为了选择高性能单光子探测器件,采用无源抑制方法对工作在盖革模式下的雪崩光电二极管(APD: avalanche photodiode)特性进行了测量。利用APD两端的电压在雪崩后趋于稳定的特性,获得了一种确定暗击穿电压的方法。特性测量实验结果表明:降低温度能加宽APD的最佳工作区域范围,并提高最佳增益值,从而使APD具有更高的灵敏度。通过对EG&;G系列APD和外延APD暗电流和信噪比特性进行比较,发现外延 APD具有良好的噪声性能和信噪比性能,适用于单光子探测。  相似文献

高压电源的性能特性对闪烁中子探测器的性能有着十分重要的影响。为克服传统高压供电设备体积大、便携性差的问题,在便携式脉冲中子探测器研制中拟采用内部集成小型化高压模块为光电倍增管提供高压的技术路线。根据实验结果,选用的高压模块最高输出高压可达2.5 kV并且具有良好的输出一致性,可适应16~36 V的工作电压,连续工作稳定性及温度稳定性优良,可以满足脉冲中子探测器研制的要求。  相似文献

无线光通信系统中,接收端由光电探测器实现光电转换,而探测器中存在的噪声会直接影响光电转换效率。文章以无线光通信为背景,根据光电探测器噪声的产生机理,对探测器的散粒噪声、产生-复合噪声、1/f噪声和热噪声分进行描述,并且给出相对应的数学模型。结合具体的雪崩光电探测器、正本征负探测器、光电倍增管、四象限探测器、量子点红外探测器、平衡探测器及双平衡探测器分别分析各自的噪声模型。最后指明了该领域的进一步研究工作方向。  相似文献

提出了一种具有超薄有源层的谐振腔增强型石墨烯光电探测器的设计方法,利用谐振腔结构可以将光场限制在腔内,有效增强探测器的吸收.通过研究谐振腔内光场谐振条件及谐振模式下探测器响应度增强的机理,建立了驻波效应下谐振腔增强型石墨烯光电探测器光吸收模型,仿真分析谐振腔反射镜反射率、谐振腔腔长对于腔内光场增强器件性能的影响.理论分析表明,谐振腔增强型石墨烯光电探测器在850 nm处响应度可达0.5 A/W,相比无腔状态下提高了32倍;半高全宽为10 nm.采用谐振腔结构能够提高石墨烯光电探测器件的光电响应,为解决光电探测器响应度与响应速度之间的相互制约关系提供了途径.  相似文献

为了表征PbS薄膜光导红外探测器的材料缺陷,详细推导了1/f和产生-复合(g-r)噪声物理模型,并由实验数据验证了模型的准确性. 利用1/f噪声与表面缺陷关系,计算了不同偏压下表面陷阱密度. 得到该值随偏压升高而增加,由此得出1/f噪声与所加偏压成正比变化,与实验测试结果相一致. 在此模型基础上,研究了g-r噪声与深能级缺陷特征参量的关系,提出由低频噪声表征缺陷激活能、简并因子、俘获截面等缺陷参数的方法. 关键词: 红外探测器 1/f噪声')" href="#">1/f噪声 噪声')" href="#">g-r噪声 缺陷  相似文献

为了表征噪声对量子点红外探测器性能的影响, 本文推导了噪声的理论模型. 该模型通过考虑纳米尺度电子传输和微米尺度电子传输对激发能的共同影响, 并结合噪声增益, 实现了对噪声的估算. 得到的结果与实验的数据相比, 显示了很好的一致性, 从而验证了这个模型的正确性. 关键词: 电子传输 暗电流 增益 噪声  相似文献

分析了红外探测器的噪声组成与形成原因,针对多元探测器的特点,设计了低噪声多路切换开关电路,实现了噪声等效功率NEP的自动化测量,消除了电路中其他器件引入的噪声干扰。实验结果表明,本测量系统不仅具有较低的测量误差(≤2%),并且可以用于其他多元探测器的噪声检测。  相似文献

分析了用于消除门控单光子探测器电尖峰噪声的同轴电缆反射方案的特性.重点分析了该方案中,雪崩光电二极管的偏置电压和输出信号的变化特性.根据理论分析的结果,给出了不同的单光子信号与两个门控脉冲的时序关系的确定依据,以及该方案对电尖峰噪声的消除效果,同时给出了探测系统的最小探测周期.并对理论分析的结果进行了实验验证,实验中测得尖峰噪声的抑制比为25.1dB,实验结果与理论分析相符.这些分析结果将有助于红外单光子探测器的设计和性能的优化.  相似文献

通过分析基于L-C耦合跨阻运放电路的散粒噪声探测器噪声来源,提出了电感的寄生电容对电子学噪声影响的分析模型,并进行了实验验证.研究表明,电感的寄生电容会增大跨阻运放的输入电压噪声增益,从而增加探测器的电子学噪声.当总电感值为1mH时,选用两个0.5mH的电感串联结构相比选用单个1mH的电感,探测器电子学噪声明显降低.由于电感的自共振频率越低,寄生电容越大,选用高自共振频率的电感有助于进一步降低电子学噪声.实验测量得到,在2.5 MHz分析频率处,选用两个0.5mH、自共振频率为6 MHz的电感串联相比选用单个1mH、自共振频率为1.6 MHz的电感,电子学噪声的降低了3dB.在相同入射激光条件下,该改进模型可以有效提高探测器的信噪比.  相似文献

