针对无源超高频射频识别传感器标签大规模运用的需求,采用中芯国际0.35μm互补金属氧化物半导体(CMOS)工艺设计并制造了一种低成本、低功耗的湿度传感器.湿度传感器单元采用聚酰亚胺作为感湿材料,利用顶层金属层制作叉指结构电极,制造过程与标准CMOS制造工序兼容,无需任何后处理工艺.接口电路部分基于锁相环原理,采用全数字电容.数字直接转换结构,能够工作在接近工艺阈值电压下.后期测试结果显示,该湿度传感器在常温下灵敏度为36.5 fF%RH,最大回滞偏差为7%,响应时间为20 ms,0.6 V电源电压下消耗2.1μW功率.  相似文献

提出了一种基于普通单模光纤粗锥级联结构的马赫-曾德尔干涉湿度传感器.将两根单模光纤对芯熔融成一个粗锥,并依次级联,形成光纤锥-单模光纤-光纤锥-单模光纤-光纤锥结构.外界环境湿度、温度的改变使传感器的纤芯基模和包层模的光程差发生改变,引起传感器干涉光谱发生变化.通过监测干涉谱波长和能量的变化实现对外界物理量的测量.实验结果表明,当空气中湿度在35~95%RH范围内变化时,传感器的湿度灵敏度为-0.065dB/%RH,线性度为0.997;当温度在30~80℃范围内变化时传感器的温度灵敏度为69.4pm/℃,线性度为0.998.该传感器可以避免温湿度的交叉影响,实现单参量的同时在线区分测量.  相似文献

针对湿度传感器的输出非线性问题,提出了基于L-M算法建立BP神经网络进行补偿校正,实现电阻湿度传感器的输入与输出非线性补偿,并与共轭梯度算法、拟牛顿算法所建立的神经网路模型进行对比,重点比较了模型误差性能、收敛速度。结果表明:基于L-M算法建立的神经网络模型,在收敛速度、误差性能等方面具有更高效的表现,更适合湿度传感器的非线性特性的补偿校正。  相似文献

通过研究基于荧光和可见光吸收的两种湿度传感方法,从数种湿度分子探针中优选出结晶紫为分子识别器,包埋于Nafion溶胶中,制备成基于可见光吸收原理的光纤化学湿度传感膜。该传感膜与电荷耦合二极管阵列检测器等构成的光纤湿度传感器,于640 nm波长处对30%~100%范围内的相对湿度(relative humidity, RH)具有较快的响应时间(<2 min)、较高的灵敏度(≤5%RH)、选择性和良好的可逆性(RSD≤2.6%)。  相似文献

提出了以聚酰亚胺(PI)为感湿材料的三耦合点单微环新型湿度传感器。外界湿度变化使得聚酰亚胺SOI微环谐振特性发生变化,最终通过谐振波长的漂移量确定湿度值。讨论了不同部位感湿时系统的传感特性,并且选择了最佳湿敏元件。数值模拟结果表明:与传统的单微环传感器相比,新型传感器具有较高灵敏度和测量范围,Through端口的自由频谱范围可提高3倍。三耦合点单微环谐振器整体结构可作为最佳湿敏元件,该传感器在10%RH~80%RH相对湿度范围内,灵敏度可达到0.98 nm/%RH,该结构为制备高灵敏度可集成微型湿度传感器件提供了一定的理论依据。  相似文献

针对高精度激光位移传感器校准的需求,基于C Sharp设计了激光位移传感器自动校准装置测控软件,实现了对位移的测量、数据采集、数据处理、数据保存并显示结果等功能;测控软件对硬件设备的通信与控制采用了面向对象的编程思路,例如针对激光干涉仪、直线位移平台、数字多用表等设备,设计了相应的类,提高了软件的可拓展性,同时也便于系统硬件的升级;数据处理采用多种线性拟合算法计算激光位移传感器的线性度,满足不同情况下的参考需求;实验结果表明,测控软件系统运行稳定,数据的自动采集处理方便快捷,减小人工处理数据引入的误差,提高了激光位移传感器校准的准确性和效率。  相似文献

针对目前常见的电流型温湿度变送器恒流输出特性较差、精度较低、校准繁琐的不足,给出了一种基于STM32单片机的温湿度变送器设计方案。该电路以STM32单片机为控制核心,以SHT11数字式温湿度传感器采集环境温湿度。通过STM32的内部12位D/A输出模块将温湿度转换为模拟电压信号。随后,该电压信号通过V/I转换电路变为4~20mA的模拟电流信号。研究了常见V/I转换电路的原理并提出改进电路方案。最后,基于STM32的内部FLASH存储功能给出了一种上位机软件校准方案。通过对比仿真和实验表明,该变送器具有成本较低、恒流特性较好、精度较高、校准快捷方便的优点,能够满足工农业生产中常规温湿度测量的要求。  相似文献

