For the integrable couplings of Ablowitz-Kaup-Newell-Segur(ICAKNS) equations, N-fold Darboux transformation(DT) TN, which is a 4 × 4 matrix, is constructed in this paper. Each element of this matrix is expressed by a ratio of the(4N + 1)-order determinant and 4N-order determinant of eigenfunctions. By making use of these formulae,the determinant expressions of N-transformed new solutions p~([N ]), q~([N ]), r~([N ])and s~([N ])are generated by this N-fold DT.Furthermore, when the reduced conditions q =-p*and s =-r*are chosen, we obtain determinant representations of N-fold DT and N-transformed solutions for the integrable couplings of nonlinear Schr?dinger(ICNLS) equations.Starting from the zero seed solutions, one-soliton solutions are explicitly given as an example.  相似文献

A generalized Drinfel'd Sokolov-Wilson (DSW) equation and its Lax pair are proposed. A Daorboux transformation for the generalized DSW equation is constructed with the help of the gauge transformation between spectral problems, from which a Darboux transformation for the DSW equation is obtained through a reduction technique. We present a matrix coupled dispersionless(CD) system. A Lax pair for the matrix CD system is proposed and Darboux transformation is constructed on the solutions of the matrix CD system and the associated Lax pair. We express an N soliton formula for the solutions of the matrix CD system in terms of quasideterminants. By using properties of the quasideterminants, we obtain some exact solutions, including bright and dark-type solitons, rogue wave and breather solutions of the matrix CD system. Furthermore, it has been shown that the solutions of the matrix CD system are expressed in terms of solutions to the usual CD system, sine-Gordon equation and Maxwell-Bloch system.  相似文献

With the aid of computation, we consider the variable-coefficient coupled nonlinear Schrodinger equations with the effects of group-velocity dispersion, self-phase modulation and cross-phase modulation, which have potential applications in the long-distance communication of two-pulse propagation in inhomogeneous optical fibers. Based on the obtained nonisospectral linear eigenvalue problems (i.e. Lax pair), we construct the Darboux transformation for such a model to derive the optical soliton solutions. In addition, through the one- and two-soliton-like solutions, we graphically discuss the features of picosecond solitons in inhomogeneous optical fibers.  相似文献

In this paper, the two different Darboux transformations for a Blaszak-Marciniak (BM) three-field lattice equation are constructed. As the applications of the obtained Darboux transformations, new explicit solutions for the BM lattice are given. We also discuss some properties for these new explicit solutions. Under investigation in this paper is the Whitham Broer-Kaup (WBK) system, which describes the dispersive long wave in shallow water. Through a variable transformation, the WBK system is casted into a general Broer-Kaup system whose Lax pair can be derived by the Ablowitz-Kaup Newell-Segur technology. With symbolic computation, based on the aforementioned Lax pair, the N-fold Darboux transformation is constructed with a gauge transformation and the multi-soliton solutions are obtained. Finally, the elastic interactions of the two-soliton solutions (including the head-on and overtaking collisions) for the WBK system are graphically studied. Those multi-soliton collisions can be used to illustrate the bidirectional propagation of the waves in shallow water.  相似文献