根据单光子探测系统的要求及其特点,采用半导体制冷技术,研制出了用于单光子探测的雪崩光电二极管(APD)的水循环散热制冷腔。通过配备测量精度为0.1℃的温控仪,降低了APD的工作环境温度。通过实验探讨了APD的温度特性,得到了APD的雪崩电压、暗电流、光电流、等效噪声功率与温度的关系。结果表明:降低APD的工作温度有利于减小APD的等效噪声功率,APD存在最佳工作温度。  相似文献

This paper compares the detection performances of experienced human operators and an automatic detector that is based on the generalized likelihood ratio test (GLRT). Test data consist of polynomial phase signals and additive white Gaussian noise with signal-to-noise-ratios of 18, 20, 24, and 24 dB. Test results demonstrate that, for a given human operator false alarm probability, the GLRT-based detector provided a higher probability of detecting signals than human operators.  相似文献

One of the most difficult tasks involved in the process of noise monitoring near airports is related to the automatic detection and classification of aircraft noise events.These tasks can be solved by applying pattern recognition techniques to the audio signal captured by a microphone. But now the problem is caused by the background noise, which is present in real environments.This paper proposes a real-time method for continuously tracking the similarity of the input sound and the aircraft’s sounds. Using these facilities, the monitoring unit will be able to mark aircraft events, or to make measurements only when aircraft sound is louder than background noise.A one-class approach has been applied to this detection-by-classification method.Using the default setup, 93% of the aircraft’s events which held an SNR of 6-8 dB were detected, for 30 different locations with diverse soundscapes.  相似文献

The silicon-strip tracker of the China Seismo-Electromagnetic Satellite(CSES) consists of two doublesided silicon strip detectors(DSSDs) which provide incident particle tracking information.A low-noise analog ASIC VA140 was used in this study for DSSD signal readout.A beam test on the DSSD module was performed at the Beijing Test Beam Facility of the Beijing Electron Positron Collider(BEPC) using a 400–800 MeV/c proton beam.The pedestal analysis results,RMSE noise,gain correction,and intensity distribution of incident particles of the DSSD module are presented.  相似文献

通过采用无源抑制方法对雪崩光电二极管的弱光探测技术进行了研究,分析了工作在盖革模式下的InGaAs APD的特性。利用APD两端的偏置电压VB在其雪崩后趋于稳定的特性,确定了其雪崩暗击穿电压,并且在水冷温控系统中,测得了APD雪崩暗击穿电压与温度的关系。结果表明,APD的雪崩暗击穿电压随着温度的上升而增大,光子群(弱光)到达时,APD探测到的在某一幅值处的脉冲数明显增加,其脉冲幅度也将增大。  相似文献

This letter presents a low cost solution for wavelength division multiplexed orthogonal frequency division multiplexed passive optical network(WDM-OFDM-PON)with widely tunable optical filter and linear small form-factor pluggable(SFP)module.With 9-nm tunable range from 1551 to 1560 nm,the tunable filter can support up to 10-channel 100-GHz spacing WDM PON system.A linear avalanche photodiode(APD)based SFP+module is designed for optical OFDM signal demodulation,which can provide better receiver performance compared with limiting APD module.Experimental results show that~34 dB power budget can be achieved in 4×5-Gbps WDM-OFDM-PON system,which can satisfy the transmission requirements of next generation PON system.  相似文献

In the Large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory (LHAASO) project, the one kilometer square extensive air shower array (KM2A) is the the largest detector array in terms of effective area. It consists of 5635 electromagnetic particle detectors (EDs) and 1221 muon detectors (MDs). Each ED is composed of 16 scintillator tiles readout by wavelength-shifting fibers that are bundled and attached by a 25 mm PMT. The design of the unit and its performances, such as photoelectron yield, time resolution and uniformity, are discussed in detail. An assembling scheme for the whole ED is established to guarantee the uniformity throughout all 16 tiles in a single ED and all EDs in mass production.  相似文献

Noise generated by the audience during musical performances is audible and sometimes disturbing. In this study, an attempt to estimate such audience noise was carried out. From the recordings of performances in five performance spaces (four concert halls and one opera house), probability density functions of the sound pressure levels were obtained in octave bands, which were fitted with three Gaussian distribution curves. The Gaussian distribution curve with the lowest mean value corresponds to a mixture of the technical background noise and audience generated noise, which is named the mixed background noise. Finally, the audience noise distribution is extracted by energy subtraction of the technical background noise levels measured in an empty condition from the mixed background noise levels. As a single index, L(90) of the audience noise distribution is named the audience noise level. Empirical prediction models were made using the four orchestra concert halls, revealing that the audience noise level is significantly correlated with the technical background noise level. It is therefore concluded that a relaxation of the current background noise recommendations for concert halls is not recommended.  相似文献

基于雪崩光电二极管反向偏压及其电容特性,利用时间同步原理,构建了一个用于回避强烈反射光信号,探测微弱回波信号的雪崩光电二极管探测系统.对雪崩光电二极管电容效应作出了分析,得出交流高压供电会使雪崩光电二极管产生干扰尖峰脉冲的结论.为了消除这个电容效应产生的尖峰干扰,提出了施加直流反向低压的方案,以达到减少雪崩光电二极管电容变化量的目的.通过实验数据验证了方法可行性.  相似文献
