the unique efficiency of the catalyst. 相似文献

Photocyclization of 3-chloro-N-phenylbenzo[b]thiophene-2-carboxamide 10 afforded [1]benzothieno[2,3-c]-quinolin-6(5H)-one 11 which was chlorinated to 6-chloro[1]benzothieno[2,3-c]quinoline 12 followed by dechlorination to give [1]benzothieno[2,3-c]quinoline 5 . A series of 6-substituted alkoxy and thioalkoxy[1]benzothieno[2,3-c]quinoline derivatives were prepared along with the N-methyl quaternary salt 13 of 5 . 6-Chloro[1]-benzothieno[2,3-c]quinoline 12 was converted into 6-hydrazino[1]benzothieno[2,3-c]quinoline 23 which upon treatment with formic acid yielded [1]benzothieno[2,3-c][1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]quinoline 6 . Treatment of 23 with nitrous acid resulted in [1]benzothieno[2,3-c]tetrazolo[1,5-a]quinoline 7 . Compounds 6 and 7 are novel heterocyclic ring systems. 相似文献

Heteroleptic copper(I) complexes CuPOP-F and CuFc-F have been prepared from a fullerene-substituted phenanthroline ligand and bis[2-(diphenylphosphino)phenyl] ether (POP) and 1,1'-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene (dppFc), respectively. Electrochemical studies indicate that some ground-state electronic interaction between the fullerene subunit and the metal-complexed moiety are present in both CuPOP-F and CuFc-F. Their photophysical properties have been investigated by steady state and time-resolved UV-vis-NIR luminescence spectroscopy and nanosecond laser flash photolysis in a CH2Cl2 solution and compared to those of the corresponding model copper(I) complexes CuPOP and CuFc and of the fullerene model compound F. Selective excitation of the methanofullerene moiety in CuPOP-F results in regular deactivation of the lowest singlet and triplet states, indicating no intercomponent interactions. Conversely, excitation of the copper(I)-complexed unit (405 nm, 40% selectivity) shows that the strongly luminescent triplet metal-to-ligand charge-transfer ((3)MLCT) excited state located at 2.40 eV is quenched by the carbon sphere with a rate constant of 1.6 x 10(8) s(-1). Details on the mechanism of photodynamic processes in CuPOP-F via transient absorption are hampered by the rather unfavorable partition of light excitation between the two chromophores. By determination of the yield of formation of the lowest fullerene triplet level through sensitized singlet oxygen luminescence in the NIR region, it is shown that the final sink of photoinduced processes is always the fullerene triplet. This can be populated via a two-step charge-separation charge-recombination process and a less favored (3)MLCT --> (3)C60 triplet-triplet energy-transfer pathway. In CuFc-F, both of the photoexcited copper(I)-complexed and fullerene moieties are quenched by the presence of the ferrocene unit, most likely via ultrafast energy transfer. 相似文献
