菲涅耳棱镜干涉是大学物理课程光的干涉中一个经典而重要的实验,菲涅耳棱镜干涉的物理思想与实验方法至今仍然值得我们学习与借鉴。本文利用菲涅耳棱镜的干涉原理并与柱面透镜、非线性晶体、CCD相结合搭建了用于测量飞秒激光脉冲的自相关装置,这种自相关装置结构简单、方便,成本极低;分析了这种基于菲涅耳棱镜自相关装置的工作原理,并进行了实验测量。  相似文献

针对单强度调制偏振光谱测量技术存在混叠且有效光程差有限的缺点,提出双强度调制偏振光谱测量新方法,该方法通过双强度调制干涉信号的和差处理,即保证单强度调制偏振光谱测量的优点,又能有效消除混叠现象,提高有效光程差和光谱分辨率,再对和差处理后的干涉信号进行傅里叶变换即可得到被测偏振光谱。文章对双强度调制偏振光谱测量方法进行了理论推导,并通过MATLAB对模拟入射光偏振光谱的干涉信号和傅里叶反演光谱进行仿真;仿真结果显示,该方法和差处理后可有效消除混叠且有效光程差提高一倍。通过理论分析和仿真验证了该方法的可行性,为进一步的工程实现提供理论支撑。  相似文献

本装置利用低频扬声器作为模拟次声振源,并基于光反馈自混合干涉原理,将次声信号转换为自混合干涉信号,利用快速傅里叶变换进行分析,进而得到次声波的频率和强度.实验结果表明,该装置能够准确地测量出次声振动频率,并对其幅度进行监测.装置光路简单,结构紧凑、易实现,可推广应用于次声波检测的实验教学和监测实践.  相似文献

对作者所提出的无干涉条纹直接电场重构测量飞秒脉冲的振幅和相位的新方法作出进一步理论分析,并通过实验测量说明该方法的优越性.该方法克服了传统的SPIDER方法的弊病,能得到一组无干涉条纹的图像,排除传统方法必须使用傅里叶变换滤波消除干涉条纹而引进的系统误差,使得该方法能够采用较简便设备且能较准确测量飞秒脉冲强度轮廓和相位.最后给出同一条件下新方法和传统SPIDER方法分别重构的脉冲强度自相关曲线与实验测量结果的比较,以说明新方法的有效性和优越性.  相似文献

利用相干衍射辐射(CDR)光学自相关技术在线无阻拦频域测量超短电子束团的长度是当前国际束测领域的研究热点. 文中分析和数值计算了利用上海应用物理研究所(SINAP)飞秒电子束装置提供的超短电子束团产生的宽带连续强CDR,介绍了超短电子束团长度测量的实验原理和装置示意,并研究了分束器对束团长度测量的影响. 结果表明,该束团可直接用于产生覆盖远红外至毫米波段的宽带连续强CDR;辐射能量主要集中在轴线附近,宏脉冲辐射能量可达毫焦耳量级;利用光学自相关技术研制的远红外Michelson干涉仪和Golay探测仪组成束团长度测量系统,通过实验测量CDR干涉图FWHM可近似求得超短束团长度;干涉图籍助傅立叶变换光谱法,可推算求得束团电子密度分布的信息.  相似文献

In this paper, we report theoretical analysis of third order interferometric autocorrelation to achieve enhanced sensitivity towards pulse chirp and asymmetry. The analysis is based on interferometric correlative envelope (ICE) functions and ICE difference signals derived from interferometric autocorrelation signals. The third order ICE signals are compared with second order ICE signals obtained from a second order interferometric autocorrelation signals. It is shown that one out of six third order ICED signals may be used to obtain simultaneous detection and measurement of pulse chirp as well as pulse asymmetry of the chirped ultrashort laser pulse. This is in contrast to use of two out of three second order ICED signals for simultaneous detection of pulse chirp and asymmetry.  相似文献

A simple method that uses envelope functions of unbalanced interferometric (auto/cross) correlation signals has been presented for simultaneous visual detection of pulse chirp and asymmetry, without direction-of-time ambiguity in ultrashort laser pulses. The ambiguity issues of unbalanced interferometric correlation envelope (ICE) difference signals have been studied. It is found that unbalanced ICE difference signals are visually different corresponding to practically indistinguishable unbalanced interferometric autocorrelation (IAC) signals for a distinct symmetric–asymmetric pulse pair with identical intensity autocorrelation and power spectra. The theoretical analysis of ICE signals is supported by experimental unbalanced IAC signals obtained using 200 fs laser pulses from a cw mode-locked Nd:phosphate laser oscillator. An autocorrelation measurement of femtosecond laser pulse duration using the Kerr-lens mechanism is demonstrated. This technique can also be used as a sensitive and absolutely calibratable method for measuring ultrafast optical nonlinearities. A method that uses an electronic spectral-filtering scheme is proposed for determining the frequency chirp of pulses by interferometric autocorrelation.  相似文献

We have developed a novel interferometric autocorrelator composed of only reflective elements, which functions as a beam splitter and an optical delay line. Analytical expressions are derived to give second-order autocorrelation functions and deconvolution factors for various conditions. The measurement of femtosecond laser pulses by interferometric autocorrelation is demonstrated in the visible region. The results are compared with those by calculation. An optical pulse autocorrelator for rapid and slow scanning is described in this paper. Using an audio loudspeaker on one arm, an interferometric rapid-scanning signal of the output from a high-repetition laser oscillator is obtained. However, by adjusting the positions of the mirrors and using a step-motor on another arm, the intensity autocorrelation function of the output from a low-repetition laser amplifier can be easily measured. Using all-reflecting optics and an adequate nonlinear crystal, the whole instrument is very compact and has been used to measure sub-20 fs light pulses in both configurations with excellent agreement. In the slow-scanning configuration, a pulse train as long as 500ps has been determined. Using this autocorrelator, the home-made JIGUANG-I CPA laser facility was characterized for its pulse duration evolution.  相似文献

We demonstrate that a pulse shaper is able to simultaneously act as an optical waveform generator and a short pulse characterization device when combined with an appropriate nonlinear element. We present autocorrelation measurements and their frequency resolved counterparts. We show that control over the carrier envelope phase allows continuous tuning between an intensity-like and an interferometric autocorrelation.