Large FOV (field of view) stereo vision sensor is of great importance in the measurement of large free-form surface. Before using it, the intrinsic and structure parameters of cameras should be calibrated. Traditional methods are mainly based on planar or 3D targets, which are usually expensive and difficult to manufacture especially for large dimension ones. Compared to that the method proposed in this paper is based on 1D (one dimensional) targets, which are easy to operate and with high efficiency. First two 1D targets with multiple feature points are placed randomly, and the cameras acquire multiple images of the targets from different angles of view. With the fixed angle between vectors defined by the two 1D targets we can establish the objective function with intrinsic parameters, which can be later solved by the optimization method. Then the stereo vision sensor with two calibrated cameras is set up, which acquire multiple images of another 1D target with two feature points in unrestrained motion. The initial values of the structure parameters are estimated by the linear method for the known distance between two feature points on the 1D target, while the optimal ones and intrinsic parameters of the stereo vision sensor are estimated with non-linear optimization method by establishing the minimizing function involving all the parameters. The experimental results show that the measurement precision of the stereo vision sensor is 0.046 mm with the working distance of about 3500 mm and the measurement scale of about 4000 mm×3000 mm. The method in this paper is proved suitable for calibration of stereo vision sensor of large-scale measurement field for its easy operation and high efficiency.  相似文献

针对无线传感器网络为基础的控制系统中其板载电池的能量有限,从而影响无线传感器节点的运行寿命问题。本文设计并采取了嵌入式与分布式智能无线传感器网络(WSN),目的是优化和使控制照明系统更加高效,为了克服这个问题,基于能量感知的通信协议被引入,以减少为了延长其使用时间的无线传感器网络的功耗。本文中的以智能无线传感器网络为基础的LED照明系统,经过实验结果表明,无线传感器节点都能够运行的时间较长,从87天至102天,而增加了约20%的工作寿命。  相似文献

A new radon chamber has been designed, constructed, and tested. The design was chosen to meet the needs of several different radon detection techniques, both active and passive. The chamber is a cubic shape made of pixy glass with volume about . On top, it has a circular opening with double lock system for entering and removing samples without significant disturbance of the inside concentration. It also has the possibility to expose passive radon detectors at different levels inside the chamber. In addition, two fans, with variable speeds, were fitted in two opposite corners to maintain the uniformity of radon gas inside the volume. This calibration chamber can be used to perform researches and studies on radon behavior, in addition to calibrating different types of detectors (passive and active) which are used for measuring radon and its daughters. Solid radium-226 source with activity of 122 kBq was placed at the bottom of the chamber to generate radon.  相似文献

The present work reports a possible solution for a low-cost piezoelectric actuator available for interferometric applications. In the paper the design, the assembly and the calibration of the actuator are described in detail.

The solution adopted consists of a machined stainless steel case deformed by three low-voltage multilayer plumbum zirconate titanate (PZT) ceramic blocks. In the proposed arrangement a three degree of freedom device is obtained, by which a translation and two rotations can be performed.

The PZTs are driven by a supply voltage provided by a 16 bit D/A converter directly connected to the parallel port of a personal computer which guarantees a very accurate output. This voltage is applied on each ceramic by means of a variable resistor, by which it is possible to adjust the maximum driving voltage for the single block. This electrical solution allows to match up the strokes of the ceramics in order to obtain a straight expansion of the whole actuator.

After the mechanical and electrical set-up of the actuator, a static calibration was carried out by inserting it along one arm of a Michelson speckle interferometer. The calibration procedure had emphasized the hysteresis loop and the non-linearity of the electromechanical behaviour of the actuator.  相似文献

为保证光电平台视轴稳定精度,在装配阶段需要通过配平来最小化其静不平衡力矩。为降低某两轴四框架形式机载光电平台的静不平衡力矩,建立了一种多传感器布局优化设计方法。以各传感器的布局位置为变量,基于有限包络圆方法实现各传感器间的不干涉约束,快速得到具有较小静不平衡力矩的传感器布局方案。该方法成功将某光电平台关于内方位、内俯仰运动轴系的静不平衡力矩分别降低了45%和68%,有效降低了配平质量,提高了光电平台性能。  相似文献

A highly sensitive all-fiber humidity sensor is demonstrated. The sensor behaves as a humidity dependent optical switch between 85% and 90% RH. This sensor also offers the advantages of simple structure and low cost and its response is fast and reversible in nature. The typical humidity response of the sensor is suitable for using it as a human breath rate monitor.  相似文献

Presented in this work is a new class of optical fiber temperature sensor, of which the heat-expansion thin film is coated on the etched fiber. It uses the method that combine thermal carving technique with chemical etching. The sensitivity of the sensor is increased and the shape size is decreased. This sensor possesses the linear temperature response and the good repeatability. These sensors can be used to measure finely the temperature which is lower than 200°c.  相似文献

Acceleration sensors based on centrally supported carbon-based flexural discs with different microfiber lengths, diameters and spatial configurations are investigated. The technique of spirally wound microfiber for higher packing density is demonstrated. The microfiber used in the designs has diameters of 2 and 10 μm. This allows configurations with small bending radii to be implemented, giving rise to high device compactness and potentially high responsivity.  相似文献

This article analyzes the measurement performance of a 3D full-field imaging system based on the projection of grating and active triangulation. We first explore the exact mathematical relationship that exists between the height of an object's surface, the phase and the parameters of the experimental setup, which relationship can be used to obtain the precise shape of an object. We then investigate in detail the influence on the measurement results of the introduction of an inaccuracy into the determination of the system's parameters. Finally, using simulated data, we conduct experiments to evaluate the measurement performance.  相似文献
